The best restaurants serving American food in South West

Sadly this KFC has been administration since 26th June 2024. Although I don't like fast foods I am sorry to see this building empty and unused.

I know that we are on 2024 and everything is on computer , we ordered two menus and number it was 001 and they arrived on 20 and nothing! I supposed to eat in but on the end I takeaway, no choice ! We are in 2024 not in 1980 , please guys

The best burgers and fries in bath! Cooked fresh to order. Does not disappoint. Small shop but the food is mega.Recommend the cheese and bacon burger.

I asked for a whopper menu, and the size can only be large? This is so wrong, no wonder they are all closing down in Devon. I want regular chips and drinks, so I guess I won't be going again to the last ones still open.

I live in a country where KFC is a rare site, so was looking for one as a stop off. Popped into here on the way to somewhere else. Every piece of food across 2 different orders was perfect. Possibly the best KFC I have eaten! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is it's location. Not an obvious place to find ... Only did so as searched on Google maps for a one! .. Also shares a carpark with a hand car wash place which doesn't feel right imo. Still great, hot and fast food. Would deffo go back if in the area.

Spicey mayo isn't sweet chillie. I even asked if it was in the bag and the manager said yes. Ridiculous. Your suppose to be showing rest how to do it properly.

Slowest and dirtiest mcd I've been to in a long time. Card machines on screens don't work. Manager taking 10mins taking payments per order. Music jumping and unlistenable. The whole place is dirty. Who is running the place......no one. 1/10

Food arrived and some of the order was missing, then found after biting I to one piece of chicken that it was raw inside , very bad all round !

Moved the order point on drive through with inadequate signage so car after car now misses the point and at order window gets told to drive back round and look for some obscure red box to shout at… creating a massive queue! Useless….

Below average McDonald's, not terrible but always a little off. Seems a little too busy to maintain standard

Don’t often write reviews, but felt I needed to this time. Our first night without our children in over a year and we were excited to have some ribs. Ordered 2x full rack of ribs (one ultimate, one regular) and some drinks. Took around an hour to arrive, and when placed on our table the server just said ‘bbq ribs’ and hastily put them down, no mention of which were ultimate… and it was a different server to who took our order so she wouldn’t have known our orders. We then look at our plates as the server hurries off. My partner had 4 ribs and I had 5… they were definitely half a rack of ribs. Considering the full rack of ultimate ribs were £30, there was absolutely no way we were letting them convince us these were full racks. I hovered by the kitchen for a good few minutes while 4/5 members of staff just stood talking. Eventually someone came over (bar staff) who said they would send someone over to check. Another few minutes passed until someone returned and confirmed that a) she put through full racks b) we were served half racks and c) she couldn’t tell which were ultimate and which were regular. She did apologise and took things off the bill (making up something about how she tried to give us both ultimate ribs because my code wasn’t working for the full ribs upgrade - but she said she’d get the code when we she got the bill so I know that wasn’t true as I hadn’t given it to her!). It spoiled our night we were so much looking forward to and worst of all we were still hungry!! It was also no longer hot as we had to wait for someone to come over! If we wanted half racks we would have ordered half racks. I understand things go wrong, I’ve worked as a server before, but I feel they were trying to cover up their mistake instead of being honest. All it would have taken was being up front and apologising instead of hastily throwing them down and running away hoping we wouldn’t notice! All in all a disappointing evening. There were also another few tables complaining about their food/service. It wasn’t even busy! Sadly won’t be returning a lot of money for a disappointing evening.

What has happened to TGI's? I have eaten at many of these restaurants over the years and around the world. Bournemouth has lost the plot I'm afraid! Dirty, slow, cold food and out of order toilets. Expensive (especially drinks) £10 for a 125ml glass of prosecco for instance - which was flat! The staff looked like they were about to burst into tears as well. Really dissapointed.

Awful, just don't go!!! Simple!!! Food took 45 minutes but only because I asked where our food was, so probably would of took longer. Drinks slow, 2nd round never turned up! Chicken burger was overwrites, roll not nice, fries cold. Just go elsewhere! Full of empty promise this place! Deliveroo and Just Eat are getting priority over actual dining in customers. You feel really let down! Will not return to any branch of F&B

Whilst sat in my car on my private driveway getting ready to set off anouther car decided to use my driveway to turn round on. When I challenged the driver of said vehicle he denied turning around on my private driveway and told me to "'**** off". He then proceeded to drive a couple of houses down and then got out to deliver some Dominos pizzas to a neighbour whilst dressed in thr company uniform. Naturally I reported this altercation and a week or so later thr area manager called me. Off course the delivery driver denied any knowledge of this altercation and there wasn't even an apology over the tresspass onto my property. Shocking customer service all round.
