Absolutely awful. After waiting a while to be seated, we finally got shown to our table. Immediately I asked the waitress for a jug of water (I'm on medication which really dehydrates me) after asking multiple times to different staff, we received our water during dessert. Each time I asked I was told they'd get the water straight away and evidently that didn't happen. After waiting a while we got our drink orders in, they didn't come until halfway through our mains (again I asked multiple times). When the food arrived it was half cooked, cold and surprisingly stale for 'fresh' food. The chips clearly had been sat in the bottom of the bowl for a while, onion rings just about edible and the lasagne was drowning in white sauce and cheese, but was surprisingly the best part of the meal. I would have sent the food back but I would have been waiting another 30min and had plans after my meal. After finishing our food and attempting to get someone's attention, we waited 15 min before our plates were cleared from the table and werent even asked if we wanted desserts or not (which we did). The waitress took our plates and walked off before I could get a word in. Eventually we got our order in and only at the last bites, we got our water. 5 times I asked, from start to finish. Not just the waitress but even the manager of the restaurant. We never received an apology for the lack of attentiveness or the delays and waiting. But for what it's worth, we weren't the only ones appearing to have a dining experience like that. From looking around alot of tables seemed to be waiting and having a poor experience. It took 30min for the waitress to come with the card machine and to my surprise she seemed confused when I didn't tip. I've had years of waiting and kitchen experience, I know how restaurants work, procedures they follow and what the all round standard is. This experience curled my toes from the lack of organisation, politeness and quality of food and service. I really didn't want to pay for anything, I felt mugged of a nice night and money I work hard to earn. In the 2.5 hours I spent there, only 30min was spent actually eating. The rest was spent waiting and being blatantly ignored by staff. I cant even say it was because they were understaffed or super busy, the restaurant was half empty and had enough hands to manage. I want my time and money back.

Very impressed, we arrived with me on a mobility scooter and the host was excellent and finding us a safe spot for my scooter and getting us seated comfortably. Im glad we booked as there were people queueing out the door. Food was excellent and best up of coffee Ive had anywhere!!! Only thing that let it down was the lack of a mirror in the disabled loo.

We came in Saturday(yesterday) on the off chance there was a big enough table, we were worried when we saw how busy it was but that really didn’t affect the wonderful food and service we received! All the staff were lovely and friendly but I wanted to highlight the young girl who served us, she was fairly tall with a blonde strip in her hair. We were out with my (fussy) parents who had a lot of questions about the menu and we were all very impressed by how she could answer all questions without hesitation, she really knew her stuff. She is a credit to your restaurant she made us all feel very special while being polite, professional and having a good sense of humour! It was lovely to see someone genuinely enjoying their job with a constant smile even dealing with tricky customers like us! The food was delicious and everybody cleared their plates and we even treated ourselves to desserts. Thank you all very much, we’ll definitely be back!

My grandmother fell ill at Cabot Circus today, and Lee at Frankie & Benny’s Cabot Circus went out of his way to help my Nan into the restaurant, stayed with her when she collapsed and ensured the medics and ambulance were called. Lee was absolutely amazing. What a lovely man. He even walked my grandmother to the taxi, hand under her arm to ensure she was safe and ok. We can’t thank Lee enough for what he did today. He went out of his way to be kind and help my grandmother today, and we really want to thank him for his help

Amazing server, attended to our needs even though it was only her on the shop floor serving. The food was below par. Haven't been to F&B for years, and I thought I'll give it a try. The manager gave us a discount for the salad that was missing. Overall, food was let down, but the service by the server was top-notch 👌🏽

Me and my Father called in for a lunch yesterday as was in the area. It was really nice experience, Food was lovely from the lunch menu, we had 2 courses, burger and chocolate brownie for desert. The place was 5/5 for being clean. Food was excellent and main served hot which I appreciate. Staff were lovely especially our server. and very welcoming. OK so the food we had was good, and the service was very pleasant. My issue was that having ordered a drink from THE ONLY drinks menu, a Peroni at £5.10, I was billed at £6.10 Upon querying this with our server, she went off and came back with : "You ordered the draft option, not the bottle" "Oh" I replied, " I didn't see the options on the drinks menu" "There isn't a choice shown" came the answer. "Oh" I said, " It's a SECRET option?" "Must be" There was no option or offer to retract the scam, and to be honest it just wasn't worth my time or the embarrassment which would have followed to ask for a reconsideration. How can this happen and how can this be right ? It's only £1, but how many people have missed this blatant over-charge ? This surely contravenes trading legislation ? Very disappointed that F&B didn't reconsider the option on this issue.

Unfortunately this is one of the review with 0 positive things to say. I wish I could say something good but I really have none. Today we went here around 13:15 for lunch. I had a £10 voucher for 2 mains via my phone provider and I haven't been to Frankie & Benny's before but wanted to try it out. My partner has been there before when he was younger and always remembered it being not that great. So he basically told me to not expect too much of it. We ordered 2 x milkshake (1 vanilla and 1 strawberry). They were £4,50 each and the milkshakes were half milkshake and literally the other half of the glass was cream. So you pay half milkshake and half cream for £4,50. I ordered the Chicken Burger with Halloumi. I had to take all the chicken out because it was way overcooked and almost not possible to chew. At least the Halloumi and the bun was edible. The chips were served hot which was good. My partner ordered the vegan burger which was ok. He ordered it with extra cheese but the cheese was hard and plain and not melted at all. The service? Nothing special. I think the manager was the guy with a white shirt on. He took our plates and asked us how the food was, I wanted to tell him about the chicken but before I opened my mouth he already left... I think even the manager does not care much about feedback from customers, especially when he saw all the chicken on my plate I did not finish. I really was wondering what kind of people would choose and come at this place. The total bill was almost £40 (!!) but we had the £10 for 2 main course so only paid £20 something. I was so shocked about the price if you had to pay the FULL PRICE for basically plain not-edible food and poor service. I never really write long reviews like this but this was such a new "interesting and shocking" experience for me... I had to write this.

Terrible. Should have realised when all the other food places had queues and this place wasn’t even a quarter occupied. Ordered burger, chips & a peroni. They served freezing cold stale chips that looked like they’d been sat there all day. The burger was slightly better as it was at-least warm but very poor quality. I also ordered a pint of peroni which they managed to serve flat and I forced half down before deciding I couldn’t complete the bush tucker trial. We overheard another table complaining about the food too. Feel sorry for the waiters as they were very polite and have to take a grilling for the skill-less ‘chefs’ in the kitchen! Place needs a major shake up or it’s going under very soon!

This "restaurant" charged me for dinner in advance before even serving it. I asked for the receipt but I was only given a small credit card receipt where you can't even see the items that you paid for. The place was almost empty and after more than half-hour of waiting for 2 pasta carbonaras, the waitress comes out and tells us that they simply forgot to prepare our food and they will just start making it. Few minutes after that she came back with the food that was obviously just reheated.. Very poor service and definitely not worth the money or time. Avoid this place if you can.

Visited F&B for the first time in about 5 yrs and probably won't be back for a while. Food tasted ok but was nothing special. Presentation is awful. Just plonked on the plate no effort to make it look nice. No salad, no greenery ...jacket potato (uncut) rolling around , corn in the cob, no butter on it , squished chicken breast to make it look double the size. No wipes for people eating ribs. It was 40% more than a westherspoons but the food was on par. When you are measured against weatherspoons you know your in trouble. Plus no Calzone on menu...this was the best dish they ever did :-(

Asked for a gluten free menu on arrival and wasn’t given one. Made a terrible fuss over allergens (good they were conscious of it) but proceeded to put in an order for a starter I couldn’t eat and tried to charge us for it. Took over an hour to get the mains out and my pizza was burnt. Then took another hour to get the bill and couldn’t rectify the price without getting a manager involved. Nearly three hours for what was meant to be a meal in under an hour and we missed our cinema screening which was a one off viewing and pre-booked. I don’t know why we didn’t walk out ... in short don’t bother going here. It ruined my birthday celebration with my friend.

Having experienced several other Frankie & Benny's throughout the country this one is well above average. In honesty we were hesitant to come here due to poor past experience but there seems to be a change of management and team. We visited late, last minute and we were well looked after. We both had starters, a Carbonara & Steak for main and a bottle of wine. Good portion size and steak was cooked to perfection. It was actually really good and the waiteress (Dulcie – I think) was excellent packaging our left overs up for us to take home! Even though it was extremely busy, our waitress did not rush us and gave us a fantastic service.

Firstly floor staff were all great and friendly during the busy time. But the whole thing was ruined when my hot dog was stone cold.. waitress took it over to the ‘chef’ and he insisted it was the right temperature! I could see the whole thing going on at the open kitchen. Eventually he made me a ‘fresh one’ so god knows how long ago the first one was done! Seemed to me a bit of an angry bully towards his colleagues. He also can’t cook a simple hot dog! Food just seemed really average at best, wouldn’t think it for the price you pay.

My friends and I visited last weekend for some quick food and the service was very fast, I can't remember the waitresses name but she was very friendly. The food was quick to arrive and both the starters and the mains were very good. My friend ordered the vegan pizza and it was amazing, even I would recommend.

Before visiting the Bristol HiFi show myself and my son wanted breakfast. We arrived quite early and walked into the Cabot Circus food area and checked Frankie & Benny’s opened at 8 so we waited outside. One of the staff could see we were waiting and invited us in as it was quite cold to come in and wait while they got ready to start serving. The staff member was Ankur who I would like to personally thank for going above and beyond to make our breakfast the perfect start to the day before going to the show. The service was very attentive and the food was also well cooked and tasty. It’s great to receive high standards of customer service will pop in here again next time I am in the area. Thanks Ankur

I've eaten at F&B;'s on and off for about six years, and I've always found it to be good enough that I returned several times however, over the past year, I've noticed a significant slip in their standards. The service is disappointing, the food we all had recently had cooled so had obviously been sitting somewhere for a while, but worst of all was the bizarre mess up between peas, Green beans, and baked beans! My mother ordered Green beans with her salmon however she received peas instead. When she pointed out the error, and restated (as two of us heard) 'I asked for Green beans), she went off to get them. About seven minutes later, the waitress returned with , yes you guessed it, Baked Beans for goodness sake!! I mean, what on earth?!! It made no sense at all, baked beans with poached salmon??!!!

Arrived at 5 p.m. and was greeted by a great staff member and I have to say that her service was great but I ordered the half roast chicken with Mediterranean salad, it arrived after about 10 minutes, but the chicken was hot on one side just warm on the other but totally cold in the middle I asked for it to be checked and the chef very reluctantly checked it with a probe and then went on to microwave it which made it fairly tough, I have no doubt that the chicken was or had been fully cooked at some point but I think that they just reheat in the microwave to order.. Shame

If I could give zero stars I would! The main meal of steak and chips went back twice because the chips were stone cold, then cut into the steak and it's completely rare! The chicken burger was extremely greasy and the bun was burnt. Extremely dissatisfied, the servers were both really good, the manager did not seem surprised at how poor the food was. I am not going back to cabot circus frankie and bennys ever again!

Decided on Frankie and bennys for my birthday lunch out when we had a huge choice of restaurants and I wish we went for one of the others as the whole experience was a disaster. I’d like to say that the restaurant was very quiet being a weekday lunch time. We ordered our food and it took around 40 minutes for the starters to arrive. We then continued to wait a long time for our main meals and when we asked the waitress how long they’d be she told us she actually forgot to put them through so we had been sat there waiting for absolutely nothing. The service was dreadful and the waitress didn’t do anything to compensate this. At this point we had been sat in the restaurant for about an hour and a half with just our starters so we told her to forget the mains and we left. Hardly an apology, no money off etc. Birthday ruined.

Order breakfast it was about 1130 so just inside there time to stop ,ordered two trad.fry ups a cup of tea and latte .latte was not hot ,tea was ok . Breakfast arrived in reasonable but were not hot time we were asked by waitress if ok I had already eaten half but wife asked hers to be replaced with a hot one, one piece of bacon was very crispy and black even beans in separate dish was not hot got a replacement and was better but surely as it was only a breakfast it shouldn’t be this bad.

We thought going in here would be a safe bet oh how wrong was I never again waited an hour for food even after I went to see the waitress and the chef they had maybe 11 tables in it wasn’t busy at all, and there was plenty of staff, so when the food arrived it was wrong we didn’t mention it to the waitress but she was getting complaints left right and centre so we just ate what we had, then we had to wait again for our pre order desserts , I literally just wanted to leave it was awful the waitress did give a discount and you could see it wasn’t her fault for the mistakes which were happening, bad management and rubbish chefs sort it out you have a prime spot there just to be wasted on people complaining

Me and my family (5 in total) decided to stop for lunch on a day of shopping. Wait time to be served and wait time for food to be brought to the table were both around the 30 minute mark so that’s an hour without eating. Personally my burger was presented awfully as you’ll see from the below... poor portion of chips were dry and stuck together. Burger looked nice but that’s all I can say for it. The burger was that greasy the bottom part of the roll was soaking wet. Disgusting, made a comment at the time but cooking it again was all that was offered. Not waiting another hour. Won’t return.

My husband and I came here for a meal after Christmas shopping in town. We found our server to be lovely but menus have been dramatically cut down which is a disappoint. After ordering food we were left waiting for a long time, during which time I noticed 2 separate diners nearby complaining about their meals. Our food was eventually brought out but I noticed our server was looking at and stirring my spaghetti bolognese before bringing it over, when it arrived it was obvious why - there was hardly anything on the plate and it was more like tomato sauce than bolognese. Worse even, amongst my husbands fries he found a broken piece of porcelain. On bringing this to our servers attention, she called to the manager who didn't even come over to explain and just muttered something. When we received our bill we were quite disappointed to see that the manager had only taken £5 off our bill and assumed this would rectify everything. Upon providing feedback through email I was offered a £20 voucher but sadly I will not be returning anytime soon.

So, you have a board outside advertising a bottle of Proseco for £10 but low and behold once you are seated they tell you that they have sold out. I said that the board ought to be removed but it never was. Food and service was at best indifferent. I had spaghetti carbonara which was supposed to be in a cheese sauce, couldn't taste the cheese and the pasta was borderline overcooked. Won't be making a return visit I'm afraid.

We visited on Thursday 6th December just two of us and not especially busy. We were met at the door and seated promptly this is where the service ended. 30 minutes passesd and we were not even offered a drink. We got up and left. We will not be returning! Terrible place reading the reviews on here it's a miracle it's still open!

Frankie & Benny's. The only chain restaurant in the UK, who charges you extra hidden VAT on top of your bills. Yes, you heard it, my friends. Everything that is in the menu, are VAT excluded. You have to pay an extra 20% on top of it!!! Ridiculous.

Me and my bf love F&B; and every time we go shopping around cabot circus, we visit f&b; for dinner. Usually it takes us 45 mins to go with mains and two rounds of drinks. Unfortunately this time it took 1h 45mins with a main and one drink. Although there were only 3 tables in, the service stopped due to 'end of day To do list' (which I found out when gone off to the bar to order another drinks for me and my partner and was told by the bar-lady, who btw seated us as well because manager or nobody else was around). Eugenia our server was polite but quite unfriendly and basically all she did was taken the order and put our food down. No words, no questions , no smile. The managers manners werent great either. At 8:45pm when a potential table walked in, they have been turned away, due to closed kitchen. Which was also pretty disturbing, specially the main chef who was polish we guessed, shouting at his staff to clean the kitchen. Very unpleasant visit. We never leave with no tip. This time we did.

We were seated outside after waiting a few minutes, then ignored for 20 minutes before we went in to ask if we needed to place our order at the bar now, rude staff told us no one gets seated outside so we should “expect to be forgotten” and wouldn’t accept that a waitress had sat us outside herself, constant changing of waitress’, no one checked our food, it was awful. Found a hair in two of our dishes. We had no cutlery and had to source it ourselves, took our drinks in to be refilled because we still hadn’t had any staff check on us (after 35 minutes of waiting for starters that were bad), were told to sit and wait for someone to ask if we want refills, eventually someone came to us with two glasses of coke (not what we orinigally ordered or ever wanted), we were too anxious to say anything because of how rude every single member of staff had already been to us, the glasses were slammed on the table, because yet another waitress was in a huff. She then hurried to take the plates from our starter, another 20 minutes later our mains came (awful!) we asked for a refill for one of our drinks, with no ice, the glass was snatched then returned 10 minutes later with an excess amount of ice. Our mains were slammed down in front of us and we were huffed at when we asked for sauce. By the time we finished what we could of our main courses, we left instead of staying for 3rd course because we felt so uncomfortable- as no one was coming outside, we went in and asked for the bill, one waitress told us to wait outside and another told us to “go straight to the bar and deal”. Overall, super bland food, apparently no salt available as we weren’t given any, sauce is too much to ask for and so are drinks you’re paying for. Absolutely shocking experience. Begrudged paying anything for it. On the plus side, we had a lovely pudding.... at a different restaurant.

Creo que es embarazoso vergonzoso el hecho de que pudiera ir a cualquier otro restaurante y comer una comida completa en el tiempo que tardamos en servirnos, casi 30 minutos para una orden de bebidas, luego de una hora tuve que preguntar a alguien si podíamos conseguir algo. Comida, yo mismo trabajo en la industria de la hospitalidad y entiendo que puede ser difícil concentrarse en todos, pero una hora para la comida es una broma incluso para mis estándares.

Fuimos a desayunar finalmente sentados por el gerente, que se sentía miserable y aparecía apagado cada vez que entraba un nuevo cliente. Esperó una edad para que se tomara la orden y les dijeran que dos miembros del personal se habían enfermado. Went to F&B; tonight and it was dead (bad sign) and I was looking forward to a nice catch up with a friend but the food was just dire. It’s really gone downhill in recent times, the kitchen is open and you can watch them make the food, it just seems like no one cares just chucked together, and not really that cheap for what you get.

After waiting to be seated we were approached by what was unfortunately the restaurant manager. Said manager then grunted and showed us to our table, at this point two menus were thrown down and he plodded off (Not one word was exchanged) We were then greeted by a lovely young man who was clearly nervous and new. He took our order and was happy to help, checking on us many times and being extremely helpful. The manager brought out our food not with a smile or friendly face but with the look of annoyance and frustration, he then just placed down the places and walked off yet again. (The food was average at best) I Asked our waiter for the bill and he efficiently got this, he then apologised for not being able to bring our food out as he had been made busy elsewhere. When coming to collect the money for the bill our young waiter was subjected to snide comments from the ogre of a manager. The waiter then proceeded to count the cash I had presented him with but during this time was shouted at by his bully of a boss to “get this man some Ketchup” bearing in mind he was serving us and clearly busy. The young man was clearly upset by the way he had and was being treated. It was NOT nice for us to see unhappy staff made to feel belittled by a clearly lazy and useless boss. At this point after observing the bully whist we had eaten treat other customers and staff in such a rude way enough was enough. I followed him around the restaurant as he was clearly not wanting to talk and said it was about time he learnt some manners and started treating people with respect. I was then yet again just grunted at as he walked off. I expect the poor young man who has not long started there has had enough and will be leaving soon, he has a bright future and deserves to be treated better along with the other staff and customers. Unfortunately I did not get the names of the two completely different staff we came into contact with but I do hope this reaches them both!

After being shown to the table it took 20 minuets to be asked what we wanted, the restaurant was very quiet at 1130. The food was delivered and was warm at best. No mention on if we wanted any condiments and the unlimited option for the breakfast was not explained. There was 5 staff members hanging around the bar area and possibly a manager that looked like he just crawled out of bed, judging by the state he was dressed in. Other couples had to wait just as long as us.

It was pretty average. The waiting staff, although very polite, never checked up on us once during our meal. For all they knew I could have hated my Nashville hot burger *which was hot (but was to be expected). Took 5 attempts to get their attention to get a glass of water for how spicy the meal was. Clean and friendly place but I have to say it felt a little lazy. I feel for our server who was covering the store and was still getting to grips with things but felt a bit let to our own devices.

Me and my partner came in to grab a bite to eat after a morning of shopping! There was already a couple of people waiting to be seated in front of us! We were probably stood there for 5mins without even being acknowleged by anyone! A couple of times we saw the staff look over at us but still no one came to seat us! The people in front of us then asked the man behind the bar if anyone was able to seat us, only to be told they were “very busy”, when they cleary weren’t, half of the restaurant was empty and half the staff were just stood around! After this we decided to leave and take our custom elsewhere!

Another sadly disappointing visit to a Frankie & Benny's. Same tired old menu of burgers and minimum effort pasta dishes. Chicken Parmigiana consisted of supermarket-standard coated chicken, a bit of ham and a sprinkling of melted cheese, with bland spaghetti and fries. You could create the same thing at home in very little time, a very lazy effort. With some inspiration the dish could be to a far higher standard, as you might reasonably expect from a restaurant. Service was initially swift, but after the main course we were treated to that pet irritation of waiting for an eternity in a nearly empty restaurant for somebody to return to the table and offer some dessert. In the end we walked to the servers' station and paid there.

Visited with my wife for the 1st time on Saturday tea time and found the whole experience very mediocre I’m afraid. Seemed to be lots of staff around but we were left stood by reception waiting for someone to seat us for longer than expected. We both ordered starters & main course dishes only to be told that they had run out of onion rings & corn on the cob which was a little surprising for early Saturday night! The calamari starter seemed like it had just been cooked from frozen and the mains weren’t much better. On top of this, of the 2 cubicles in the gents loos, 1 had no seat & the other didn’t flush properly so was pretty disgusting. Won’t be returning here in a hurry.

Went in as a group but explained that we wished to pay at the end separately which seemed to be the first issue. Had to move tables on the managers insistence and then wanted to move us again, which we then refused. Guy serving us did a good job and helped as much as possible but the manageress was really not interested in helping anyone. Main meals came out and when i called the manageress over to say that one of the chicken dishes was pink and raw, she dismissed it straight away with, that how we serve our chicken and if you ordered it again, that's how it will come out, so we the meal went back and wasn't replaced. two other meals (pasta dishes) were best described as bland. When it came to paying, we noticed that a service charge was automatically put on the bill but was taken off once asked for it to be taken off by the manageress but again, no real interaction from her just a tut as she did it.

Came here for my sisters birthday. As we had my 12 month old son we got dumped in the corner out the way. Had to keep waiting for menus, weren’t being brought drinks when we asked for then. Sarcastic waiting service and so hard to understand language of all staff, even though it’s meant to be and English speaking restaurant. For mains and deserts we were there for a total of three hours. This was on 16th July.

Went there for breakfast - disappointed ordered same breakfast I had had before in same restaurant in Kent which had been great. Ordered mashed advocada and poached eggs with bacon. Eggs over cooked, not at all runny, bacon cold. Saw chef putting plates on counter under what I assummed were heated lamps (not all working) - so I guess eggs still cooking until rest of food plated. I would have asked for them to be done again but did not have the time to wait longer.

We were just going out for a meal for our 7th anniversary together, however unknown to my partneroom I was planning to propose. I called the restaurant at lunchtime and booked a table for 5.00 and I explained to a lovely lady called Ernesta what I was planning. She was absolutely brilliant, giving me options on how to deliver the ring. She was also due to finish at 5.00 but she said she would stay to help to make our special evening. Our food was lovely and Ernesta served us and never once let on that she knew what was happening. The ring was brought out in amongst some mini desserts and at first my partner thought the box was a lititle cake. The look on her face will stay with me forever. Ernesta also took photos and a video for us. To say she went over and beyond is an underestatement. She helped to make our night special. I just wanted to ackknowledge that. Thank you Ernesta and F & B'S. We will be back.

Me and my partner went here for food normally we aren’t overly happy with the service but the food is always great. My partner had drank his cookie crumble milkshake before the food was out, this meant he was too full for his main after he stupidly drank such a filling milkshake as well as a big starter! The manager so kindly refunded us for his whole meal of a burger as she didn’t want us to pay for something we hardly touched!! This was such a lovely, kind gesture, definitely recommend!

Food OK, F&B; always a little overpriced in my opinion. Ordered the Meatball Feast Calzone, as in the menu which comes with BBQ sauce inside but it turned up with Tomato sauce in. Asked the waiter if they’d put through the wrong Calzone who took it back to the kitchen who blatantly lied (could see and hear the chef) saying it was BBQ in sauce in it to the waiter. The waiter then returned the Calzone to me saying it was BBQ sauce inside with Tomato Sauce also and if I could check it. Therefore I had one more bite and as I was not satisfied I asked the waiter if I could just have “what was described on the menu”, the waiter then got the Calzone replaced for the correct one - however everyone else on my table had finished their food by the time my main course arrived.

To set us up for a few hours of shopping we popped into Frankie and Benny's for a full English breakfast. Great quick service with an offer on at the moment where you could get free breakfast refill if you are it all! Too full to try this out but the next table did so without any hassle. Also they provide unlimited refills on tea and coffee. Great breakfast good price and no complaints. Oh you can also pay your bill via the app so no waiting around to pay when you are done you can just head on out.

We were sat down at our table, then left without an acknowledgement or anyone taking a drink order for quite some time. Our drinks also took their time coming out to us. My boyfriends meal was ready a while before mine and just sat the heat lamps waiting, which resulted in his meal being cold, aswell as this the chicken tasted out of date. My pizza came with raw toppings on it. No sense of urgency or customer service. Wouldn’t rush here again.

Nice atmosphere, exactly a "diner" as in US. Plenty of seating accommodation, not long queuing up. Wide choice of meals, grill-italian-mix cuisine. Good quality food and the bill won't be disappointing. Thanks for the dinner!

I’ve been here before and thought it would be just as good. Sadly, we had to wait a while to be seated, despite a number of staff noticing us waiting and it not being particularly busy. Then, when we were seated and our drinks came, I noticed that my glass had quite a big lipstick stain on the rim. I asked for a new glass and the waiter went off with it, but when he came back, it was the same glass - he had just wiped off the lipstick. Unfortunately a little bit of it was still on there which completely put me off. The food was lovely though. It’s just a shame about the cleanliness.

I decided to give it a go on Saturday and have to say i was pleasantly surprised with how polite and efficient the staff were for a change - The food was lovely with a rather large portion size for my friends wrap and sweet potato fries. I went in on mother's Day and the restaurant was empty, I asked for a table for two and what seemed to be the manager hufft and rolled her eyes when we said we didn't pre book our table, she walked away and without saying anything so I followed her to a table which had crumbs on it. The next waitress that came over was lovely and polite, my sister and I had the garlic mozzarella pizza to share for starters, it was very pleasant although the mozzarella didn't seem like mozzarella. For mains I had the meat feast burger which was tasteless and not satisfactory the meatballs were not fresh and were frozen as was the beef burger meat and the pulled pork was cold and stringy. My sister had the Mac and cheese and the portion was quite small for the price.

Despite bad reviews and GBK closed until 1pm dragged my boyfriend to F&B; as was hopeful they might exceed their reviews. (13th Feb). I wish we haven't. Although the place is quite busy, and meals cheap this reflects quality. We awkwardly stood for a while to be seated and I have requested freak shake which was on the menu. Lady says we might not have enough milk I will have to check. (How can restaurant run out of such neccessities? ) she comes back thumbs up she has it i order my freak shake to share woth boyfriend whilst he orders pepsi. She then comes back again asking what shake i wanted, comes back again saying they no longer do freak shakes? Maybe update menu to avoid dissapointed customers? Boyfriend's pepsi have taken over 15mins until when i asked for it as my other half started having low sugar levels and drink was brought immediately. Why not do it beforehand? I have ordered cheeseburger which was covered in plain mayo and cheese not properly melted and mozarella sticks for starter felt like they just been brought from cheap supermarket. Lady
