Macdonalds in West Dorset

Racist employees, extremely judgmental. Around 18/19 year old girl made my daughter feel uncomfortable as they were making fun of a delivery driver as he left saying he looked like a terrorist! Unacceptable behaviour as we are muslim ourselves won’t be visiting again!

Very clean and tidy restaurant, all staff were friendly and welcoming. Food was hot and accurate with condiments included. Management was helpful, believe her name was Hannah..

Honestly hands down THE WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever stepped foot in. Dirty tables, dirty floors, bins overflowing, inside and out. Dining Area staff were miserable. With exception to IAN as he goes above and beyond every time I see him. Very flustered manager behind the counter, clearly taking her anxiety/stress out on the crew members around her. I want to say the name was HANNAH. But can’t be sure as I didn’t see a name badge on. Or a hair net either. Very food safe. You can tell the rest of the team on shift are miserable too, management need to sort out morale! Maybe think about who you’re promoting to management and check they have the correct skill set to handle the shift. Overall an absolutely shocking experience. I won’t be coming back again. How it’s not been shut down by food safety is actually a concern.

May as well get rid of click and serve because you can never park there because of mcd delivery drivers Who are just rude and need to learn to drive

Walking from the car park to the front door there was a male behind us who spat on the floor twice and followed me into the restaurant. I was surprised to see him walk into the staff area. Then while in the middle of using the self serve machine, a staff member barged in front of me and said they needed them to use the machine a moment. After about 3 mins of fumbling around they changed the till roll. Would it not have been polite to wait until the customer had finished using it??

we would like to say a big thank you to the fantastic staff who helped us on bank holiday Monday when we were stranded not being able to get back to our caravan park due to bus being stopped one particular lady was outstanding and so were to mangers we got to our caravan park safely with all there help to witch we are truely grateful from Jane and dave

This macdonalds was gooooood, but one slight issue, we ordered cucumbur sticks but when we hopped back on the road they was no where to be seen #nothappy #notahappychappy

Tired of the likes of Starbucks, we now call into McDonald's at Dorchester every time on our way home from Devon. Helpful, and cheerful staff. Fast and reliable food, always consistent. Well done!

06.20am this morning enter the Restaurant, White shirt took the assumption he was a Manager he me to asked to wait a Mo!! after one and a half minutes of waiting I left even though members of staff had commented to him I was standing there, I had been driving for 2 hours and was really looking forward to a Sausage and egg Mcmuffin hadn't had one in years well it's going to be a few more years before I go back in any Maccie D's if this is the kind of Staff nowadays

I had ordered a large order for the office via the McDonalds app and went to collect it as I have done before. The payment went through and I got to the counter to say my order code. Unfortunately for some reason the order had not reached them and they had no evidence of it. Adam, who I believe is the assistant manager, was quick to help. Luckily as I had the order for 9 people written down, he managed to ring the order up and give me my order freshly prepared within 5 minutes. I am very grateful for the professionalism and efficiency and so is the rest of our office. Thanks again.

Awful experience trying to park now road works vehicles on the sides of the road. Traffic backing up on the road to the place near misses as cars try to navigate the area. Don’t go there!

Dorset’s rolling countryside sweeps away to reveal a gorgeous white country pub. Alas! Golden Arches, a friendly fast service and all food exactly as expected. Even a fairly clean car park.

We often frequent this McDonald’s as it on our regular route to Portsmouth from Cornwall. We just have 2 lattes to take away and normally they are great, today however, we were very disappointed with our lattes as they were so cold that the sugar didn’t dissolve, as we had already set off, we couldn’t return them for hot ones

The food was not nice at all it was really cold and the coffee was cold as well the staff were so unpleasant and not very welcoming and was too rude to even speak to there customers and they are not doing well with they food doesn’t taste very nice at all they are so miserable to they customers and really un tidy and dirty as well

Returning from holiday in extremely hot conditions this was an excellent stop for a snack an cool drink. Really good value and taste was as expected. A good A35 stop off ,which keeps you fairly close to the route.

Visited this resturant and observed staff preparing all forms of food , burgers , vegetable with their bare hands in the presence of members of the public . They appear to have a 'lack of care' and casual attitude sometimes squeezing the food with bare hands before placing in customers container.No gloves no serving tongs was ever used .
