The best restaurants serving American food in South West

Went through the drive thru. Ordered a 10 piece bucket. When we arrived home, the fries were soggy, and overcooked. The chicken was also overcooked, and very dark brown. Apart from that, I always thought that chickens have two breasts and two legs. So why did I get 8 drumsticks, and 2 tiny pieces of breast meat. I know …..cheap. No pun intended. This is the worst and most disgusting KFC I have ever had. I will certainly not return, and would suggest that people give it a wide swerve. Disgusting.

Time to close this tired chain down. Terrible food and awful service. Trades description should be investigating them. No wonder they are closing various branches down.

What a nasty little man with a horrible chip onyour shoulder. The lazy layabout despised helping a female colleague and was a nasty piece of work bagging up my TWO items. This is not the planet for you you nasty little boy

Phoned for delivery late at night, lady on phone was ace!!! Got our delivery and we live in ferndown, it took about 45 mins so acceptable for the distance 😀

I go to KFC Wincanton atleast twice a month. I noticed a huge difference of the customer service and food quality in last 1 year. They have improved a lot.👏👏 The lobby is warm and clean. The staff are really friendly and active😇. The food tastes way better and fresh now🍔🍗. The service really quick as well🚘 They are doing a fantastic job.👌🏼

Really awful. It was as if all the staff had never worked there a day in their life. Staff on the window were very clueless and didn’t care to ask our preferences when it came to sides and drinks and was overall very rude and dismissive. At the second window we were again talked to with no general manners and once again staff member was absolutely clueless. We were told to park and wait for our food and it took over 20minutes for the food to arrive, they forgot our drinks and we then had to ask to get them and then had to wait a further 10minutes to receive them. The food was very soggy, chips had little to no seasoning and overall customer service was very poor. Wouldn’t recommend

Absolutely awful food, Soggy limp chips and Soggy non crispy battered chicken Very nasty taste to the chicken tasted like poor quality old broiler chicken Pourly potioned 14 pieces mostly drumsticks and bits of wings Total waste of over £20 will not be returning, we are local Beware !!!

Came here after not visiting for a year, last time the service was slow and today was no better. Takes the fast out of fast food. Wouldn't recommend.

Absolutely awful place. Terrible staff management rude and offensive. Food is awful, under cooked cold and not pleasant at all. How this place passes any hygiene inspections amazes me. Filthy toilets, dirty tables and floors in the restaurant, god knows what the kitchen is like. I’m surprised this place hasn’t been shut down. Ordered food and promptly sent it back for a refund as it was disgusting, then given verbal abuse by so called management for doing so. Environmental health need to visit this place. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place as it’s a definite health risk.

We ordered our food and it came sloppily presented . After looking , my drink was wrong and when I went to change it, the staff were rude and ignorant. I sat down and my mum noticed they had forgot her cheese that she paid extra for so she went to collect it. Again, the staff were really rude and after asking for cheese , they actually handed her a slice of cheese with no gloves on. My food tasted off and now, 6 hours later I’m throwing up uncontrollably. I have eaten nothing else and I haven’t been in contact with anyone else. Appalling.

Absolutely awful service, staff not trained properly, need to be retrained. Management just as bad. Incorrect order. Couldn't get order right twice. Simple order a mega box. No apology. Disgusting.

Absolutely terrible overpriced, the portions are tiny my chicken I took two bites and it was gone none of the chicken had much meat on it and small chips, for two meals it came to nearly £24 really not worth the money anymore. The table’s were all dirty the whole restaurant just felt dirty and what I could see there was at least 8 staff but they was all to busy chatting.

I ordered and asked for no drumsticks or thighs as I am allergic to brown meat did they read that no they didn't had to throw it away will not order again I could have been really ill what is the point in leaving points if they don't read them, can't express anything to just eat because they will do nothing about it hope this helps future customers

Very bad hygiene in the toilets it was absolute tragedy, very slow with the orders, sipping Pepsi from a bottle, no ice. Worst KFC I’ve ever been.

Incompetent staff member. Customer before us ended up with terrible product as half dropped on floor. Gloves left on to collect goods from store, take cash and make sandwich. Very poor standards.
