Incompetent staff member. Customer before us ended up with terrible product as half dropped on floor. Gloves left on to collect goods from store, take cash and make sandwich. Very poor standards.

Ordered through the app for collectuon - was missing 4 ingredients, including the cheese and a paid extra. Was basically a single tortilla wrap stuffed with meat and sauce only. Tidworth branch is mich better.

Always used this one, but past 2 times, same young lad served me. Never changing his gloves after scratching his nether region, always " yeah, sozzzz, run outta that... (onion, corn, lettuce yada yada) Goes to the cash till.... "nah, its not scanning (app) so a bit tough, innit" The girls are phenomenal, the lad... yeah, needs a whole lot of training and a personality transplant! What s rude guy! Sub always sad and unappetising when he has built them. Please please, put the ladies on the service more, he's literally dreadful!

Pit stop on journey home from holiday. Food was ok but they were getting us to pay before fully ordering. There was a Greg’s and Burger King in same place which was good for our group of 2 families. However, the toilets and main reason for our stop, were dire. The smell of wee greets you long before you reach the cubicles. No toilet seat in one of the only 3 ladies toilets. No working hand dryer - just soggy blue paper on a chain to wipe hands dry. Ok if you’re desperate but otherwise you might want to drive on to the next services.

I have never known a place to be so incompetent. I tried subway again after a bad experience previously with cold food because a once off isn’t a problem. I just ordered … and didn’t receive my sub. How can you miss off the main part and just add in a drink, cookie and wedges? The receipt is stuck to the bag confirming what should be in it and the tiny bag probably indicated there wasn't a foot long in there! To top it off, Uber will only refund £1.50. So over £10 for luke warm, undercooked wedges, a cookie and a drink and you can’t contact Subway themselves. Absolute rip off and incompetent staff. Don’t order.

If I could give them a zero I would!! The delivery driver decided to drive 2 streets away and sit there without making any contact in which we messaged him via the Uber eats and he said he was outside. We told him he was at the wrong address in which he decided to say he’s at the correct one and then decide to dump our food in the other flat which is 2 streets away. He told us he had left it outside. I’ve walked down to go and see if it’s there and it’s not there. We’ve tried to get our money back but not successful. Absolutely fuming

Friendly and helpful staff in the evening of our arrival. The food looked to me to be standard subway fare. The vegetarian selection for breakfast was very limited.

Destiny was very rude, they were closed from 3pm till nearly 6pm, they said they were only doing drinks and weren’t making any sandwiches because they had no salad or meat prepped and they said the back of the shop was not clean, yet from what I could see it was. I have seen previously that sandwiches are not made with care, it is just thrown into the bread, absolutely careless if you ask me.

Visited Sunday, 2.00pm 12/12/2021 Looking forward to a nice footlong, such as we choose at other branches of Subway, the Teriyaki Chicken being a current favourite. My wife stood in a small queue for a short while, and when she went to order, she was told the teriyaki Chicken was off the menu - as was anything warm, as they were closed for cleaning(?)...at this point, another staff member stuck a hand written piece of paper on the chiller glass stating this fact (something they found amusing) Now I'm no expert regarding Subways trading practices or opening hours, but I'm pretty sure that they should have been open around lunch time on Sunday. Quite a few disgruntled customers were turned away, and, like us, they took their custom to either Greggs or Burger King that are also located at this small complex. I future, we'll take the drive to Subway in Tidworth....couldn't possibly be any worse.

Went to get a subway. Staff looked like they didn’t want to be there and weren’t friendly. Didn’t have what I wanted, bread was rock hard and stale before it got toasted so even worse after, was like eating a breadstick. Barely any filling so ends of bread were dry and the lady who put the salad on did so as if she was serving an ant as I got about 3 pieces of spinach and 5 bits of lettuce. Pickles in the salad bar were covered in mould and were fluffy and the whole subway looked dirty and not clean. Had no cookies. 5 minutes later the subway closed due to a water problem.

We had very good service from two very pleasant and polite young people. We noted that establishment has have some poor comments. From our experience we cannot understand why.

Just about as bad a subway gets they should be ashamed. Meant to open until 8 but staff clearly couldn't be bothered so told me they were closed at 7.30... barked at by the manager as other staff just ignored me completely.

eu comi com minha família na volta do passeio de Stonehenge um sanduíche e a alimentação foi normal, o local é bom pra comer rápido assim como qualquer outro Subway.

Staying tonight at the Travel lodge next door. Thought I would try the subway here although I am fussy! Very fresh, tasty and lovely lady served me very quickly. I came back and read the awful reviews AFTER I had eaten it but felt I must write a review! It was so clean around the subway and I couldn’t fault it. The food was delicious!

Slowest service at any subway I’ve ever been to! 1 person barely serving! Took 20 minutes with only 4 people in front of me

One member of staff on at lunchtime so service incredibly slow. Visited on 29th Dec.The girl serving was using same gloves for meat and salad. Seems like a health risk to me, if there was salmonella or e.coli on the meat it would then be transferred to the salad and affect everyone. More training needed or more staff?!No GF bread. Think it was a vegan patty we were served but couldn’t be sure it wasn’t the vegetarian one.

Not just worst subway, but worst services i have ever encountered! Toilets were disgustingly dirty, the seating area looked like it had not been cleaned all day, bins overflowing, sticky floor, rubbish all over the place inside and out. Subway had pretty much ran out of all produce, no nacho’s, 2 types of bread left, no cheese, ham, meatballs, turkey, the staff were really ill mannered and young. Asked to speak to the manager and got a swift reply of “he is not in today”.This was at 16:20pm. Decided to drive the little bit extra down the A303 to Solstice Park services. I plead to anyone reading this comment, DO NOT VISIT THIS SERVICES! You will be very disappointed!

I don't remember a filthier eating area. We ate in the car because it was so disgusting. Floor and tables were absolutely filthy, bins overflowing, toilets so revolting we crossed our legs and continued our journey. This place is an absolute disgrace and a health hazard. DO NOT STOP HERE!

Stopped at the service station with our 4 grandchildren for a subway. Oh what a disappointment.The subway run by 4 very young staff had run out of everything, no nachos, coffee, rolls, Turkey and most salads. Asked why this was, got shrugs from the staff, who were sitting at a table nearby and couldn't have cared less. As we were returning from a holiday in Devon with the children who were hungry ,ended up with crisps. I rang head office on the Monday morning to complain, who said they would contact the person responsible , this they did, I then got an e mail reply 3 days later with the most pathetic apology ever. No explanations, no concerns, not even saying that they would look into the matter. The punch line was, we appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. As we stopped on Friday 9th August 2019 at 3pm we could not see any reason for this shortage of product. The thing that annoyed us most was the could not care less attitude from the senior staff notified . Don't bother complaining to Head Office or site Management, they don't care.

Passing by Amesbury after the visit at Stonehenge, we take away some excellent sandwiches from Subway. There we met a friendly staff.

It was only 11am, and subway had all but sold out of every filling and every salad item. Got told by the young girl there would be no more until tomorrow. The seating area is shared with other outlets but it appeared that no one was taking responsibility for it and rubbish was strewn everywhere. As for the toilets, well, total disbelief that somewhere serving foodlets the toilets get into the state they were in. I could honestly smell them from outside in the corridor. On entering the smell off urine was almost overpowering. And underneath the urinals the floor was soaking wet with urine. Will never go here again

It's a typical subway. You choose your way through all the bread, fillings and salad options and you come away with a personalised filled role.

We had breakfast at Greggs 9.30am on 2/11/18. Food & drink was fine BUT the toilets were absolutely disgusting. I used the disabled toilet - there was old poo all the way up and round the bowl of the toilet, urine all over the floor,no toilet paper or soap. It was difficult to come out without having soiled clothes by trailing on the wet floor and impossible to clean hands or anything else. My other half used the gents and said no paper or soap and very unclean. I reported to the Greggs staff, who seems totally uninterested. Surely it is in interests of all the outlets that share these facilities to get something done about it. If we had done things the other way round and used toilets first before breakfast we would not have fancied eating anything and would have left without making a purchase.

This restaurant is a trio of eateries (with Greggs and Burger King) that share dining and toilet facilities. Dining area is ok, but the toilet facilities are poor, we were there early in the morning both ladies and gents didn't look like they had been cleaned since the previous day. Won't use again.
