Dry chicken all the time, when staff agreed to cook fresh the don’t and still serve the old food!! Do not eat this food you will get poorly

I know it happens but I did not want to see huge rats running around while I sat eating my meal. £10 for three tiny bits of chicken, some lukewarm chips is very steep. Definitely need some pest control and staff seem very bored and unenthusiastic to be there. If it is for fast food I’d rather go down the road to the other fast food chain.

So my favourite fast food takeaway dinner…. The restaurant was clean enough and they even had a sign under the counter reminding staff to pull the counters out to clean behind them. Very good. Now just ask the lovely man serving to smile and say hello and maybe not open with “ eating in or takeaway”. Be great if all the food was in the bag when I got home and didn’t have to walk back and be challenged by the lovely man serving. Thanks. Food was great as always. Finger licking great.

When we came into the KFC there were no customers waiting. Came with my husband, my sister and her husband. We ordered separately as couples. Mine and my husband’s order was ready pretty quickly. However my sister, her husband and the two other sets of customers after her had to wait approximately 15 minutes for their order. Seemed excessive as they weren’t busy at all (like I say, we came into an empty restaurant). There was lots of rubbish on the tables and full bins. In my order, they forgot my husband’s BBQ sauce and my chips. In my sister’s order, they also forgot the BBQ sauce. It seems we weren’t the only ones as the order after my sister’s they forgot one of the 3 burgers they ordered. It was apparent that the guys serving in there were a lot more interested in playing their own music and messing around with each other rather than concentrating on doing their jobs. There was no level of urgency whatsoever. Very poor service.

The staff are amazing at Wincanton’s branch , a little one mollie who dose drive tho is a pleasure to see every morning, all the staff are so lovely and welcoming, the place is allways spotless everyone has got into the spirit of halloween with decorating around the restaurant and cheerful halloween headbands, a great place, thank you

Really Really awesome Environment in this store. The store is nice and cleaned and organised. The food quality was excellent. Customer service is really impressive and the Manager is friendly with customers and asking about the food quality. Totally the visit was enjoyable.

Staff hiding in the back and refusing to serve with 1 hour left open. Waited 15 minutes before someone came out and was stunned thst we were there. 3 more family's came in and had to walk out. 1 paid on the app and couldn't collect there food.... Shocking

Went in very cold in there and not that busy. Ordered on app. Went to toilet no loo roll in either women’s so had to get some from disabled. Women’s toilets had faecies on the toilets as well and left dirty. Tables and floor in place quite messy. Then when collecting the order they just called ‘collect order’ and not an order number so we had no idea wether it was ours or not. Then waited for the drink to be made. Then realised after there was no dips or salt so had to go back and ask for them. The staff were lovely though. Chicken very hot. The bbq bites were warm as they were left out for a while but other than that ok.

Terrible had to wait 15+ minutes to get ketchup was in front of me and the lady walked away without doing anything.

Worst kfc I have ever been too. The staff acted like they did not want to be there. Witnessed a lady wiping her nose and then continued to make food straight after. When we got our food the chicken looked raw and completely put us off our food. We through all of it in the bin and went across to McDonald’s. A place where they were happy to take our order.

Very tiny portions. I was still hungry after 4 pieces of fried chicken, tiny portion of skin on fries. The level of attention to customers was poor although the staff tried to help me use the KFC App but we could not get the blue light discount voucher to appear. I will not return here. McDonalds is within a short distance as an alternative. Also very expensive for 4 small pieces of chicken plus small fries and a diet coke: £8.45 . I was very hungry so stopped to try it. Dissatisfied.

Made the mistake of ordering from this KFC. The floor was sticky and tables uncleaned. There were 2 young girls working but only one seemed to know what she was doing. Food took ages to arrive and when it did it was disgusting. Won't eat there again

What a refreshing change to find a clean, tidy, looked after fast food establishment, that serves quality piping hot food that's had care taken in its cooking and presentation. Why can't all fast food outlets be like this one. Very impressed so we give it full 5 stars, Thank you !

Started off great got served quick but I couldn’t help but see a bunch of lads hovering around the serving area speaking to a member of staff, seemed to be only chatting and not working, making the young lady do most of the work. I couldn’t help but hear swearing a slouching, I also heard him say that he didn’t want to do a family bucket for one of his friends and if his friend made him do it he would spit in it. This was very inappropriate and unprofessional and to top it off another member of staff had to come and remind him that he was working as I sat there whilst my food was ready.

Went here today for first time. Very clean, great staff, fresh food cooked perfectly. Till staff very friendly. Great to see a KFC run as it should be. Great job guys. A credit to the chain.

We needed somewhere to get a quickish meal on our way back to Cornwall. First up easy on and off from A303. Driving round to it though the area looked a bit off putting but probably waiting for mote development. Got off to bad start...

Chicken was over cooked must of been sitting there for some time same with the chips, wouldn’t give to a dog, should have taken it back but knees were playing up.

Rip off - 10 piece family bargain bucket of thighs and drumsticks! Over cooked too. I should have gone to a supermarket. Much better quality thighs and drumsticks at 25% of the price.

I do live local to this KFC and every time I have a bad one, I leave it a while and then think I'll give it another go, but never seems to get any better, maybe the person/people training new staff is at fault. It...

We were almost put off by some recent comments, but thought we'd give it a go anyway. The food and service were fine.The staff did seem surprisingly young. Chicken properly cooked, good portions of decent chips. Everything exactly as one would expect from a KFC

Gave this KFC a third chance as it’s local to me. I won’t bother again. Food is awful. Chips are always soggy, limp and just warm. On all 3 occasions they have got the order wrong. Staff don’t seem to care about customer service. Ordered...

First and last time I will eat food from this place...The chicken breast was nasty and the coating was limp...It was SO hot it had clearly been in a microwave for too long...The chicken 'bits' (little round things) tasted sour and had to be thrown...

Was there last week, no overstrewn rubbish bins or stripped cars in the parking lot. This was the best kfc I've ever had period! Everything was freshly cooked and and staff were great and dining in, the place was clean and safe. Thank you!

Not really a great fan of KFC but as it’s been shut for months, had a craving for some southern fried chicken. Well it must be popular as on the last five hundred yards of the road leading to it, there was a tsunami of...

This is conveniently located just off the A303. Service was friendly. Food is same as any other KFC. It was nice and tasty washed down with a krushem. Lovely

Only side available was corn on the cob and only sauce available was hot and spicy 🤔 Love a good dry kfc 👍

We live very close by the time we got home everything was stone cold we had a family feast which all ended up in the bin the chips were not edible they had no gravy yet again so £20 wasted don’t no how many times we can give it another chance can’t believe after spending that much money on dinner we ended up cooking shocked at how cold and tasteless it was unreal how there still open I will never no

Very poor service....Not informed about lack of dipping bars until order ready. Chips barely cooked and almost cold. The lad who served us needs some lessons in customer service

We fancied KFC for a change as haven't been in one for over a year, that was a big mistake! This KFC is appalling! The food was poor, some very greasy chicken and some very dry chicken. There were no hot drinks so ..... no chance of a coffee! Thank god We didn't buy a bargain bucket ! Will NEVER go to this KFC again. It was so bad we might never eat at a KFC again.

With a six minute wait announced by the drive thru teller, opted instead to park up and purchase indoors. The polar opposite of fast food then glacially approached. The final illogical straw was finding that although you get a delivery number for the food, when it finally is ready for collection the server calls out what it actually is, rather than the number, so if everyone waiting has ordered the same product there is unsurprisingly a clusterfck of confusion. Nope. Not again.

As an American, this is a poor excuse for a KFC. I wished I had read the hygiene article on the web before we stopped in. I believe our visit was post the chicken shortage but when we walked up (no menu available, screens down) we were told we have 4 pieces of chicken. I thought that was it and they would close after us. This was at 1 PM however, as we were eating chicken and french fries (nothing else seems to have been available as it certainly wasn't offered), we did notice that more chicken was being served. Wished we had been told that ???????????. I would say the staff were marginal in performance/capability at best. The entire restaurant was a safety risk as the floor was slick/slippery due to moisture. It did not appear that the floor was recently mopped but that there is a moisture issue in the facility. Overall,I would also say the eating area was only fair as far as cleanliness. Trash cans were full.In summary, I hope we don't get sick on the 4 pieces of chicken we did have. This KFC needs corporate attention in my mind.

I used the drive through. I had to wait a long time at the window before making an order. Another long wait before getting my food. When I arrived home I realised the side order had been missed out. Then after biting into the burger, realised the bun was mouldy. This comes after the restaurant got a 2 star food standard rating and has said it’s made improvements. It doesn’t look like it has!

Went here for fast food .........totally wrong there. We ordered boneless banquet nice and simple but no, we had to wait 7 minuets which ended up being 25. The chips were cold coffee was not working staff on mobiles etc etc etc

I have never been here when my bog standard order as just simply been prepared and given to me without being told at least one component is unavailable. Since when does kfc not have gravy or chicken!!!! When some of the order is available it is often cold and has obviously been sat around far too long! The staff are all teenagers who obviously can not operate a fast food restaurant. Very poor!

We mostly try to eat healthy. Once in a while it's nice to eat junk or fast food. So we were passing and visited the local KFC. We got what we expected, chicken and fries. Nice and unhealthy but makes a change

Ordered my food like a melt... the server “ellie” managed to dissect what I was trying to say and got my food 5 minutes later with no issue... can’t complain about anything except my shame at failing to communicate a basic order 🙄

Visited at lunchtime on Friday. No staff to be seen at the front all congregated at the back chatting. The manager couldn't care less so I left along with two other people. Rarely visit this place but the service is always appalling, I should no better by now. Anyway I took my daughter to The Wagtail next door where we had a great burger with lovely service.

if you wanna wait 20 minutes for food then KFC is the place to be, drive thru was dead so we thought we would use it, card machine was faulty, cracked computer screen, dirty windows alongside the drive thru, put me off my food before having it! Extremely overpriced aswell! Was not very pleased...A couple weeks later I returned to KFC, just because I was driving past and was hungry, I decided to use the store instead, so I went in, dead again, I asked for the 8 piece boneless feast, £15!!!! I asked without sides as I wouldn't eat them, thinking I was doing the store a favour by saving their products! The woman refused and said I had to have them, she was very rude and I instantly felt unwelcome...the chicken was dry, as were the chips, the dips weren't fresh either, I now won't be returning

When this place first opened, it was staffed by the most lack-lustre managers who seemed unable to employ enough decent staff to run all their shifts. During this summer we paid this place a visit, fully expecting the same poor quality but to our surprise, not only was the food excellent, warm and served quickly, but the only remaining old staff were the best ones. Heather remains amazingly loyal and fully understands what good service should mean. We have since been in during a different shift; same result. We have even tried the drive-thru twice; same result. Well done to all involved.

Tucked off the A303 where the staff need to focus on selling and preparing food. In a hurry so took the drive through option where I waited 12 minutes for food. I went into the restaurant to see where it was and it was empty. I would avoid this place.

Good luck...my first review of this place. It is rare to receive the exact order...always mistakes but it is what it is.

I called in here on the way home on 2nd Sept. It was around 20:50.I stood in a queue with 2 people in front of me (both also waiting to have their order taken) whilst one employee completely ignored us and was serving ice creams to another customer. The 'restaurant' was not busy - there were probably about 3 or 4 people eating.I looked across at the food warmer and it was empty, so I figured that EVEN IF I got served anytime soon, I'd have a wait on my hands. There were at least three employees in the kitchen area, none of which came to the front to take orders.After about 10 minutes of being ignored, I gave up, mumbling (but in order to be heard) as I walked out. Only at this point did the ice cream server call somebody from the kitchen called Amelia "to come and serve the customer's please". I kept walking and I won't be going backI can't comment on the food (as I never got served) but judging by the other review's my digestive system probably had a lucky escape.The standard of KFC's seems to be declining rapidly in my opinion. I don't expect silver service or gourmet fare, but I do expect to be acknowledged and served in a reasonable period of time, particularly as this is supposed to be fast food!The Amesbury KFC is appalling and the Shaftesbury one is nothing to write home about either!

Quick tasty food on the go. Staff were friendly and meal was as ordered. We used the drive through so unable to comment on the cleanness of inside.

Been here several times and when ordering food to eat in and you ask for a specific part of chicken you will get what you ask for. So on 2 occasions I have ordered to take away and specifically asked for no legs or thighs and when got home surprise surprise they were all thighs!! Even though the request was on receipt. They are polite to your face and say no problem but I am sure when you order to take away , being so close to A303 they throw in anything they want thinking by the time you've left it's too late too turn back. I live near this kfc but will never be returning . Just check your food before you drive off!! Or even better go to mcdonalds 10 minutes down the road

El personal apuraron a sus pies haciendo cada 10 empleos y nadie parecía feliz!Mi pedido un bocadillo de pollo y un cuadro de palomitas de pollo de 2 piezas y fui a casa. Como no era comer la mía no me pareció genial y a menos de 2 horas me fue ver otra vez y esto continuó durante toda la noche!Sin duda no volveremos y, sin duda, no recomendar aquí!

Estuvimos aquí en ruta a un fin de semana de camping para alimentar a los niños. El restaurante no estaba tan lleno, aunque el coche por era, el personal no parecía saber lo que estaba haciendo, y no era demasiado educado. La comida estaba bien, pero una larga espera para que salgan. Nunca especialmente barato.

Just don't go there! All employees are teenagers who have no idea what they're doing. No cleanliness, no consistency, just take my advice and stay away.

Keep driving - I have to admit to not being a KFC fan at the best of times, but my kids are. Even they wont go here & we live in the town!

Wanted to have dinner there at 9:30pm or something near that and they were closed people need to eat you know they could at least have it opened till 10pm.

Detuvimos en drive thru para colocar un gran pedido de 12 y me dijeron que sólo tenía 4 filetes de pollo a la izquierda en una víspera de sábado 9 pm! Preguntó por qué la respuesta era "su tarde y estaremos cerrando en aproximadamente una hora o así". !Pedimos varios otros artículos para cubrir lo que no se podía conseguir, la comida era cálida pero no caliente y parecía improvisado, como las patatas fritas que había sido arrojaban en y estaban por todos lados!La última vez que probamos este lugar hace un año y su tan mal como lo fue entonces.

Si tienes o no en realidad como KFC, sólo iría a éste si estás desesperado.Todo el lugar es decididamente barata. La planta es a menudo pegajosa? ? ? Así que no parece recibir regularmente derribado o limpiado, normal escombros comida por todas partes, a la izquierda por una cierta sección de la clientela que probablemente viva como este en casa.El servicio es un poco lento, pero eso es que normalmente sólo una mala miembro del personal tratando de conseguirlo.Los baños están bien. . No hay mejores! Pero si no no respirar demasiado profundo! ! !Y ahora la comida, mmmm su KFC ¿no es así! ! Así que no esperes demasiado, pero normalmente lejos de calor, no muy crujientes y nunca tienes cualquier salsas!McD's no hay mucho de una buena Prensa normalmente pero sus calles por delante de este lugar! !

He revisado este una vez antes, en septiembre de 2016 y aún está mal. Fuimos pasando a la hora del almuerzo y estaba muy sorprendido al ver el estacionamiento lleno, así que nos pareció que cambios se han hecho y decidimos entrar para el té. Pensamos en pop para el té.Estaba completamente muerto y cuando fuimos dentro del miembro del personal me preguntó si podía ayudar, pero cuando nos dijo que quería tener un vistazo al menú primera su respuesta fue, "tendré que volver luego! ". Obviamente no me impresionó a trabajar allí.Había cinco o seis soportes de pollo ya cocinado y un lote de patatas fritas que parecían como si hubieran sido sentado allí por un largo tiempo como parecía muy seco.Nos dimos la vuelta y a la izquierda y el grosero sin pedir miembro del personal no había lugar para ser visto como ella había ido a esconderse detrás.Alguien realmente necesita ir y conocer este lugar en normas y la actitud del personal. Sin duda no parece estar en el lugar correcto, ya que este es el peor que he visto en mi vida.

Terrible customer service received from the store manager and young female girl. No conception of politeness and manners, manager snatched money from myself when paying for order and acted as though I wasn't even a customer stood in front of him. Childish behaviours between manager and young female, messing around, very unprofessional. Food took ages and when asking how much longer .. received a snotty response by manager. Will not be returning to this store again.

This is a usual KFC which I enjoyed my meal as it was as I expected it to be. As I was staying in the Travelodge it was an ideal place for me to have something to eat as I was on my own.

By KFC standards its not bad. After all, It's a KFC. Would do better with service but otherwise ... it's a KFC.

Two of us went in with a pretty simple order all staff drifting into space about 5 of them , we ordered 2 boneless boxes and a 3 piece meal and a large gravy and they forgot one meal ??? And then gave us a gravy we paid for as a 'sorry' Embarrassing encounter to say the least I could honestly say a chimp would of been a better employee

Not much good to say, the front door was stuck so had to enter through a fire door which had to be propped open even though it was freezing. One staff member was "mopping" the floor by sloshing water over it until it was a skating rink. Half the menu was unavailable due to various machines being broken. It was slow, cold and miserable. Toilets needed a good clean.Maybe just a bad day as it was New Years day?

Visited KFC at 6pm this evening. The place was virtually empty and there was one car ahead of us in the drive-through.We gave the order over the tannoy but the operative was mucking about and made us repeat the whole lot again.When we arrived at the window we were told to park up and that our order would be four minutes maximum.Fifteen minutes later I went in to chase up our order. David who served us came out smirking and said 'Sorry I will put yours on now'. I requested and left.Appalling service. We certainly will never return. The chap in the next vehicle said this is the worst KFC he has visited.At least we were spared the bad stomach the previous reviewer suffered!

When we went to kfc. There was a 20 minute wait for chicken the restaurant was in a terrible mess, the staff were unhelpful and rude we left and went somewhere else.

After the seventh complaint & incorrect orders in one visit I was finally given a refund after an argument with the "manager" due to his poor management & lack of staff.

The food was tasty but that's about all that's going for it here. We ordered a milkshake and when our drink arrived, it was something totally different and when we asked, we were told they don't do milkshake. We were missing all the extras such as hand wipes and salt and did not get any napkins at all. Convenient for a speedy snack but not much else to recommend it.

If you don't mind eating something you haven't even ordered or waiting 45minutes for so called FAST FOOD then go ahead and visit!! My advice, eat at the wagtail just next door to it!! Much better grub at a similar price!!

Well i have reviewed this place before but feel the need to express my current experience of this restaurant.The last order i had from them the drive through screen is naff can hardly see it sometimes, they can't hear you properly.Get to window to pay and wait for them to get to you, they finally open the window and tell you the amount that you need to pay. Ok so far then you pay only to be told 10 minute wait ok so not too bad so go to a parking space and wait and wait and wait goes past 10 minutes it then becomes 20 minutes or more, finally food comes out, ok so we drive home which is not far only to open the boxes to find all i can say is something that looks like its thrown together quickly. The wraps well they don't look like anyone put any thought into making them and the Lunch box meal with extra large fries are never a portion for extra large. We don't go back down because it is not worth the fuel money or my time but honestly how they are still going i have no idea.I don't go inside as i dread to think what service you would get there.This was a first one of its kind when opened now its gone so far down hill it must break the KFC managers heart looking at how bad this one is now.

We do not normally have take away type meals, but we tried this meal in a box. The chicken was terrible and had a strange smell about it, we did not finish the meal and would not frequent this place in the future

Went in for tea this evening before a 5pm appointment in town & my little girl who's 6 fell off the stool and hurt her arm, I asked for a cold cloth to help the pain, all staff were very helpful and so nice, think they need to be praised where praise is due, thankyou so much, oh and the food was great too :)

all the usual facilities and menu and very helpful staff, but the food was overcooked, if I had eaten in the restaurant I would have asked for exchange but I had taken it back to my hotel.

Shut it down its hygiene is not on there mind , avoid , cold food , some one will get ill from this place , discussing sticky tables and staff yuck !!

I joined a queue of 4 people in a KFC that only had 3 people at the tables eating, on a very quiet Monday evening - there was 1 'uninterested' female serving, & on eventually getting to the front of the queue & being served she advised me that there would be a 25 minute wait for the food! .... I left & went elsewhere.

All the bins in the car park were over flowing.The toilets smelled of fish.Not a single table was clean inside the restaurant and it was too cold to sit outside.The chicken was dry and chewy. The final straw that made me be bothered to write a review was that I decided to take my side order home with me. I thought the tub of coleslaw would go nicely with a salad. Reading the label.on my way home however I noticed the best before date. Let's just say it's not current. I will never go back there. They should be shut down.

ordered our meal after paying was told 20 min wait ....... got food 25 mins later took it home was swimming in black old oil. i phoned to complain and got told oh ok we will change oil tomorrow. come on get a grip kfc

Soooo slow!!! Terrible not to have enough staff. It's not fast food but slow food! Disgraceful that KFC have had same comments and but bothered to act on it.

Because this KFC is off the beaten track in terms of population, it's quieter than many in other built up areas. The food is better for it (freshly cooked) but the lack of staff could well be telling in holiday times.

This KFC seems to bee quite new and is not very busy hence the food seems to be cooked to order rather than being held in readiness which makes the service a little slower than normal we were 5 minutes but when the meal arrives it was piping hot and tasted good.The KFC is standard in respect of menu, fittings etc and like all of the chain it provides a good place to stop for a cheap but reliable snack.As it is just off the A303 at the Wincanton turnoff it would be a good place to stop on the London-West Country route as it is much cheaper than service areas and has plenty of free parking/ toilets etc. A bonus is the free wifi.

KFC is KFC foodwise, so you're looking for a bit of service and you get none here.The staff -which number quite a few - seem to care not a jot as to how long they keep you waiting and you never receive an apology.I have to work in Wincanton quite a bit and I now avoid this place like the plague and suggest that everyone else does too.

Been here a few times to be kept waiting in the car park for food. This time has taken the biscuit!In the drive thru, to be told they dont have fillets for an hour as they are defrosting. Firstly, thought they were meant to be fresh!And secondly, we were then left waiting in the q of traffic in the drive thru for nothing! And was probably for about an hour! So a waste of fuel and time for nothing!! Fed up of this place and never coming again!

I have passed by the A303 on a number of occasions recently and have often seen this KFC from the main road, today I decided to stop off, as it was mid-journey on the way home. I wish I hadn’t have bothered, why you ask, well here goes.I decided to go inside as I’d been driving for a few hours and the place was fairly quiet at just before 8pm, however I had to wait whilst the staff served the one person in front of me; rather than taking my order after the previous person, he went and got the their order and then only served me once that was complete and he did that for everyone whilst I was there, doing one order at a time!It wasn’t as if the place was understaffed as there were at least 4 of them available.However things got worse, the only chicken that they had were chick fillet strips and the coffee machine was broken so the only hot drink that they could serve was tea, also they had no toppings left for the Kream Balls, I gave up asking about anything else after that, so what exactly they had available is a mystery. I wouldn’t be surprised if KFC disappears from whole country soon, because it seems like this is not an isolated case. The last time I went to KFC (in Portsmouth) the service again was appalling and the order was wrong. Looking at other KFC’s and the reviews that they get, they seem to be very consistently poor.I didn’t bother checking on Trip Advisor for reviews before my visit because I assumed that fast food places would be at average at the very least – how wrong could I be.

I was travelling home and decided i fancied a KFC as dont often have one so was passing on the A303 northbound and popped in for what i was expecting to be fast food :(.I decided to go into the restaurant as i needed to pay a visit to the loo and there was not one person serving front of house all were concentrating on the drivethru. There were at least 10 people stood waiting to be served and i saw two couples walk away on disgust .I decided to give the drivethru a go as this seemed to be moving faster. Got to the order window and not even a hello or be with you in a minute. Nope sat there for five minutes checking thier awful trip advisor reviews but when i eventually ordered it did come within five mins and was average not terrible however i was not given any wipes and my first drink was wrong. I drove into the carpark to eat my food and watched another four sets of people leave in disgust. The management need to sort this out or it will be closing very soon. Oh and i think the last time the bins were emptied was a week ago as they were all overflowing with garbage.

How can a kfc be without chicken or sauces and have waits of 20 minutes plus to be served while waiting for staff to bother to come and serve on a regular basis.shocking full stop

The wait was absolutely horrendous and some people were waiting there for 40 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes I left as they told me they didn't have enough chicken.

Never again, it was terrible ,the chicken was under cooked ,the chips soggy. The drink was fine. I'll never go here again.

The Google map position is incorrect as at 7th February 2015. The restaurant is actually North of the A303. You would think this would be of interest to a business! Unfortunately, it appears to be symptomatic of a poorly managed restaurant.

Having pulled into the Kfc to treat the kids we stood for 10 minutes before anybody even came to see us and then nothing was said or orders taken. The people next to us were still waiting After 20 minutes !!! We left and won't be back

Total waste of money not good at all !!!! Would never have kfc ever again cold food and bad hygiene. Dirty floors and sticky tables , avoid

Been a few times now in the hope it was just a one time bad experience but n! The chicken is overcooked and really salty service is appalling in everytime there was an item missing from the order. Just keep driving by McDonald's is just at the next roundabout westbound on the A303.

Far from fast food and on my last visit they had run out of chicken!!!!Needs much improvement to be able to justify the KFC badge above the door.

Visited when staying at Travelodge next door. Food ok, but could have been hotter. Staff helpful as some things on menu were not available.

Thought i would pop to kfc for family meal. worst decision everafter 3 trips to rectify missing items from order just got home fourth time to discover my fresh order still had items missingwot a place, food was cold and disgusting,there is no customer service restuarant was filthy and the manager well she just hid when i returned yet againmy advise drive straight past this place

The worst KFC I have ever visited. The service was a complete joke. What is the point of employing a manager if you don't manage the place. Headless chickens would have more of a clue. Can't comment on the food because after 45mins I was still waiting, only then to be told we could half of the order (2 meals). I demanded my money back and left. What a bad advert for KFC.
