What a DUMP. Place was Freezing Cold. as for the Staff. what an Ignorant Bunch..when we asked for the heating to be Upped or Turned on. it was ignored. so we kept our coats on... the so called Polite Staff. just laughted at us, when we complained..the way our large party were treated it was like being back at School. NO. it was Better when at School. the Food was Rubbish. half of it was Cold and Hard to cut. not cooked enough...the so called Gravy, just like coloured water,(cold)...some of us had ice cream for dessert. it was so hard. we never ate it. even the so called Entertainment!!!!!!. I will not waste my time on that Crap. place it was us Womens Christmas Treat...and it was RUINED.by The MULBERRY. at COAST DRIVE. GREATSTONE. KENT...who could not care a less...we spent a lot of money per head going there....what a waste.. would have been better off going to a Local Fish & Chip Shop....what we thought,was going to be a nice evening out. was a Shambles....we left at 9.30pm. was there for less than two hours.. .... MY and OTHERS ADVICE, is STEER CLEAR of the PLACE. SAVE your MONEY. and GO ELSEWHERE......Be Warned..

Good pizza and salads .pleasant staff and quick service. Price are also reasonable so will come back. Possible improvement: Room is spacious so lack of atmosphere despite some customers there

The store is aesthetically pleasing, impeccably clean, and features a welcoming ambience. The staff provided friendly and efficient service. I highly recommend it.

The burgers are amazing, my son is a very fussy eater and I asked him to give it a rating out of 5 and he said 10. Well presented, hot and lush!!

Fathers Day. Had a booking for 6pm as we are staying at the nearby Premier Inn. 2pm get a phone call they are closing at 5pm as they only have one staff member available. Seriously, get some more staff in. How do you find anywhere else on Father's Day? Everywhere is booked. Couldn't even give me an earlier booking. A good job Macdonalds are more accommodating.

Hi, I went with a friend for lunch to TGI’s and had a lovely lunch! We were served by a lovely guy called Patrick who was friendly, attentive and welcoming! He was brilliant with our boys and just made our lunch an easy experience! As always the food is lovely as well! Thank you for being so lovely Patrick! Sophie & Alfie xx

Visit often to watch football or for a drink. Food is good and staff always helpful especially Iain and Lisa.

Amazing bottomless brunch, defo be returning. Myah our waitress was absolutely brilliant. Very knowledgeable on all food and drinks 😊

Occasionally go here for one of the greatest milkshakes, and was served by Josh that provided a great service.

Carlie was fantastic. She knows how to serve a customer. She is a complete asset to your company and she deserves all the praise. She made our experience incredible. She was so observant with our orders. Best server I’ve ever had!!

Food took hour and half to come out and then another 20 minutes for the other foods like rice and chips. Pudding was another hour and some of the photos didn't match what was severed.

I had a great dinner at Carmona Steak & Tapas in Guildford, and Desiree made the experience even better with her warm, attentive service. She gave excellent recommendations, and the food didn’t disappoint — especially the Parrillada, which was packed with perfectly cooked meats and bold flavors. The tapas were delicious too, with the chorizo standing out. The cozy, rustic vibe added to the charm. Overall, a fantastic evening with top-notch service. Will definitely be back
