Great atmosphere, great food and drinks with plenty of choice and variety! All staff were very efficient and friendly, but an extra 'shout out' to our server Sofia, who went above and beyond - my partner had the Fajitas as his main and the dips looked like they'd been under the 'hot lights' a bit too long, so without even having to ask Sofia brought him fresh dips! Excellent place, highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wow, what has happened to TGI? The menu was massively reduced and has very little on offer now! Although this doesn't affect my review of potentially the most awful trip out I have had. Ok, so we booked in advance for an off peak time due to eating out with a toddler, we got sat no issue at all.... this is where the positives end! We ordered and waited.... and waited... and waited. After 45 mins, the waitress finally notices that no food has come out and says she will check, 50 mins in, and we get told that the order didn't come through to the kitchen so they have put it in again and we will be a priority. Had we not had our daughter, we would have gone somewhere else at this point, as you can imagine entertaining a 3 year old who is already massively over stimulated is rather hard! At least we are getting fresh hot food, we thought.... how wrong were we! Food comes out as Luke warm at best, and portion sizes on a burger that was £20 was tiny. Burger was tasteless and extremely stingy on the hot sauce, which, considering it was the buffalo burger, was disappointing, they didn't even get the order right but after waiting over an hour I wasn't going to say anything. We decided against pudding as we didn't want to wait another hour and ask for the bill. At which point the manager comes over (hadn't asked for that) and hands us the bill, no effort to apologise or anything. Looked at the bill and thought I'm never coming here again over £100 for 2 cokes, a kids' meal (that was free), 2 chicken burgers, and a side of onion rings. Then, I realised that despite being told the order didn't go through, it clearly had as we were charged for the original order and then again for the chased up order. You would think they would have done a little bit of quality control and check the receipt before handing it over.

We used to love coming here however everything has gone down hill and prices gone way up! Waited to be seated as they were singing happy birthday to someone so all good there we were seated and waited a long time to be served then waiter Kris came over and asked us to order everything kept trying to tell him about an allergy, said he'd have to get the manager as standard for here I know but was in for a shock when he came over and stipulated that he doesn't know what ingredients are in the menu as it not a main allergen which is shocking as it's standard practice to have a list of ingredients for this reason! And still got the order wrong came out with mayo the allergy is lemon and citric acid so played safe and got a plain burger so they took hers back left mine to eat took 10mins to redo and I had near enough finished wasn't pleasant but too hungry to send it back as it looked liked alot was being sent back. The waiter we found really rude down talking and slating about the manager and the kitchen staff then when we had finished he brought over lemon wipes! When we reminded him about the allergy he passed it over to me and said well you can have it so pushed both off the side and said I don't want to use it. This has gone way down hill for the price and lack of service avoid!

Reserved a table here, heavily reduced menu, waited over 20 minutes for drinks, over 35 minutes for food despite being told we only had an hour for our table. Food came out, my cheeseburger had dried tomato sauce dotted all over the plate from someone else's dinner and chips were half portion dumped on the plate. To say the dirtiness turned my stomach was an understatement considering Covid too. Waiter went and fetched me another plate of food - burger came out lukewarm at best, cheese wasn't melted and bun cold. Chips were better but by that time, my appetite had gone. Waiter brought his manager with the second plate who said "we do wash our pans", well clearly not given the evidence. Still charged nearly £40 for 2 dinners and 2 drinks.All round terrible service and appalling food. If they don't clean their plates, what else don't they clean?! We won't be returning.Just glad it wasn't our first dinner out after Covid or it would have been highly disappointing and disconcerting.

To access the menu you have to scan a QR code on your phone. Understandable at the moment. Most desserts are priced at £4 on the menu, but when we got the bill they were all charged at £6.95, adding almost £10 to our bill. We were told it’s because the QR code took us to the click and collect menu that has different prices. A bit off to charge us higher prices than we agreed to when we ordered. The food was nice enough otherwise, I haven’t been for a couple of years and it seems there’s been a big price hike. Probably better value places around. Ps the nachos had very little topping, most of it was tortilla with seasoning which was disappointing. Waitress was lovely though. So a bit of a mixed bag.

We ate at your bluewater stores today. The food was greasy as hell. The cheese on the burger was not even melted. Just a slice slapped inside the burger. The burger was so wet from the grease I thought it had taken a dip in the Pacific Ocean. I eat here regularly so was disappointed with the food quality. And the cleanliness as covid there was bits of food left on our table from the last people I'm so disappointed with my visit today. That I don't think I will be eating with u again.

Your life could be, un-necessarily put at risk here!On 21/5/21 @ approx. 1645hrs My Wife, Son and I visited TGI in Bluewater.We were served by Jess who was not wearing a face mask with an “exemption” badge proudly on display.I observed there was one other waiter doing the same but thankfully everyone else was wearing one as were customers until seated and obviously eating.I became increasingly uncomfortable being so close to Jess and stated “please don’t take this as personal but do you get tested?” Jess became very agitated and stated “I don’t need to be tested!” and walked off in a huff. So, she must be the chosen COVID messiah that is immune to the virus: good for her. However, she is too thick or reckless to realise that she can pass it on to others. I get it you need to work but any half decent Manager would have done a proper educated and informed risk assessment and NOT put her in a role that is directly customer facing ie serving customers.Most people have made great sacrifices and complied with safety measures because they are not selfish and ignorant of the real risks. All that to be undermined by a waitress like Jess breathing over me? No thanks I don’t want to know you that well. Who knows what she has been up to. With her attitude she must be one of the crack pot conspiracy theorists who don’t trust the experts and ask to fly the plane themselves when they go on holiday. I don’t think so.To avoid hostility, I then spoke to a colleague of hers instead and expressed my concerns and suggested we could move tables.That colleague then spoke to Jess who was heard saying “ignore him!” Long story short from here: Manager called, Manager Hayden heard both sides and apologised and said we could move tables and he would sort out the bill by way of apology. I said our starters had arrived and it would be better if the waitress was swapped around. That didn’t happen, waitress Jess walks past sniggering, kicks off again, half pint and halfwit Manager Ali gets involved and makes things worst, security called, police arrive, a small concession on the bill and here we are.So folks, be aware that over a year’s sacrifice to be undermined by a young waitress called Jess, no mask, no testing (available free and results in half an hour) breathing over you and you have to trust that she has been responsible and safe and is COVID free. For evil to succeed all it takes is for a few good people to remain quiet. So speak up! Don’t be polite and / or silenced because it feels awkward to speak up. Don’t be intimidated by halfwits like the Manager Ali.To be fair, one customer agreed with Jess: “If you don’t like it then you shouldn’t come out” was her chorus. Oh dear, another idiot who would put her life in the hands of a 20 something waitress she doesn’t know and would co-pilot that same plane Jess is flying because she doesn’t trust the expert advice and pilot. The virus spreads, amongst other things, from the mouth. There are less chances of getting it from food. If waitress Jess can’t wear a mask then put her in the kitchen. That way people can go out and get on with their lives knowing everything that can be done to reduce risk has been done. Other issues:Serving room temperature draught beer to be told on complaint that the barrels were newly installed. So, if you know the problem exists then why serve it?Bringing out mains whilst we are still eating starters.Probably serving the same mains later on after they have dried out on the hot plate.No washing of hands between handling menus, money, cutlery, serviettes and cleaning tables.Waitress Jess whinging within earshot to her mate that she is halfway through her shift and that it’s nearly over. There are so many people who have lost their jobs and would do your job thankfully without whinging. Nothing wrong with being a server / waiter so stop whinging!Also, newsflash: if genuinely aggrieved by your job then you shouldn’t have also ignored your teachers and careers advisor and here you are on your endless gerbil wheel of bitterness and stupidity to aspire to the great, dizzy heights of success in the form of incompetent, halfwit, halfpint Ali Management. What a waste of life. No wonder the cavalier attitude in putting other people’s lives at risk.

Couldn’t be happier to be writing this review in praise of Amelia C who looked after us so tremendously on a very busy Friday at Bluewater. I have a 3 yr old and a 5 yr old and she made them feel SO welcome and happy during what can sometimes be quite a stressful experience (eating out with kids generally). She made sure we had everything we needed, smiled and laughed throughout every request we had and made our children feel like they were the most important people at the restaurant. She was friendly, professional, accommodating and our food came out exactly as we wanted, on time and tasting absolutely delicious! We love Fridays and it’s great to see such awesome service to go with a great meal for the family. If Fridays employed 100 Amelia C’s they’d never receive a bad review again. Great end to our Half Term.

Amazing dinner with mum after a girly day shopping. We had prebooked for 17:30 which we were aware would be busy, however when we arrived 10 minutes early, we were still seated straight away. Measures taken for social distancing were fantastic. We both had the Sesame chicken which is our absolute favourite - it arrived quickly, was piping hot, generous in portion size and as yummy as ever. Our waitress was Kirsty, she was friendly, kept our drinks topped up without asking and despite being busy nothing was too much trouble. All staff were helpful, and took time to chat and ensure everything was okay. Overall it was a very pleasant experience - food was amazing, staff were fabulous and we felt well protected with regards to covid and valued as customers!

Went on Sunday to celebrate my birthday with my family. We had to pre book to get a table as part of the Covid restrictions but luckily we got the table we needed.The food was excellent but I think they didn't have enough staff in as we felt that we were waiting for everything to get to us and had to ask more than once.This hasn't spoilt my impression of the restaurant as we'll still be going there soon.

Went on a Sunday, no complaints about staff or food but for some reason they let gangs of kids wonder around the restaurant causing a nuisance. It has a feel of a school youth club. Kids everywhere running in and out of restaurant and toilets.If you go here, you are paying £100 to feel like you are at the McDonalds in the high street. I wont be going again.If you dont want to discriminate then just just have a policy where all children under 16 in more than groups of 4 must have an adult present?

From the minute we arrived the service was good. The staff were attentive, though we felt very rushed. We barely arrived at the table before we were asked what we'd like to order. The staff abided by social distancing rules and wore face masks. Hand sanitiser was plentiful. The ribs were okay, nothing special and it won't blow you away, especially as there isn't much meat on them. £28.50 with the 50% eat out to help scheme seemed about right, I wouldn't pay anything more for that. £15.50 ordinarily (without the discount) for a half rack of baby ribs, a spicy corn (which wasn't particularly pleasant to eat) and some chips, isn't exactly good value for money. Can't say I'd return in a hurry.

Wow just finished eating in TGI Fridays bluewater and I literally can not say enough!!! From the minute we arrived the service was incredible. The staff were so attentive and absolutely amazing. We felt so safe as unlike others restaurants around them tgi were abiding to the social distancing rules and not using every table. Felt very sorry for the staff having to wear masks when they are working so hard. Will definitely be returning. Thank you

After 5 months in lockdown and no TGIF fix we can happily say it was “well worth the wait”. James the general manager was fantastic, friendly and accommodating as always. We have visited this branch many time’s however this time was completely different. We were served by a waiter called Kris, who made a totally different dining experience than we have ever had before! Constantly checking on us and our food, cracking jokes, making conversation and all round just such a pleasant guy! The bluewater branch should be extremely greatful and proud that he is part of your team! We will certainly be returning and will always now ask if Kris can serve us!

First time to a restaurant since the pandemic started. Ventured out for my wifes birthday and the government discount in August.Food was adequate. Nice to see only half the tables used to ensure social distancing.Service was ok.Prices seem to have been increased a bit (before the discount taken off).The cocktail prices were definitely more expensive (average appeared to be about £8)The big No-No for me was the fact that NONE OF THE STAFF WERE WEARING FACE MASKS.I asked the waiter why and he said he didn't know but probably because it was hot.... Has the TGI management forgotten about the pandemic and their responsibility to try and lessen the risk of COVID to their customers?Very disappointed. Will not be returning for the forseeable future.

But that’s as far as it went, server Natalia was very rude from the get go,.Literally eating starters for 5 minutes and mains was brought to table, we sent them back for them to come out 10 minutes later stone cold, 2 ribs and burger sent back, I kept my steak.. wish I didn’t what a waste of a £25.00 steak, medium rare steak was very well done, and was given no cutlery.When Natalia returned with cocktails 5 min later, that was half spilt and I mentioned it she literally said... I know I had to get your drinks didn’t I!!!!Won’t be coming back again! Place was not busy, seats was spacedOut really well... and cocktails good... just half spilt measures! The burgers were not good. Bread was old and stale, meat was overcooked and dry. The fries were decent.The 12 oz ribeye was cooked to medium rare as asked but there was no flavour at all and it was very watery. It needs seasoning for flavour. If it wasn’t for the legendary glaze it would have been absolutely terrible.

She was also helped by the very helpful Robbie who she was supervising and despite being a newer member of the staff he was doing an incredible job. Or really they were both very nice and helpful and made sure that we had an amazing stay.

Came here on the choice of my step son and never again. The waitress was friendly enough but it took over 15 mins for someone to come to our table and take our order. It was half 12 on a Sunday and not busy at all. We eventually got served and the drinks were bought over. The mocktail was advertised as being served in a tall long glass and it came up in a small whisky glass. Charging £4 for this was a total travesty. Also the glass that came up with a beer was dirty and wasn’t changed despite asking. Two lots of wrong food for other tables came up before our food came up so was totally disorganised. Food was presented well but my burger bun underside was dry and stale. Bill was almost £60 and food was just okay. Not returning.

Went at Sunday lunchtime, waited to be seated at queue area whilst they looked for a table for 3,seated at the back upstairs passing lots of empty tables. Whilst waiting for what seemed like a long time for food to arrive a large pre booked kids part turned up, very noisy,I don't know why this area was not set aside as they clearly knew the party was due. Food arrived no forks on our table, had to ask for fork meanwhile use fingers. Burger and chips were nice but coleslaw was off. Drinks refills were a mission with waiter not showing much attention. Run out of time for desserts, partner left me to wait for the bill as it was unbearable to sit there, I waited another 10 minutes. I regret going there, it is not a cheap restaurant to waste money on.

Booked a table for 2 adults and teenage daughter which I’m glad that we did as it was pretty busy when we arrived . Had a fantastic server called Trina who was very welcoming from the start giving her tips for the recommended menu choices which my hubby and daughter followed her lead I made the choice of steak , chicken and shrimp and boy I was mire than happy with my choice . Hubby and teen equally happy with their choice , cocktails , mock tails and beer all washed down the lovely food . Definitely will return and will recommend to anyone thanks again to Trina for helping to make my birthday treat just that xxx

Visited TGI on Sunday. Booked days in advance. Bad first impressions - the email stated you had one hour and half to eat and you would need to leave your table by a set time. When we arrived 5 minutes early we was told to wait at the bar, was not given a flash hand held device to say when our table was ready. We then arrived back at front desk at 7pm thankfully no one else was in the queue to delay us. As we were there many people were being turned away when there was lots of empty seats and I can’t imagine on a Sunday evening there being so many reservations. We was told to wait on the mat for our Waitrose to come along and show us our seat. The waitress took us to the end of the restaurant despite there being many seats closer. We sat in a poorly lit dark table. Then we were told another waitress will be with us. The basics were not met such as having cutlery. My food arrived and I had to ask for a steak knife and my partner cutlery. The food took around 35 minutes to arrive, considering we were on a time restriction it was difficult to say how long wait would be for pudding so we decided not to have it. My full compliments to the chef - the food was cooked perfectly. Myself and 4 friends visited TGI Friday’s in Bluewater as a celebration for finishing an exam we had just undertaken in our degree. The food and drink were all lovely but this review is mainly for our waitress Trina! She was absolutely amazing!! She chatted to us, took photos for us and even made us a balloon flower haha! She was so friendly and we couldn’t have asked for a better waitress!

Visited Saturday 1st Feb 2020. Pre booked so used the app, easy to use. Table was ready for our time. Have type1 diabetic child so let the waiter know as need to inject 20 mins before food. Food came out really quick and was delicious. My daughter's13th birthday so team sang happy birthday and she was given a huge cake. Overall a really good experience with great food.

We had brilliant service by Kris at Bluewater - never waited long for either food or drinks, everything was served with a smile & a laugh. Genuinely the best service we've had in a long time. The food was great too, so much so we never took any photos as too busy enjoying. Great experience & would definitely recommend - especially if you get Kris as your server as he definitely put a smile on our faces.

Great service from Trina at TGIs yesterday. Bubbly, fun, quick with our orders, and I felt like Lilly from How I Met Your Mother with how quickly she was refilling my drink! I especially enjoyed the balloon flowers she made for us haha.

We visited after a big shopping trip, with a hungry 3 year old in tow. Glad we chose TGIs as it turned what could have been a quick functional meal into a mini family party thanks to the friendly and fun atmosphere and great service. Lots of couples, groups and families all having a good time and it was full, but the place is so big that it feels buzzy rather than busy. Great retro US ambience. Our server Natalia was very friendly and helpful.

I went with my friends today to TGI Fridays in bluewater. Both of them turned 16 today ! I ordered the sesame chicken strips, (highly recommend enthusiastic!) and a glass of water (free of charge). One particular waitress Trish , really made our day. Her service was phenomenal, and she was extremely friendly and an enthusiastic waitress. My friends and I want to say a huge thank you for making their 16th Birthday a wonderful great day :))) !

So disappointed with the food. Had a triple stack burger. The burger was dry, so overcooked. The chicken inside was also dry and the cheese has congealed because it was only luke warm. The red onion was the end of the onion, the papery bit and was so large, not onion rings. Had warrior fries and they were just covered in shop bought hot sauce with what was supposed to be blue cheese, but it was a let down. Chrissie had normal fries but they tasted like they had dusted them with salt and sugar. We didn't hang around for desert because we had enough poor food by that point. It isn't cheap either. The only plus was we had a great server that actually refilled my bottomless fanta up as soon as i finished it. She was good.

I’ve had previous terrible service at another branch in Westfield Stratford which put me off tgi’s for a while, however last week I decided to give them another try at the Bluewater branch and I wasn’t disappointed the food came out quick and fresh, the waitress Trina was amazing so friendly and helpful with swapping sides for us and really made it a welcoming and personal experience! She’s an asset to the team you have there

Went here for lunch yesterday and the whole family really enjoyed it! Our waitress Trina was friendly, as was every other member of staff I came into contact with. Our food was gorgeous, and our waitress was very helpful with finding something that even the very picky little ones loved. She even came back at the end of the evening with a ballon animal for each of them! Incredible atmosphere, proffesional staff and yummy food. Had a lovely meal at TGI Fridays with myself and 3 others, staff were very polite and do checkback, however the staff seemed unorganised because our table had 5 check backs in the space of half an hour so I felt like their was low communication in staff and that made us feel overwhelmed with the consent asking. Apart from that our food would delicious and I would decently recommend to come back here.

Went shopping in blue water popped into TGI fridays and could not believe how amazing the service was. The star of the show was Trina what an amazing person with great customer service skills, I didn’t feel any pressure and didn’t have to wait long at all for a 30oz steak I would definitely recommend anyone to come here especially if the same staff are working.. amazing in every aspect of dining 5/5 stars! We attended here as my 6 year old granddaughter wanted to go with her friend for her birthday. The service was really very poor due to lack of staff and not our waitress. However I ordered some fruitshoots but the desserts and the cold that was ordered almost 15 minutes before arrived first and I had to ask 3 times before the kids drinks came. Also all the meals came out and one was missing the sauces were missing the accompaniments that we’re supposed to come with the meals were missing.

Quick and good range of drinks and sauces. Pretty tasty but quite expensive. It’s a KFC upgrade but probably would not rush back. I had tenders and boneless wings with chips £13.80 without a drink. If it was cheaper I would have given it one more star
