The best restaurants serving American food in South East

Fathers Day. Had a booking for 6pm as we are staying at the nearby Premier Inn. 2pm get a phone call they are closing at 5pm as they only have one staff member available. Seriously, get some more staff in. How do you find anywhere else on Father's Day? Everywhere is booked. Couldn't even give me an earlier booking. A good job Macdonalds are more accommodating.

Loved this place. Felt like I was at a bar in the middle of Texas (Yee-Haw!). Food was excellent. We all had racks of ribs which was succulent and very well cooked. Will return for sure.

Food quality was really poor for how expensive it is and when I got in contact about it they never even replied!

Popped in for n hour or so. Great selection of beers and nice atmosphere.

What a DUMP. Place was Freezing Cold. as for the Staff. what an Ignorant Bunch..when we asked for the heating to be Upped or Turned on. it was ignored. so we kept our coats on... the so called Polite Staff. just laughted at us, when we complained..the way our large party were treated it was like being back at School. NO. it was Better when at School. the Food was Rubbish. half of it was Cold and Hard to cut. not cooked enough...the so called Gravy, just like coloured water,(cold)...some of us had ice cream for dessert. it was so hard. we never ate it. even the so called Entertainment!!!!!!. I will not waste my time on that Crap. place it was us Womens Christmas Treat...and it was RUINED.by The MULBERRY. at COAST DRIVE. GREATSTONE. KENT...who could not care a less...we spent a lot of money per head going there....what a waste.. would have been better off going to a Local Fish & Chip Shop....what we thought,was going to be a nice evening out. was a Shambles....we left at 9.30pm. was there for less than two hours.. .... MY and OTHERS ADVICE, is STEER CLEAR of the PLACE. SAVE your MONEY. and GO ELSEWHERE......Be Warned..

Lovely local pub in Thatcham with great live music nights hosted by Zoe Badman, v talented singer. Big garden area in the back too.

I've been coming to Smith and Western for years. It's a lovely place and it never fails to disappoint me. The staff are very nice and very good with customers😊

Enjoyed a lovely lunch today My hubby had a burger cooked how he liked it very hot chips I had sirloin steak very tender & med rare as I asked Fries were really nice & lovely & hot Friendly waitress & the restaurant was clean & tidy Emma the manageress greeted us & showed us to our table she’s always lovely It’s local to us so always pleased we enjoy it especially with a 40% of voucher which is always very welcome

What a restaurant! The real shame is that there is not more of these American-based burger chains around, but super expensive nowadays. £20 just for a basic burger fries & a drink?!?! If I wanted to be ripped off by an American franchise I'd go & buy tickets to view any of the MCU films ever made

Even tho they are more expensive than McDonald or KFC, the taste was AMAZING! I had a bacon cheese hot dog with fries and believe me, the fries were one of the best I have ever had! The hot dog was also very good. The cheddar goes so well with other ingredients, so it was like heaven in my mouth. My friend had a burger, and said it was really good as well. One thing I need to say was minus, was how they packed it. In regular tinfoil and fries in paper cup. Tho it was warm even hour after buying it, I was scared how it will taste. But the fries from the cup was a splendid idea. So from me, full 5 stars! Thank you for the amazing opportunity to taste something sooo good!

Great atmosphere to chat with friends.

Dreadful customer service on the day I visited. Had been before but this day was awful. Staff member had a terrible attitude which is bizarre given it’s one of the most expensive burger joints in Oxford. Will never go again, there are plenty of friendlier and cheaper places in Oxford. The place has a pretty dull atmosphere anyway.

Delicious food and great service. Best burgers and peri peri chicken in town. This warm cosy restaurant is situated in the centre of Southsea and serves the best milkshakes too.
