The best restaurants serving American food in South East

Sadly, this place has gone rapidly downhill since new ownership. Orders placed on Friday and Saturday….2.5 hours later and constant phone calls….no delivery. When I eventually got through, was told the driver had a problem with his steering wheel! Been a loyal customer for over 5 years. Contact me again guys when competent individuals have taken over the ownership and day to day management. Its not worth placing an order till then.

Not your usual Statbucks! Staff greet you in such a warm and cheerful way, it does make your day. Special mention to Honey whose smile is contagious. Coffees are also spot on, made as you wished. Most Starbucks in London should learn from them!

I done order from my job. Comes 20 min late but is the best pizza to I have eat ever in my life. The guys send me and one come free to apologise, also the guy to deliver my pizza apologised. Thank you guys !

I've been here a few times and ALWAYS feel welcomed. This is clearly a very inclusive little place with a mixture of young and old customers. Their shakes are amazing. My son always chooses the children's strawberry shake but I suspect he's after the teeny marshmallows that top it more than the milk. My very adventurous boyfriend has a different shake each visit. One thing I will mention is I very nervously took my baby daughter here and wanted to BF her. I felt so comfortable with nods of encouragment from the lady manager. I have and will continue to recommend this wonderful place.

Fried and grilled chicken wings. Plenty of flavours, burgers and fries. I had the Wing Platter with buffalo sauce. Also, try the fried oreos. Probably the best dessert ever.

Just had a banging meal from here. Absolutely worth its price and wait. Staff were friendly and professional. There was slight mistake on my order but easily rectified with no drama. Now for the meal, oh my God, it was delicious. I'll be recommending to all my friends and family. Lovely juicy burger with a lovely smoky chargrilled taste. Phenomenal. I'll be ordering again. Hands down best takeaway burger I've had in the area and trust me I've tried them all. Also fully halal and will be taking my Muslim family members there.

Have visited this local restaurant many times as the ambiance and staff are all very nice. The food is generally very good as well. But a word of caution to those of you that enjoy a steak. On our last visit we ordered a 500g Chateau Briand a sharing steak for two which I have ordered many times at other venues and struggled to eat for quantum of meat. This one turned up cleverly garnished with garlic and salad leaves. Taste was excellent but I think there was only Half of the so 500g of meat we we’re supposed to get. Left the ££££ restaurant hungry bitter and disappointed. Probably will not return

We've been twice this week, it's so lovely. The decor is beautiful, the service is great and the prices are very reasonable. There is also a huge selection to choose from on the menu. The Mr Whippy ice cream is one of the best I've ever had, I would definitely recommend!

Rick made me the best milkshake from a 5 guys restaurant to date. Isabella gave amazing customer service and Harv worked wonders over the grill. Highly satisfied with the service.

Estaba sentado en una mesa bebiendo una pinta durante 20 minutos cuando el chico del bar se me acercó y me dijo que esta mesa está reservada tendrás que moverte, había otras mesas vacías disponibles en ese momento así que ¿por qué no podían usar una de ellas? supuestamente la mesa debería haber tenido un aviso reservado en ella pero se olvidaron. Después de pasar a otra mesa, dos mujeres se sentaron a la mesa, sin ningún reconocimiento o agradecimiento por moverse. No impresionado cuando ciertas personas piensan que tienen prioridad sobre otras y reciben un trato especial del establecimiento, irá a otro lugar la próxima vez.

I can highly recommend renting out the study for private events. It is a great venue with very competitive prices and the great communication with Lambros from the beginning to end made the event planning very easy.

Dreadful customer service on the day I visited. Had been before but this day was awful. Staff member had a terrible attitude which is bizarre given it’s one of the most expensive burger joints in Oxford. Will never go again, there are plenty of friendlier and cheaper places in Oxford. The place has a pretty dull atmosphere anyway.

It was really cool there, we were there with our language travel group, they probably rented the place for tons of money. DJ was actually strong, drinks weren't that good, well. Otherwise there is a big bar in the middle, a first floor and lots of seating. Bouncers are often unfriendly
