The best restaurants serving American food in North West

Lovely place for a breakfast, was going to Azul Monkey when I wanted a brekky but glad I tried this place. Now my new regular. Boss service and boss people! Coffee is immense as well.

So to start I have to say the customer service at this place is beyond a joke. The employees are rude, unhelpful, arrogant and lack any sort of pride in their work or customer satisfaction. These people carry your brand, are subway not ashamed to have staff like this representing them? It's even more disappointing as a majority of your customers like myself are relatives of people at the hospital and could probably do with some compassionate service at the time. I visited today 24.05.25 at around 1.30pm. I entered the restaurant and asked what deals and offers they had today. A blonde haired girl replied "none" I said you don't have any deals at all she looked at me as though I had farted and said "NO!" so I looked at the board and there in full view was a subway saver deal. I asked "isn't that a deal" and she replied "oh" scowled and turned away. I said "forget it" and left. So clearly the customer service as u can imagine was lacking to say the least but upon curiously looking over your reviews it seems this girl is mentioned in a few and has been upsetting people for a while. Although not in a position to tell you but maybe as a suggestion this girl needs some fast customer service retraining as a matter of urgency. Usually I would say I won't return as I bet many have, but I'm going to. Just to see if she has been reprimanded and her representation of subway staff and business as a whole has improved or not.

The butcher block is a must! What a great option to sample multiple steaks. Everything was cooked well including the chips and vegetables. We tried a couple of cocktails which didn’t disappoint and treated ourselves to desserts which finished off the evening nicely. Our biggest compliments have to go to our server Danielle. She was so friendly and knowledgable about the food. She explained the butcher block and why the different steaks should be cooked to certain temperatures. She spoke to us like we were friends, taking an interest in our day, and kept it professional while having a laugh with us. Great service really does make the experience special. We’ll definitely be back!

I visited Yard And Coop in order to have food before a big concert! I had a wonderful time, special shout-out to Mikey! We had a visitor with a strong nut-allergy and Mikey was not only accommodating but friendly and so knowledgeable! Nice fella and the definition of perfect customer service! 🙂‍↕️🤘🏻

Tried requesting an update via app. no reply so I called. Food arrived just after calling but with a small apology saying it was busy.

Superb experience. I was torn between the fantastic-looking steaks and the mixed grill and went for the latter. Even writing this, I'm salivating at the memory of those amazing beef ribs. Everything else great too (and if you like black pudding...Oh my!) and just couldn't eat all the huge portion. Must go back VERY soon and try again! Mmm have I mentioned the amazing beef ribs...

Just a good genuine place to get a steak!

Held my daughter's 21st birthday party on the 29th March'25 here. Everyone had a fantastic time. The venue, food and service where excellent. Most of all the staff where absolutely brilliant. Ed, Wes, Mickey & Co. looked after us. I would highly recommend this place as a party / event venue. Thank you for making my daughters day so special for her!

Quick service but a bit expensive for a bog standard meal
