Happy to be one of the selected participants for their Iftar box: Legally Blonde burger, Endgame burger, house special donner, 2pcs wings, 2pcs strips, cheesy chips, mozzarella sticks, salad, and sauces. We also ordered extra wings, a Jackie Brown milkshake, and an Oscar milkshake. The food and milkshakes were awesome! Full of flavours with a little kick and not overpoweringly salty from the savoury food or too sweet from the milkshakes. We enjoyed them a lot. Lovely and fun décor; the shop front was quiet but they were busy with delivery orders. Friendly staff. Thank you for the Iftar box. Ramadan Kareem.

Great food and the customer service was out of this world. I would recommend for anyone visiting Manchester.

Absolutely disgusting food and the packaging was aweful. My loaded fries had paper underneath that absorbed all the sauce and got mixed in it. Think I ate some of that paper accidentally. The burger was tasteless and the wings tasted like boil chicken. Avoid them.

Mega food mega portions mega scram from 63 Cranwell burnage

Order a takeaway, burger, fries and wings. May be the worst quality and flavour of food I've had for a long time unfortunately. Wings were rubbery, chips or were like cardboard and the burgers were fried till they were like Gandhi's flipflop. Unfortunate really.

Nice food even though it was late

Took them 2 hours to deliver with zero updates. Every time I called to ask they lied through their teeth saying driver is 5-10 mins away. I asked the driver when he arrived. It took him 17 min drive. So food was actually prepared VERY late

Burgers were delicious and top quality. Wasn’t fond of the doner, was too sweet for my liking. Abbas provided excellent customer service, a credit to the team.

food was 45 minutes late . arrived luke warm , extremely soggy and COVERED in chilli sauce when we had ordered garlic mayo.

Ordered shakes at 7.45pm - arrived 10.30pm! Nearly 3 hours for 3 shakes, a cookie dough (which was actually a hard cookie!) and a waffle which was very soggy! Ruined our treat night & our daughter had already fell asleep by the time it arrived

Said 15mins delivery originally. I rang after 1 hour 20mins said was it just eat. I’ll do order now. Ordered 8.17pm delivered at 22.40pm. Kids struggled to stay awake. Joke

First time ordering, food was nice, hot. Recommend the raging bull burger 👌🏻

The service was great. The staff was respectful and professional. Thought the grilled chicken burger was ok. Though others that ate the same burger thought it could be better and needed improvement. The chicken nuggests were extremely damp and moist. The nuggests will need changing for sure, as the quality wasn't good at all.

Disgraceful. My family placed an order here at 22:30 and the food was not delivered until just after 00:30. The food was delayed beyond the initial order time and then a further hour late after the last update. When we contacted the restaurant, thr first phone call was answered and we were told it would be 5-10 minutes (it was not). The next two calls went unanswered. The following call was answered and the person we spoke to did not even know where our driver was, but our food had been sent out an hour previously. When the food arrived it was freezing cold, almost inedible. (The delivery driver was rude and did not even apologise for being late.) The burger was squashed beyond recognition, the curly fries were slate and chewy, the cheese bites were solid and cold. The halloumi fries were disgraceful - super thin and honestly pathetic looking. The cheese bites were spicy despite there being no mention of that on the menu. I ordered a chicken dish, and either the wrong item was delivered or the menu listing was incorrect and did not list all of the ingredients, despite some of them being allergens. I am beyond fuming that I waited two hours for cold and disgusting food. What an absolute waste of money - do not order from here, there are many other places in the area.

lovely friendly staff! hamzah was so kind- we left a burger and only realised when we got home so he drove to my flat to deliver it. really really sweet. the food is lovely too!

Maybe they should let you know which food is spicy as not every people like spicy food, I spend 12 pounds on a food so spicy I couldn't eat it , worst description for food or explanation, worst restaurant to give information about the food.

Ordered extra patty didn’t get it, food was lukewarm and said delivered 15 minutes before it actually was, normally brilliant service and food so most likely a one off but not impressed 5/10

Boss man sorted us right out, absolute cracking burger and fries. What topped it was the desert. The waffle was unreal

Super friendly staff, great big portions of yummy food. Lots of choice. Careful you don't over-order like I did - they do not skimp on portions! This is the matrix box and I also had a cornflake tart with custard 😋😋

Very nice food, plus was warm even in rush hour traffic hats off, probably needed a little more custard for the dessert tho but apart from that bravo

Great burgers, great donner meat. Out of 6 times I ordered here in the last 12 months, only one was a sloppy and they forgot to deliver my drink, rest was good. Will be my go to dirty burger place. Deserts also fresh and tasty. Everything priced reasonably. 8.3/10

Ordered via Deliveroo, main thing I was interested in was the peanut butter stack. The restaurant later called me and told me they didn’t have it so wanted to replace with ice cream which I didn’t want. I was pleasant about it and requested they cancel the order. It doesn’t make sense for me to go ahead with an order if the main thing I wanted wasn’t available. I called up Deliveroo and cancelled only for the restaurant to back track and tell me they were going ahead with the order without the peanut butter stack. Why would they tell me to cancel and then still go ahead with the order?! Won’t be ordering from these guys again as they play silly games to pressurise you to continue with an order

Visited here with my family, great hospitality from the lads and the food was delicious. The TopGun burger is wonderful and the American Pie milkshake is something else highly recommended this place I will definitely be back again.

Shocking service last weekend. Didn't even receive my order as the driver couldn't be arsed to do his job properly. Also the customer service was a disaster on the phone. The staff told me our food was being cooked after an hour an 20 mins of ordering and then went on to say we'll were busy. Really unprofessional such a bad experience from a takeaway we used to enjoy as a family. Wouldn't recommend. The service staff need to learn some form of customer service.

I waited 2 hours for some stale, rock hard hallumi fries that snapped in half and ended up in the bin along with the rest of my order which was also freezing.

My food arrived cold which I’m not happy about the burgers were warm but was separate from the cold food which tells me the cold food was left sat about whilst the burgers was being cooked? Tried to cancel my order but couldn’t rang the number of the restaurant 6 times and got no answer? Went on the just eat app for help and that also was a waste of time as no live chat or anything. Ordered about 19.15 and got delivered around 21.23 not happy at all

None of the 3 milkshakes came with the toppings, only cream, and missing some of the ingredients.

I ordered a burger, didn't think I would have to specify no cheese as the description didn't mention cheese (all the other burger do mention cheese). burger also looked like it had been run over, it was squashed completely flat. chips were alright and the shale was nice.

I have just got myself a "meal" ... a disaster i mean! The portion was so small, I mean few chicken tenders that can be counted on fingers of one hand, and very little portion of rice ... the onions were raw and not grilled. I'm ordering now again from somewhere else so i get full

I absolutely love the chicken burger but it was my birthday today I mentioned it and they gave me cookie dough for free as a gift :) which I was very grateful for. Lovely people to speak to they're very kind, will definitely be ordering again.

Normally all my order is the highest quality from Hollywood Burger and Shakes. On my last order one of my burger buns was stale, hard and dry over 1 half of the bun, please make a note to check the buns are fresh before making up the burger. Other than that this is a great takeaway!!

Ate here several times and the food is quite good. Burgers are decent but better out there. The Donner is great Wings and chicken strips are rubbish. Food normally comes hot. Been disappointed a few times by them not sending what was ordered and paid for. Most recently ordered a dessert through the didsbury and withington app and they ring to tell you it's not available and send you something else. Third time it has happened except this time I missed two phone calls by 15 minutes as I was cleaning (I returned the call and text but didn't get an answer). No dessert delivered and when I rang the shop, I was met with 'we tried to ring you' and that is it, no offer of refund, no offer of a free one next time I ordered. Effectively I paid £5 for nothing. Very poor customer service. I wouldn't have ordered anything if I knew it was out of stock.

I ordered a chicken dish which stated was cooked on the grill but nowhere did it specify was spicy chicken as I would never have ordered as due to past surgery I am unable to eat spicy food. Will never order again.
