We had a great breakfast made by chef Steve - really lovely servers Eve and Jamie who checked up on us lots and made the experience really positive!

Visited 28.04.25 Came here for brunch with my parents, a mix of dietary preferences. The staff were friendly and attentive, however, service was very slow with tables after us receiving orders before us. I ordered the Verrazano which was lovely, one of the better scrambled tofu dishes I've had in a while! My mum ordered the Caboose Moose which was advertised with cheese Pancakes but the ones she received where overly sweet and no cheese. Not the end to the world but a damper after a longer wait for food. Overall I would visit again as food quality is great and there are other menu items I'd like to try!

Popped in for breakfast as I was early for a meeting. It was very busy but service by Josh was smooth and attentive without being over the top. The Chef was Jack and the food was excellent. Shame I don't live in the area but will definitely return next time I am.

The floor staff were impeccable there were plenty of them and they were very attentive and friendly. However we came for Sunday brunch at midday and they had already run out of stock, which I know happens but for a popular day for brunch seems silly. They also wouldn’t let my boyfriend order a milkshake because they ran out of straws? The food was genuinely lovely, but it took a very long time to get to us. We had a booking for midday and they managed to seat us early at 11:35 and took our order early also, but we still didn’t get our food till just after 12:30 which for brunch seems a bit long. I think the kitchen simply isn’t big enough for how busy the establishment gets. Again this is not due to the staff but a bad setup perhaps?

After our terrible experience in the media city branch. I’m pleased the report we had food and service here. I also went to the Piccadilly one Monday morning and that food and service was also very good.

Food & atmosphere was incredible. Simon was lovely & our food cooked by Jacek was delicious.

Lovely place,and staff. Very good cappuccino. But breakfast waited too long, it was nice breakfast, but 30 min for salmon and eggs. Little too long.

Even though we waited quite a bit until the food was ready, it was all worth it - it was delicious! The staff informed us about it, the rest room was clean, and the restaurant itself was clean.

Before visiting this café, I had read a lot about their breakfast, with many people calling it one of the best. I have to say, it was very good, but honestly, I’ve had better breakfasts elsewhere in Manchester, which I’ve mentioned in my other reviews. Because of that, I was hoping for something even more impressive. That said, it’s definitely worth a visit. Just be sure to book a table in advance, especially on weekends and holidays, as it gets very busy and space is limited.

Food was absolutely terrible & tasteless, sent back to have the bacon and eggs scraped off the original untoasted sourdough and presented back cold… a simple poached egg came out in bits all over the plate… Staff (8 front of house) that we could see were more interested in laughing and flirting with each other behind the bar as opposed to serving, helping or even interacting with customers …. This place has really gone downhill these last few months …. Such a shame

Jay was our chef - incredible pancakes with streaky bacon and the Bronx Brunch was delicious. Superb service from Jamie and Kacey - they were attentive, friendly and efficient. The cappuccinos were delicious too, from some picky coffee drinkers. Absolutely recommend if you’re in Manchester and hungry for a hearty breakfast, this is the place to come!! PS. forgot to take photos because we were so excited to eat…

Great experience, food was delicious. The service provided was very helpful! We got the Vegan French Toast, Verrazano, Cappuccino, Hot Choc and it came to around £33! Would go again!!

I ordered the New Jersey Moose (Eggs Benedict), and the portion size was just right—super tasty! I’d definitely recommend it. I also had a mocha, which was decent, though it leaned more toward coffee than chocolate—I was hoping for a richer chocolate flavor. Our server, Jamie, was incredibly welcoming and respectful. They went out of their way to acknowledge and accommodate our religious preferences, which we really appreciated.

Compliments to the chef Jacek. The Double Dutch and the marshmallow hot chocolate satisfied my niche breakfast craving of sweet and savoury in one dish. Simon was lovely throughout my meal there and it was great chatting with them. Overall this Australian visitor doesn't regret coming here 🤍

Visited Moose Coffee recently and had a brilliant experience. Eve, our waitress, was absolutely fantastic – patient, kind, and incredibly professional. She’s a real credit to Moose Coffee and made the visit even more enjoyable. The food was delicious and very filling – proper comfort food done right. I recommend the maple iced latte, it was spot on! Will definitely be coming back for more. Great service, great vibes, great coffee.

Cozy atmosphere and cozy food. Had a pleasure eating here. Theyre all really attentive and our server Simon was a great chat. You can tell theres good people working here and if you anything you know thats everything.

Go to the Piccadilly venue instead. Visited here today and food was very good as usual. However service was overall poor. Over 30 minute wait for food during a non busy time. Lots of staff meandering about trying to look busy. Waitresses were very forgetful, looked like their minds were elsewhere during service. Forgot to bring over our bill when asked + drinks, + sauces. Piccadilly Train Station venue is much better.

Very tasty food. The pancakes were great, and the refills on maple syrup are good. I was a disappointed that my Lone Star dish had 1 egg instead of 2, and that the steak was piece was about 4cm x 4cm (I don't exaggerate), but I didn't want to make a fuss. Just seemed laughable to be served such a tiny scrap of steak. Despite all that, the food was very tasty, the service was quick, and the atmosphere was pretty nice. I highly recommend the potato hash.

Great range of meals, I did not pick the right meal for me. I know what I will chose next time the chicken waffles with cheese. My partner was super happy with his. The service was great and efficient.

Waited over 40 minutes for our food to come, it wasn't overly busy either as not all the tables were full. When it arrived it wasn't anything to shout about.

Lost a star for atmosphere but only because they were busy and we had to sit outside! Worth it for the lush breakfast and perfect mocha 😋

Oscar has been our server for the past couple of times I have come here. The food and the service have been excellent. This is one of my favorite places to come and eat. Everything on their menu is phenomenal. I have been here 3 times in the past 5 days and always recommend it to both friends and family. I will definitely keep coming again.

Went with a group of friends, it was a recommendation from my daughter who loves the place. The food was amazing and hearty, we all left feeling very full, great variety on the menu and lots of veggie options which was a real bonus for me as a vegetarian I often find I am limited to just a couple of options.

Panos was our server and was so amazing, the food and atmosphere was also really lovely.

Positives: extensive menu, something for everyone. Outside and indoor seating. Friendly staff. Negatives: food was cold (literally no warmth to it). Waited 20 minutes for coffees and 55 minutes for food, which seemed a long time just for the food we ordered.

El servicio fue muy lento en general y caótico. 40 minutos después de pedir, nos dijeron que no tenían ingredientes para mi plato, luego nos dijeron que sí los teníamos y que iba a salir de la cocina a continuación. Faltaban otros 20 minutos para que llegara la comida. La comida estaba bien, pero sin duda no vale la pena esperar una hora. La cocina parecía ser incapaz de hacer frente a los pedidos que llegan y todo fue solo una experiencia realmente pobre en general. El 100% no volvería desafortunadamente.

Food was ok, a little bland this time. Service wasn’t great either. Had to ask a few times for tap water and cutlery etc. Pancakes were nice though, the peanut butter and granola ones are delicious.

BOOK AHEAD AND BE POLITE OR FACE THE WRATH OF THE MOST KIND AND FRIENDLY WAIT STAFF OF ALL TIME!!!! The tiktok girlies snapped on this one, what an absolute delicious treat. Can't fault it. SHOUT OUT LISA OUR SERVER! Absolute worth the high cost but loved it, hated the milkshake but that's not their fault. Food so good you'd hit the nae nae
