Lovely food, great service (Simon)

Very busy day so we were seated outside and it started raining. They were happy to move us under umbrellas. Very helpful and happy staff despite the very busy day.

Simon's welcome was very good. Food not as good as usual. Potatoes needed more cooking. I did eat it all though but will probably leave a longer gap before returning.

Uniquely delicious buttermilk pancakes. I'd strongly recommend chocolate and hazelnut spread. Also friendly staff. A bit on the high end of prices, but the experience was well worth it.

Decent breakfast with various options. Service could have been better both in regards to how staff approach serving as well as punctuality of serving the dishes.

Lovely first experience at Moose. Came on my own & staff made me feel comfortable. They were really friendly & helpful. Soo many options for food & went with the bacon pancakes with a side of berries! Did not disappoint. Good food portions.

Such an amazing breakfast, I had the phoenix and my partner had the bronx brunch with gluten free toast. Mochas were so good we orders a second each. Everything was delish 🤤 Service was great, especially Keaton, Steven and Eve. Would defo recommend. 10/10

Friendly staff, great food Pancakes are amazing

Food was served nice and warm, well presented with a very knowledgeable member of Staff (Eve) who really knew the products and gave us good guidance with out pressure. It is advised to book, but we were lucky to get an outside table fairly quickly. We will definitely be returning again

Great food. Phoebe was our server and she was amazing.

Food was good, unfortunately the service was ridiculously slow. Several tables gave up and left before their food arrived. We waited over an hour for pancakes. Seemed like plenty of waiting staff but nothing for them to deliver to tables. Need to sort their kitchen out. Disappointing.

I recently visited Moose Coffee in Manchester, and it was unfortunately disappointing. The food was bland and uninspired, with no sauces or condiments provided, which left the dishes lacking in flavor. For the price, it didn’t feel like good value, especially with an extra £1 charge just to switch my eggs from fried to scrambled. Small charges like that add up and leave a poor impression. When it came time to pay, the experience felt unnecessarily drawn out as the staff member handling the till was busy chatting with friends, which only added to the frustration. To top it off, the card machine even prompted me to leave a tip, which felt ironic given the overall experience. The only positive part of the visit was the mocha, which was genuinely enjoyable. But otherwise, it didn’t feel like the experience or quality was worth the price. If you’re looking for a satisfying breakfast in Manchester, I’d recommend trying elsewhere. Moose Coffee looks promising, but unfortunately, it didn’t deliver.

Fantastic food and service, strongly recommend

Order breakfast, waited an hour. Checked with the water to see when our order will arrive. The waiter came back to say the order is in the kitchen but couldn't say if its being made. We cancelled our order and left.

Good food and service, Simon looked after us really well. The servings were generous and the brunch did exactly as intended and saw us through to dinner. If you are near by his one or the one at Piccadilly, it’s definitely worth a visit but would recommend booking…we were there early and were lucky to get a table for 2.

Popped in this morning for a coffee, my partner had a latte & I had an oat milk latte with caramel, I was about 2/3 of the way down when I hit the actual liquid as it was basically all froth, both coffee’s arrived at drinking temperature so weren’t hot but this wasn’t too bad as it was just a pit stop on the way into the centre just meant the coffee was gone in about 30 seconds so we were out within minutes of receiving our coffee😂 the cups we were given were also covered in chips and a crack on my partners all the way down, shame as the service was really good and the coffee was nice but overall it was average! Would come back to try the food as the menu looked good and other peoples food coming out looked tasty!

Was so looking forward to eating here after rave reviews from my partner, WHAT a let down food was very average at best , hash browns soft and mushy,minute steak was minuscule the amazing moose eggs were rubbish fried eggs !!!! Definitely one off the return list 👎 And to top it off my parner asked to swap her eggs for tomatoes, was told no problem but the tomatoes would be an extra charge 🤦‍♂️ err no thanks.

Eve. was. stellar. Couldn’t ask for better service; she has photographic memory beyond what I could ever comprehend. I aspire to have even half the work ethic and beautiful energy of that diva. We’ll be back (not a threat)

We’ve been to Moose once before and it was an easy decision, considerably easier than choosing what to eat as the whole menu is delicious! Settled for the Double Dutch in the end, with a side of potato hash

Booked for breakfast on a Friday morning to take my friend who has never been before. Put a request for a booth booking (if possible) on my reservation, which was pleasantly fulfilled. Was served by Keaton, with the food prepared by Jaz. The service was friendly, very attentive and the food exceptional. I had the Bronx brunch, which is a breakfast twist on bubble and squeak and absolutely delicious. My friend had the Pueblo Cuerda, which she thoroughly enjoyed. My friend cannot eat eggs, so it was great to see such a varied breakfast menu that had plenty of non egg options for her to choose from. I had recommended this place to my friend and felt Moose did not let me down on this recommendation. We left very full and very happy

Absolute horrendous service. Arrived 8,40 Saturday morning. All tables booked inside so sat outside. The weather was cold. Ordered coffee while we decided what to eat coffee came ordered food hadn’t arrived after a 45 minute wait. Although 3 lots of people who arrived after us had ordered and eaten. We decided not wait any longer and leave. Staff didn’t seem bothered. They said sorry for the wait. I paid for coffee and left. Wished I didn’t pay for the coffees. Terrible service and attitude from staff. Left came to Ezra and gill. Amazing service and food.

I came in to this establishment today, Food was amazing and came quickly, I was served by a love man called Keaton who was very polite and patient with us as we was in a big group!! Thank you to everyone there !

Extensive menu, with something for everyone. We sat inside, but outside in the sunshine under a parasol looked very appealing.Service was excellent, especially Emily, but at least 3 others came to see if we needed anything.

Great service but the food and coffee was disappointing. Unfortunately the flat whites were cappuccinos and the hash browns were chunky new potatoes. Maybe I was was expecting more considering we had to book. Staff and atmosphere were great.

For a coffee shop, the coffee tasted burnt and watery. The hot chocolate was good actually. Service slow. Breakfast was passable - the menu looked and sounded great but the reality just wasn't anything great. Spent £40 on breakfast which wasn't a lot really but I wouldn't go back.

Overall disappointing visit. We pre-booked this place for brunch on Sunday and got sat down and served drinks promptly however despite ordering our food at the same time as our drinks, we waited almost an hour for our food. I understand it was quite busy and it says on their menu that they 'cook everything fresh so be patient if they are busy' however 50+ min wait for two potato hashes is ridiculous. If it was going to be such a significant wait I think they should be getting their staff to give customers a estimated wait time. When the food arrived it was pretty average - not worth the wait. The hash's potatoes were a bit undercooked, lacking seasoning and flavour, and missing the onions they were supposed to come with. My husband enjoyed his Bronx brunch.

Every time I pop over to Manchester, i always have to divert from where I am going to do a pit stop here, as moose coffee is great, food is really good and has never let me down on quality. I highly recommend this place, if you've not been.

Simon is a real credit to the team, great customer service as soon as you walk through the door. Renton made an amazing latte! Not sure if it's his barista skills or the quality of products being used. Either way, highly recommend!

Visited 28.04.25 Came here for brunch with my parents, a mix of dietary preferences. The staff were friendly and attentive, however, service was very slow with tables after us receiving orders before us. I ordered the Verrazano which was lovely, one of the better scrambled tofu dishes I've had in a while! My mum ordered the Caboose Moose which was advertised with cheese Pancakes but the ones she received where overly sweet and no cheese. Not the end to the world but a damper after a longer wait for food. Overall I would visit again as food quality is great and there are other menu items I'd like to try!

We were served by Josh, very kind and polite. And our chef was Jack, who has prepared a delicious breakfast for two Spaniards!!! We'll come back to Moose
