Excellent service and food As all Hard Rock cafes yo certainly don't feel like your in UK ..... but in USA. Amazing food had the New York Strak with mash and green beans all cooked to perfection. Also tried the Chicken sliders and the Hot chicken wings delicious! Amazing staff who truley help you out and make you feel at home!

As usual, impeccable service and the dishes as good as ever. It's a small HRC and store but nothing is missing.

Cool vibe. Visited before a Ghost concert and they had a good music selection. We thoroughly enjoyed our burgers and will be back again before our next gig at the arena.

Hard Rock Cafe has fully lived up to its name. If you have any interest in burgers,in American sizes,it's the best place to be. Do your best though to book ahead of time since there is usually a wait.

We wanted to visit the "legendary" Hard Rock Cafe and get in touch with the history that it accommodates. Instead, we came across a pair of their staff that were borderline rude and not welcoming at all. As soon as they heard that we only wanted a cup of coffee, they pointed us to the bar and proceed to ignore us. It was simply a Friday afternoon and the place was not even half-full... The prices were ridiculous. We left without ordering something. Would not recommend.

Food was not what expected. Adult pancakes very small portion. Not all meals served together for brekkie and wasn't busy. Won't return. Staff serving us was lovely.

Lovely small Hard Rock Cafe! We went in for drinks and they were on 2 for 1 all night. Friendly staff and great atmosphere! We didn’t eat here, however the food smelt and looked great!

Visited as part of the “Fresh Beats” menu launch, unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to expectations. Dishes were underwhelming in both presentation and flavour. The Patty Melt came on barely toasted white sliced bread with a plate overloaded with fries, and the Mediterranean Chicken Pita was more of a small flatbread, again dominated by chips and lacking freshness. Cocktails looked great but were overwhelmingly acidic, and a branded glass used for display on the table was sticky and unclean. While the staff were friendly and the memorabilia impressive, the overall feel of the place was tired and in need of a deep clean. In a city like Manchester with such a vibrant food scene, this felt like style over substance. Sadly, not a place I’d return to or recommend.

Great burger and hurricane cocktails

Staff were rude. First and last time I try this venue, appalled is an understatement. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Went to meet my daughter who lives in Manchester, was met by fantastic hosts Vicky and merch sales Matt. Matt was absolutely fantastic at his job and helped me pick the perfect gifts for my family. The atmosphere is fabulous and the memorabilia on the walls is just awesome. It was great to meet my daughter Ray where she works and to meet her colleagues Saunders ,Siobhan and Steve. You guys really make people feel welcome. Hope to see you all again soon.

From walking I the woman at the door really needs a check in manners attitude of wanting an argument insted of wanting you to have a table the food is OK the waiter service is good then you get your bill with a 5.35 waiter service charge and 3.25 vat charge whilst looking at a photo of cliff Richard on the wall not exactly hard rock been twice as I like to give everyone a second chance but there won't be a 3rd time.

First visit. My sister and I called in for lunch for her birthday. Cant fault anything about it. Everything was exceptional food, service and atmosphere. Will definitely visit again

There's a lot going on here on Saturday afternoons and early evenings. If necessary, you have to go to the bar because of the long waiting times.

4 stars on atmosphere, only because that Wizard stole my chicken.

I had chicken salad, and my son had a bbq bacon cheeseburger. It was lovely. Service was quick. The staff were polite and helpful. We enjoyed the meal outside as it was a beautiful day.

The worst food I think we’ve ever had, and we both agreed. It was absolutely terrible!

Maybe I’ve been spoiled by more recent visits to US branches, but left feeling very underwhelmed by the experience at Hard Rock Cafe Manchester. It used to be the pinnacle of American-style dining but I think the menu was really sub-par. As a table of three vegetarians, we had the choice of a plant-based burger or vegetable Fajitas. I think other American restaurants like TGI’s have overtaken HRC, as I could dine there and have a choice of 4-5 different vegetarian mains, plus 2-3 starters. It really doesn’t take much to have veggie alternatives on hand to swap into dishes and expand your menu. The dessert menu was even more of a let down, three main desserts- brownie, cheesecake and Apple cobbler, or just ice cream. Feels like a real lack of inspiration. The staff weren’t brimming full of enthusiasm either, very transactional and lacked personality, no attempt to engage with you. Every cloud has a silver lining; and now I don’t feel so disappointed at not having a HRC near to home. TGIs will be my preference in future.

Very friendly and helpful staff and plenty of memorabilia on display for 2 floors. Food was great but seemed a shame there was no local legendary burger for Manchester on the menu. Dublin's Guiness burger is the one to beat so far.

I'm a big fan of the hard rock chain. Good food, good drink, good music and good atmosphere, even if it is overpriced. Well not in happy hour, which incidentally is four 'til seven (including cocktails). Most drinks are two for one. That made for a very cheap (three) hours. Staff were excellent. Very friendly with the kids, giving them complimentary bouncy balls. Great day out.

It was a very quiet night on Tuesday. I was able to get my classic 'Table for One', no problem. I ordered my Strip Steak with extra mushrooms, and a beer. All the staff I spoke to were extremely friendly. I mentioned that I had seen a band that some of the Team Members play in, and they were happy to chat with me about that, and music in general. When the food arrived, it was absolutely superb. The Medium Rare steak was exactly that. The Mash potatoes (A better side than Fries) we're just right. I then strolled down to the shop for some HRC merchandise, where the lad on duty was more than happy to talk me through stock. As smeone with just one night in Manchester, it was a real bonus to be able to just pop along, and get everything I wanted. A very enjoyable experience. Thank you very much.

A great Hard Rock Cafe situated in the centre of Manchester. As you would expect it’s full of music mementos and memories from over the years. The food was good and served quickly. The service was excellent and friendly.

Came here on an experiance voucher which to be fair had lots of negative reviews... Ignore them! The full menu is obviously beaut but the set menu has a great choice of burgers and a brownie, super tasty. We arrived late on Friday (9pm) which meant it was happy hour and BOGOF on drinks. Take full advantage!! The atmosphere was amazing and make sure you pay the extra few pounds for the glass. You can take it home but also they refill them on the happy hour rather than the standard glasses. Massive shout out to Gemma as well who pointed out "there seems to be a hole in your glass, would you like that repaired 😂. She was really friendly and kept the drinks topped up!

Our experience in the Hard Rock Cafe was excellent, particularly enhanced by Leroy. He was friendly, efficient and very attentive. He seamlessly looked after all his tables equally and made sure everyone was having a high quality service. He had an amazing memory, getting all food orders correct as well as remembering guests drinks throughout the evening. He would be a brilliant ambassador for the Hard Rock Cafe image and culture as well as an amazing mentor and leader for staff.

Went in last night for a meal for our daughters 18th, it was a great night. Had some amazing cocktails at the bar beforehand served by the lovely markus. We were seated by the awesome Amani (captain Jack sparrow) 😁. He was so funny. He even got my daughter up on the chair to sing happy birthday to her. Food was very nice indeed . An all round great night. Thank you.

Flavorless food that’s overpriced. Portion sizes are tiny too, some meals looked like children’s meals.

Always pop into the hard rock before and after the cinema. Staff are very friendly. Great atmosphere. Haven't tried the food in the Manchester franchise. But would highly recommend. Quite reasonably priced ales also compared to some places.

Beautiful and spacious branch of the Hardrock Café chain, located at The Printworks in Manchester. The walls display items from legends such as The Beatles, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Oasis and Elvis Presley, along with more contemporary items including stage costumes worn by Natasha Bedingfield and the Arctic Monkeys. I had a beautiful evening here and had a delicious meal (maybe a bit too pricey). The staff was also exceptionally friendly and hospitable.

Food was tasty - Chicken Tendys over done but everything tasted yum.

Always loved the idea of Hard Rock Cafe, I’ve been in twice now since writing this and I’ve loved it. I remember working on the doors underground like 5 years ago and it always brings back memories. The Diablo burger is to die for it’s really that good, sadly I didn’t get a pic when I had it the first time. Note for Hard Rock Cafe would be that for some extra money, there should be an option for a group by booking to come in and take photos of the stuff on the wall maybe like an hour before public opening for a small price since getting pictures whilst the place is open is hard and awkward for guests.

It was very quiet staff weren't overly friendly drinks overpriced for what they were. £40 for two drinks and plate of Nachos..

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The food was a little lacking for the price, HardRock relies on the brand rather than the quality of the food for the price point.

The waiter that served us was so friendly, accommodating I couldn't do enough for you. As I am gluten and wheat free intolerance . They had a Pacific menu for people that are intolerant to wheat. They also made sure that they had covered all the areas when cooking the food. I was very impressed. A lovely place to go and pictures of rock singers

Visited on a Friday afternoon so it wasn't too busy and have to say, the Diablo burger was really good. No problem swapping out the meat burger for a vegetarian option for the non meat eaters. The barbecue sauce ordered for the fries was something special. Special mention goes to Andy, who was our server, he explained about all the items on display on the walls and some good recommendations of places to visit in Manchester. Look forward to visiting next time I'm in Manchester. 10/10

Strange thing, you can't get a shake for take away. Huh. But they have all the things, the food is as to be expected and the staff is wonderfully cheerful.

We spent New Year's Eve and it was a lot of fun. Live band, karaoke and exquisite food. Your team of incredible employees.

Hard Pop Cafe... just pop music, no Rock during the 2 hours that I have been there!

We visited this restaurant last night and enjoyed the food even if our first choice the fajitas were not available that we found disappointing since they don't have a big menu in the first place. Also the Messi toy was advertised on the kids menu but not available that was disappointing for our son. The service was pretty slow, even when we asked for desserts and bill.

A name that makes this place hugely popular. You can sit and gaze at the walls that are covered in music memorabilia whilst listening to rock music through the ages in an MTV of old style with TV screens playing the videos of days gone by. The food is average and by no means lives up to the enthusiastic prices. But no matter as people go here for the name, the history, the t-shirt and the legacy.

Why does the staff play “games” with the guests?

I can recommend it to everyone who goes there!

Safety for allergies. They ask you about it before taking the order. Nice meat cooked based on the request. Good ambient with good music and a little museum with musical objects.

Lovely surroundings, but food is far too overpriced for what you get and the service wasn't fantastic for us. Will mot be returning to this restaurant, but will go to other restaurants in the chain.

Food was great, atmosphere was great as always, service was very poor. Added 10% on the bill even though it was a different server every time. After the meal and after we had paid the bill, we was finishing our drinks and the server Abby asked us to "move to the bar area as someone was waiting for our table". After paying nearly £100 for two meals, I felt this was very unprofessional and impolite considering the bar area was very full and there was no where to sit. We had paid to sit at that table with no pre known time limit so why should we be forced to move

This is a place we always visit when we are in Manchester. We were in the area for hacienda at the warehouse project and we called in for some pre drinks before we got to the apartment. Great service and atmosphere as always and the drinks and cocktails were excellent. Visually a stunning venue and a music lovers heaven would highly recommend a visit if you're in the area!!

The entrance house was great, we were quickly sat down. I booked for my partner’s birthday had balloons, which was a great touch, but everything from there was a little downhill. Drink orders started off wrong miscommunication with the waiter, the waiter also didn’t know the menu was told there was no garlic bread when there was. (then made aware he is in training which we totally understood) When the food order did arrive that was incorrect, which was swiftly fixed, but then didn’t change it on the bill at the end. Food was rather plain nothing really exceptional for a hard rock. Little basic and boring and sauces and condiments tasted stale and not quite right. My meal the chicken fajita was sizzling, but the meat was cold. Overall quality of the food just seemed below average. No compensation offered at all, staff were friendly just not very helpful. For the price and cocktails we were left disappointed and underwhelmed. I visit every hard rock in every country I go to and unfortunately my hometown has to be the worst. The only reason it isn’t one star is because the staff were friendly.

We were upstairs. The waitress was very friendly and efficient. The quality of the meals was good, but not extraordinary. I would only come back for a drink, but not to eat.

We came here to use some vouchers. Cool place to have some drinks and food. The ribs and tacos were good, however, the beef in the tacos was a bit chewy. Good atmosphere and decoration.

Absolutely no problems at all with Hard Rock. Until i queued along with another customer at a busy bar. We waited patiently to be served and the young male bar tender ignored us to serve a young man at the side of the bar who had just arrived. When challenged politely he turned to us and said"i am serving him" this male also stated that we were ahead of him but he still ignored us saying" i am serving him first" sorry but not acceptable!! When i highlighted this fact in a calm manner i was told to calm down!!! Sorry that was pure cheek and i walked away collected my wife and walked out to spend my hard earned cash in another nearby establishment. Training issues highlighted here.!!

Service Carl was an absolute delight - very attentive and helpful. Large portions in the usual stylish hard rock flair.

Food was pretty poor specially for the price. £20 for a burger that tasted of gristle. Probably microwaved absolute joke. Burger was lukewarm and chewy. Eating the whole thing was a chore and it became very dry very fast. Then the waitress (I think) took my Espresso Martini off of me because I didn’t have ID but let me order it? Pretty piss poor service and they forgot the wraps for the fajitas ect. Wouldn’t come back again. Edit: Just got the desert and the brownie tastes of sand I think I could’ve put out the great fire of London with a single block. 3 Gallons of water is required just to have the concrete mix go down my oesophagus. Please for your own health dont order this artery clogging ‘dessert’

Usually always visit when in Manchester, Budweiser on draft is always crisp and ice cold, and the service is always very good. Some great decor with outfits and musical instruments of the stars, and the food always looks good (although I haven’t eaten here) and they do a teatime BOGOF for certain drinks!

Very nice staff, great food and good ambience

It was Black Friday, probably one of the busiest days of the year. I give a round of applause to all the staff who kept it together and worked together. We were there for quite a while this evening and the restaurant was constantly full. just one booking after another. I'll give it to them. Our waiter, Jesus Ramon, was an absolute star. Although it was jam-packed, he still took the time to ask us how we were and gave us the full service smiling ear to ear. Probably one of the most genuine waiters we've ever had, without a doubt. It was my best friend's birthday as well, and he happily respected our request for a private singing of happy birthday instead of letting all the staff gather round us, as we're both a little shy. Whilst we were eating, this guy was in action every second. From running food, drinks, clearing tables, resetting tables, taking orders, going up and down the stairs. I hope he sees this review and realises that he's a legend and that if we ever come back to Manchester and eat here, it'll all be because of him. Cheers Jesus :))

Had to send the meal back because it was cold, fresh meal came back and it was only luke warm.
