We went here for a bottomless brunch in a group on Friday . The menu isn’t really worth it for the money you’re paying . There’s definitely better brunches in town cheaper with better selections . I did arrive around 20 minutes late to the table . However still I was only given 2 drinks throughout the whole 1hr 40 mins that was left . It’s definitely not worth the money and I wouldn’t return . However , the guy who brought out our food I believe he’s called nick so those 2 starts for service are for him . Otherwise it’s a 0🤣 He was very kind and chatty. His vibes were so touching and he was really lovley ♥️ apart from that it was a shite brunch . For £44 per person I was honestly mortified.

Judging by other reviews below, it seems we got a particularly bad day. But I have to say - this was the worst bottomless brunch I’ve ever been to. Paid over £40 and the drinks service was shockingly slow (45 mins until the first drink) - most got 2 or 3 cocktails at best over two hours. Appreciate it was very busy - but don’t book that many brunches if you haven’t got the capacity? The food - a lot of people ordered the ‘Manahatta Chicken’ - supposed to be chicken, chips, bbq sauce, chillies and spring onion. Every person just got a dry bowl of chicken and chips that you could’ve cooked from a freezer. It was down to ‘supply issues’ - fair enough but paying that much money for the most basic meal I’ve ever seen… Our server was extremely lovely however - he saved some of the show! Looks like others have had a good experience here - I think yesterday they massively overbooked and it meant we had a pretty awful experience.

I was at Manhatta last night for a hen party, it cost our party £1,000, I ordered the Manhatta chicken along with a few others in our party, on the menu for the Manhatta chicken it says it came with BBQ sauce, chillies, spring onions and chips, unfortunately we only got 3 pieces of southern fried chicken and chips, we had to wait 40 minutes for our first drinks, very, very poor. The staff were rushed off their feet

Service was brilliant, drinks non stop but very quiet as it was a Thursday night.

Went here twice, bouncers are infamous, trying to stop us getting in for wearing trainers or letting in their mates before everyone else. Once your inside everyone looks like they’re celebrating finishing their gcses. Tunes are pretty good. Solid place for a boogie

Came here as a table of 15 for a hen. Bottomless brunch was amazing and such good value for money! Our server was so lovely and amazingly attentive! We never had to ask for anything, he was constantly clearing and ordering the next round for us. Food was okay, but for the price I wouldn’t complain. We visited a lot of high profile places whilst visiting from Cardiff and they were all terrible. This was the only place we visited that we had no complaints about! On a side note, We did visit in the evening when it was more lively and it was such a good vibe. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was that there were a few guys harassing us even though we had told them multiple times we were not interested and to leave us be. The first time I asked a bouncer to intervene and the second time a waiter actually spotted the issue and informed the bouncer. These men should have been removed as once they left us they started harassing other women, things like this need to be dealt with and removed. I think the bouncers were a little too friendly and casual with them about it. Hopefully this can be addressed for the safety and comfort of other women to visit the venue in the future. It’s reassuring to know when venues take women’s safety seriously.

Parte de la comida era buena, algunas de las porciones eran muy pequeñas. Nuestro brunch sin fondo era muy pobre desde el punto de vista de las bebidas. El servicio fue tan lento, en un momento dado tuvo que esperar media hora para tomar una copa. Alguien vino a recoger nuestras gafas y le preguntamos si podía conseguirnos más, pero no pudo y le hizo saber a alguien que viniera a tomar nuestro pedido. Esperábamos de nuevo durante siglos, luego se trajeron las bebidas equivocadas y tuvimos que esperar de nuevo a que se resolviera. Ni siquiera recibimos nuestras primeras bebidas hasta unos 10 minutos después de que comenzaran nuestras 2 horas. ¡Los baños eran asquerosos! Definitivamente no voy a volver y no recomendaría.

Perfect bottomless brunch, no hanging around for the "next" drink, attentive staff, who are a credit to the venue, as dealing with (mainly women) party's all day and night, all getting merry must be really hard work! Food was hot and tasty. No complaints and we had a large group. Would definitely go again.

Manchester's worst. Unfriendly bouncers and bad atmosphere. Nothing to do with Djs and everything to do with the atmosphere created by security. The ban on solo patrons is discriminatory and makes it look like a wannabe London!

Came for a private event and was entirely underwhelmed by service and food. The manager was rude and instead of resolving an issue, suggested we just leave a bad review. Great suggestion, Leigh. We had liaised in advance about organising a buffet. It was £23 a head. As the main meals cost around £15, we assumed each person would receive a meals worth of food. Initially, there were no chips given despite being told the buffet is served with seasoned fries. After 25 minutes, we asked the bar staff about chips and we were given one bowl of chips for 12 people to share. When we questioned the waiter about the quantity, he just shrugged and walked off. We asked to speak to the manager (Leigh) who was extremely rude, claiming 'no one has complained before' and 'you should have checked out portion sizes online'. When we questioned one bowl of chips being enough for 12 people, he shrugged. After we pushed him further on this, he said "I suppose I can get you more chips". When we also showed him that the description of the 'mini hotdog in a bun' given to us in advance did not match what was served (a skewer of cold gerkin and tomato chunks with one piece of cold hotdog), he said "well you'll have to question whoever send you the menu, that's not how we do it". Surely you're a team? Does the left hand not know what the right is doing? Ultimately, when we explained that we weren't satisfied, the managers response was 'well leave a bad review then'. Great business model, Leigh.

Used to be good r&b/pop music bar but it seems they have changed the DJ and are only playing house music, I couldn’t even enjoy myself last night seems like everyone was complaining about the music too! such a shame. Need the old DJ back!

Came for drinks for a hen party, usually have a great experience at Manahatta, unfortunately took 45 minutes to be served even though there is a group of 18 of us, we were waiting to order a few bottles of prosecco and a couple of cocktails for the bride to me.

Hattie make the night unforgetable, the service and standards she kept all night, a unbeleviable waitress so lovely and professional, a true asset to the place

I recently celebrated with some friends, and I can't recommend this place enough! The food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect for our bottomless brunch. El provided fantastic service and genuinely made our experience even better. I loved the drink selection, though I wish there had been a gin option on the menu. Came for my friends birthday there was 12 of us. Service was abit slow at 1st took 15 mins to get our 1sr drink, we spoke to someone and the drinks starting flowing. Food was really good as well.Our server RUBY was so good 👍 she was very friendly and helpful during our bottomless bruch ❤️

Bottomless brunch 0/10. Food took an hour, baring in mind this was pre ordered, when arrived it was stone cold. Staff were unprofessional. Drinks were very slow and when the wrong drinks arrived we received no apologies. Toilets had NO toilet roll and the floors were covered in broken glass. Music was not good and quiet. Came for a 21st Birthday and it was such a let down on the weekend. The only thing that was good was the manager, who handled the complaint very professionally.

Was there for my birthday in January with a large group for the bottomless brunch. Nice and lively atmosphere. Staff were very attentive and our waitress Ruby was remarkable at dealing with a larger group that were up and and about chatting round our 4 tables. The food was nice and well presented and the drinks were great with a nice selection and served swiftly.

The guy who was our waiter was cold and thought he was there to show off his chandeliers rather than cater to our evening, His Job right well someone needs to tell him that., who cares if you have had your face filled with god knows what and no one can understand a word coming out of it. The female waitress was much better and had a good giggle with us. Drinks list was crap, food was ok nothing exciting tbh had better on the street food stalls.

Manahatta Manchester's bottomless brunch was a letdown. Service was mostly poor, drinks were disappointing, and the food was just okay. While the atmosphere is good for casual drinks, it doesn't translate well to a brunch experience. A special thanks to Harry, who took over from our original server, who tried his best to improve our visit. He really did save our afternoon. However, dirty toilets and the overall experience mean I wouldn't recommend it for brunch and unfortunately won't be returning.

Nos pusieron en 3 mesas diminutas que tuvimos que aplastar en ... pero cuando fuimos a los baños había una mesa enorme no en uso, así que no estoy seguro de por qué fueron aplastados en un espacio pequeño. El 90% del personal tenía una actitud horrible, no quería estar allí, con las caras puestas - ni una sonrisa a la vista aparte de las dos señoras al frente de la casa que eran encantadoras. Ojalá nunca hubiera reservado, nunca más. La comida era demasiado cara, las cucharas meteorológicas estándar... Iría tan lejos como diciendo que las cucharas meteorológicas son mejores . . y el personal mucho más amable, francamente. Las bebidas son una estafa absoluta - tantos mejores lugares para ir en la ciudad, no voy a volver y no recomendaría este lugar a nadie.

My friend has been in twice and had items stolen both times. On the same night the police said to us multiple bag thefts had happened. Way too many for it to be "normal" . Avoid if you value your belongings.

Ordered 3 cocktails and waited for 30 mins to get them despite that the bar was almost empty. Drinks were not great either. I wouldn't call this a cocktail bar.

Visited on a friday as a part of Christmas drinks with colleagues. We were a relatively small group of 8 who had pre-ordered drinks costing £100 as we were requested to do so by the venue. The order was wrong which was being resolved by one of the waiting staff. One member of staff claiming to be a manager seemed very put out by the issue and was very rude when I went to the bar actually telling me to go and sit down. I am not sure what their issue was and felt that the level of rudeness was totally uncalled for. We had booked a table and had intended to stay in there for a couple of hours. We actually only stayed for the pre-ordered drink and then left. I realise that the service industry is tough at this time of year.but being rude to customers for no reason at all is just not on. I suspect the staff member claiming to be a manager was having a bad day and has probably been given the role of shift / team leader which unfortunately seems to be a role that exceeds his capabilities. The rest of the staff were very nice, intis just a shame about the manager. We will not be returning in the future.

Booked here for the bottomless party last night for 16 people. The food was lovely, I had the steak frites and it was cooked perfectly. No one in our party had any issues with food. The drinks were kept topped up and the staff were excellent.

Expensive even for a Deansgate bar, staff more interested in the under 30 crowd when it comes to service.

We went for bottomless brunch but the table was running behind so we had to wait for a table. The food was mediocre, I ordered the hotdog, but the quality was poor, and I didn't really enjoy it. Because it was so busy it also took quite a while to arrive and we all agreed that there wasn't much to the food and we weren't full when we finished. The waitress that served us was lovely and really helpful when we asked for details on the cocktails, especially as you could see that she was really run off her feet. I wouldn't do a bottomless brunch there again, as it seemed quite expensive for what you got. But the atmosphere upstairs in the main bar was great. Excellent music and lots of people having fun!

Do not come here as there are thieves within this bar and staff will not assist you in any way whatsoever my partner had his coat stolen which was very expensive and at first one staff member said we have no cctv and then another told us it doesn’t work which is a lie as they could of been able to check who entered with a coat and who had left with it. Tried calling multiple times to see if there was anything they were could do and no one ever picked up. Awful experience with there customer service and staff AVOID AT ALL COSTS AS THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS.

BEWARNED. The drinks. Once you have had a few they start with the overcharging 5 bottles of beer £77 when challenged it miraculously becomes £24. 4 rum n cokes and 1 beer tried to charge £94. Be careful if you just tap n go

Food was okay for chicken and chips, service was poor, didn't know anything about the vouchers and offers they have that people have pre-paid for. Okay for a few drinks on a night out but wouldn't bother otherwise.

Absolutely shocking,paid 47 quid for a bottomless party and was only served 3 drinks staff not interested in us at all and only offered a bottle of prosecco as an apology, after speaking with a manager who was avoiding us we were finally given 30% off our bill,will not return,other tables around us complaining too...terrible

I loved every minute of this festive bottomless brunch. The staff were lovely and in hand with you for the full two hours of your experience. I loved the touches of Christmas hats on the table for each diner. Although the place was packed out there were plenty of staff on hand and you didn’t have to wait along time for the service.

Big bar geared up for bottomless brunch with Santa hats. For us a pre theatre snack with a couple of beers and inflexible “spicy” margaritas. The snacks were very good spicy beef salad and hummus with bread. Both tasty. We paid for our couple of drinks each up front. So been though GG didn’t spot the spice in her drink they wouldn’t let her have an officially non-spice version because “it’s a different price (cheaper) and use different ingredients”. Pathetic.
