Great food, cooked fresh so it was really nice and hot. The menu is like a halal McDonalds with an extra twist such as the Cheetos range. I had a basic chicken burger meal which was really tasty. The service from Hassaan was attentive, friendly and professional.

Popped in with my mum the other day as we needed a quick lunch and was surprised at how clean and tidy it was. Sonia served us with a smile, she was super helpful and so so lovely! Food was fresh, hot and the chicken was really tasty 😀 will be going back!

Very bad service, very bad food. Had the worst experience

went here last year. wont be coming here anytime soon, maybe its improved but seeing other reviews says otherwise. one of the lads recommended there ‘best burger’ got it and it was probably the worst burger i have ever ate. paid about £16-20 for 2 burger meals.

It’s been 5 hours since I went to there and I am still regretting that it’s not worth spending alot of money quite a lot expensive for the same taste. Staff was very friendly She helped me selecting what to order and I asked about their speciality and when it came just regular fries with a bit cheese and few chunks of chicken tasted so bad that I had to get my burger packed cause I couldn’t eat it. Spent 8£ and totally regretting it Rocco’s infront is quite cheap just wanted to give it a try but not a good experience compared to the money that I spent. Kiosk was also not working.

Burger bun was very bad accompanied by extremely soggy fries and a very dry burger patty. Hundred percent not recommended. Waste of money. You get Aldi level burgers for your price.

Used to be a frequent customer. Then the place was closed for a good while due to some issues. After the reopening something changed for the worst. Several items missing from the menu, used to get NHS discount before that's gone, quality of all the food seemed to have dropped significantly, all the friendly staff replaced. Twice I was told that they ran out of the best sauce they had the spicy DZ sauce, this also affected one of my favourite menu items which is the chicken blazzer loaded fries. Instead, some weird sauce that they tried to make look like the spicy DZ sauce was poured over the loaded fries that had way too much vinegar and all I could taste was vinegar nothing else. I've stopped going to burger base since then

I have a been a regular customer here for almost 2 years now, but I must say something has changed for the worst since it reopened a few months ago. I’m not sure if it’s under new management/ownership. On my most recent visit (today) a big portion of the items are no longer available. The same happened when I went a few months ago and I just assumed it was a temporary stocking issue. Although I ordered through the kiosk, the lady that served us was very friendly and polite. So that aspect of the service was great! I ordered a portion of wings, the meaty loaded fries and a chicken star burger. The wings have become very mediocre whereas the wings used to be very crispy and crunchy. The wings this time were very oily and it tasted the same as wings from your local chicken shop that uses standard bulk bought breading. Only difference is you’ll be paying a lot more than your local take away (£3.99 for 4 wings to be exact). I wouldn’t recommend the wings. The chicken star burger wasn’t bad, it’s a grilled chicken burger, can’t really go wrong with that. The loaded fried were very average. Nothing to shout about but it’s okay. I was disappointed by a few things. I had paid extra for the “spicy DZ dip”, only to be told that they don’t have any. I was then given ketchup Mayo and bbq. I also paid extra for a large burger base blue drink. I was then told that they don’t have the drink available and only have cans available. So I chose from one of the canned drinks. It’s always a bit rubbish when you pay extra for things when they aren’t even available, and then don’t get an equivalent replacement at least 😬. Overall, I feel like it has gone downhill a fair bit from before. But this was my experience and your experience might be better than mine.

We ordered the food and waited 30 minutes. I got given a chicken burger instead of a smash burger, and the wings were cold and had to wait another 10 minutes for my wings to be redone.

I ordered the Flamor burger, but the beef patty smelled whenever I took a bite. I'm not sure if it was cooked properly or the meat was rotten. Should probably have stuck to a chicken burger (Tex Mex) that my wife had which was decent but slightly burnt. One of my pet hates eating out is when food smells off. The establishment was smart and clean though.

Good halal alternative for McDonald's. My kids enjoy coming here for weekend treat.
