What pleasant young gentlemen and such helpful young ladies too. I struggled to choose my first sandwich but the lovely people behind the counter made it easy. Which bread did I want? What were my favourite fillings? Did I like it spicy? They helped me find something really tasty. Tuna Tato is surprisingly delicious. The cookies are really gooey and delicious. Jack told me they were vegan, but I don’t know if I believe him. They were too tasty to be vegan. I had a lovely experience here after a long day at the hospital. Thank you. Maidie

Always a good experience when buying from Subway. Friendly staff who are chatty and make visits for food or just a coffee that much better. Never a subdued atmosphere, always pleasant. Subway Fulwood is always an enjoyable visit.

Love this spot for lunch! The food is always fresh and tasty. The staff are always super friendly and ready to recommend something new. Despite some occassionally dubious music choices, Jack and Martin have me laughing at every visit!

This is one of the best subways I've been to and the service is incredible, fast, kind and actually a great amount of toppings added in my subway sandwich. You really need to try the Chipotle Cheese Bites! They are incredible in taste and actually have more filling than the outer edge! 10/10 totally recommend

Poorly prepared tikka sandwich. For the cost there was hardly any meat on it. I had to add my own meat to make it half decent. Really not worth the price charged in honesty.

I've been to many subways over the years but this is by far my favourite store. The staff here are always friendly and genuine. Jack particularly always makes my day brighter, this is why I eat here so often. Thanks guys

Subways food is always decent but the coffee is awful, tried alot of stores but can't recommend coffee from subway. Rest is good service is good too

Exactly the same as a previous reviewer the girl that works here is rude and arogent. If I could give zero stars I would. @SubwayUK need to be looking at this store as there's a pattern in the reviews!!! I went here after visiting a relative who was taken ill to the RPH so I popped over to grab my dinner about 940pm...asked to use the toilet..."were closing at 10pm" no other words...so given the toilet door is locked I have no option. Get my sandwich and go to sit down only to be rudely told "it's takeaway only" genuinely what...youve tables and chairs in there..."takeaway only now" she says with a blank stare. So if you want horrible service and takeaway only from an unknown time even though they'll gladly take your money then go for it.

If I could leave zero stars for this place I would. The girl who served me on 13/02/24 at 17:45 was rude, arrogant, and ignorant. No idea of the meaning of customer service! Put me off going in again, as this is not the first time staff in there have been awful. Basically just unsupervised self absorbed teens left to manage a shop.

Sandwich on wrong bread. didn’t taste toasted but stale. No melted cheese like asked. Garlic bread rock hard on edges. The girl who rang to change an item was very polite.

Staff very pleasant, first cappuccino in a Subway that was nice with chocolate on top which other Subways don't have, will be returning, keep it up

Wrong item delivered then told option is either collect myself (if I wanted to do that I’d have done that in the first place) or re order but would have to pay service charge/delivery again as they have no control over delivery charges.

I dont normally go out of my way to write positive reviews about places but the new young lad who serves here is genuinely one of the nicest people I've ever been served by anywhere. The lad is going to go far in life so Subway don't wait around before you promote him! Thanks for the great service 👍🏼

Wrong salad and sauce on 2x sandwiches

Fantastic food and the best service you can get.

I always love subway food so nothing bad about it but the staff is inconsiderate and unpleasant. We were eating here on Tuesday at 8pm and store hours are till 10pm. My wife needed to use the bathroom for sanitary needs but The staff didn't allow us to use the bathroom saying they won't open bathroom because it's cleaned and closed and there were no other public or private bathrooms around. We requested the staff to be considerate towards woman hygiene needs but they were pretty rude about not allowing my wife to use the bathroom. I hope the guy at the store will learn someday that when a woman needs to use the bathroom it's okay to make an exception.

Staff are very friendly! Would definitely recommend. It’s a must go place to eat in Fulwood or at the hospital!

This is my favourite Subway. The staff are friendly and efficient, the shop is spotless and the food is always fresh and tasty.

It's Subway! If you want a stuffed full sandwich on a decent sub roll... Then here you have it; prepared as you ask for it, yes; and what more do you want? An NHS discount... Why yes! A selection of salad and dressings... Indeed! A meal deal that fills you up... Uh yeah! You know what you're getting... Just get the Foot long cos it's twice as big as the 6 inch 😅

Not great at all, meal wasn’t even toasted and arrived soggy, waited over an hour for delivery which isn’t good

Order had incorrect fillings which from an allergen perspective is not acceptable. Items of the order were also missing. All in all it was a bit sloppy and I won’t be ordering again!

That gave me lettuce instead of tomato and I absolutely hate lettuce I’m only a child so I am very picky but the lady was very kind on the phone

Left the cheese off both subs, including one that we paid to have double cheese on (and as it was a 'veggie delight' it basically was just a cheese sandwich! Very weird.

Mostly got the order wrong. Toasted things that weren’t meant to be toasted and didn’t add sauce. So warm salad in a wrap with no sauce.

Got a phone call telling me that they didn’t have any bread other than Italian (we wanted hearty Italian) and when we asked to cancel was told we couldn’t. So got the sandwich and unhappy pregnant wife

The salad I had was just what I'd ordered and was a perfect meal on a hot summers day. Arrived well packaged and presented. Food tasted fresh and yummy.

Missing items and not for the first time.

It was later than I originally hoped but the restaurant kept me updated via this app so can’t complain xx

Ordered a Turkey breast sandwich. Turned up full of ham. I don’t eat pork. Luckily my friend noticed before I took a bite. Whole thing had to go in the bin. Even if the order had turned up correct, the driver for some unknown reason took a 20 min+ detour away from what otherwise is under a 10 minute trip from the restaurant. Annoyed and hungry. Won’t order again

absolutely shocking chicken and bacon salads. there was hardly any salad in it, and when we asked for extra we hardly got anything, it was dry as anything due to hardly any sauce being on it, and even went back for more sauce and was still shocking. then found a hair in one of the chicken and bacon salads.

Steak and cheese and salad sandwich came with just steak on it nothing else. Tried ringing restaurant and no answer, then phone went of the hook for over 1 hour. Ridiculous as no salad or sauce despite it clearly stating it on the order. Mason

My food was cold and my order was wrong

Barely any filling in my sub this week. Very disappointing

Second time when they are ignoring my request. Heating the meat up for a salad is something subway workers always ask when I'm in the restaurant, but when I order takeaway I always get full bacons etc. I also didn't want any lettuce in my salad but spinach instead. Got more lettuce than anything else. Not going to order from this particular restaurant again and might even pursue a refund as what I have got is far from what I have ordered.

Very cheerful staff, good customer service but the floor around the tables was covered in crumbs and bits of food. There was a queue the whole time we were there so understand the staff need to serve the customers but maybe they need an extra pair of hands to keep the place clean.

Sandwich was packed such that I couldn’t pick it up. I had to eat with a knife and fork. I ordered the mild nachos no jalapeños however they were laced with jalapeño peppers. Delivery door dashed… left my food on the cold ground literally running away. Ridiculous

I come here every Tuesday morning when I have college, the lady on shift is always really nice and the food is really good.

Food was spot on. All really tasty. Only thing that was disappointing was that our bottle of pop becer arrived. We even double checked with the driver. Just eat fortunately sorted it out.

Order was completely wrong. Nachos came with jalapeños on when I didn’t want any and the wrong crisps came! Phones the restaurant weren’t arsed about it.

Was sent the wrong order, ordered a large meal and received only a six-inch sub which wasn’t the one I’d ordered and looked disgusting. Delivery driver was half way down the street when I answered the door and there’s no number to call.

Hadn't been to subway in over 2months and it was shocking to see that foot longs are £8 with a meal deal. Day light robbery. Never ever going Subway again.
