The best restaurants serving American food in North West

Hossain is a good chef and is very kind to his customers 😊 Ali said he will make it up for you when he sees you tonight 😉 We will order again if you promise that you won’t forget to put the sauce on the burgers 🍔 🤣

We have had a few orders from this place and some have been good but I do not like mayonnaise and they cannot seem to follow a simple instruction to remove it. Tonight's order not only had mayonnaise on it but the burgers were revolting and undercooked and the chips were just soaking in fat. We managed to get a partial refund through Deliveroo but I doubt we will ever order again.

I called in here while waiting at the hospital, the staff were very friendly and polite. I ordered a pizza, which was quite frankly, Amazing, I’m not sure who the ladie was who was preparing the pizza, I think I was Michelle but could be wrong. She brought the pizza to the table and asked if I would want any additional food or sauce. The pizza was excellent. The beer was great (I’m no stranger to holts smooth) and it was exemplary. The ladie behind the bar was very attentive I think her mane was Sarah? She was very chatty. Polite to all the customers. Sarah came over mid meal to ask if everything was ok. I really felt like a local who had been drinking here for years. However this was my first visit. It certainly won’t be my last. Great service. Great food. And great beer. Well done to the team at the grafton arms.

Food was lovely, but, we went really to play with the many dogs they look after next door in the dog playroom. It costs little to go in with staff members. You can sit in the quiet area on comfy sofas and stroke the tiny dogs a bit timid or elderly for full on play, it's so relaxing, the dogs will come to you, it's solely up to the animal if it wants to sit with you. They all usually want to. Then you can go play with the dogs. They love to see you. Staff look after you at all times. Its the most brilliant amazing dog experience ever. A million out of ten from my granddaughter. Service and staff brilliant too but the dogs are the stars.

The food is very good but the service is quite long. Service remains the main problem of this establishment. Send the condition of the salt shaker how served. It's a shame.

Incredible service from Alex - fast, polite and helpful. Other staff were also really friendly! And great food, Calzone was beautiful and the fries were perfect. Will absolutely be coming again.

Delicious food and great service always

Meal ordered at 1 p.m. for 2 people, served at 1:30 p.m. while the room is empty, all to have a burger (Buffalo) so spicy that it is inedible, and lukewarm ribs without taste... So, it’s only in France that we know how to cook food quickly and well.

Visited a couple of times for Sunday lunch and the food is always good. Service seems to have got progressively worse - this time we were left standing at the door while a staff member walked past us no less than 4 times, I eventually had to intercept her as she went to walk by for a fifth time. There was only a few tables in the restaurant yet we waited ages to order, about 15 mins for a bottle of wine (not sure why the waiter that took our order didn’t just go and get it), and longer than expected for the food. Once the food was delivered to the table we weren’t approached by anyone else until we had to find someone to pay the bill. All in all, the nice enough food doesn’t compensate for the feeling of being an inconvenience to the staff rather than a valued customer!

Nice place for a quiet get together if you just want a Drink or if your hungry they do lovely Meals too if your feeling Hungry.
