We just passed another ice cream shop with a huge queue (local people will know the one) and opted to try out something new instead. Cream Curls was such a great experience, the staff were amazing and were so welcoming, going over and above for my kids. They are 8 and 6 years old and said they want to tell the world about how good it was so I thought I better write this review asap. I don’t think we’ve ever seen as many toppings - The place should be jumping! Wishing the team every success.

Staff are so friendly and lovely they couldn’t do enough for you, food is great! We ordered some natchos and loaded fries they were so good !! We also got the original cheese cake it was so fluffy and light, and the cookie dough was amazing ! Absolutely stuffed now. The inside was really pretty with a decorated wooden swing for a good picture opportunity xx

Stop by here at 2pm in the afternoon . Two ladies with 2 children where the only over customers so wasn't busy .. we had come here the previous Tuesday too and we was only customers then . BUT Today we arrived not even a sorry to keep you waiting 25 mins sat waiting for even a menu .. she didn't even come across to table . It had to be shouted across our order at the till ... still no diet drinks in and coffee machine still not working and that was the same a week ago when we came in and spent over £60 and today I've spent £25.00. Coffee came in a takeaway cup .. I asked no cups? Like last week? She said takeaway cups are easier.. 3 young girls running here today 46 mins and one pudding has arrived of nut sensation ice cream rolls for our daughter . Just waiting on cookie dough with icecreams for ourselves 50mins (finally). Don't get me wrong this is a lovely little place but the staff need to up there game . Be organised and ready for the customers. Talk to customers , be friendly not just dump food ... manners cost nothing

We visited on the hottest night in September, we put in an order for 5 icecream curls, 1 sundae 1 pancakes And chocolate a cookie dough desserts. In total it was £44.00 This total was very fair for the quantity of the desserts. The staff were amazing and so friendly especially with the children. They even let them help make their own ice creams and finished them off with their names on. Whilst we waited for the desserts we took quite a few photos in the cosy corner with swing, which is a great touch. Just to top this off the desserts were absolutely amazing so tasty and lots and lots of it. I would definately visit again and more importantly I would recommend it to anyone to try. Positives. 1. Friendly 2. Fair pricing 3. Very clean 4. Very tasty ingredients 5. Plenty of seating Cons 1. You do need to be patient as its all made fresh infront of you. So if you are in a hurry this might not be the place for you. 2. No toilets Overall experience 9/10 or 5 stars out of 5

Create your own ice cream roll Lovely banana Oreo resses peanut butter cups and candy floss sauce and chocolate sauce with cream on top and nuts and candy floss sauce lovely thank you

Went in for tea for a treat for me and son,seem hard work ordering obviously wasn't listening. Our order came which was wrong my son got a chicken burger instead of a wrap so to make another would have meant all food going cold and not eating together was very disappointed and a waste of money which nobody likes

Took our two children for a treat- never again. We arrived and the shop was half full, the ordering seemed to take forever and it wasn’t clear on what we could have in the topping for our ice cream. When we ordered, it was apparent that they were understaffed for the amount of customers and the staff aside from the supervisor were all young and inexperienced. We ordered two coffees and a cake with two ice cream roll desserts. Our coffees came and they were okay. At this point we’d been in half an hour and it was evident that the staff had completely forgot the kids desserts (in a dessert shop?!) 45 minutes later, the desserts arrived. 45 minutes for two ice creams…. There’s also no toilets in the establishment which meant my 4 year old daughter had to go outside in the rain as she was desperate by this point. I’m not even sure that’s allowed in an eating establishment of this size.. there’s at least 28 seats. Safe to say, we won’t be going again.

We went for a second time since the opening of the diner. We were served by Salinka, she was extremely inviting and pleasant. She even let our son decorate his own ice cream which made him really happy. She is a credit to the establishment.

Do not use this company, 1 hour waiting to be told they have taken too many orders and can’t do ours!! To sad little girls. Absolutely shameful. Will not be using again. It’s all about the money with this shambles of a company!!!! Who orders more are the main priory!!!

Took my daughter and her friends for a catch-up over the Easter holiday. The kids loved it and even got to make their own ice cream. Staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Food was amazing and very reasonably priced. Can definitely recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Highly recommend trying Cream Curls Chorley, a hidden gem on Eaves Lane, Chorley. The guys are so friendly, prices are great with 20 or so indoor seats. Great entertainment on a Saturday evening icecream curling. Getting the kids to bed after the multiple flavoured syrups sugar rush is another story!

I took my twin tweenage daughters as a treat for being brave earlier in the week. I was expecting rolled ice creme ....what we got was an experience!!!....they encouraged my daughters to thoroughly engage with the whole process and had them chopping mixing and rolling their own ice creams...they absolutely loved it and it really made their day. I can honestly say I will definitely be visiting again x

Good choices on the menu. Cheesecake was good and had a choice of loading it with strawberries and raspberries. Cookie dough with chocolate was very rich. Waffles with strawberries and cream was also ok. Chocolate cake was a little dry but then we did call in late at 10pm. Staff were excellent! Helpful and friendly. They even gave us an ETA fir the food before we ordered and asked was it in.

Really Unique place in Chorley for food and deserts and you can watch everything be made. Definitely will return again soon. Sit in and Takeaway, and it's inviting to do both.

I have been twice now, and they're fantastic in what they do. It's a little shame that on both occasions we were the only ones in. On the first visit we had a waffle which was fully laden with sweet treats for my son. On the second time my daughter opted for ice cream rolls. The staff are so nice they even let her do the last one. Will definitely visit again, and totally recommend it!
