Good choice on the menu and excellent tasting food but unfortunately let down by an extremely long - 2 and half hours - wait for the food.

We have used this take away for so so long and it was the best around . The smash burger was inedible . Seemed to be made with really cheap grissly burgers and I couldn’t eat it . My partner ordered a panini which ended up on a baguette ( had we had known would have had something different) the brownie was so so dry . All in all just so disappointed. For the price of it , was an absolute waste Won’t be using again in future

We placed an order at 20:33pm… 22:32pm and we are still waiting for our order. Unfortunate as the food we have had previously has been pretty good, but sadly today just very hungry!

I pre ordered and it is due to arrive around 18.10 when the first deliveries are coming out. I ordered the following: Spicy nacho burger with sour cream and chive dressing. £6.95 Mac and cheese bites £4.50 Diet Coke £1.50 Sub total £12.95 Delivery £1.50 Service charge £0.50 Total £14.95 With the burgers you can order additional toppings, patties, etc for a additional cost and there is quite a choice. Order arrived about 20 minutes early. My burger was really nice and the spice level was not too, just pleasant. The mac and cheese bites were cooked really well and tasted great. My husband ordered from Teddies, I was certain it was the same company as the pizza menu looked the same but teddies doesn't have burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, etc. Both orders came with the same driver so it proves it is the same place but slightly different menus. Husband said it was a fantastic pizza, was a slightly deeper pan than what he's had before from them. He enjoyed it!! He's extremely happy. Pizza costs £10 for 12 inch for one extra topping and we're nice enough chanfe a topping. He said it's still the best pizza in Lancaster.

didn't even know this place was here, and I am literally 2 mins round the corner. My friend and I decided to give it a go when I had a menu put through the door as we regularly have donna kebabs when watching movies. We ordered two large donna kebabs on nann bread. They were delivered pretty quickly, and I have to say they were absolutely stunning. They were so fresh, the naans appeared to have been freshly baked, the salad was cold and crisp, the meat had a beautiful taste. And the chili sauce was hot!! We repeated this two weeks later to see if it was a one off, and the kebabs were just as good. Few weeks later when there were four of us, we decided to give the pizzas a go. OMG. Perfect, again everything extremely fresh. And they do a 20" pizza!! (Just enough for me). This is now our go to place for kebabs and pizzas. They also do a range of "dirty fries". I would recommend the Philly Dirty Fries, I have them with every order. Cannot big up this place enough.

One of the best takeaways that I have had in a very long time. The food was warm on arrival, the delivery lady was friendly and most importantly it tasted fantastic! I will definitely be ordering from here again and can’t wait to try more things off the menu.

Burger was ok but just that. £25 for two average sized burgers, chips and two dips. Wouldn’t bother getting this as a takeway when you can better got less in a restaurant

This is one of mine and my girlfriend favourite takeaways... the burgers and fries are always tasty; probably one of the best burgers in Lancaster! Its quite pricey and you could go to a restaurant for the same money but the quality is faultless...

We order from Munch every few months and it’s always great. Only complaint I’ve ever had is it can be slightly cool when delivered but that’s from the distance (we always collect now). Menu is great and the food is brilliant!!

I ordered from here last night with my friend and it was great. It was a bit late being delivered but worth it. Our burgers were outstanding, very good quality meat and we both really enjoyed them. The chicken wings were lovely too, very tasty. Worth ordering from!!!

I have never had a disappointing meal from here, everything has always been spot on and absolutely delicious. I always recommend Munch to my friends and those that have also eaten from here that I know, also say how lovely the food is. Definitely well worth it's money!

We were looking to try somewhere different and my girlfriend stumbled across this little wonder. Initially drawn in by the milkshake selection, we decided on a hot dog each and some pulled pork fries to share. I had the New York dog and she ordered up the Nacho dog-so so good. The food was super high quality and the portions were certainly American diner sized (I lived in North Carolina for two years and these would not have been out of place at Blue Ribbon). Delivery was quick and the food arrived well packaged and hot.

Disgrace a dried up bun with 2 pieces of dried up chicken for £7, guess you live and learn. Quick delivery but when you've said that you've said all!!

The best takeaway around here. Does really nice stuff and it all comes in excellent boxes. If there was an option to add cheese to the chilli fries then it would be even better!

This is a fantastic takeaway and I could not be more pleased with what we received! Our food came 30 minutes earlier than expected which was amazing and the food was delicious (definitely worth trying the pancakes!).

In the past few weeks I have ordered twice from here and both times were excellent. The first time I ordered a bit dog and my finace ordered the burgers, very big hotdog and tasted amazing. I ordered alone last night and tried the blue and mushroom burger and it was the best burger I have had in a long time. I also ordered a banoffee sundae and it amazing. You definitely need to try this place.

Love this takeaway. USA all the way, authentic and yummy. Me and my family love ordering takeaways from here, comes highly rexommended.

I love a good burger, I've got to admit they're my go to guilty food. The only issue was that it was hard to find a takeaway that didn't serve the run of the mill garbage and I longed for a takeaway that provided restaurant quality food to my doorstep.

Bank holiday Monday and couldn't be bothered to cook. Just eat to the rescue and Munch menu that had soooo much lovely sounding food we had to try it!

Can't fault the breakfasts on offer. Gets you off to a great start to the day. They don't skimp on the food!

Soooo tasty. The chilli is delicious and seems really fresh. Such fluffy pancakes and indulgent milkshakes. Will defo return for a third visit. A welcome new addition to Lancaster takeout

Cuarta vez pidiendo de munch y cada vez es mejor y mejor. Comida estupenda, selección de hamburguesas, panqueques, hotdogs, té helado casero y desayunos increíbles en una mañana. Servicio amable y conductores de entrega. Entrega rápida y una increíble comida cada vez. Mi nuevo favorito para llevar en Lancaster! Bien hecho

Ofrecen servicio a domicilio. Puedes pedir una sabrosa hamburguesa masiva y que llevaran a su casa. Es en el peor de los casos, un gastropub comida estándar, pero a la puerta. Absolutamente fantástico y mucho mejor que una comida para llevar.

Always visiting munch usually for lunch and coffee. We just have had a munch late burger!!! It was fab!! Really tasty gourmet burgers. Both were fully loaded, tasty and great value!!
