We have had a few orders from this place and some have been good but I do not like mayonnaise and they cannot seem to follow a simple instruction to remove it. Tonight's order not only had mayonnaise on it but the burgers were revolting and undercooked and the chips were just soaking in fat. We managed to get a partial refund through Deliveroo but I doubt we will ever order again.

Ordered click-and-collect burgers from Billie's and was very impressed. Ordering via their website was easy, food ready very quickly and tasted really good. Friendly staff and covid-secure collection.

This was so close to being OK, but there was no care. My burger would have been alright if it weren't for the patty, which tasted like the cheap frozen kind you'd get from a burger van. The bun and trimmings were good, but it was ruined by the cheap meat. The chips were limp and undercooked to the point we had to put them in the oven for a while before they were edible. They were actually pretty good once they'd been cooked properly! For a burger shack, I'm bitterly disappointed.

ordered a delivery from here hoping to help out the smaller business with some custom probley stick to Chinese from now on ordered a chicken burger ribs halloumi fries King prawns in batter all 6 pounds each burger was a little burnt but ok I think the prawns were frozen batter was greasy I feel its very expensive for what you get 4 small ribs for 6 pounds 5 prawns 6 pounds halloumi 6 pounds not good

Me and my partner ordered two vegan chilli burritos and cheesy chips as a takeaway, which took over an hour to arrive. What did arrive wasn’t chilli burritos but two cold creamy mushroom wraps with a few kidney beans for good measure and soggy chips. Not what I expected from a five star rated establishment.

Up,out and about on a beautiful March morning, my twin brother and I decided to drop into this Bob & Berts outlet, been here before on previous trips to Lancaster, always had a good time and so it proved on our latest visit to here. A great looking cafe,interior is superb, light and airy, eclectic decor and furnishings and plenty of seating options spread throughout this cafe both inside and outside looking out onto the busy and bustling Penny Street, its just a really good cafe to unwind in. We ordered a coffee each, these were served steaming hot, we chilled out and soaked up the great vibe in this busy and popular cafe while we sipped our coffee's. From the first sip till the last sup you can tell they use quality ingredients in their coffee and take great pride in the coffee they serve in this busy and popular cafe, its hardly surprising that this cafe is so popular with coffee of this quality. We both really enjoyed our coffee's in here before we moved on and although our visit was only fleeting as on every other visit to this particular Bob & Berts we had a great time. This Bob & Berts is easy to locate along Penny Street. Opening hours are; Monday to Saturday, 7.30am till 6pm. Sunday, 9am till 6pm. Well worth checking out if you're in the area or planning a trip to Lancaster.

Market StWhat can I say . The youth of today are just lazy and rude. I went to the counter to order as I didn’t want to have to use the machines to place my order for reasons I’d rather not say as they have scan machines right across the counter . To be told straight away place your order on the machine when it would have taken the young girl seconds or may be a minuet yet she couldn’t be bothered so so lazy and then when I made the comment as to why there are scanners on the counter I was scowled at to them her her and her young work colleague mocking me under there breath for making my comment . There just to lazy n don’t want to do any thing these days . As mummy n daddy running around after them need teaching some manners and how to treat customers. Won’t be going again .
