Farhan soneye spectacular service, made me feel very at home and listened to.

My server was Farhan he was super funny and got the food out fast and checked on us while we were eating. 10/10 service

Andrew, (I think his name is Andrew? I can't remember now sorry) who helped us to our table was really friendly, attentive and ensured we had everything we needed. Food was fine and came promptly. Great service. Can't complain.

First time lunching here. We usually visit after 5. Excellent greeting and service from Edward. Peter not too shabby either! Fanta flavoured chicken kinda works haha 😄 Broccoli was better than usual. Thanks Nando's. See ya ll soon.

Edward served us and he was fantastic , friendly, attentive and ensuring all guests were happy . I do hope he is a supervisor /manager as he really appeared to be running the restaurant effectively!

Really good experience have ate in many Nando's across the country but the service here was more personal especially from Edward who went the extra mile to make my lunch a delight. Really quick service too, food came in minutes after ordering. Thank you and keep up the good work Edward and the rest of the team.

Atrocious service Ordered food from Deliveroo and they forgot my item and the lady on the phone said I packed the bag myself so I did put it in there, clearly not love who are you trying to fool? I would avoid at all costs

I visited today with my two babies (two under two!).. your customer service was incredible. From one member of staff at the till helping me as soon as I got there, to another member of staff (Hayley) going above and beyond to help (and to talk), I just didn't realise Nandos was so homely. It felt like a small family run business, not a chain restaurant. Thank you so much for your help and treats for my toddler whilst I fed my three month old baby. You made what could have been a disaster meal (because my babies weren't playing ball) enjoyable!!!

Went out with my family last night, the food was very delicious and we were served by Faith mainly and I have to say that she went above and beyond. Exceeded my expectations, will come again!

I’ve been a frequent customer at Nando’s, but unfortunately, this visit was quite disappointing. The cleanliness of the location was severely lacking, with dirty cutlery that still had food stains, which I had to clean myself. The overall atmosphere was unpleasant and didn’t meet the usual standard I’ve come to expect. Regrettably, this was the worst experience I’ve had at a Nando’s. Never ever again.

Went on for lunch this afternoon. It was quite empty and the gentleman said “sit wherever you want” so we chose a booth.a group of girls came in so he came over and asked us to move so they could sit in the booth.all the booths had couples on them and there was plenty of seating that the groups of 4 or 5 girls could of sat together yet he felt it appropriate to come over and tell me to move for them.the customers beside us even said why is he moving them when the table wasn’t reserved for the girls. I then told him o was leaving due to being humiliated at which he replied “ if you want to leave,leave”.absolutely awful experience and will not be returning.can I also add the group of girls came in after us and after we had been seated.

Staff is ignorance’s of your order and required stuff. They forget what they commit to do with us . Or ignore us

Since we came to the UK I have heard the hype around Nandos and finally decided to try the Fort outlet ( serving halal). We ordered the half chicken in mild hot sauce along with 2 sides and chicken wings with lemon peri sauce with bottoms up soda. So we were quite excited looking at the buzzing environment at 3 pm on a weekend. The place was noisy as if it was fully occupied. The food I think was average, nothing different from what I have had at Cheater's or Peri Peri's for much lower price. I am certain this could be a slightly better quality though the chicken and rice tasted exactly the same. There are various peri peri sauces up for grabs though most of them ended up tasting almost the same. I must say I was a bit disappointed after all the hype around it. But overall it was a pleasant evening. But surely not dropping in again.

Hayle is very helpful and very polite she made sure that everything was okay and her service was amazing.

Food is great like most nandos. Parking is plentiful due to location. Does get very busy so there can be a wait at certain times but you can book a table go shopping and receive a text when table is ready

The food was 10/10. But we had to wait 45 minutes to even come inside but it was worth it.

The food is the only reason we keep coming back, but honestly, that might not be enough anymore. Lately, it’s been so ridiculously busy that we’ve had to *repeatedly* ask the staff when our drinks are coming—because they always show up *after* the food, which is beyond annoying. And don’t even get me started on how cramped and overcrowded it is now that they’ve crammed more seats into every possible space. It’s like they’re prioritizing packing in customers over providing a comfortable experience. To top it off, when we asked a simple question about the menu, some guy named Liam couldn’t have been more rude if he tried. Unbelievable.

Sitting tables were empty but they like to make you wait for atleast 25-30minutes and then staff was soo untrained unprofessional they served cold chiken wings and uncooked smelly watery chicken Waste of money..

Just called in for a spot of lunch. Nice food and good atmosphere. Will definitely go back

Took my son he a fan of nandos, I'm gluten free and vegetarian thought I'd just have z coffee , no they don't do hot drink !!!, I'm not a fan of carbonated drinks , sat there while my son eat with nothing. One step up from a wetherspoons by the rate of speed the food came out. Staff we did interact with were polite.

The staff were really kind, friendly and polite and this made the experience here great. The ordering system is also easy to use, and food came quickly. Would definitely come back to this location after not going to Nandos in years.

The place was very busy and loud. However, the food was still delicious. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

3 of us turned up at 845pm, there must have been about 15 or 20 free tables. Told there's a half hour wait for a table, which would have left it barely an hour before closing time. No explanation as to why. Swiftly left.

Four of us went for lunch .... good choice to suit everyone. The food was served promptly by polite and courteous staff with a smile. Good choice of sauces which you can put yourself on meal ..... ie mild, medium, or hot. Good sized portions are well priced. Soft drinks can be refilled as many times as you like, however if you only have one fill its expensive at £3.95 per glass. However, would still recommend and dine there again.

The food was very poor. The person who took my order was not concentrating so I had to send it back for a new one. I was asked the filling I wanted for my wrap and chose mayo but I got jam filling. It was a very bad experience…. I couldn’t eat the food. Chicken was cold and nauseating. My first experience with Nando’s was at Liverpool as it was super fab! My next experience was at Trafford center and it was amazing! My friends had warned me about Cheetham Hill but I didn’t think it would be this bad.

This place is a joke ! The food came late plus the chicken was all white pale which was covered in sauce looking raw and i did ask for my chicken to be well done ! Sent it back and they sent me back the same chicken with my sides cold ! Again the chicken was raw ! When i complained khalid the manager said it was my perception ! I asked for a refund and did not wait for the third time for them to bring me back another raw piece of stale chicken dont avoid this nandos the chicken did. Not look halal either tbh

Great if you eat in but when i get takeaway i get the skinniest chicken everrrr lol, when it happened when i ate in they replaced it so all good , staff are lovely but often busy so maybe a long wait sometimes

A good place, with delicious food. I love their sauces and the refill service for their drinks. Something that surprised me was the punctuality with which one must enter, there is a large demand but I was surprised by the good control of shifts. Congratulations 👏

Food ordered on line,time given for collection but on arrival to collect the food informed order cancelled already and money reimbursed so start afresh to order in store.. waited for almost an hour for the order to come through.

Food fab service was good but couldn't get my head round using the app to order food ,or going up to the till to order food ,would of been better with waitress service ,as it cost £69 + ,and we had to wait in line to be served then I was charged over £11.00 in tax ,was really disappointed and slightly pissed 😡 about the tax thing .

Visited this evening and have never been to this restaurant before but could honestly say staff were brilliant attentive which makes the evening so much more pleasant we were there celebrating a birthday of a colleague service food was excellent and a big shout out to rianah (sorry if that is spelt correctly) but she was lovely took the cake we brought and put in fridge till we needed it and then brought it to us when we asked great customer service

We had to wait along time for our food but got free starters as a good will gesture. So wasnt to bad but having to wait nearly 1 half hours for food was a bit of a joke. Hey ho.

Food on point as always but the customer service was the best thing. Everyone really friendly and there is many Nando’s around the Manchester area but this will be the one I will be 100% coming back to!!

I finally tried the butterfly burger and was the best thing I've ever tasted! Staff was friendly and went at a quiet time.

Nandos here is Halal so guyz go crazy.. 😁 I love Nandos, no chicken 🍗 can beat the Nandos Chicken 😋, The only thing i would say is plan your Nandos there is always a wait of 20-25mins but my friends the wait is worth it. The staff always friendly.

Pathetic customer service, girl at the door takes reservations, extremely rude. Make you wait for hour and doesn’t bother about your turn. Untrained staff . Unhygienic place with food going on the floor. Avoid as much as you can . Not recommended at all 👎👎

Food was great, and the service was good overall, but I did have to ask 4 different people for the same thing. The atmosphere was good too, but trying to talk to the person opposite can be difficult because it was very loud in there

The restaurant was rather busy when we arrived Friday night, we were greeted by the hostess who informed it would be a 25 minute wait. Easy enough to kill time at Manchester Fort, I was impressed with how the hostess held it together and dealt with the gentleman waiting just before us as they were rather obnoxious and intoxicated for some it may have been an intimatidating situation but she took it in her stride and moved them along pretty quickly. Our table was ready after the wait, food was great. Boneless chicken thighs and fino pita always go down well. Overall a great experience without any trouble. Star of the week or employee of the month nomination for Kayla. Visited 19/01/24

Lovely place for food and gathering with family

Pretty busy , even during the week. Working hard to please everyone.

I had hoped the meals had improved but unfortunately a lot has changed. Size and portion of the food have dwindled to such a decree that I felt robbed. The chicken looked and tasted dry must of been provided from slimming World with very little meat but plenty of bone. This is not the usual standard unless things improve you have lost a family treat. Please do not blame the pandemic as this seems to be used in a lot of eateries for sub-standard food , C'mon Nandos get back to normality and provide decent portions as previously enjoyed

Food was okay but the service was very disappointing from start to finish

Me and my 2 kids usually go quite often and know how the atmosphere is, however, today was abysmal. Out of the many staff that served us, only one was competent. It was overcrowded and the most of the staff delivered empty promises for basic needs. When we were seated, our table was dirty and when we made someone aware, we got told to clean it ourselves. We had to ask several individuals just for plates because the first 4 people did not come back and ignored us while serving tables around us. We bought the bottomless drinks and around 2 mins later, we were told that the drink machine was broken and did not get a refund for our cup. Food was ok. This was not exaggerated and would most likely avoid next time.

Hadn't been in many many years to a nandos as the last experience at the Trafford centre branch wasn't great as the food and service was poor. Glad to say going to the Manchester Fort branch was a different and very enjoyable experience. The food was great, the chicken was fantastic and the halloumi states were better than expected. I would come back to this branch again and again from now.

Food tastes great, but the portion size and price don't go well. The vegan wrap i had was literally 4 bites and gone. Bean burger was also small, along with the garlic bread. Rainbow salad bowl though was great.

Quick stop here one afternoon after moving our son into a new flat and returned the rented van. The food was excellent, service friendly, and the environment good. Would recommend.

Nandos is always nice food, and I was happy with that, however the restaurant is quite dirty and looking tired. A bit off putting when there's old sauces splattered up the walls. Needs a good clean. Toilets not so nice either.

Excellent food and good service. Just had a short wait to be seated but overall great visit.

Service was extremely slow. It took nearly half an hour between starters and main meal. The floor was very dirty and was sticky. Looked like it had not been cleaned for months.

I could eat and eat and eat. The food is delicious. Its No1 in my diary now. My mouth is watering, thinking how delicious the food was. Yummy. Definitely would recommend.
