Every time I phone to order the food the guy cannot understand atall what I'm trying to say and I keep having to go else where when we want to order from here. Please put somebody on the phone who can take orders properly because it's a joke.

Ordered through ubereats as there was an offer. 23£ for a sharer box meal. Went to collect and had to wait an extra 10 mins as was busy, no issues. No seating inside. Great quality food, burgers and chicken crispy and good flavour. Would be nice if drinks were included. 8.8/10

Bloomin’ marvellous! Spicy but that’s expected. Rustic and messy but that’s the charm. Fabulous flavours, I got the combo box delivered via an app and it was still a good temperature but awesome awesome flavours, the sauces the seasonings. Better than the real thing if you ask me.

Burger was decent but no round pickles. Barely any pickles at all in the loaded fries. Way too much sauce and the chips werent seasoned. Chicken was nice but everything else let it down.

If you actually want to eat chicken and not just crunchy batter then I suggest u pick another place because this was absolutely disgusting , the prices for the food they sell is not worth the quality of the food they give you , this is definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had with food, there was no chicken it was just full of crispy batter and really oily all you could taste was the oil the place is a write off and a scam only thing that was nice was my drink. The batter itself looks like donner.. and u can see how greasy that is for a chicken burger. The potion size was rubbish , you could go to cheaper places and they taste 10xs more nicer

Food was fair but was told it would be ready in 15 minutes for collection and it ended up being 30. Doesn’t seem like the cleanest place with a boxing machine inside and stickers all over the windows but gave it a shot. Was okay for the money but what food we ate was discounted - I wouldn’t be happy to pay the full price for it but for the discounted price it was decent The hot chicken tenders were the best - crispy and spicy and generously sized. I had the chicken burger and it was decent, packed with salad and sauce but the chicken wasn’t crispy which I was looking forward to. We also had loaded fries which again were good but the chips could have been a bit better cooked as they went soggy under all the sauce. Cookie dough was okay

Got tha Half-X burger with some fries. Burger was juicy with a very crispy texture, and the tears was flowing once I got to the 3rd bite.

Used to be the absolute go to spot, chicken was always flavoured great and well priced. Unfortunately, nothing like that anymore. Their chicken CAN be nice but they’re so inconsistent with their seasoning you have no idea what you’re about to get. I always used to order the combo box, but they increase the price every week like they enjoy it, the funniest part is, the combo box is literally more expensive than ordering what’s inside it separately. Shame about this place, I really enjoyed going and unfortunately probably will go again, but I do wish management would get half a brain and fix these easy issues.

I have ordered from this place on numerous occasions. The quality of food is always 10/10. My favourite is the loaded fries. Best loaded fries in Manchester! Lots of flavour and tender chicken. Make sure to try this place! You won’t regret it.

Bit of a wait. Bit high on the price, food portion could be better for the price you pay. Parking is really poor just make sure you lock your car.

Service and atmosphere was amazing The food I’m afraid wasn’t very good at all chicken tastes boiled and no flavour to it. Ordered the big box had to literally chuck away the full box and had to get food from elsewhere. Honestly don’t know why but my food was appalling and it didn’t taste cooked at all was very upset since I travelled all the way while fasting.

Ordered for collection. Waited an hour only to find they had mixed our food up - My partner ordered the X burger but the burger he was given was not spicy in the slightest. Thinking it was just a little mix up we pre ordered again for collection at 3.30pm on Sunday only to find they were in fact closed.

Mediocre food. I made a complaint and whoever deals with the responses was ready for war to say the least the keyboard warrior sent me paragraphs. Instead of apologising he/she deflected the issue on to me and my food palate. Very odd experience. Personally wouldn’t recommend. Looks good but not the best. I’m sorry if that offends you but spending £50 on cold food gives me every right to have my own opinion ✌🏽

Waited 35 mins for just a burger meal when I got told it was a 10/15 mins wait max. I clearly asked the worker what comes in a meals and was told a burger + chips + drink. HOWEVER when I went inside to collect the food I was told drinks was an extra charge of £2. I asked for spicy tenders however the tenders was not spicy at all. The burger which I ordered also was breaking apart and was very very dry, nor was the burger spicy too as I asked for a spicy burger. I highly recommend nobody to eat from this takeaway !!!

Waited 35 minutes for food charged us £52 for 4 burgers and when I went to collect they charged me extra £8 for 4 drinks burger was falling apart driest tenders I’ve had so far no sauce no packaging gave us burgers wrapped in paper

X! Spicy burger is SOOO spicy and delicious- took x4 longer to eat because of the spice level chips and peri are always seasoned and cooked perfect get from here often always yummy

Myself and my girlfriend have been coming to Cleo’s for a while now and every time it’s always been 10/10. The chicken is always so so fresh and tastes amazing. Would absolutely recommend to anyone asking for good fried chicken in Manchester. The guy who served myself (Ali) and my girlfriend (Amy) was really friendly and just made already great food with a 10/10 service.

As I am well into my spicy chicken burgers, I traveled to Manchester from Yorkshire to try the Hot Nashville chicken fillet burger at Cleos Nashville Kitchen. After, eating the half X Nashvile burger and Tenders, I have to say the chicken was cooked perfectly and the chilli spicy coating was really hot and packed a punch, which impacted the overall taste of the burger. The spicy coating on chicken was very crunchy but i do feel it need some kind of BBQ type sauce. This spicy chicken burger tasted different to the other chicken places in Manchester such as Miami's, philly's, new York Crispy and Cluck-A-Rito etc Overall a very different and tasty spicy chicken burger without being dipped in hot sauce, was reasonably priced. I rate it a 4 out of 5.

So far, all my experiences ordering from cleo's has been very good so far. Sometimes they have a rotation of offers depending on which platform you order from. The quality of the chicken at cleo's is good. So far fresh and doesn't have an off smell like the time I ordered food from some Korean chicken burger shop... Cleo's for the win.

Alhamdulilah good takeaway 10/10 food

Been wanting to try Cleo's for a while now and thanks to my cousin I did yesterday. We ordered the food to take out. I ordered the solo combo box which consisted of the Classic burger, 3 wings, 2 tenders and a portion of fries. I really enjoyed the food, the crispyness of the chicken coating was the best and the seasoning was just perfect. Would definitely recommend the food from here.

Nachos had loads of cheese sauce and really good portion size. Nashville chicken tender hotdog is unreal, the spice and the sauce is just amazing! Half X burger packed with a punch and a good sized burger. Delivery guy was amazing. The food is just unreal. You definitely need to order from here.

It was really delicious! I came from France to see a football match and my second goal was to go to Cleo's 😂 and I don't regret anything! The taste, the flavours, the portions, the price, everything was really,really good. Can't wait to come back!! Johanna

Food was good, I rang to say no salad and they put salad on the burger. I ordered two drinks and only delivered. If you are ordering on UberEats, I would say avoid, the delivery was 45-1hour late. If they do not have capacity to deliver on time they need to let Uber do that for them In a world where we are spoilt for choice they are not worth the delay in delivery and when its delayed for it to be wrong and missing something you paid for

Not worth the wait. While the food tastes good having ordered from them in the past twice the waiting time is always ridiculous. This time it has been 3 hours and uber eats had to cancel the order since they weren't picking up. Definitely not ordering again

Hands down the best chicken burger and loaded fries in Manchester. The crispness is out of this world and you can’t get tenders with the same level of crunch anywhere.

I waited for two hours and called the restaurant to say it was being delivered, but it still didn't arrive after an hour. I wanted to cancel, but the restaurant wouldn't let me cancel. It took me half an hour to get my money back after talking to customer service. A unsatisfying experience. After a long day at work, I was hungry and angry

Ordered on uber, on the 24th order was accepted at around 10pm expecting our food to arrive at half eleven only we received no update as they have their own drivers and the food didn't arrive with no response. We couldn’t cancel the order to get a refund, and the takeaway had actually confirmed the delivery which is a joke. We had been calling from 12 until 4. We were actually looking forward to the box deal, but never got to try it, and had to eat noodles for dinner. Not what you want when your looking for a spicy burger to feast on. Will not be ordering again, and don't trust a place with their own drivers as there is nothing you can do but wait over 5 hours for your food.

5 star every time I’ve visited. Can’t fault, other than when I’ve forgotten it’s closed on a Monday 🤣. Always fresh and always hot. Perfect quality meats. Perfect cleanliness and hygiene. The best fried chicken by a long way.

Food is good and I would rate higher if there wouldn't be fake discount prices. They double the prices of products and then announcing fake "2 for 1" discounts.

Waited 4 hours for my food then cancelled my order without notifying. They have two phone numbers and don’t pick up. The food is very good but the customer service is always poor.

Order was 25 min late food came cold and when I called to ask about the delivery the person who picked up was rude and left me on hold for 5 min while he chatted away and laughed with his mates. I needed up hanging up and calling again just for the same guy to pick up and tell me yeah it’s on its way and hang up. Terrible customer service ruined the whole experience for me.

Will not be ordering again! I ordered off uber eats and the food was very late, i called to ask where it is and the staff was being rude in response. They then proceeded to hang up and were not picking up when i called again.

Dark kitchen take out, but the food is fantastic and crucially, consistently so. Perhaps slightly more on the pricey side, but for the quality, no complaints at all. Be careful for the X marked burgers, I love spicy but this was peak level!! Also, not sure if this was a one off.. but not a fan of the wings. Boneless (tenders & burgers) are all A* though.

The food is nice but definitely not worth the exceptionally long wait times! I have ordered from here at least 6-7 times and each time I end up waiting up to 2 hours. Every time I order I call to ask for an update and im told “it left the restaurant 5 minutes ago so shouldn’t be long”. As I type this it’s been 2 hours since I’ve ordered and an hour since the update and I live 10 minutes away from the restaurant… absolutely ridiculous

EDIT: Cleo’s contacted me later on that eve sincerely apologising. It was due to high demand and a busy eve etc and they acknowledged that wasn’t an excuse either. They provided me a full refund and the next meal on the house. Ordered from them again the next day and the food was amazing and wait time was great. Thank you- their food and customer service does keep customers loyal because you can’t even fault the food. Loaded fries were great flavour and chicken is always juicy. Even the chips tasted great. So glad the problem was rectified and I will continue to order from here :) Ordered my meal around 6:30pm. It’s 8:20pm and I still have no food delivered. Rang the place so many times and my call just got rejected. When someone finally answered, I asked for an update and he put the phone down. Absolute joke. Messaged them on Instagram to get a refund and I doubt I’ll even get a reply. I want a refund. Don’t order from here- so disappointed.

Ordered for delivery. It was taking too long. I then called the number on google and he said it will take a while. So I said I’ll collect It instead. I attend the building and shutters are down and no sign of anyone. Eventually found a delivery driver. Took me 20 minutes of waiting to find someone. I also tried calling the number on google 20 times and it kept going to unavailable so clearly the phone was switched off. Do not recommend, poor service.

Terrible with service and delivery, there is no point in choosing the option for delivery when their timeframes are unrealistic. I had an ETA of 12 minutes bearing in mind I reside only 7 minutes drive away from the takeaway. It has been 2 HOURS since the order was placed and still no sign of it. I called the takeaway after multiple attempts, and upon asking for an update on my order I was told “give me a moment”, then the man hung up on me and no answer was given. They claim to have moved away from a platform that doesn’t give the customer unrealistic timeframes but this has not been the case. I am a frequent customer and over the last 5-6 orders I’ve placed I have always had to chase my order up with a waiting time of at least 90 minutes. You will lose good loyal customers operating a business like this, and disappointingly the generic response of being “busy” is unappreciated. If you choose to operate in such a manner and charge customers with poor service it brings a bad reputation. Don’t mislead your customers and instead update them on when their order will be due to arrive realistically. Frankly, if they actually revealed the true times their order arrives, then they would lose a lot of business. Utterly disappointed. Order from Grubfellas, Phillys or Miamis instead where you get the best service and delivery.

Ordered from here a couple of weeks ago. The burgers are superb we ordered loaded fries which are great but I'd say share one between two as it's a lot of food. Ordered in the shop and collected at the time they said so all good there. Near our rehearsal room so we will be using again.

The half X burger, seriously packs a punch. A massive piece of chicken with crispy coating. Nice combination of toppings and seriously spicy. I'm curious how spicy the full X will be! The chicken tenders were crispy just like the Instagram video. You can actually hear the crunch :) Spice levels weren't half X levels but present. The Ferrero Roche milkshake was nice and thick. Lifesaver as it helped cool my mouth after the half X burger. Only giving Cleo's a 4 as there is no seating. The food itself is 5/5. Nice honest staff, not pushy.

Ignore all of these 1* reviews, this is probably the best independent fast food joint in Manchester! Massive burgers, full of flavours! Same with the chips & chilli cheese bites! It’s a must if you like your spicy chicken!

Ordered the X burger really spicy very nice chicken can't wait to order from here again. Waited hour and half for delivery but was worth the wait.

Ordered on UberEats which probably gave customers a false expectation of arriving time. We waited for 1 hour and 40 minutes and thought the food was gonna be cold and soggy, but the quality turned out to be excellent. Nearly died from the X burger so don’t order it if you can’t cop with extreme spice! Chicken wings and tenders are lovely, even though I think the tender could be better battered that doesn’t fall off easily. Overall, it is great food quality!

I’m not going to lie looking at the good reviews is really confusing me. I ordered from here and not only did it take about 2/3 hours to come, I called the restaurant and messaged them to see where my food was and there was no answer. When my food did come I didn’t even get an “sorry for your wait” or anything😂Also when the food did come all the breading of my burger had come off… I would save yourself the regret and money ordering from here lol.

We opted to have the food dropped off and it was here within 10 minutes. Great customer service
