First time in TGI Friday. Lovely place. We had a great waitress Kit. Went above and beyond and even sang Happy Birthday to me. Came for lunch 12 Sept, staff were dealing with a couple of guys who wouldn't pay but they were dealing with it with absolute respect. Shout out to Kit. Thankyou for your service. 🙏

We attended the bottomless brunch and sadly it wasn’t great! We were sat 40mins before we got our first drink and you only get 2hrs! You also have to pay £5 extra for cocktails which we couldn’t believe! Sadly we won’t be returning

Had a wonderful with friends and the kids loved their food. Hannah our server was very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend the glazed smash burger

First experience for myself and the brother in law for a bottomless brunch at TGI’s obviously the wife’s have been a few times 🤣 We was served by Marina, she was very attentive and was more than happy to ensure we was kept well lubricated and checked how we was throughout the 2hr slot with regards to our food and drink, the place was quite busy and we never felt like we had to wait for a drink and the only hiccup with the food was resolved immediately. Will definitely come back again and we’re all in the agreement that Marina made our experience all the better 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Really great experience, staff member (didn’t catch his name!!) serving us was very helpful in relation to allergies as we had an individual with coeliac disease. Overall lovely food, felt very safe eating with an allergy and all really enjoyed our visit. Will definitely be back soon! :)

Absolutely love Manchester, such a vibrant, lively city. First experience at TGIF Royal Exchange and the atmosphere was electric. The staff were so energetic, singing, dancing having so much fun whilst working. The Bartender/s were great, passionate and crazy. Overall, amazing staff and buzzing atmosphere. Will for sure return. Also loved the live singing!!! 🎶

Josh’s service and skills were exceptional would highly recommend for anyone. Cocktails were the best in Manchester and a steal of a price

Popped in with my dad who was visiting me in England, and the service was amazing! Seems such a great place for a Friday night, family friendly, smooth atmosphere, friendly people. And they also do live music every Friday and Saturday! A place to go if you have no Friday night plans, truly recommend🙂

Great food, poor waitress was run off her feet with zero staff to help her. She didn’t complain she just got on with it, food was good too.

Disappointed with the choice and the price although our waiter pointed us in the direction of the free dessert on the app, which was helpful. The wine was lovely and, again, our waiter identified that it would be cheaper to buy a bottle than two glasses. Service good, food and pricing less good.

Lovely service and the food was so nice. Wasn't feeling too hungry so got some sides and a sharer and it was perfect for two. We were served by Marina and she was lovely, couldn't have helped us more.

The drinks were pretty good just a tad little too sweet and the food just isn’t worth the price if I’m honest, and the wait time for our drinks and food was INSANE even tho the place was empty. however our waitress Yasmin was amazing and honestly is the reason we gave the place a 2 star instead of a 1.

Had a great experience at T.G.I Fridays in Manchester. The last few times iv been hadn't been to great so was a bit weary on how this experience was going to be. I booked the bottomless brunch for me and my friend for her birthday. We had tried it a few years ago when they had first announced they where doing a bottomless brunch and it wasn't that great. They kept running out of drinks and cocktails and was limited on what they could give us. We wasn't to impressed at all. Went back this time and had a much better experience and was told about upgrading to bottomless Fridays cocktails which we decided to do. Our server was Marina and she was amazing! She kept our drinks flowing so we where never without one. Even popped a bottle of procecco on our table to make things easier! Always kept checking on us. We had a fab time. The food we picked in our brunch was 10/10 tasted amazing was really happy with it. My Friend even got a free slice of birthday cake at the end! We both had a really great experience and feel like we got our moneys worth out of the bottomless cocktails. I would definitely book it again! Thanks to Marina for making our experience so enjoyable!

You have to try the hot wings, they are amazing and I’ll certainly go back there for more and Aaliyah the waitress was great

My waiter was Louise W, and she made the experience even better for us, the service she provided was so smooth and comforting, I was so upset that I couldn’t tip her, because I didn’t have cash and if you tip by card the waiters do not receive it, so that really P****ED ME OFF!! But food was great and drinks was even better. Thanks to louise once again 🥳

Visited Sat 26th lunchtime, our party size had changed slightly due to illness & they were immediately accommodating. Restaurant was very busy but service was incredible, so efficient and friendly with our drinks re-filled regularly & nothing too much trouble. A particular mention & thanks to Stephen, our wonderful server who looked after us so well. Oh & the food was also fantastic! We’ll be back soon.

Came for a meal on Tuesday! Pre booked online earlier that day just incase. For starters we both had the sesame seed chicken strips which are amazing. For main I had the half rack of ribs which was nice and my partner had a burger. Great staff

Five stars isn't enough.We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Kris during a visit in early December 2021 and it is impossible to overstate how amazing she was with our boy who can be challenging at times.Her personality won him over, she entertained him by showing him the till and how it worked and every time she came near, he was smiling and enthusiastic in his response to her. We have eaten in various high end eateries in town and I can say even their silver service wasn't a match for Kris and her lovely personality. As someone who has waited table in the past, I would have loved to learn from her as it really was a gold standard experience. The food was excellent, the restaurant setting was great and the motorbike was also a hit with our son for photos, which the staff also took without hesitation. The

Really enjoyed our visit. All the staff were welcoming from our arrival. Our server Caitlin was great who went above and beyond. I attended with my 7 month old and she told us about the free food that they give to babies. Really appreciated Caitlins service.

I've been a few times and today we got the switch over of staff which went in our favour. The first waitress missed a few things and never offered alternatives for things that where out. However Rob took over and handled out table amazingly he was very finny and joined in with our sarcastic tendencies which sometimes can be mistaken. He absolutely made our night. We hope Rob and everyone has a lovely Christmas #heneedsapayrise

Food is always good and Caitlin was lovely :) they were really nice and welcoming and the vibe was relaxed just like we were looking for amongst the hussle and bussle of the Xmas shopping !!

Our server Alex and the manager Emma were WONDERFUL I do not blame the staff in the slightest they were friendly, efficient and professional. However our order got lost, so we sat waiting for over an hour for our mains, and they had two desserts left off the menu at 7pm. They were obviously severely understaffed and over worked and I really felt for the staff working their socks off. Thank you to the staff for handling everything so well but we won’t be rushing back and it is such a shame when we pre booked a table and come each year when the markets are on

We had a lovely evening dining at TGI's royal exchange in Manchester. Our server Alex was lovely and made us laugh. We couldn't have asked for a better server. We'd definitely return just to get served by Alex again. The food was lovely and I was happy to see that my Coeliac disease was taken seriously in regards to gluten free food. 10/10.

Friendly welcome and shown to our table where we enjoyed choosing from the menu, both drinks and food - lots of options! Our server was a lovely Irish girl,but can’t remember her name, sorry. Starters were wings and potato skins both of which were tasty. However main courses were brought to the table before the starters had been removed. Burgers and chicken were fine but no room for puddings. There was live music and a busy bustling atmosphere.

Sophie was an excellent and friendly waitress. Very approachable. Will definitely come again!! Food service was also amazing

Visited this evening. Amazing vibe, there was a DJ on which brought a completely different atmosphere and it was so good! Food and drinks were spot on and Robs service was 10/10!

Myself and my partner came here whilst awaiting our hotel to be open at 1.30 in the afternoon. I wanted to sit somewhere my legs wouldn't dangle with a coffee. However we were moved from a small 2 person booth to a huge table where my feet couldnt touch the floor. I tried to order coffee What kind of big chain has no dairy free milk? Rude Staff throughout. Will never visit again.

Came here last night for a big birthday and were very pleased with Nick's service. Food was good, and drinks were great, especially Zombies. Nick made our night, happy to chat and was great with our massive big table. 5/5 Would recommend!

I hadn't seen my university friends in 18 months, and TGI Fridays made for the perfect spot for a reunion. I had never been to a TGI Fridays before, so I was a little nervous, but I needn't have been. The staff put me at ease. Our waitress was Irish, so my Irish friend Molly felt particularly welcome. I ordered the American pilsner beer, which was really rather tasty. My pal suggested I order the sesame chicken. Usually, if I were to go to a place like TGI Fridays, such as Frankie's and Benny's, I would play it safe and order a burger. But this time, I went with the recommendation and ordered the sesame chicken. Was this a mistake, I hear you cry? No! Was it delicious, I hear you wonder? Yes it was. We also all got puddings, I got a brownie which was OK. Nothing special but nothing terrible either. I think the only disappointment was our friend's flatbread which would have left me a bit peckish as there wasn't much of it. I will definitely be returning to TGI Fridays in the near future.

Caitlin is a good waitress. Was very happy with the service. The food was disappointing. The cesar salad was missing a few ingredients.

Service was extremely slow. The restaurant itself was cold as they had the double doors open from the street. Only nice member of staff was Caitlin. Rest of staff were useless sitting on their phones and dancing around. Waiting 42 mins to get my plates taken of the table and to get the bill after asking numerous of times. Staff member wearing grey was extremely rude. Just was not a nice meal out at all. Had to leave my steak as it was cold along with the chips just a waste of money. Consider going to a different restraunt such as Hard Rock Cafe if you want to experience a good America restaurant.

Had a quick meal at TGI’s this afternoon, India was my server, she was lovely, very efficient and made sure to stop by and make sure I was okay while I was dining!

We got seated straight away and the server was lovely! My friend has a gluten intolerance and the manager came over and explained the procedure about ordering. Unfortunately her burger was very rubbery but my friend didn’t want to wait again as it was just a quick stop. The pasta from the lobster Mac and cheese wasn’t warm but again we ate it as we didn’t want to wait.

India was our server today and her service was 5*. Food and drinks were lovely. We’ve been here loads of times and we’re never disappointed. Thank you!

Had a great experience at TGIs. The food was delicious and prompt and the Aperol Spritz was great. We had India as our server and she couldn't have done more for us. She was friendly and chatty to us all night and was so attentive - thank you!

From the door to the seating, to ordering and throughout; best customer service I've experienced in a long time! Emma was so friendly at the door and managed to get us a table asap! Which was a delight for a late walk in on a Friday night.Alice one of the managers was so attentive due to myself having an allgery and took her time to explain the menu and process of kitchen food cooking process. All of which was explained with genuine care at attention. Lastly Natalie, who served us throughout the night was amazing and made sure everything was perfect for us. Special mention to her as it was her 1st shift after transferring from a different branch. She did extremely well!All in all. It was splendid experience!

Ordered 2 plates of nachos and made it clear to the waitress we wanted one with jalapeños and one without. Both plates arrived with no jalapeños. Told a male waiter wearing glasses, he said he would fetch my waitress instead of resolving the issue himself, but went for a chat with customers on another table instead.10 minuites later I spoke to another waitress, she then replaced my nachos with plain nachos with toppings left on the side. I explained that it was the chefs job to put toppings on the nachos, not mine! After 30 minuites your staff finally managed to get a simple order right at the 3rd time of asking.

Chris was really friendly, helped us choose our drinks when our regular go tos weren’t available.The end of our meal we were served by India who was just as lovely. Very attentive and even recommended some local bars to go for drinks while on our trip. Great service overall will be returning soon.

08/09/2021 We visited the place and we was welcomed from the manager. All staff was polite and helpful. Our server was Charlotte and was as helpful and polite as expected. Deffo would return for another meal.

Me and my husband came for a meal at TGI's as part of our honeymoon celebrations, wow what a great atmosphere, we felt really looked after, the food was delicious and we even had 2 cocktails that our server took off the bill as a treat as it was a special occasion, will definitely be returning.

Had a lovely visit from start to finish. Was welcomed as we entered. Requested a birthday sing but was made aware of the restriction rules it’s not allowed atm so they put balloons at our table which was nice and made an animal balloon for my son . We was looked after by India on our visit who’s table service was perfect she was really so polite and professional but also extra kind bringing some cake and ice cream for my boy. Overall nice meal thank you

Came in for some lunch before soccer aid! Had pornstar martini’s which were lovely and a few gins with the partner and of course sesame strips. Our server was sophie who was very kind and attentive! We would recommend.
