The best restaurants serving American food in North West

I booked our table online, in the comments I noted it was a birthday, didn't need to though because it wasn't even acknowledged. We got to our table ordered drinks no alcohol is served and soft drink arrived in cans at £1.75 each, milkshake quite a wait for. we were offered glasses with the cans! The server we had I think was new at the job, which is fine but we gave her our orders at least twice. We asked for the starters first for us all to share, nachos, onions rings 2 cheese garlic bread came first and 2 wings,bbq and hot came 10 minutes later. 3/4 of the way through the starters the mains started to come out another server joined us and started clearing the side plates, but we hadn't finished. The mains started with 1 burger arriving no chips then we were asked again how many chips we wanted an what type, 5 minutes later one burger ate the rest of the mains came with the wrong chips on each order. Swapped them round with each other it was fine but one person in our group ate his burger on his own then ended up having his chips with the chicken wings from the starters all abit carnage really. Bob burger nice quite filling. Chicken burger lovely really juicy and the slaw had a bit of a kick to it. Fish burger was more like fish fingers than a piece of fish but still nice. Overall food not bad service a bit crazy.

The Botanist on top of Liverpool One was my first experience of a Botanist restaurant. It was well worth a visit, lovely service and great food. To top it all of we took our coffee outside and enjoyed the sun. It was also the perfect starting point for a wee walk to anfield.

Next to hiton hotel and mall. ordered a smash burger and wings. Enjoyed the burgers with onion rings. Enjoyed a pint of Byron Larger. Great and friendly services by Brenna !!

Very expensive for food that taste like McDonald’s. I paid £20 for a regular burger, small fries and a coke. Great service.

Food was great, service from Josh was excellent, will be back !

Celebramos a mis sobrinas 30 cumpleaños aquí y lo que un gran lugar para contratar por la noche para la familia y amigos para estar juntos en un cálido ambiente acogedor y agradable. Great place to enjoy lovely food and have a drink

Food tastes great and the staff are really friendly but the place is a dump. Doesnt seem like the restaurant is ever cleaned... there was food and dirty dishes left on other tables and not cleared the whole time we were there (no one was even sat at those tables when we arrived). Upon searching the food hygiene score they have only scored 2. So no surprise that 24hrs after eating there we all have food poisoning.

Popped in as i was hungry and came out fast with my order and after tasting very happy. I ordered the bbq chicken pizza. When arrival @ home it was still piping hot and yummy, as well as massive so had a couple of slices for next next day that were fine too. The person attending was honest as i didn't see the sign outside and he pointed it out without me asking that for collection orders all pizzas in the menu are just 9.90 gbp which is a great gesture and price too even for the special ones as mine. I also ordered the potato wedges as a side order. Also very nice and a good portion. The place is very clean. You can see how the prepare the orders. As said the staff are honest, welcoming and helpful. They have their app to order directly with discounts etc.

Do not order from just eat. 5 items missing from the order!! 1 hour late!! Incompetent isn't the word!!

We came today for a mum and daughter’s day and was served by Tarik , he was lovely , attentive and made our visit pleasurable.

Nearly £18 for what was quite a tasteless burger on its own. Have to side separately at 5.50 for a cup. Completely lacking atmosphere with polite bit lifeless staff. Gone down tye nick since last visit Free state burger is well better and quite a lot cheaper too.
