A lovely place to eat with beautiful scenery. Tarik was a lovely waiter! We came for the bottomless same chicken strips and we didn’t have to wait long between new portions and drinks were always to hand too!

Very average meal...slow service and overly expensive for what it was. When the food came..some of it was cold as it it had been sat for a while or reheated as it had gone dry. Mentioned this to staff and got an offer of a new one but told it would be a wait as they were busy.

We had a Fabulous and Friendly service from Tarik and a lovely meal as always from TGI Fridays in Trafford centre Thank you 😊

New menu! Can't fault it atall, had the néw meatless fajitas. And my partner had the cajun chicken pasta both amazing. Rea served us. And her attitude with us was brilliant. Smiley happy enjoyed a little chat. She made everything that little bit better

David and Kayleigh (who's first day it was) were really quick, attentive and very polite and helpful making some choices. Service was to high standard consistently throughout our visit. Thanks you to David and Kayleigh for this.

This restaurant is a lovely place to eat. They have added some new veggie options which is perfect for me as sometimes I struggle to find veggie alternatives. The meatless plant based chicken seseme strips were really tasty. We got seated quickly and Tarik looked after us the whole meal, the other waiters were all friendly but Tarik made sure to go out of his way to get what we needed. And he was very friendly with us. It was a lovely experience and we will be back again for sure x

Great food, great service. In fact fabulous service. I had a full rack of rbs and they were delicious. Drinks topped up without asking. Couldn't rate it better.

We have always found the atmosphere to be good, friendly upbeat staff and the food great but this time it was lacking. Staff were all huddled round the bar, didn't seem too happy to be there. The menu has changed considerably, alot less options and expensive. Food was quick but poor quality. Loaded potato skins used to be decent size (half a potato each) these looked thinly sliced potato chips. The calamari was over cooked but OK Mains, burgers just look sad, thrown together, the chips needed more cooking time. Cajun chicken penne pasta is normally my favourite but it was lacking, hardly any chicken (used to get a decent size breast portion) had 5 thinly sliced pieces and bland. Dish ingredients also doesn't state cheese but came with it. At £19 it was extremely overpriced! We didn't stay for dessert which we normally would. Just a disappointing visit overall and won't be returning anytime soon.

Staff were friendly and informative 😊. Nice selection of cocktails, would definitely recommend the tropical monster.

Typical lunch time rush everywhere in the Trafford Centre was busy, however we decided to give TGI Fridays a go as we’d never been. We didn’t have to wait long despite it being busy to get a table. Our server was Erin and she was so lovely and attentive to both us and the customers around us. Food arrived super quick, both the food and the mocktails we had were gorgeous as well. Bit pricey but for a one-in-a-blue-moon lunch, 10/10.

Just wanted to leave a review of the exceptional service we had recently. The waiter Tarik was attentive to us, explained the menu and allergens. He was engaging and made our evening with his smile. Would definitely come back just for this rare service at this type of restaurant.

Really great service!! Went for our boys 3rd birthday just as a little birthday lunch. Zoe our server was amazing! . Drink refills kept coming and free birthday cake for the boys and free kids meal as part of the app. Food was good aswell

I never usually come to tgis as I’m a veggie and never know what to pick but my server Millie was lovely and suggested I get the vegan jack Daniel’s chicken bites , glad I went for them as they were lovely . Felt so comfortable as Millie was very chatty and it just improved the all round experience, will definitely be coming back and I definitely recommend . We came last week after work and the atmosphere was brilliant ,our server Millie was brilliant super speedy with drinks and recommended some lovely dishes.I had the Jack Daniels chicken it was beautiful and really filling Millie was super chatty and explained how to get to primark when we was confused thank you so much Millie !
