Loaded Burger in Liverpool

I booked our table online, in the comments I noted it was a birthday, didn't need to though because it wasn't even acknowledged. We got to our table ordered drinks no alcohol is served and soft drink arrived in cans at £1.75 each, milkshake quite a wait for. we were offered glasses with the cans! The server we had I think was new at the job, which is fine but we gave her our orders at least twice. We asked for the starters first for us all to share, nachos, onions rings 2 cheese garlic bread came first and 2 wings,bbq and hot came 10 minutes later. 3/4 of the way through the starters the mains started to come out another server joined us and started clearing the side plates, but we hadn't finished. The mains started with 1 burger arriving no chips then we were asked again how many chips we wanted an what type, 5 minutes later one burger ate the rest of the mains came with the wrong chips on each order. Swapped them round with each other it was fine but one person in our group ate his burger on his own then ended up having his chips with the chicken wings from the starters all abit carnage really. Bob burger nice quite filling. Chicken burger lovely really juicy and the slaw had a bit of a kick to it. Fish burger was more like fish fingers than a piece of fish but still nice. Overall food not bad service a bit crazy.

We attended the restaurant on December 5th 2020 for my sons 14th Birthday as we have gone past many times and he’s said he wanted to try it. On arrival we were welcomed as we entered and were quickly sat down by staff who gave us menus. The restaurant was busy and had a good atmosphere to it. The staff gave us menus and gave us time to look. We then ordered our food and drinks by one of the waiting staff who was very friendly and helpful. We ordered a sharing platter of nachos, wings and cheese bites for starters and when it came out it was huge. More then enough for us three and could of done at least another person. This came out very quickly after ordering and was lovely, all 3 items were well worth the order. We then were given our mains which were the beef patte burger and two chicken burgers with coleslaw and jalapeño. These were lovely and had items taken off that were requested. The burger comes alone so we each ordered fries but could of ordered just two between us as the meal was huge. We got two skinny fries and one beefy fries which my son really enjoyed. The meals were very big and well worth the money. They were tasty, juicy and looked great. My son was then offered a desert or milkshake on the house to celebrate his birthday so he chose a strawberry milkshake which was huge and came in a take out cup so he could take it with him if he wished which I didn’t know they offered this service. Over all we ordered 6 drinks, 1 sharing platter, 3 burgers and 3 fries and the whole meal came to just over £60 which I thought was a bargain for the quality of food and service we got. My son loved his birthday meal and we will be back again. Thanks very much for your service. Great place to go in the city. 🤩🙂👍

Saw on Uber Eats and thought we would give it a go as we drive past the restaurant and been on our list to try for a while. Really disappointed, order took forever to arrive - we called and they were unable to find our order on their system. Food finally arrived cold and chicken had the wrong sauce (buffalo instead of Herby). Burger didn't taste nice. Definitely won't return.

Pedimos una hamburguesa y Starter Sampler (aperitivo) desafortunadamente no fue bueno en absoluto. El servicio al cliente es deficiente y la comida no era lo que esperábamos en absoluto. Espero que lo mejoren todo ya que es un buen lugar y buena ubicación.

Las hamburguesas cargadas nunca han dejado de decepcionar, ¡sin duda hacen las mejores hamburguesas! Las alas y los nachos también son para morirse, honestamente, no es necesario que pruebes en ningún otro lugar después de aquí, ¡te engancharán!

I ordered the Takon Burger and it was to die for. The meat was succulent and toppings were clearly fresh and well prepared. I was served a generous portion of rustic fries, which were also very tasty. Prices are reasonable, given the quality of food, and they offer 20% off for students. Will happily visit again.

We visited Loaded Burger in person after having ordered a takeaway from them the week before. The service in the restaurant was excellent, the staff were extremely friendly and catered to all our needs. They also have good measures in place re: COVID guidance including track and trace. The food was fantastic and great value for money.

Honestly this is fast becoming my burger place of choice (blows 5 guys out of the water) I had the hot burger (4oz) and if it amazing and bloody huge Loaded fries (chilli) and they are beautiful! As I got a take out, I was chatting to the owner and what a lovely guy he is too!! Honestly if you haven’t been, be prepared to be blown away by the exceptional food

Amazing quality food! I get the ‘off the menu’ beef loaded sweet potato fries and a burger and they are always to die for! High quality HMC approved Halal meat in the Liverpool. Can’t beat it!

I ordered a takeout and I would recommend the wings and chicken burgers was so impressed full of flavour and juicy so tasty cant wait to order again. X

Excellent burgers tasty fresh and good value in a great stylish restaurant served well and great friendly staff cant wait to comeback .

What a great place! Totally underrated. We had the place to ourselves on a Monday night. Kids were kept busy with colours and paper, nice big seating areas. Clean place. Friendly staff. Really lovely food. HMC win. Good veggie options. Fresh food in trays. Need one in every Town and City.

In my view and those in our party the flavour of these freshly produced burgers were the best we had tasted anywhere. Fine choice of beef, lamb, chicken or vegetarian. These can be customised to ensure you can have it how you like it. Worth the trip out of the City Centre. I can’t wait to go back.
