Lunchtime special. Great value. Food was good.

Ordered a soda float for £5, came with a can and one scoop of ice cream, then charged for service.

Staff were so helpful with my friend’s milk allergies and helping me charge my phone. The food was really good and the overall atmosphere was quite nice.

Ordering via QR code only, despite 3 staff members essentially just waiting around and chatting, and despite several customers asking for help on ordering. One beef burger was just OK. The grilled chicken burger was so thin, and the fries were terrible quality. And of course they still added a 10% service charge. Won’t be returning, so many better options and just a mismatched concept.

You have to pay a service charge before you’ve even ordered. Which wouldn’t be the worse thing in the world, if the service that followed wasn’t atrocious. Drinks took 20 minutes to arrive. Mains arrived before the starter. Some of the starters looked like they’d been quickly heated from frozen. The toilets were unisex and they all had urine all over them. If they have anyone cleaning in that place, they should be sacked. Would not go back…

One of the best burgers I’ve had, and great service!

The first time visiting this restaurant was very impressed from start to finish. The staff members were lovely and the food was amazing. The only constructive criticism I could give is that the portion sizes are on the small side for the price that you pay.

Alice is one of kind, so considerate, thoughtful and forward thinking to help me plan my day in Liverpool. Alice spends time with her diners, asks about their day and is genuinely interested in each individual. She is a great example of the spirit of Liverpool. Friendly and helpful. Menu and experience has changed a lot since I worked there. Don’t rate the new buns and that they took off some of the good items, but it’s still good food. Alice the waitress was great! Really sweet, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Hope you have a sick summer doing what you’re doing!

I have been waiting for more than 1h for my burger. I had a meeting and because of this I am late. In addition they offered me to wait for longer or to get the first random burger that came out from the kitchen. I obviously got the burger because I had to leave. Furthermore, I paid for a customized burger that was more expensive than this basic one and I am not being offered a refund of that difference. I also tipped in advance, last time ever after this horrible service. Never coming back. I used to order from deliveroo and came here with some people and this burger place is not more on my list.

Terrible experience! Staff acted like sitting us down was doing us a favour. Told to order on the app and they ran off as fast as they could. We asked for water- never got it. Food was served with an attitude when we eventually received it. Don’t go here!

You need to scan the QR code to order, but there happens to be a problem with the connection. Fortunately, the waiter is very friendly and provides assistance. The burgers and fried chicken are great.

I came here on Sunday and the place was half dead. Staff had a horrible attitude, made us feel very unwelcomed to the point I'll never be back. I used to go here all the time before they moved and the staff were fab but it's massively went down hill. Had a wheelchair with us and had difficulty getting through the doors as one was locked and staff could not be bothered to help. Had no assistance whatso ever. They forgot to bring out some food and when I asked the member of staff she sighed and stormed away. Very disappointed.

The food was fast and good. The bad thing is that they were expensive and had no complement, it was a hamburger, quite small and we were left hungry.

We come to Liverpool a lot to visit daughter. Yesterday was Mother’s Day and my daughter wanted to take us for meal. I love Byron it was moved to opposite the Hilton. Went in considering it was Mother’s Day was half empty. The girl what came to take us to our table had a can’t be bothered attitude which got worse by the minute. I am in a wheelchair and she wanted to put us in a corner and I would have struggled to get in and out. Told us we have to order on app I said couldn’t do that and she said there is no table service and you will have to order at bar. When food came she more or less threw it at us not a smile or anything. For price we paid we would have got better service at Mac Donald’s. If I could give less stars I would explained to another member of staff and she was a bit more sympathetic but still could not care less. Will never be back.

Can’t fault the service of the staff but sadly this food is flavourless and seemed reheated, despite some of the sweet potato fries being undercooked. £18 for a poor quality chicken burger and chips is a complete rip off. Went at a time there were so little customers also, so naively thought the kitchen team would be on it.

the food was garbage and overpriced, burger came small, tasteless and plastic. I'd rather eat mcdonalds which is 1/4 of the price. ridiculous.

Tried to book online and it gave 6pm, thinking the restaurant would be heaving Entered the restaurant, was empty practically, booking online was a waste of time, it was scan and pay at table, discount code wouldn’t work on the app so had to be served by staff member, food arrived really fast, was nice food, burger nicer than GBK. Left and restaurant still fairly empty.

Burgers are lovely cheese chips we're greasy warm ups with little cheese and colsaw was bland and didn't even contain onion. Won't be back here.

Never ordering form there again. Ordered ketchup got mustard. Paid almost £4 for extra cheese on fries and its a dribble drops of it! No wonder they almost went bust, chef needs a sack!

The food and service are both great! Worth the try!

My family and I celebrated my birthday dinner here. All I can say is that they provide quality food and service!

We were in Liverpool for an event and didn't know where to eat, burgers sounded like a great idea. We went early on so got a seat easily, however there was a wait later on. The staff were good, the food was amazing and the place was nice, but the tables we were put on felt like we were just dumped up the corner. We were right next to a booth but also next to another couple table. If we had gone in for a romantic meal, the table would have taken away from that.

This is our Friday night out go to place. We love how the staffs take care of us and the delicious food that they serve here. recommended for anyone in liverpool.

Delicious food and quick delivery

It was my first time trying this restaurant. Just found them on my way home as I was desperately hungry at that time. Luckily their burger and fries tasted good and the staffs were really friendly.

Great Burger Place. You have to order through the app now when you are there. App could be improved by allowing comments to be made when placing orders.

£5.50 for a small can of cider made my eyes water a bit. The burger was tasty enough but on the pricey side for what it was. The staff were very pleasant though. However, I won't be rushing back.

Came in as the place we had booked left us waiting an hour for food with no explaination. We where greeted and sat immediately order taken quickly and food and drunks arrived rapidly. The cream soda floats where amazing and the burgers where so good . Amazing service with amazing food . Thank you

I gave this 3 stars as I neither liked nor could eat the vegan chicken burger I had off the Xmas menu. But, the manager and staff couldn't have been more helpful; the customer service was excellent.

All good with our visit. Service was excellent as was the food. Milk shakes were not as good as they used to be but all in all we enjoyed our visit and will be back soon.

Absolutely fantastic food and service to match. Burger was one of the best I have ever had. Wish we had a Byron burger closer to home.

Nice burgers, good service BUT not impressed by the unisex toilets. As a woman I’m not at all comfortable with them so couldn’t use the bathroom 😞

Incredible Crimbo scran! One of the best Festive feasts you'll find in Liverpool. Superb 'Merrymas Burger' with sublime gravy. A perfectly cooked beef patty, thick flavourful sausage patty and the perfect amount of beef dripping mayo and cranberry sauce. The bacon didn't add much though really but other than that I couldn't fault the burger. I of course had some pigs in blankets aswell. They were fairly standard but the maple mustard dip made them much more enjoyable! Some 'Roasty Tots' completed my indulgence and they went down a treat. Helped again by that smack daddy gravy. It was thick, lumpy and hot but not boiling like it is in most places. Probably a touch overpriced ... like most things at Christmas I guess! But a hugely enjoyable meal and fantastic service to boot.

Had the misfortune to witness the waiter seeing fit to humiliate a chap on the table next to us this evening. The chap was in a party of four and clearly over 18 years of age. We heard him politely ask for a pint to which the waiter mocked him saying he looked like a boy of 15. Both myself and my husband felt mortified for the chap as he was clearly embarrassed in front of his friends. The waiter then proceeded to call him "big man" for the rest of the evening. Felt like apologizing on the waiter's behalf to this lovely, polite chap who had obviously had his evening destroyed. I really think this waiter needs to be taught some manners.

Awful service - I have no problem with being asked for ID but my waiter had an awful attitude. He decided to make comments about my personal appearance, and seemed shocked when I ordered a beer, he then said I looked 15 and then called me “big man” throughout. I felt passive aggressive and singled out in front of our friends. Food was mediocre but good wheelchair access.

Good food, OK atmosphere, abysmal service. The waiter had a real attitude. Thought he was doing stand up but nothing was funny. Just offensive. Shame because I'm sure the owner wouldn't wish that to be the overall impression. If you like a nice meal whilst getting amazing service this is one to avoid.

Maybe it’s in a convenient location as it is easy to get to if you have been shopping all day. Burger was ok but not great and they don’t have tap beers even when they have the big sign outside advertising craft beers. I expected hand pumps and many different options of beers. They just have Peroni on tap a handful of other beers in small cans. I wanted to try an IPA and was brought a lager. I regret going to this place and not spending a few minutes looking carefully at the map at options in the area

I have always been a big advocate of Byron since it opened in Liverpool years ago and always recommended it to people but was really disappointed on my last visit. All week there was a sign outside offering a lunch deal Mon-Fri so visited on the Friday and asked for the lunch deal but was told it had been stopped for that day. No reason was given just that “sometimes they stop it”. I could see all the menus for the lunch deal on the side as I walked in so not sure why you would advertise it all week on a big board outside then decide to stop it on the Friday? (The visit was at 2pm so was within the 12-4 advertised) Anyway we wasn’t that bothered as we usually like Byrons and ordered our food. Although the meat in the burgers was hot, our buns were cold and hard. I’m not sure if they are stored in a fridge/freezer or they were just stale but it really ruined the meal. Our bill came and we only ordered two burgers, one fries and two drinks and it came to over £40! There are a lot of burger restaurants in Liverpool and none of them charge this much and have better quality of food. I just felt overall it was a poor experience and was disappointing for the price and standard. There are absolutely much better burger restaurants than here so do not waste your money.

Always my favorite and always top choice when it comes to burger

Quick service and tasty food - I ordered here because another place got my order totally wrong, but Byron got everything just right and even included a couple of free brownies! (whoever put that in I am kissing u on ur forehead mwah)

I've reported this site as closed to Google due to it moving location. Google have accepted my review, but is still showing this place as open. It is not. If you want Byron head to the Tesla store. Byron has moved next door to that.

The staff were very efficient, friendly and fast. No problems there. However, apparently byrons don't offer hot drinks, to grab a bite to eat for lunch during the week it is disappointing not to be able to get a coffee. The burgers were from the £7.50 menu. Reasonable choice , I had the fried chicken burger with fries. It really wasn't worth the money , two tiny pieces of overcooked battered chicken, I get a better one from mcdonalds. The salad on the bap was wilted and lonely, no tomato or decent onion slices. My husband enjoyed a milkshake, but at nearly £6!! It was way too expensive. Have to say we probably won't be visiting anytime soon.

This was honestly one of the worst experiences Iv faced at a restaurant before and this was all down to the behaviour of one waiter I went with my girlfriend and her 3 mates (all female) then when the man went to take our order I knew what I wanted so I started to order then he rudely interrupted and said no ladies first I laughed thinking he was joking but he stayed deadly serious and proceeded to take the rest of the girls orders despite 2 of them not quite knowing what they wanted don’t see how it matters when we’re all on the same table Then the 3 girls on my table received there drinks first by this man apart from mine who decided to bring my coke 5 mins later very strange again felt deliberate may be wrong Food came obviously again he made sure mine came last as I was the male in the group at this point starting to feel quite uncomfortable wondering what his actual problem is with me Then when we asked for the bill this was the bit which really made me want to just get out of this unpleasant experience he brings the bill put it’s straight to me waiting for my hand to come and collect it as if I’m the male I have to pay Then when we went to pay 20 mins after receiving the bill he refused to let us split it despite putting a service charge on Honestly didn’t think this type of dinosaur behaviour which was extremely sexist still happened in 2023 especially when your suppose to receive a service from someone Will never return to the Liverpool branch whilst he’s serving he didn’t have a name tag so can’t identify who he was but he was the only man waiting on a 2pm on Sunday the 22nd October

Staff are excelente and they are very quick in taking your order and serving. The restaurant atmosphere is also quite nice. I personally did not enjoy the burger too much as I think it was too greasy and felt like an elevated big mac. We also had onion rings which were OK but once again extremely greasy

We visited this venue last Saturday. Unfortunately we didn't like the food. We ordered 2 burgers with different degrees of doneness (medium and well-done) but were cooked exactly the same. Besides, some toppings (lettuce and tomato) were quite cold. Mac&Cheese side was horrendous. Why 3 stars then? Great staff and wonderful onion rings. Regards.

Lecker Burger und verschiedene Sorten Pommes... Und vorallem super Service! FLEXIBEL! (wir konnten mit 19 Personen "mal schnell" rein kommen) schnelle Bedienung, es war möglich was zum mitnehmen zu bekommen und auch das zahlen verlief super einfach und je nach Wunsch! Sehr zu empfehlen 👌

Exceptional service- they walked around the entire dining area to find the quietest table and even turned the music down after being told I was sensitive to noise. The food was good as well but the vegan bread was quite dry.

The staff are very attentive, they always ask you about any food allergies, in my case I am allergic to pork and all shellfish and fish, so they were very attentive to this aspect of my health and my food, recommended.

Early afternoon lunch very nice

Visited Byron Burger today and, was very pleasantly surprised good quick service, you could tell the staff wanted to be there. Food was warm and tasty and arrived quickly, the amount of times I’ve visited places for a bite to eat and simply been forgotten about or ignored is phenomenal: Thank you too those who served me today, in Liverpool I definitely recommend Byron’s and will visit again. Nandos especially Nandos In Aldershot should take a leaf out of Byron’s book especially on service

The burgers were nice the chicken burgers lovely the coleslaw was very nice also. The staff were very helpful. In all a decent burger bar and worth a visit if you are fancying a snack try it

Decent burger considering price and location, great atmosphere and friendly staff. Visited for lunch with a friend, we both got the lunch deal of a simple burger and fries for £7.50. I got some extra bacon and switched my fries to tater tots. All of the food was delicious, uncomplicated, and fresh. Eaten here before and can say that some of the fancier burgers can be really special, but on this occasion I really appreciated eating at a nice location with quality food and service, and not being set back over £10 per person. Definitely worth a visit for any occasion.

The staff were welcoming and showed me to my seat. I loved the attention to detail in the ordering process - asking about allergies, how I like my meat cooked and if I wanted to remove anything from the burger. Service was quick and the food was great. The staff here are super!

My wife and I had were fortunate enough to dine here during our trip to Liverpool. The food was excellent - lots of choices and fully accommodating for my vegan and the wife's vegetarian requirements. The vibe was great for a Friday evening. The standout point was the quality of service - staff were wonderfully friendly throughout, helpful and even threw in a free dessert! We couldn't have asked for more. Can't wait to visit again :)

I visited this location for dinner. I was greeted immediately and was seated without delay. The atmosphere for a Friday night was great, and it wasn't too busy when I arrived around 18:15. I ordered the Salted Caramel shake, B-Rex burger, and the Macaroni Cheese. Salted Caramel: Perfect combination of salty and sweet, really tied the meal together B-Rex Burger: Perfectly cooked, juicy and delicious. Would definitely recommend! Macaroni cheese: A little bit bland, I would recommend choosing a different side. I had Milena as a server and they were amazing. Very attentive and did a fantastic job. I would definitely return!

Great lunch menu, I'd recommend upgrading to the cheesy bacon fries. Kids menu was nice as well. Friendly service and quick.
