Brenna delivered excellent services to us. She is very kind and helpful. She always keep her smile in her face, I have a great experience in Byron today.

Next to hiton hotel and mall. ordered a smash burger and wings. Enjoyed the burgers with onion rings. Enjoyed a pint of Byron Larger. Great and friendly services by Brenna !!

The food here is amazing however it is really let down by the service. Both times we have been we have received very poor service and been made to feel like a nuisance. The first time we came ( 11th May ) it was a group booking, 8 of us, the girl that served us first was rude and left us waiting for ages then when she finally seated us she says you've got 5 minutes before we stop serving breakfast. Then a young girl with blonde hair took over and she was lovely so this then have us confidence and we came again. Last Sunday ( 18th May ) again the girl that served us ( dark hair ) seated us then came up to us after about 15 mins and said you'll have to order via the QR code because we're busy in an abrupt manner and walked off. I wanted hot milk with my coffee which the girl got me last week. When I asked for this again, the girl said no we don't do that. I said but I had this last week and she just said you can't have it, all I can do is mix warm water in it! Then took it away and it came back awful, like cold watery milk! Then my coffee was just horrible and luke warm. Once again we received really bad service and we've spent 200 pounds in the last 2 weeks but unfortunately we won't be returning as I am not being treated so poorly again. It's a shame because the food is gorgeous and there was 1 lovely girl from 11th may.

9.15pm on a Monday evening in May. Arrived wanting some food down at the ‘Dock’. Restaurant after restaurant said we’re closed despite more than 30 mins opening on Google. Arrived at Byron - welcomed by staff. Burger cooked well as expected. Thanks to you all.

We love it here it’s so welcoming we had Alice as our server and she’s lovely and so welcoming.

Bad service, we wanted to pay separately but it didn't work and we had to calculate everything ourselves. In addition, we do not come from England and then had to convert everything individually into € because otherwise we would not have been able to transfer it back to the person.The waiter had guaranteed us before ordering that it would be possible to share everything. But it didn't work out obviously. Probably they only wanted to take advantage of the 10% tip because the order is so higher. In addition, the water tastes like chlorine.

Excellent burger restaurant great selection of burgers to choose from good selection of drinks as well the staff are great and very welcoming nice place inside and outside worth a visit

Lovely spot with fantastic burgers. I always come here with my girlfriend, and the experience is consistently great. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Alice, in particular, is always helpful and attentive.

Still thinking about the food now, absolutely delicious, I love the collaborations with other restaurants for the specials. Great idea.

My son and I absolutely love this place! The food and service are outstanding. The staff is always friendly and efficient, and our meals arrive quickly every time. Brenna, who has served us on two occasions, has been especially helpful and accommodating. My son has autism, and loud environments can sometimes be overwhelming for him. The staff has always been understanding, going out of their way to seat us in quieter areas or adjust the volume of the speakers. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming atmosphere and a great dining experience!

Came here for lunch while shopping, as soon as we sat down waitress came and took a drink order and shortly later ordered food, all staff was friendly. Food was amazing had a chicken burger with onion rings and pulled dirty fries. Best burger me and my partner have had deffo recommend

Bottomless fries is a lie. We had to explicitly ask for a refill, it took longer to arrive than the actual burgers, and then we got one extra bowl, even though we ordered 3 initially. While waiting for it another staff member came over asking whether we had finished... And then, no service whatsoever, we had to find a staff member to ask for a bill...

Now i know where to go if a need a good quality burger, byron liverpool the best burgers ever. The service was just great our waitress Tasha was quick and available at any moment to help us. A lovely girl 🫶🏻🫶🏻 Thank u Tasha!!

Friday 2.50pm people eating outside, people eating inside, spaces available, staff visible, power looked on lol waited at the wait here sign one member of staff said “be with you in a minute” the next said “WERE NOT SERVING ANYONE ELSE!” What for food? Drinks? No explanation. Seamed odd and felt quite rude to be honest. Walked past 2 hrs later still open still serving…..won’t be visiting or recommending to anyone

I almost never write restaurant reviews, but we met a waiteress at byron liverpool who had to be recognized publicly. Tasha was her name and she was phenomenal. She catered to the children in the group. she was prompt, smart, caring, and knowledgable about the food. And she just had this friendly demeanor about her that made us all happy. By the end of our dinner, two of us said, "She's the best waiteress we've ever had. By the way, the food is pretty good and the menu is diverse.The restaurant pretty good place. Thank you Tasha for the wonderful service
