Subway in Liverpool

Great quality food and friendly staff. There's not a huge amount of space but it never seems to become completely packed. I've never had any issues here and I highly recommend it. The sandwiches here are definitely the best! I haven't encountered anyone rude either, so either the "long haired guy with tattoos" being mentioned is gone now or I've just been lucky. The only real con is the fact that there are no halal options, although I can understand this given the location.

Had an appointment in Rodney street, so popped in to have a quick sandwich and a drink, and was greeted with the most miserable girl, she picked herself up off the seat, really put out as i was disturbing her from using her phone, mumbled to me that i couldn't eat in which i didn't hear at first, i then asked her could she speak up and she told me " no you'll have to come back in 10 minutes as I've not had my break" i get everyone entitled to a break but there was only me, my daughter and husband that came in the shop, no one was there it was empty, so her sitting on her backside with no one in the shop surely constitutes a break? but her attitude was disgusting. If she needed to eat fair enough, but close the shop before we opened the door to come in as she was doing nothing other than sitting down I immediately left and told her she was rude. Oh and love bites on the neck look disgusting

Darshan provided excellent customer service during my visit and was excellent in helping me order exactly what I wanted.

Would give minus if could , had to ring an hour after hour was ordered to be told toaster wasn’t working that I can’t get a refund that will have to take the food cold which I received 15 minutes later after that freezing cold !!!!!

Bread is rock hard can barely bite into and chips are freezing cold awful

My meal came with no drink, no cookie, no crisp. Absolutely theives

Ordered on the app, they prepared me the wrong sandwich. I was not told about any changes made to my order. Other items in my order were generally disappointing. Not happy.

Extremely slow. Slowest service ive ever had it was absolutely shocking. The guy took 20 minutes to serve 3 people. Food tasted off. Also got given extra spicey sauce even though i didnt ask for it. Really ruined my day.

Me and my friends went in and we were greeted with nothing but rudeness. Particularly the man with long hair he got mine and my friends order wrong and blamed us for it and got angry when we corrected him. Would not recommend very rude staff will not be coming back

Very bad experience from the get go. Walked in to a door slammed in face. Man with pony tail was demanding and rude. Got orders wrong and made my friends pay for the wrong sandwiches, proceeded to throw it in the bin and made it out like it was our fault for the confusion. Didn’t offer refund. Ive worked in fast food and even on a bad dsy i wouldnt act like that. Unprofessional and unpleasant experience will not be coming back.

Worst subway in Liverpool thanks to one staff member in particular (long hair & tattoo’s). He’s the rudest member of staff I’ve ever encountered in any fast food or hospitality business. Honestly it’s not worth going if you see him behind the counter. Just avoid being spoken to like a piece of dirt and walk down the the one on bold street.

Missed a drink plus waited hours because your driver is working with many phones/accounts at the same time.

Smaller branch so a bit lacking in offerings. I had a salad and when you're being good and don't have a sandwich you want as much salad as you can get!!!!

Great place, come here often and the person behind the counter is friendly and has a good joke.

The guy with the tattoos on his arms, long hair wearing a hat, serving was so rude. He took 20 minutes taking my order when there was only 2 person infront of me, he was laughing and joking with them. Then when he got to me he didn't even say hello. I asked for all salad but tomatoes and he got so angry started slamming his arms everywhere and throwing the salad about. He still put tomatoes on when I told him not to twice. I'll never go there again, he should be sacked with that disgusting attitude. Also the sandwich was soggy and the ingredients tasted old. Was going to dine in but I took it out after that treatment and he overcharged me.

Walked in to a super rude staff member today, who was working alone with no other customers in, he had a hat on and perhaps long hair. I said good morning to no reply, then ignored me for a few minutes, and when I asked abt the item I wanted to order, he snapped at me for no reason, and at the end still gave me the wrong item but I only noticed once at the office. I go to Subways everywhere and love it, but this was an unfortunate experience.

The guy who served me today was so rude and told me that I couldn't have a mega meat in a salad box I had to have it on a sandwich with all the salad and said that he was a perfectionist in his sandwiches and salads and said that I know what sandwiches go with what filling and salad and sauces. Felt humiliated

I can always trust Subway for a good meal deal, sandwich and the extras that come with it. All baked instore so always fresh. Just eat have always been excellent with their delivery service and have always been polite.

My order was not handled with care as it was all over the place thrown together with soggy lettuce

Came in this morning and the man behind the counter was nothing but rude. i was the only one in the shop yet he saw me walk in and didn’t even bother to come over. when he then came over i started telling him my order for him then to respond ‘i’m not taking your order yet i’ve got things to do’ shouldn’t your first priority be the customer? he also snapped at me when i scanned my subcard too quickly. he was also quick to rush me away and when i sat down to eat after i eventually got my sandwich he was huffing and puffing. I love subway but i definitely wont be coming back to this one

Food was disgusting. Paid for mega meat and only got ham, chicken tikka sandwich had around 3 pieces of chicken on. None of the salad is chosen was put on. Chicken bites soggy and garlic bread tasteless, food got left outside apartment to get cold really not happy.

I was the only one in the shop, but the worker was very rude and wanted me to get out as fast as possible

order came completely wrong, called up and asked for replacements to be delivered but were told to just go into the store. unhappy and going without lunch before work

There's normally only two members of staff working who have the impossible task of serving in-store customers as well as preparing online orders for collection, this means service is slow, average waiting time is around 15 minutes.

Meatballs weren't on the sandwich said they had doubled up the other meat to replace but I'm not convinced they did and 3 of the items I asked for weren't on it

Freezing and soggy food. Sandwich was terrible.

Our food arrived cold with missing items in our sandwich.

Ordered my usual foot long marinara toasted with cheese and red onion on Italian cheese and herb. The delivery was quick but it was not on Italian herb and cheese bread it was on standard and it was not toasted it was also quite cold. Not usual service to be honest usually it is hot and really good. The person that prepared it obviously did not look at the order. Would normally give 5 stars

Nice place to have a hot cup of coffee or something quick to eat. They are also vegetarians option available for veg eaters.

I ordered a Footlong Meatball Marinara, Footlong Steak & Cheese, cookies and drinks but all i received was a bag with no receipt 2 dutty salad boxes containing a handful of meat, lettuce and Jalapeños :/.......... i wouldn’t even feed that to my worst enemy.

Ordered on Deliveroo. paid for a footlong sub, a saladbox and a big 1.25L bottle of coke. When order arrived. they'd only put a 500ml bottle in the bag. i then tried to call for over half an hour for nobody to pick up. Also the meat for the salad had not been cut up at all. just slapped on the top.... no preperation in mind when making a "salad"

the delivery driver rode his bike up and down the road for 10 minutes even though there is only 1 building on the entire road with a 15foot wide door and then had to ring me to find out where to deliver food

Staff are the most incompetent people I have ever met. Something has always ran out and they never get my order right! Very poor. Service was that slow I had lost my appetite and Subway is meant to be fast!

The chap was friendly & my Spicy Italian was good. The big downside was that no one had done a sweep around for at least a day. There were 2 young girls as well so someone could have done a standard check.

Horrendous! How can you work at Subway if you can't make a sandwich!? Ended up eating it with a knife and fork as it was that much of a mess!

The girl did her best, but left on your own on a Saturday night? Main problem is, a tuna nicoise salad is not the same as a tuna mayo salad. Sort out your menu, people!

Delicious sandwiches as always, but the hygiene in the place was quite bad. The bathroom was dirty and stinking, tables were not clean either.
