Classico menu a base di hamburger, patatine e onion rings per questo locale nel centro di Liverpool che vanta una bella location e un’atmosfera calda. Non aspettateci, però, la classica catena. I panini sono veramente ben fatti e la carne è deliziosa. Non c’è una grande varietà di piatti al di fuori di quelli classici per questo tipo di ristorante, ma per alcuni hamburger è possibile chiedere la variante vegana. Oddly enough. This place is legendary for selling burgers that you need to dislocate your jaw to eat. This wasn't the case here. Burger King Whoppers are twice the size, succulence, price and value. The staff were nice enough though . Definitely not value for money 🥺

First time visiting Liverpool as well as almost famous and I was thoroughly impressed, the burger i ordered had two juicy beef patties topped with steak strips and waffle fries, it tastes divine, 5/5 for value, presentation and flavour. The SF chicken strips were tossed in marinade and were chunky and crunchy and I'f I'm being honest they were some of the best chicken strips I've ever tasted, they even came with a complimentary blue cheese dipping pot which added another level of deliciousness! I'd come here again, HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The team had minimal covers to tend to when we arrived. Being acknowledged when we entered the venue should have been easily achievable. No allergy/intolerance check. Another party of two had to ask for menus. Hand wash in toilet empty. The food couldn't salvage how bone idle the service was.

Amazing place!! The staff is excellent, especially Katlyn and Lena (hope I got the names right) who made sure we were having a great time and were super kind and smiley!! The vibe is absolute 💕 defo wanna go back!!

Having visited both Liverpool and Manchester locations before - we have previously really enjoyed the food here. However on our last visit - the food left a little more to be desired. Both of our burgers were starting to go cold when served, and while the different burger options are great - most seem to just be whether you wanted more or less cheese in your burger! Cannot knock the service though - all of our servers were great

Almost Famous was literally, ALMOST Famous. But now it’s back, and usually when something closes and comes back it’s terrible. A little bit like how I’d imagine a one direction reunion would be. Me and my partner went tonight, spent £79.00 for my birthday and had an incredible time. The service was amazing. I didn’t catch the servers name but she was on it. Every taste of the food was top notch, I’m unsure if they have edited any of the recipes but I don’t think they could get better than that. If you find yourself in Liverpool, and fancy a burger, Almost Famous is the place to go. They’ve even lowered the music! The vibes are off the charts. You could say it’s proper famous

Boss place to grab a burger n wings with a whole load of different flavours and toppings. The burgers are so juicy and the brioche buns compliment them. The rang of topping is amazing from crispy onions to crisp, so many different Sauces .

I used to like almost famous. On our last visit we saw that all the beef and chicken is now halal. That makes this place a hard pass, funny thing is I bet they think theyre the good guys now serving all their uninformed customers halal food. Avoid.

If you’ve ever watched The Menu, you’ll know that you’ll be left with a serious hankering for a Real Hamburger. And so it was on this day, that I had watched that particular clip on Reddit and for the love of me, could not get it out of my system. Desperate to scratch that culinary itch, I whipped out Google Maps to look at the nearest burger joint to Rodney Street. Having sampled their wares in Manchester, I knew I could rely on Almost Famous. Read my review about their Tandoori Fusion burger to know more. Lovely vibe and dare I say it, I kind of prefer the Scouse version in terms of indoor space to their Mancunian outlets. The Butter Blood & Blue, surprised me. I’m used to overpowering Blue Cream cheese whalloping my taste buds, but this one showed restraint and allowed me to savour the strips of steak. Steak in a burger, who’d’ve thought it. Having opted out of sides, I checked out the chicken offerings. Suffice it to say that the Hot AF should be treated like a beautiful woman in a hot red dress and treated with respect but enjoyed at the same time. While miles better than anything the Colonel could whip up, it could not match the chicken offering from Burgerism. So stick to the beef patties. The solo server, Sarah, was wonderful. Her enthusiasm for the menu and recommendations so remember to tip well if you meet her. Now if you’ll excuse me, I’ll be going back to watching Ralph Fienes and Anya Taylor Johnson in slow motion. For research purposes of course.

Solid burger option from a franchise who has been around for a long time. Ticks all the boxes, but perhaps doesn't have the wow factor it once had.

Food is OK, but overpriced. Severved in a plastic tray, so looked more like a takeaway. Burgers don't come with chips, that's separate, so an average burger with chips is £20+ beer £6, wine £7, cocktail £9 = £30 (approx) per person The one thing I absolutely detest though is the service charge added to the bill. If you ask for it to be removed, it takes the fizz out of the being taken out. We don't mind paying tips, but it's like captive audience scenario. My daughter paid, as it was my birthday. But she's at college, so you can guess the rest. Would have been nicer to be asked first. It's a big shame as I've been looking forward to go there for some time.

Fantastic food and great service from the very hardworking waitress/bartender/front of house who was very polite and very helpful whilst working solo. I arrived around midday on Monday(4/11/24), I had the HQ burger, bacon bacon fries with a refreshing strawberry milkshake all of which tasted great and I could tell all of it was made with fresh ingredients and care, I finished my visit off with two beautifully made vanilla mai tai's which were a perfect end to my visit.... I'll be going back to explore the menu further in the future!

Amazing. Me and a friend travel to Liverpool semi regularly for the football and this has become our go to spot. Is definitely on the higher end in terms of cost, but it is worth it. We have introduced a few other friends to it as well, all of which have the same opinion. Wish there was one more local for us!

Me and my husband went for the Juicy Double burger, bacon bacon fries and pig & waffle fries and they were absolutely amazing, plenty of sauce and toppings! Hasn't changed in years, still delivering an absolutely delicious mess. Gotten to a point now where i'm that fat I can finish a burger and fries. They're heavy. Somehow managing to be dripping with filthy goodness and yet retain some integrity so you can actually pick the thing up and eat it. Witchcraft. Kills me to say it as a Scouser, still prefer the original NQ venue but the food here is heavier.

This is the place to go for bottomless brunch the service was amazing food was really good and the drinks just kept coming within the first 15 minutes we had 4 drinks each when it came for our last order of drinks we said we couldn’t drink any more then Kaitlin came out with some fun shots for us all which we all loved I have been to so many places for bottomless brunch but this place is by far the best just looked on our bill 56 drinks for 6 people in an hour an half we are definitely coming here again. the staff are amazing here too.

Visited here last time we were in Liverpool and must say it was a highlight of the trip. Delicious cocktails and amazing food but unfortunately the prices have been increased quite a bit since we last visited in November 2023 which did put a slight dampner on the meal. We got the Hot Af Blasts and Pig & Waffle Fries for dinner and cherry bomb cocktails.

I am shocked and horrified by the actions of the manager who cut up my card, citing company policy after just one hour because I forgot to pay. It was a genuine mistake that we forgot to pay. The allegations made by the staff at this restaurant are appalling. To accuse me of using a stolen card and intentionally walking out without paying is deeply upsetting. Mistakes happen, and it’s important to recognize that some individuals have neurodiverse conditions that can lead to forgetting tasks. When you're reconnecting with a friend you haven't seen in ages, it's easy to become absorbed in the moment and lose track of time. I am disgusted by the manager's decision to cut up my card and their ill-mannered attitude. This behavior is completely unacceptable. They have left me in distress with no card now.

It is an absolutely monstrosity the way my friend's personal belongings were handled due to a simple mistake at Almost Famous Liverpool. My friend is neurodiverse, and, as a society we must ensure equality and diversity is taken into consideration on a consistent basis. It is evident that it wasn't within this restaurant due to a simple mistake. My friend is very forgetful due to being neurodiverse and innocently forgot to pay for his food before leaving the restaurant yesterday. He had accidentally left his debit card at the restaurant upon leaving the building. Once my friend realised that he hadn't paid, he panicked and returned to the restaurant to pay immediately. Upon arrival, a manager communicated with him to inform him, quite rudely, that they had cut up his card and stated that if a customer doesn't return back within the hour, it is 'company policy' to 'cut up' somebodies debit card. Now, my friend was understandably shocked and taken back by this inconvenience and asked to see the card, to which it was in the bin. There was no apology whatsoever from the manager. This has had an impact on my friend and he has now had to order a new card due to a stranger destroying one of his belongings - this is extremely concerning. I am alarmed by this reaction, as there should be an element of comfort and safety when you leave your home to dine out somewhere. However, this has concluded in destroying one of my friend's belongings, which was a simple mistake. I must query as to why, rather than cutting up the card, my friend wasn't contacted by phone or email. I will never in my life be eating at Almost Famous myself, after being informed about this experience. This is very, very poor and I would like to see this supposed 'policy' please. Be aware, folks.

First time for me. Some of the family had been before and said good things. But... wow. The atmosphere was really cool. Takes were set really well, so they were not too close to each other. The service from Millily was great. Perfect attention, not too much, and not too little. The food is stunning and huge in portions. We all had our own burger choice, with some customising the extra bits. We had all sides to share, and they were all so flavoursome and big. All the food was hot and it all came out together. Will definitely be going back.

Walked in for a table of four. Seated quickly which was great, then no service for 20 minutes so left. This was at 3pm in the afternoon on 3/8.

My wife and I brought our children to surprise about our summer holiday to NYC, props and cakes were brought out at the end and we can’t thank Kaitlen enough , the food was on another level, after here we have decided that this is the ONLY place you can eat a burger, everything else is just insignificant!!

Do you like bacon? Do you like bacon crisps? Do you love frazzels? There's a phoenix burger for u! Never had such a bacony burger in my life. Shake was great and the boss fries were amazing, pretty spot on. Gotta admit I got meat sweats after. Shake was a bit overflowing but maybe wasn't fast enough, good selection of alcoholic drinks too Staff are friendly and helpful. Attentive and always about Music was good selection Funnily enough Japanese city pop was played too. Anyways great place to dine and have a hearty burger. Paid £26.30 little pricy but worth it.

The atmosphere in the resturant is amazing, it a very relaxed casual place. The servers are great and very attentive to your needs. The food was absolutly amazing and for the price the protion sizes were massive. The burgers had so much flavour, were juicy and the frinks were great. I had the Awesome HQ Burger which was full of flavour. Its is a very good place to go on a date or for food without going somewhere were you have to dress up smart or fancy.

Had a great experience here last weekend. We had a large group of 18 and we went for the bottomless brunch. The staff were excellent and took really good care of us making sure our drink were topped up and everyone was happy. Food was all perfect and couldn't have been better. Highly recommend for a hen or stag or large group. Thank you to all the staff. It's not always easy with a group that size and couldn't have asked for more

We initally wanted to go to another place for late lunch but sacked it off and came across this little gem of a restraunt. Good atmosphere in there mysoc playing busy enough. We got the loaded fries to share were to die for, got the liverpool special burger and a biscoff milkshake. Not had a burger like that in a long time full of flavour and the beef was so tasty 10/10. Mrs got another burger and she doesn't tend to eat much but she ate everything 🤣 We will definitely be coming back sooner rather than later, 10/10 for service by all staff too, even charged my phone for me 👌👌

A* Burgers 🍔 and loaded fries. Well worth a visit if you're hungry, and love Burgers!!! Great feel inside, can't really comment on atmosphere, as we went quite late and only a few in. I can imagine most lunchtimes it buzzing with people!!! Definitely will be paying "Almost Famous" another visit next time we've in Liverpool.
