Absolutely amazing food and great service 👌

For the price the food just isn’t up to scratch. I could have made the wrap myself getting the stuff from Aldi. The chicken burger was soggy with wilted lettuce and the quality of the chicken itself was awful. We got a chicken wrap, chicken burger and chips which came to over £20 and the quality just didn’t reflect that at all. Very very disappointed.

What a scummy company run by scumbags ripping the public off floor a well below par service and overpriced horrible burgers!

Ordered by telephone Took nearly 3 hours and was cold. Neither the business or the delivery company replied to my concerns or offered a refund. They closed down not long after, but have since reopened under another name. No idea if it is the same owners or new ones

Terrible place, shuts around tea time, never any staff in. Tried to order for 2hrs but won't accept orders???? Give up with the place, the few staff there are aragont and miserable

40 minutes after receiving the text to say my order was on its way, I phoned to find out where it was. The person who answered argued with me about my order, then gave my the Haydock number for me to try to find my order. The number didn't work, so I called back. She took my details and said she would contact them for me. 10 minutes later, I phoned again to see what was happening. Apparently, my order had left the shop 10 minutes ago (convenient). I questioned the text from earlier then & she said they must have pressed it by mistake. When my order finally arrived, the burger was squashed & missing the salad, etc. I'd asked for and the food was cold. Will I order again? Not a chance!

Best burger I’ve ever had, beats five guys hands down

A massive fall from grace. Used to have burgers that rival five guys and good price meal deals. Ordered 2 burgers, 2 fries, 2 drinks and a milkshake which come to nearly 40 quid. The burger no longer tastes or has the consistency of five guys either, rock hard tasteless patty that was hard and thick, like something you'd get from weatherspoons. Genuinely used to love this place aswell. None of the original staff or chefs are in there so this could be why. Genuinely disappointed.

Ordered a huge take out for our family get together. Over £70 worth and it was really good quality food .the burgers are amazing and the wings are really tasty . Definitely will be ordering again .thanks

I originally came in to tackle the burger challenge - I came close but ultimately took the L! However the guys reached back out to me and offered me the chance to have another attempt free of charge due to an error the first time. The result was the same (just a few chips away this time!) but the willingness to go above and beyond in the name of service was outstanding. Not to mention - the food was also outstanding, which generally isn’t the case when attempting a food challenge - I’ll 100% be returning. Thanks to the team at Brothers Burgers 🤙

Sorry but not the best. I read St. Helens Star article and we chose this company. We ordered over 40 pounds. The chicken burger was tasteless and the burger meat too. Definitely not worth 40 pounds. But the hotdog was nice and the fries as well. Never again!

Never had a bad order from this place, even when theres been a bit of a wait ( for ordering at a daft time on the busiest day) the food is hot and tastes as good as ever.

Ordered 2 hours ago and still not arrived! Ordered at 5.55pm so not ever peak time on a Sunday… still waiting… Called the shop that’s 5 mins drive from me to be told it’s leaving in 5 mins.. that was 30 mins ago!

Waited 2 hours for delivery, food was warm at best, phoned up after 1 and a half hours to a bad attitude from a male at they Haydock branch. Wont be ordering again, will stick to Plantation of Ashton in future.

Not the same any more place has gone right down hill if you look down you will see my old review was five star but my last 3 orders have been wrong missing hash brown off burger second time normal chips instead cajun then there was somthing else and then on the weekend we only found a big brown hair in are meal disgusting

Avoid at all costs, it was supposed to be a delivery, they took the money but did not deliver the substantial order and won't answer communications or refund the money.

We decided to order some bits for a family meal. It was a bit pricey but we thought we try it. We rang 3 or 4 times to chase the order. After 2 hours we rang back and told them to cancel it. The person on the other end of the phone started arguing and the company very reluctantly agreed to provide a refund. No apologies or explanations were offered. No wonder the place is always empty. Now they're ignoring emails about the refund and we haven't yet received it.

Spot on for a top burger, sat in with 3 children and was ideal. Wasn't too busy nor too quite food is spot on and staff are very welcoming and helpful. The layout is very cool, 100% recommend to try! Thanks Parris

Ordered the dirty burger and dirty fries from St Helens Brothers for delivery 90 minutes later food not arrived called them tonchase unordered and was rold its delayed as they just received an order for £201 so that order got put tonfrunt of que. So Tonge dastardly delivery younneed to spend a large amount of money otherwise you will be put low on que and over took byborders of higher price. Another 35 minutes passed and the food arrived. I was not impressed burger and chips were cold, the bin on the burger was very soggy not toasted at all, the baconbinbthe burger and in fries was extremely salty makingbit unedable. The burger itself was really charged and had a strong burnt taste to it but worst of all the burger was extremely greasy after eating a quarterbof the burger the amount of grease and soggyness of the burger made me feel very naucus and caused me to have stomach pains for the rest of evening. As I could not eat the burger input itbin dogs bowl but he would not eat it either. It is a joke that they charge me £21 for a burger and fries that were not edable due tonsalyband grease and soggy bun. Ibwill never be ordering from here again and advise bothers to avoid. The food is not high quality and you can get a nice burger and fries for a fraction of the price as other fast food places.

Very expensive for average food and order instructions were not followed. Burger buns were sweaty due to being wrapped in tin foil which didn’t look appealing or quality. Chips were ok but only the same as local pizza parlour which is a fraction of the cost.

Food not bad though hot sauce doesn't go well with halloumi. Fries are really nice. Didn't like so many people being in the kitchen that didn't look like cooks.

I love brothers burgers. The food is amazing and always nice. However every time I’ve ordered I’ve been given the wrong order. I ordered a single bacon and cheese burger with onions, mushrooms and bbq sauce. I got a double bacon and cheese with lettuce. I know I got a double instead of a single but I wanted what I asked for. The past 3 times we’ve ordered we’ve been given the wrong things. I still love the food but getting the wrong thing every time is making me not want to order again.

Walked in with my three kids, no issues. Table available, help with menu, all children issues (fussiness) accommodated for. Lady on till was patient and great. Food arrived pretty quick and was really good. Milkshake was enjoyed too. Colouring in sheet provided, which the kids loved. Will be going back, the kids have said we've got to!

It's been a few months since I last ordered, mostly because that was not great! Thought I'd give it another go.. big mistake! The food delivered was wet, cold and inedible. What a waste of a sat night dinner! Will not be going back!

Amazing food, and arrived quickly for a Saturday night. You can tell the food is fresh and not processed so I wouldn’t have minded waiting for such good quality food. Prices are fair too, I'm not expecting McDonald’s prices for restaurant quality food. Good vegetarian options available too!

Had brothers burgers for the first time this evening, I can honestly say the food is a 10/10 and delivery was on time. Food arrived hot and fresh. thank you very much!

Not the same anymore, used to be a frequent customer but after a few bad experiences i stopped. Thought id give them one more go, ordered and they missed 2 milkshakes. Management clearly had not got a clue, the typical excuse “were really busy” no excuse at all. Wont order here again.

Wow, what an experience, very tiny place turned into very cosy place to sit in, if you re lucky. Burger was great, chips crunchy and creamy inside. Top level! Totally a must, when in the area.

We regularly order from our local brothers & have it delivered which we pay £3 extra for. Our last order was £41, by no means a cheap meal. The food is always fantastic but the last 2 times that we have ordered (tonight included) our food has arrived missing an item. We then have to wait to get through to shop & wait for the missing item to be sent out. All very frustrating when someone is sat there not eating because their food was missing. Orders need to be checked properly before leaving the shop. Once is a mistake, twice on the run is just terrible. Burger joint & Groke burger are all within close distance, maybe we should go back to ordering from those.

Beautiful food, never disappoints... can sometimes be a long wait I.e. yesterday was a 40min wait but that's because it's so busy/popular. Was worth the wait and trip from Liverpool. Will definitely return.

These burgers are by far the best burgers there is nothing even comes close only downer was they give us plain fries instead of cajun but come and swapped them for us but they still deserve the full 5 stars customers servies was spot on aswell when i phoned back up

This was the first time we had visited any of the Brothers branches. To clarify, we visited the Warrington one and ate inside the restaurant. The food was excellent and fresh. Service wasn’t super quick but we wanted to take our time. We had cheeseburgers which were much better than 5 Guys’. We also tried the salt and pepper fries, salt and pepper chicken strips and dirty fries The only issue was that it was really cold in there! We would visit again if we fancy a burger in Warrington. We don’t think the recent poor reviews reflect the quality of the food at all.

Our first ever order from brothers burgers. Ordered £50 worth of food at 5:10pm only got here at 7:20pm waiting over 2 hours. On arrival they had forgot to include £6 sweet potato fries and a double cheese burger £8.50. One of the burgers that actually arrived was that soggy and had to take the bottom bun off it. Tried calling restaurant to tell them that the food was missing we were put on hold and then the phone was put down on us with no resolution. Absolutely shocking abysmal service. Read previous reviews there and brothers have replied to say the streets are grid locked, fair enough but when we first called to ask where the order is the person didn’t say that. Also half the people who order don’t use Instagram or follow there account. Reply to brothers burgers comment: With the response given by yourselves it is evident your customer service is horrific. Instead of trying to rectify the issue you place blame on your customers for leaving a review. As stated We tried to contact you but the phone was put down. So how many times should a customer try and contact you? Our complaint is not the roads or the time waited it’s because we didn’t receive half the order we had paid for. Considering you responded to the review so promptly maybe you could refund my card for items not delivered as promptly

Ordered online, charged £3 delivery. Had to wait 3 hours for it to arrive, had to ring 3 times to find out where it was up to only to be told 15 mins every time. Burgers arrived with soggy lettuce and squashed buns. First time I've ordered from here and never again. Waste of money.

Over 3 hours for 2 burgers and 2 plain chips to come

If I can give one bit of advice to anyone, it would be to absolutely avoid this place like the plague. Myself and my husband have been loyal customers since the Warrington branch opened. Despite us receiving the incorrect order on 3/4 of our very first orders, we gave them the benefit of the doubt and continued to visit as the food was so delicious. A couple of weeks ago, we ordered our usual weekly meal (we have been coming pretty much every week since it opened). As anyone who orders from here will know, the delivery time is always automatically set to 90 minutes (if ordering through their website) so it is impossible to know when your food will turn up. This doesn’t usually bother us as we are happy to wait and see. However, the last time we ordered, we waited for 2 hours and then phoned up Brothers. We were told that our order was being cooked right in front of them and it shouldn’t be much longer. We waited another 45 minutes before phoning again and they said that it wasn’t on the counter in front of them, so it must have been out for delivery. We then waited another half an hour for it to turn up. By this time, it was stone cold and inedible. We even tried to warm it up in the oven but it just tasted stale as it had clearly been sat around for a long time. We also realised that 4 items were missing - a Fanta lemon, a coke and 2 sauces. This came to about £5. We phoned back up and were told they could send this out again, however we ordered from somewhere else as it was already really late and we didn’t want to wait their ridiculous waiting times. We asked for a refund and the store manager (who my husband spoke to) assured us he would process it (£36) Nearly a week later and we had heard nothing. We phoned up Brothers the following Thursday and spoke to the manager again. He explained that it had been passed onto the owners but he would chase this and assured us we would receive our refund still. He also said he would phone back that night however no phone call came. The following day, we phoned again and they said again that this had been passed on and would be sorted ASAP. We then didn’t hear anything again. In the meantime, I had messaged on Facebook and been told they were checking ‘what went wrong, if anything’. The following Saturday, we visited the Warrington branch. After discussing this with the member of staff who was front of house, he disappeared into the back to phone the owners and was gone for about 15 minutes, leaving other customers waiting. When he finally returned, he said that the owners were investigating. I explained that it felt like we were just being fobbed off at this point. He said he couldn’t do anything else for us. Fast forward another 4 days and in this time I had messaged again twice and the person in charge of the messenger account had read and ignored both of my messages which were asking for this to be sorted. I then messaged again on Wednesday night (to abruptly tell them to sort it as it is a joke at this point). I finally received a response saying they had looked into it and they are not responsible for what happens to the food after it leaves the premises so they cannot refund the full order (only the food due to the delay). This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve heard in my life - I didn’t receive £5 of an order that I actually paid for but because it was the delivery drivers fault, I’m not entitled to it 🤣🤣 What a load of rubbish. Eventually (3 weeks later), I have received a partial refund however the £14 that they didn’t refund included £5 that I basically just gifted them for the items that didn’t turn up!!! Bear in mind that we are regular customers and wouldn’t make up a lie for a company that we have overlooked mistakes for in the past! I absolutely will not be ordering from here again and I think they’re an absolute joke. The team need to learn how to run a business and get some customer service skills! In addition, it is mental that a business that is only open for 4 days a week can be so poorly run on the days that it is open! I wish nothing but negativity for the business after the way you have treated your customers - you are an absolute disgrace.

Second time we have had a delivery from here it clearly states the wait can be 90 mins . We didn't wait that long . The food was still really hot and as amazing as the first we had it . Will definitely be back ..maybe pick up next time I see you do nhs discount in store . Fantastic food guys

Have currently been waiting an hour and 15 minutes for an order I placed online. I’m in the shop and my chips have been in the bag for half an hour so they will be cold. I spent £30 on this food and I know the burgers are good but there seems to be no system in place to make sure food is served in a timely manner and in the right order. While I (and 3 others) have been standing here waiting for our order someone has ordered from his mate in the kitchen from his seat and been served the food. This place needs more staff and an overhaul for better customer service. 1 star is the best I can give.

Ordered from here this evening and I'm very disappointed. Ordered the bacon cheeseburger and the bacon looked like the scrapes from the bottom of the pack was on it which is a shame as the burger was actually nice. The chips and chicken wings were awful though, taste like they were both done in the microwave and all the chicken had feathers on them. Finally ordered some sweet chilli mayo and it was hard and clumpy. Would not recommend eating here.

Very poor ingredients loaded fries for £9 cheese hardly melted . Truffle and Parmesan fries three slivers of Parmesan . Garlic bread burnt and burger bun burnt £80 down the drain

What a find! Probably one of the best burgers I've had in the last 5 years. Staff is super nice and friendly, the place is nice, clean and inviting. If you like burgers, it's a no brainer.

Ordered for a family get together. The food arrived quickly and was really nice. One item was missing, when I phoned I was told it was 100% in there. I get some people do try to take advantage but they shouldn't make a regular customer feel like a liar. They did deliver the missing item after I insisted it was missing. I don't think I'll order from here again.

Amazing food but dreadful customer service. Every time we have ordered there has been some form of a mix up. Last time, one of the items was missing and we are still waiting for a refund some 6 weeks later. Will not be ordering again.

As other people have mentioned, the wait time for delivery is a disgrace, nearly 3 hours; even though online it states 1 and a half hours. To add insult to injury, they charge you 2.50 for delivery and the food is overpriced. The only reason I gave 2 stars was due to my son liking the food. I had ring up twice to chase the order, was told 20 minutes, but 45 minutes later it arrived.

Great food, poor service, over an hour to be given food, wrong ingredients on burger, tried to shift the blame when asked about the mistake.

We used to order from here but the waiting times for delivery were always ridiculous. Anyway we thought we would give it another ago and after 3 hours we hadnt received are food. I rang the place twice 1st time they said the food would be with us in 10 mins, 50 mins later still hadnt come and we had a text from just eat saying are order had been delivered. I rang the place again waited 30 minutes for someone to answer the phone the gent I spoke to was very apologetic and they remade are food but we went and picked it up rather then wait again for delivery. When my husband picked the food up again they were very apologetic and gave us a couple of free milkshakes. It's a shame because once we got the food it was absolutely delicious. But definitely wont order for delivery from here ever again. But would eat in.

Made two appointments to come and help them with some marketing, didn’t show up twice and couldn’t be arsed to phone me back. Very poor show. Avoid!

Ordered online and receive a message saying your food is ready for collection. Drove down there and waited 5 mins to be served and then be told they are just starting your order and will be another 10 minutes and ended up waiting 25 minutes got the food home to find the order was short. Called to say the order was short and was told if we go back they would sort the rest of the order out. As we had waited so long and the food was almost cold we asked for a refund and was told it would be 7 to 10 days to get one .This has happened three times now . Its a real shame because the food is great but service is a real let down. I feel really sorry for the staff as they are obviously way to busy and can't supply the service of a fast food restaurant. This is the last time I will using Btothers St Helens.

Came to the Warrington brothers burgers after booking a table. Staff were useless. No one spoke to us on arrival or came over despite being the only people in there , with 4 staff messing about in the kitchen area. We seated ourselves and waited...

The call took 20 mins to speak to someone and there was no apology, no reason as to why we was waiting so long and they said it will be with you shortly then put the phone down. The food is nice but they won’t get far as a business if they don’t improve their customer service which is awful.
