Lovely food. A few more options for desserts would be nice. Besides the robots, not much of an atmosphere. Maybe it was due to lunchtime visit

This was our first visit and I haven’t been for a Chinese restaurant in a couple of years so to say I was pleasantly impressed is an understatement. The food was good annd plentiful and perfect size portions (tip is to order 3 to 4 dishes so it keeps hot similar to tapas) food came very quickly from ordering point from the app to the robot delivering and it gets despatched to your table in a couple of minutes also the waitress service was attentive and pleasant. (Faye in particular was amazing.) I would recommend this place 💯%

Crap food crap service not a Buffey just cold food and wait for about 45 minutes for food and it was cold not cooked so pay up and went chippy just a crap place

What a fabulous experience! From start to finish I couldn’t fault it! Food was great, service fab, robots a plus….. quite surreal actually. It was like walking into a scene from a sci-fi movie. Staff was seen and heard bulling another staff member due to sexuality/gender on the restaurant floor infront of customers was absolutely appalling management did nothing to support the staff member being treated like this! Absolutely unacceptable!

Not enough choice on food. Staff really friendly. The robots always in time

Sat down ordered drinks. Ordered food on the app and it never turned up. The table next to us arrived 15 mins after we ordered and they got their food in 5 mins. They Didn't believe us that we hadn't eaten when we said we were leaving and tried to charge us £60. We had to show them the empty table. Isn't a buffet and won't be coming back.

Open and modern space. The menu is diverse, so many dishes to choose from. It was nice to be able to try some new flavours. All the food was served hot and my son loved the robots that delivered the food to you. The service staff is attentive and dedicated

On a weekday afternoon, I visited this place with my husband and kid. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, and the food was tasty and yummy. I especially loved the fried rice and appetisers. The highlight of the experience was definitely the high-tech and efficient robot server. I will definitely return, and I’m excited to try the dinner buffet next time!

Hi, our waiter didn't let us know there'd be a charge if we didn't book beforehand, assumed rhe kid we had was 3 and added on our bill, and we didn't know how the place works and the food were from very tiny bowls. The kid we had was 2 and now I've checked she would've gone free ( 7.99 for 3 chicken nuggets is a bit too much she only had 1 anyway). We came out still hungry and my friend was so upset she still crying. 2 people and 1 kid ended up being 80 quid, and we're still hungry. Maybe we would've had a better experience if we've been told more information; the waiter if they'd ask how old is the kid and if we'd been there before and if not to tell us how it works and that we'd be charged for not booking ☹️.

This Chinese buffet offers all you can eat food served by robots. The food is really nice, and I would definitely go again. Nom.

Saturday lunch time not very busy. Good selection of dishes which arrived promptly by cat robot. Food was hot and a list of ordered dishes came with meals. Staff were very helpful, setting up app on phone and once started ordering meals was quite easy. Would go back again.

I visited this branch for the first time and pre-booked a Saturday lunch. The host was friendly and welcoming. We were seated promptly, and our first course arrived within 5 minutes of ordering. While some items were hot and others were only tepid, they were still satisfactory. Using the app for ordering and paying was a breeze. The service was excellent, and I was particularly impressed by how much my son enjoyed being served by the Bella Bots. I will definitely be returning soon. Thank you!

Tonight, we had a fantastic experience at this place. Staff were supportive. The food arrived promptly, served by a delightful robot cat waiter. The desserts were particularly delightful, and we couldn’t resist trying them all. This unique and fun dining experience allowed us to sample a variety of dishes, including dim sum, sushi, Chinese meals, and delicious desserts. Without a doubt, I would love to come back again in the future.

Delicious food, fascinating robots.

I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food and was fascinated by the presence of robots at this place. It was a memorable experience that combined great food with innovative technology.

I used to prefer the old buffet style because you can see the food and that tempted you to try something new. Ordering now is done through the app that we tried to download in advance but didn't work. it's more of a tapas style with lots of little small portions. A warning on one of the first pages on the app strikes fear in you that you will be charged an extra £5 per dish if you order dishes and don't eat them, this again for me made me more reluctant to try something new. However I understand they're just trying to cut down and wastage and prevent people from just ordering everything on the menu. The food delivery robots are a bit of a gimmick "I'm here!!" and some of the items we ordered through the app didn't arrive so we had to order them again. Overall the food tasted good and the staff were friendly and if it were a special occasion we may go back

What a great experience, came in tonight got greeted so nicely by the young lady on the bar she was pretty with dark hair, she also sat us down even though she was busy how nice! Food was delicious

Food was amazing and service was great as well I haven’t been the buffet for well over 5+ years and what’s been done and the system they use now is so much easier as you can order right from your phone and portions are great as well!
