Phone call from the first to check it was okay to prepare as I had given a specific delivery time - really friendly - food was lovely too

Fancied a change from maccies. Glad we ordered hot, on time and no missing items. Food was on point aswell.

Great pizza restaurant. Always a go to if you're in the mood for good pizza. The new menu additions were definitely a pleasant suprise!

One wrong pizza. Also looked the pizza boxes had been swung around, two large pizzas all smushed up inside the boxes. Really poor for a big establishment like Pizza Hut. 👎🏼

Waited over 50 minutes for the del ETA to only increase, not reduce, went to restaurant to collect order, process wouldn’t allow it despite it being sat there under a hot plate, further 40 mins passed before driver showed up, order had to be remade

Me and my partner stopped by after shopping, and we found the staff really helpful and genuinely friendly towards us. The food came out perfectly hot and tasty. The restaurant was very clean and tidy and looked in good condition. I would recommend this pizza hut to others.

Food arrived freezing cold and inedible. My partner and I had to bin over £40 worth of food. When I rang the restaurant the manager laughed down the phone at me and hung up. WOULD NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN

Delivery time kept getting pushed back over and over again, when it finally did show up everything was cold and bland. The pizza was probably the worst I've ever had.

What a terrible experience we had yesterday in this place, we went in around 1.15pm and decided on the buffet, we were told that there was no ice cream as the machine was broken so I asked what else the could offer to replace the ice cream as that is included in the all you can eat buffet, the young guy said he’d have to ask the manager so off he went to ask, he came back and said the manager said there is nothing to offer but we could purchase a dessert off the menu, I said that’s not a good thing so I asked to speak to the manager to be told they were too busy to speak to me, how disappointing and unprofessional of a manager not to speak to a customer when requested. The server was a lovely guy and I felt sorry for him as he seemed embarrassed. The food was not good at all, cold bits of pizza, salad bar and pasta needed filling up, I did ask for some fresh pizza to be brought out as all the bits left were cold, there were around 6 tables taken in the facility so not busy so it would be very easy to make sure the food was warm and replaced often however they did not seem to care at all, tbh this is the worst facility I have ever been too and will never come back again, my suggestions would be seeing as i myself work on the customer service industry do to get the management in this place so more service training and to take at least a bit of pride in their work instead of sitting in the back ignoring their customers who are practically paying their wage , very disappointed in such a big well known organisation

Absolutely shocking!! No wonder the place was empty when collecting it! Sent 2 chicken wings instead of 2 chicken bites 2 pizzas dry as a bone when ordered extra cheese!! AVOID this place it’s a joke!!!

Pizza was so cold and chip if this meal was at least a little hot it would been nice but cold chips and pizza don’t taste good when cold 2 stars from me and was late sorry guys u let yourself down today

Well suited to small children, the staff were so patient with our order and helped us with any issues we had. The ice cream machine is quite novel for children so it can be a great option for families looking for child friendly restaurants. There is also colouring and activities with crayons.

I was not here for a few years. Came today, and to my surprise, the pizza is fresh, but the fries are not fresh; you can see they were warmed up, so I lost money on chips I can not eat. Food should always be fresh, especially at these prices.

I really want to love Pizza Hut, please please improve the vegan pizzas. It’s great that the restaurant offers a lot of options for veggies and vegans, but the few times I’ve eaten here, I’ve not gotten value for money. Over £20 for a bland, thin, dry pizza. (No stuffed crust options either for non dairy eaters?) Dominoes, Papa Johns and many other restaurants manage just fine with great vegan pizzas, it’s totally possible. Surely Pizza Hut can manage it too? I seem to remember having an amazing vegan pizza from The Hut years ago, takeout. Dining in ever since then has always been a disappointment for some reason.

Overpriced, salad bar in mess, not stocked up on Friday night. Staff in hurry even though the restaurant was half empty. I won’t be rushing back.

At the beginning food was served quickly and staff were attentive towards the end around 9 staff were busier. When we first ordered food I clicked the wrong base of pizza on the app and I mentioned it to the waiter and he went to the kitchen and asked if there was anything they could do and they switched the pizza by making a new one and this was still served quickly. After that things started to slow as it got later and seemed a bit understaffed had to start asking at the front counter for requests, such as to get the desserts we’d already paid for and just in general. But overall was a good experience.

Food probably would have been alright is the driver didn’t sit in Asda for 20 minutes after picking up my order. Stickers on the boxes to seal them were hanging off when they arrived also so need to say the pizzas were like frisbees by the time they arrived. If you spend 30 quid on pizza you at least expect it to be hot when it arrives

Lovely time here with the kids for the all you can eat. Hardly any pizzas out but we asked for some more and they made which ever ones we wanted which was good. Very quiet as the kids were off but other schools weren’t. Parking was ok plenty of disabled parking

Nicely met and showed to the table, app is hard with large party. Starters and mains came quickly, but had to ask for our desserts twice. When they came they were all lovely

Late, burnt, cold and missing items

They no longer take cash! If I had known this before agreeing to go, I would not have gone. Staff were generally helpful. The restaurant was mostly empty, and we were put on a table next to a child's group party....we moved ourselves. I think the salad area is a disaster and can not be clean The mayonnaise was replaced (I hope) because it has bits in it. Ordering on the app was awful, just bring back cable service ffs! We changed our minds and couldn't see a way to delete items....so we had to close the app and start again. Our food came relatively quickly, but we had to ask for our dessert after 15 minutes of waiting. Please stop referring the restaurants as "Huts"....it's not Star Wars, and it sounds cheesy. Won't go back

Food was delayed by an hour. When it finally arrived it was cold. The ice cream was totally melted. The pizzas were incorrect and on the wrong bases. The portion of chicken bites looked like someone had taken half of them. One of the pizzas looked like it had been thrown around and was all squashed to one side of the box. We’ve contacted just eat about this and after spending over £40 on inedible food they’ve offered a voucher for £16. Really poor service all around.

I have to say the food at pizza hut is lovely, however I have to say is far too overpriced, it's disgusting charging 7.50 for a slice of cheesecake that doesn't even come with cream or ice-cream, management need to look at giving customers value for money

It's hard to really score for service as you have to order and pay via app now from the scanned qr code on your table. That being said, food we ordered was good and came fairly quickly. We got a meal deal for 4 which was very good value.

Friendly staff very clean good food

We had the afternoon buffet. The salad bar were frequently replenished with a good variation of pizzas. The member of staff serving us was friendly and cleared our table on a regular basis. The combination made for a relaxing and pleasurable afternoon. Well done Pizza Hut 👍

The pizza was so undercooked that the cheese hadn’t even melted and the dough was white. It was missing the garlic sprinkles and cold when it arrived. Really disappointed for over £20!!!

Absolutely disgusting from here,£25 for 5 slices of cold dry pizza that tasted absolutely horrible, uncooked cheesy triangles. I would never ever order from here again. Can’t even be bothered to put your sauce in the bag!

The kids enjoy it, but I just think Pizza Hut is over priced. You order yourself on the App, get your own salad, get your own drinks, get your own ice cream - the only thing the staff do is show you to a table, bring your cooked food out and take your plates away. (They’re pleasant enough, but that’s not worthy of more than 2 stars for service.)

The man who delivered it had clearly been on an accident on his bike with his leg bleeding in a few places but still made the delivery! Hope he is ok and thank you x

Friendly and helpful staff but the place needs a revamp.

The family went for our daughter 43rd birthday. Absolutely amazing nothing was to much trouble for the staff, they kept coming to see if everything was OK. Then played happy birthday and brought our daughter cake over much to her embarrassment lol. Honestly I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, we will definitely be going back.

£17 for this pizza, a side and a pepsi...

Pizza arrived, toppings all fell off, looks like the driver has tipped it upside down.

Was abit disappointed, I ordered two kids meals and they got the orders mixed up, I ordered a pepperoni on a deep and a cheese on a thin and they did the opposite so my son didn't eat his pizza. Then we had waited over 20 mins for two Rollo cookies, went up to ask about them and she said they would be right out but we had to wait another 10 to 15 mins for them.

7.69 for six super tiny, greasy wings and 5.29 for burned chips?! Definitely not worth the money. Ripping people off! Disgusting!

Ordered our Pizza Hut through Just Eat. Unfortunately, Just Eat was absolutely atrocious and 2 drivers did not show to collect our order after accepting it, which led us to a 2 hour wait. HOWEVER, the lady on the phone at Pizza Hut was so incredibly helpful in every way & extremely apologetic despite it not being her fault at all. She ended up sorting everything out for us and I’m so thankful as a heavily pregnant lady who just needed a break at tea time. In the midst of it all, I have forgotten her name and I’m so sorry for that (I believe it may have been Emma— but I may be wrong!) but she deserves all the praise for her excellent customer service and just general kindness.

Widnes Pizza Hut is the best. The staff are fantastic, work very hard and always have a smile on their faces. So much better than the Warrington one that we live nearer to. The staff are so helpful and friendly, they make it a pleasure to be there.

We asked on the delivery notes for no mushrooms and pineapple instead. If a extra cost we was fine to accept. But still mushrooms and no pineapple. Why have a notes option if it is not going to be followed thru with ? When paying premium for a pizza you would expect the notes to be taken into consideration.

Pizza was excellent, the way in which you have to order your pizza, isn't! For people of a certain age who don't do ordering by QR code, it can be frustrating. What's wrong with a till??? And then they ask you for a tip before you have your food. And there is no service to speak of, apart from the person who brings your pizza!!

It wasn't a nice experience, the man who seated us rushed us and didn't seem bothered. Wasn't particularly busy either. There were no nachos on the salad bar. Sauces all near empty. Pizza arrived and we had not selected the extra.cheese which apparently means you get barely enough to stick on the pepperoni? Felt queasy later on. Overpriced food for an underwhelming experience. Definitely won't be eating there again.

Very nice would defiantly go again

Went on a quiet 23 December. Range of unlimited drinks, all refreshing. Unlimited salad bar was stocked with potato salad, croutons, lettuce, tortilla chips and coleslaw, amongst others. Staff catered to our needs well, likely because of how quiet they were. Food came out. I ordered the BBQ Meat Feast pizza. Small, but filling, definitely. Well presented. Tasted unreal! The dough was fluffy and delicious, and the cheese was sprinkled richly amongst the pizza. Although pricey, Pizza Hut is definitely worth the expense! Would definitely come again! Bravo! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Food was hot but for some reason the delivery driver put the pizza on its side so it all got squashed to one side of the box and the cheese got ruined

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The salad bar was well stocked and very clean and the food was fantastic quality and extremely delicious.

Came during lunchtime midweek. Our server was absolutely lovely, unable to remember her name because I'm writing this review a few weeks later. Not too busy, so it was nice and chilled. Easy to park the car aswell for free, you just have to pop your registration into the tablet at the bar which gives you 6 hours, so you're fully able to pop in to town for a bit of shopping before leaving. We paid for the buffet, and had a couple of sides on top. All together came to around £30 inclusive of the blue light card discount that was applied. The food was good. On the buffet, the pizzas are relatively basic. So if you want something special you're probably better not going for the buffet and just ordering whichever pizzas you want. Even still, all food was hot and the sides we ordered were gorgeous. Id definitely come again for a nice chilled lunch.

16 of us went for the afternoon buffet. The staff were fantastic, the food was lovely, nice and hot and plenty of variety. We all had a great time. St helens pizza hut has plenty of parking, disabled parking spaces available next to the restaurant. Put your registration in to the machine.

Mediocre food from delivery, pizza was okay but really greasy, garlic bread was fine and wings were decent

Popped in this evening with my partner for some dinner. Really warm welcome from the manager at the front, couldn't of been more helpful. Guided us through how to order and ensure we had everything we needed. Food was lovely and fresh, the female server was again really pleasant. Overall our experience was excellent, really nice to see the standards at Pizza hut haven't dropped like other establishments. Thank you Team

First time in this Pizza Hut.. Had the buffet. Pizza's were really good and enjoyed the broccoli pasts. Wasn't a fan of the salad bar. Sauces were very acidic.

The winwick key on is rubbish, the st helens one is way better.

Fries were undercooked, Pizza box had not been sealed correctly and so the pizza had flown all of the box.
