The best restaurants serving American food in North East

Not effen open yet! I don't mind if it's listed on the map, but then absolutely make sure the hours are correctly listed as *closed* - is common sense something that doesn't exist within Google maps??!!

Great bar, great bar staff, cheap drinks

Had a coffee for the first time in years. Touch ordering too difficult but service counter sorted it out. Surprising good coffee

Food was great and the restaurant was nice and clean. I was there for an hour and the staff came out to clean 3 or 4 times in that space of time.

Stopped of for daughter she wanted some pop corn chicken and mash as her fav meal lol

Staff are rude lazy and can't even do an order correct

We had crispy onion rings, double wopper, bacon&cheese fries and a hamburger. They where all cooked to perfection. They were very quick to make them.

Lovely food but the price is crazy 🤪 so only for a special treat every now and then.

My husband bought a 10 piece bargain bucket, to find that again there was 2 thigh pieces and 8 chicken legs, considering he doesn't like the wet meat it was all binned, why was there no breast meat? disgusting

So this is my forth time I've ordered from mcdonalds in dalton park to my home address I have countless wrong right the driver parking on the other side road to even giving me the wrong mcdonalds this time I have ordered I big mc medium fries looked in the order no fries I am getting sick of this now you really need to sort it out

I was disrepected by a staff I didn’t deserve that treatment he later apologized but his apology wasn’t as loud as his disrepect… I came to speak to him before I could speak he spoke rudly to me after I told him I didn’t even say anything to him then he then said now you can speak, although he apologized but this was one disrespect that I didn’t deserve I hope he isn’t treated like this when he goes somewhere else

We ordered 1 hamburger (no pickles), 1 mayo chicken (2 mayonnaise & no lettuce), 4 chicken nuggets, 1 ketchup, 1 large double cheeseburger saver meal, 1 medium fries & 1 large fries. Our meal was served cold, the fries had no salt on and were stone cold. The hamburger came with no mustard/ no onion/ no ketchup. The large double cheeseburger came with no mustard & no onions. I would understand if the restaurant had no pickles/ no onions or no mustard but it doesn’t take a genius to get a staff member to make customers aware that there isn’t any of this incase they may want to change their mind and want something else.

1 out of 5 staff just not good enough the order was short boneless filet and dips meal. The dips didn’t appear with the order. The chap who took the order in the first place couldn’t speak much English which you’d have thought was a must given the job. This isn’t the only time I have had bits missing from previous orders. Only use the place once in a blue moon, it’ll be a long time till I go back there if at all.

Very busy, but staff were friendly and hospitable despite having to face some very rude customers. Breakfast was beautiful, coffee fantastic. Will definitely be back...although maybe when it is a little quieter.

Only give them 1 star as had to choose! Absolute disgrace! Second time we have ordered from these and it's the second time half the food is missing! They can't send the missing food can only give a number to claim the money back. Not good when everyone in the house is poorly and can't get out!!
