The best restaurants serving American food in North East

1 out of 5 staff just not good enough the order was short boneless filet and dips meal. The dips didn’t appear with the order. The chap who took the order in the first place couldn’t speak much English which you’d have thought was a must given the job. This isn’t the only time I have had bits missing from previous orders. Only use the place once in a blue moon, it’ll be a long time till I go back there if at all.

Ordered zinger meal and chicken fillet meal and it's was literally bagged to go as I drove from one window to the next. Food was ok

Went for cod and chips, curry sauce. Lovley food, and service was great, very friendly. Sauce was 1 of the best I've had, will definitely be going back here.

I ordered two roast beef dinners for delivery. When they arrived the there was no beef on the dinners and the food was cold. I called to complain and half way threw trying to explain my complaint they hung up on me. Verry poor service.

Una noche con mi pequeño. Comida deliciosa pero porción más pequeña en comparación con la competencia. Nuestro mayor problema esa noche fría fue la falta de calefacción. Totalmente inaceptable para una cadena de restaurantes como esta.

Bought a double quarter pounder meal with an apple pie and coke from Uber eats .The coke was spilt all over everything and the driver was totally unapologetic.I had to drive to McDonalds myself to get the order replaced , so I’ve had to pay delivery and tip in advance and the manager said it’s not our fault it was sent out perfect take it up with Uber eats !!!! She’s a short woman with grey hair I had to bite my tounge so hard but it was 16 09 24 1935 hrs so you know who it was I bet her heels on her feet rock hard as her attitude

Absolute disgrace this McDonald's. If I could give zero I would. Yeah it's just a crappy McDonald's but waiting 20 minutes for two burgers and then it looks like it's been made by a five year old. I would of taken a photo of it but its on the felling bypass after I kamakazied it out of the car window before even taking a bite. Why, each time you go here, no matter how big or small your order, you have to wait at a bay, kind of defeats the objective of fast food. After having this happen repeatedly at this place I couldn't help but post something. Not normally this petty, and itll make no difference anyways because there all absolute drips. Maybe this will encourage people to share their experience of this place and they'll get their franchise licence revoked. STOP PRIORITISING DEVLIERY ORDERS YOU MONEY GRABBING LEACHES.

Totalmente caro y mediocre 3 filetes pequeños de pollo mini £ 6 - 49 £ 2 – 16 cada bit Probablemente 1/3 de una pequeña pechuga de pollo en carne... Es estúpido. Los mini filetes valen £ 1 - 50 cada uno máximo ...

Absolutely horrendous... there was food all over the floor, chewing gum stuck to chairs. The chicken pieces my son received were tiny... easily half the size of what you'd expect to receive at KFC... this place is a joke

Normalmente vamos al Barrow KFC pero... éste era muy superior. Las papas fritas estaban sabrosas y crujientes. Los filetes estaban crujientes y jugosos. Y lo mejor que hemos tenido. Muy recomendable.

Again one of our granddaughters fancied KFC. Again, service and attitude of member of staff was dreadful. She enjoyed the kFC chicken and popcorn chicken meal but doesn’t make up for poor staffing again.

I wish I had read the other reviews before having my meal Poor is an understatement. KFC is usually fresh, not overdone and a variety of chicken pieces. Had the bargain bucket for one. Always get a drumstick but on this occasion that’s all you got. Drumsticks!!!! Thought of complaining but looking at them I don’t think it would sink in. Boooooo!

Entire place was a mess it was disgusting and disrespectful and when asked that had not cleaned it up and refused and told us all to move. Yet the entire place was a mess. I honestly wish I hadn’t seen it worst night of my life. All that bacteria.

De nuevo en este restaurante están despistados. Esta se supone que es mi hamburguesa de pescado fileteado cada vez que se equivocan estoy furioso absolutamente patético. Es tan exasperante. Llegar a casa después de sentarse en el coche - a través de lo cual tomó una eternidad y he vuelto. La bebida es correcta. La comida no es que nunca lo hagan bien nunca siempre hay algo.

We found the restaurant to be a little scruffy looking. I visited with my husband and children for a late meal on a long journey home. Due to the time of night around 9pm on a weekend there were a few unsavoury characters hanging around. My 11 year old needed the toilet so I decided it was safest to let him use the ladies with me. As we approached the door the cleaner stepped towards us and snapped "where's he going?" I said into the toilet. She said he can't go in there that's the ladies. I told her he is tall but is 11 years old and I don't feel it's safe going into the gents alone at that time of night and she stepped between us and said well he's not allowed in there he can go in here and before I could say anything ushered him into the disabled toilet. Firstly that is misuse of a disabled facility. Secondly since when is a child seperated from a parent by a member of staff?! Third, do McDonald's have a toilet policy stating children cannot go into the opposite gender toilet with a parent? Very dodgy territory for McDonald's and I'm honestly disgusted by it. My son was very embarrassed and we shall not be returning there. Have a word with your staff
