The Village Bar and Grill in Middlesbrough

I ordered two roast beef dinners for delivery. When they arrived the there was no beef on the dinners and the food was cold. I called to complain and half way threw trying to explain my complaint they hung up on me. Verry poor service.

I ordered delivery and after 1 hour of waiting I called the restaurant. They assured me that food would arrive in 20 minutes. It took one more hour. 2 hours of waiting for soggy burnt chips, no taste mac n cheese, and probably the worst parmo I have ever tried. Plus, the food arrived cold.

After waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes for my order to be delivered, the food arrived cold, when I phoned to try and sort a solution I was told to f..k o.. the manager wasn't in today !!!!! An absolute disgrace !!!!!

Ordered food for delivery at 8pm it arrived at 830 freezing cold and inedible, reported this and still waiting for the manager to call me back , I will not use this takeaway again and advise others to give it a wide berth .

Ordered from linthorpe road for 6:15, however got told to pick up from an industrial estate. Collected food at exactly 6:17 and was home with it by 6:25. Food was cold and cheese had all set on parmos and pizza hadn’t ever been warm. £23 birthday treat and the worst takeaway food I’ve had I would never ever go back.

Ordered the pulled pork and received strips of meat not really pulled pork.. Chips were dry and crispy too Be careful if you order from their website, you’ll only receive one side when they’re meant to come with two because they don’t want to pay for their own advertising so they rip of customers instead

Paid £27.50 for two half parmos that had to be put straight in the microwave as they were cold. Didn’t order a microwave meal, ordered some parmos which we bizarrely expected to be at least lukewarm. Won’t be reordering from here

parmo was lovely and the chips were amazing to how ever i wouldve prefered more cheese on my mac ncheese 9/10, came in time slot and delivery driver was polite, will return
