McDonald's in Gateshead

Food hot 👍♨️ Chips cooked hot full can't always say that and as requested 👍😀 How full should a mcflurry be? Now £1.69. See photo less than half full. 🤔👎

Whilst in a huge fan of a McDonald’s breakfast, I’ve had two separate experiences recently (at the Felling and Cramlington branch) where my double bacon McMuffin has either a slither or only one rasher of bacon. It’s getting annoying now. Whilst the Cramlington branch were quick to correct the error and apologise, I had already left the Felling branch when I realised so thought it best to leave feedback

Please management read this!!!!! Why ovwhy are your milk shakes and mcflurrys always off. Absolute joke, gunna go to burger king in future

Staff member was extremely rude and confrontational. Table was filthy and the staff member unhelpful to say the least. We’d gone for convenience but wished we hadn’t bothered.

Appalling, no other words can describe the sheer incompetence from this McDonald’s. Id love to know wether the fries where even cooked or simply bagged from the freezer but the fries where raw! Half the order missing and the food absolutely disgusting. Not usually one to complain and im an ex mcdonalds worker but i wouldnt serve any of this to my worst enemy. I advise yous sort it out before someone becomes seriously ill, as had it have been beef that was raw yous would have had it worse,

We ordered from the machine and had to wait nearly twenty mins for some basic breakfast items. While we sat and waited at least five delivery orders were given to food couriers so it seems that if you order online, you get priority over actual in person orders. Food was fresh when we got it but I thought the huge wait and lack of any communication was poor customer service.

Drove thru , order was just warm as if it had been waiting for ages Big Mac , just warm , fries had to be put in te microwave when i got the meal home SHOCKING

I use this McDonalds twice a week and use to dread bringing the kids, the chips would be anaemic and the staff couldn’t care less, waiting times were so long! The last few weeks have been a joy, staff are warm and welcoming and the food is well prepared and tasty, chips have been beautifully brown and crispy and waiting times have been minimal with apology’s from staff! Best maccys in the area 🎉

Ordered via the app, for click and serve, took 20 minutes for 2 happy meals and a cheesburger, no apology offered, gave 2 happy meals with books not toys, when questioned they said they are the toys! I said these are books! They then said oh we’ve ran out and they are to subsidise the toy! Drove home, no cheesburger! Tried to use the app to raise a complaint, pointless! Got the tel number! Nobody answered, when I was driving away 4 of their staff standing having a vape, while waiting there were many more passing to have a smoke/vape! I will never use this branch again and I urge you all to do the same! There’s nothing but complaints about this particular venue

They got the order wrong and when I politely explained the staff were rude and unhelpful. The staff working their have massive attitude problems and are really poor at their job. I made a complaint to head office and I was compensated but their branch is shocking!

What a disgrace..spent £18.00 on a Big Mac med meal..a double Big Mac med meal..a coffe, a tea, two x 4 nugget happy meals and 2 fruit shoots....the burgers were 4mm thick.or should i say thin...dry as a stick and tasteless...the kid's happy meals were stone cold...all this stuff must have been sat on a warm shelf for a lifetime....only thing that was ok..was the chips,the coffee and the tea...oh and the fruit shoots...(luckily McDonalds had nothing to do with producing them)..never again McDonalds....you can keep it...and stick where the sun don't shine...absolutely apalling...

Spending 18 min in a drive thru and when you arrive at collection you get sent round to wait in a bay and 11 min later they can’t even bring the full order so still had to wait another 5 min and they forget the drink so another 5 minutes spent waiting … 39 minutes in total isn’t “fast food” in my eyes, however the staff member who brought food to bay was lovely

We waited 30 mins to be served and never did.when I questioned this another customer said they had been there nearly an hour. No-one was talking orders dealing mostly with deliveroos. This place is no worse or better than any other McDonald's, but they shouldn't be allowed to call it fast food. Always slow inside or at the drive thru and recent refurb only seems to have made this worse.
