loaded fries lacked cheese, but bits of bacon in the cheese. ordered 2 chocolate milkshakes and one strawberry.got 2 strawberry and one vanilla. food was a just about warm. disappointing

Delivery driver couldn’t find address and couldn’t follow the instructions given to him to find address and when on phone to him he just stayed at same address which was wrong for ages guessing he wanted me to go to him instead of him delivering it

The delivery was quick but the order itself was short ordered 9 nuggets but only received 6. The bag was sealed so this wasn’t the fault of the driver but Burger King

I had an excellent experience with my Burger King delivery! The food arrived fresh, hot, and perfectly packed – just like dining in, but from the comfort of home. Everything was exactly as I ordered, and the quality was spot on. A big shoutout to the delivery staff for their professionalism and friendly service. Food was cold and late and order incorrect. I ordered milkshake which I paid extra for and got full fat coke. I paid almost an extra £5 for service charge and delivery a total of over £18 for simple burger and chips just not good enough.

placed order at 1130 for delivery ar 1230. didn't even beging to prepare order till 1230. the driver saved the day with quick delivery. bigger let down from just eat and burger king.

still said driver was in shop preparing order then get a call from some random builders on the main road with driver trying to find me, food turns up and it still says he's in shop preparing order and food is freezing probably been sitting in his car for an hour, absolute joke, now I remember why I stopped using just eat, then get a piddly £4 refund on a £17 order of barely edible food

Delivery time went from 20-40mins and increased by 5mins everytime I checked. Waited an hour for FAST food!

I do not know how many times I’ve ordered food from here, every time it is cold. It does not help when drivers are doing more than one drop per delivery.

I would submit no stars for quality of food because every single meal was missing it’s fries, and one was also missing it’s milkshake. This is ridiculous, especially when you spend a lot of money on one order as it’s a birthday meal. I’m not happy AT all.

Wrong order brought wrong order

Our order is that late it's never turned up. The app tells me that it's delivered however the food never arrived to the house. No pin was disclosed so it shouldn't have been handed over to anyone. To add insult to injury the price of the food is all that the refund offers... not the additional fees at the total cost... which were almost £10 including a drivers tip!

I’m so fed up of paying for food and it’s not arrived. Last week I paid for onion rings, didn’t arrive and just eat did nothing about it. This time I’ve ordered extra fries, didn’t arrive. This is beyond a joke and it wasn’t long ago, they were sending us normal nuggets instead of vegan nuggets which were ordered (before BK discontinued them)… this is THE WORST BK going. Always missing items. It’s shocking.

Missing items and food prepared incorrectly

Ordered £33 worth of food , and they delivered to wrong address. Now we've got no food, are £33 down , they can't replace the order You can't contact anyone , " Ring just eat" , then given wrong number. No one from there HQ will answer . What an absolute shambles... I don't care if you use just eat for delivery, you employ them so it's your responsibility.... Will never ever use just eat or burger king again .... Update... Got a refund , it took a week , but still annoyed it's taken this long

1st time ordering from here. Food was delicious and hot. Loved the Angus Steak Burger. Onion rings were delicious too. This restaurant actually read my requests to remove items off the burger. It is great when your order turns up on time, hot and correct. I will definitely order from here again.

Manager served us and was exceptionally professional. Polite, helpful, considerate. Food was good. Note the services overpass is closed so you need to park in the northbound carpark to get to Burger King.

Ordered all vegan items but got sent “normal nuggets” at least that’s what the handwritten notes says… if you don’t have vegan nuggets, just refund them. We obviously don’t eat meat.

ordered just after 1pm and the delivery time was changed twice. Order not even collected till after 2pm. This is Burger King fast food around 45 minutes to make an order for a burger.

Food tepid as usual, dead atmosphere, also as a truck driver the bonus of being able to scan the vouchers into the touch screen was a bonus but since the screen upgrade you can only scan in one which means in super busy times you’ve got to stand and wait for ages.

Clean tables, floors and fast service. Lovely staff very friendly
