Burger King in Gateshead

We had crispy onion rings, double wopper, bacon&cheese fries and a hamburger. They where all cooked to perfection. They were very quick to make them.

No items missing or wrong from the order. Food tasted lovely and delivered warm and in great shape!

As usual missing items. Items that are here chilli bites over fried no filling in them. Burgers are soggy and messy and buns taste stale.

Freezing cold food and too late for my daughter leaving for work! All gone in bin stone cold!

I would submit no stars for quality of food because every single meal was missing it’s fries, and one was also missing it’s milkshake. This is ridiculous, especially when you spend a lot of money on one order as it’s a birthday meal. I’m not happy AT all.

Wrong order brought wrong order

Our order is that late it's never turned up. The app tells me that it's delivered however the food never arrived to the house. No pin was disclosed so it shouldn't have been handed over to anyone. To add insult to injury the price of the food is all that the refund offers... not the additional fees at the total cost... which were almost £10 including a drivers tip!

Didn’t want to start to start a disciplinary.. ordered an extra patty that wasn’t on the order…🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

I’m so fed up of paying for food and it’s not arrived. Last week I paid for onion rings, didn’t arrive and just eat did nothing about it. This time I’ve ordered extra fries, didn’t arrive. This is beyond a joke and it wasn’t long ago, they were sending us normal nuggets instead of vegan nuggets which were ordered (before BK discontinued them)… this is THE WORST BK going. Always missing items. It’s shocking.

My main burger did not arrive, so I am without my meal. This is the 2nd order we have done with Just eat to Burger king, the first order was missing our childs meal and this order is missing our whopper with cheese. I want a full refund.

Missing items and food prepared incorrectly

Ordered £33 worth of food , and they delivered to wrong address. Now we've got no food, are £33 down , they can't replace the order You can't contact anyone , " Ring just eat" , then given wrong number. No one from there HQ will answer . What an absolute shambles... I don't care if you use just eat for delivery, you employ them so it's your responsibility.... Will never ever use just eat or burger king again .... Update... Got a refund , it took a week , but still annoyed it's taken this long

1st time ordering from here. Food was delicious and hot. Loved the Angus Steak Burger. Onion rings were delicious too. This restaurant actually read my requests to remove items off the burger. It is great when your order turns up on time, hot and correct. I will definitely order from here again.

Manager served us and was exceptionally professional. Polite, helpful, considerate. Food was good. Note the services overpass is closed so you need to park in the northbound carpark to get to Burger King.

Very small, cold and draughty and the usual crazy high motorway service area prices. The service wasn't the fastest either. The food was good and tasty though.

I see all these bad reviews and can't help but think. If you don't like burger king, don't get it. All burger kings are the same. Why go out of your way to write a bad review. lmao you got nothing better to do.

Well over priced for meal here I get the same meal in town for £4 less than I paid at the sevices it's all greed and hope 1 day folks decide not to pay the price and thay go out of business coss of there greed

Ordered all vegan items but got sent “normal nuggets” at least that’s what the handwritten notes says… if you don’t have vegan nuggets, just refund them. We obviously don’t eat meat.

ordered just after 1pm and the delivery time was changed twice. Order not even collected till after 2pm. This is Burger King fast food around 45 minutes to make an order for a burger.

Food tepid as usual, dead atmosphere, also as a truck driver the bonus of being able to scan the vouchers into the touch screen was a bonus but since the screen upgrade you can only scan in one which means in super busy times you’ve got to stand and wait for ages.

First time I've ordered a burger delivery and I had forgotten how you can taste the flame grilled flavour in the burger I only gave it three stars because in the time it took to be delivered the bun was turning a little bit soggy but that wouldn't happen if you had eaten it fresh in the restaurant.

i have ordered normal Coca Cola and i have received Coca Cola Zero sugar. order it at 09:46 , was supposed to be with me at 10:10 but i have received at 10:57 cold and drinks were warm because of the food.

Ordered meal no chips or drink. Ordered two extra sauces didn't turn up.

A simple order of 2 items took 1hr 45mins to be delivered, this is just unacceptable.

The restaurant was not busy, had to wait 20 minutes, too busy doing Uber eats, they forgot large fries from order, the server queried this and then admitted her mistake… gave fries from side which were cold, again queried this she stuck her fingers in them and said were edible! Asked for some different fries she then stuck her finger in them, so asked for some fries that she had not put her fingers in and were hot, she eventually gave some warm fries but were small and not the large fries had ordered but by this time I was late for my appointment and was fed up of the servers bad attitude.

Always stop by here on the way back to visit home in Scotland with the family. Always receive quick and polite service and the food is always great.

The lady from 7:00 charged me extra instead of 2 sandwich put me tow deals and dont want to give a refund because said that is the rule.

I don't know about you, but when I wait fifteen minutes for a burger from a "fast" food establishment located somewhere just outside the seventh circle of hell as all motorway services are, I kinda expect for them at least to get my order right and not put bacon on my burger, rendering it inedible. An awful time had by all.
