The best restaurants serving American food in East Midlands

The food was stone cold when delivered. Very disappointed

I ordered 3 pizzas at 2:20 pm, and they said they only accept cash only .So, I said them to make pizzas and I went to ATM to bring money .It took me a 10 to 15 minutes walk, and after I returned back they asked me again what you ordered. They took more than 1 hour to prepare 3 pizzas, its bad service, and no staff member is responsible. I don't recommend this shop to order anything.

Great service, really nice staff and most importantly, the food was good. Only had burgers, and cheesy chips but was on time and lovely.

Food was good; we decided to eat at lunchtime and live nearby. Very busy staff attentive and pleasant. Clean and plates cleared without asking. BIG problem if you don’t like sharing with dogs yapping and begging for food. Surprised with hygiene being the in thing that they allow animals in the cafe. Definitely will be off the list.

Sorprendentemente tranquilo para un viernes por la noche. Personal amable y encantado de responder a cualquier pregunta. El filete de carne y el pollo Madería estaban deliciosos al igual que las picaduras de queso jalapeño. Música un poco alta, pero en general sin duda volvería a visitar.

The food was really good chicken ceaser was really fresh the Chilli had a bit of a kick to it portions were plentiful but not so over the top it was a waste of food and the puddings were really good can recommend the banoffee pie and the yellow submarine shake staff lovely great value highly recommended

Had the misfortune of visiting here, the staffwere ok, felt like just doing there job, no friendliness. The toasties we're hot, but have you tried to cut a hot toasties with a wooden knife, so cheap and tacky. In one respect glad I tried it, as we will definitely not be back.

What a shocker this place was. Trying to order all you can smell are the toilets, which, if like me you are unlucky enough to need then BEWARE! They definitely don't employ a cleaner and you'll need to be able to hold your breathe whilst tiptoeing through the squalor Food, it was hot, so that justifies the 1 star but the food was not fresh, apart from the fries. Eating area filthy, unclean, rubbish never cleared.. Honestly, if I don't have toilet issues after eating here I'll be massively surprised.

Excellent!! This place is a cafe, not posh restaurant, but if you want a well cooked, generous portion meal at very fair price, go here!! Definitely going back …..

i had a great experience i had a lovely worker and she was so respectful the food was excellent and i was shocked at how much i got when i only ordered a small chip and was given lots

Crap service. Allows the food to sit out waiting for delivery for 40 minutes, food was stone cold unedible. Rang the store and you get the same "ring Uber not my problem" common sense would be to ring Uber and complain your customers are recieving cold food not punish the customer. Awful

Mi esposa fue a comprar unas hamburguesas para el té como regalo, estando muy embarazada y comprensiblemente harta de mi premiada lasaña. Se pidió un champiñón portobello y notó que la orden decía "hamburguesa de frijoles". Ella señaló esto y le dijeron que estaba "bien, solo dice eso en la caja". Llegué a casa, ¿adivina qué? Es una hamburguesa de frijoles. Buen trabajo chicos - esfuércense más, ¿sí? Actualizar mientras escribe: Su hija encontró un golpe de pelo en su hamburguesa de pollo. Burg - pelo más parecido. Inútil.

Visited today for the first time. The food arrived after a short wait and all seemed fine. After a few minutes, my 11 year old son pulled a sharp piece of plastic from his mouth that had been in his sundae. Advised the staff member of this and he offered no response, just carried on serving other customers. No apology. No explanation. Did not come back to us. Frustrated, I approached him and he said he did not know what I wanted. At this point my son had been put off having another ice cream as way of a replacement. I said considering my son could have cut his mouth badly, I would have expected an apology to which he told me he was busy as was the only staff member working. I did point out that it would not have taken him much time to address the issue no matter how busy he was. He did then offer a replacement, but we had pretty much decided we did not want to eat anything else there and we declined. I had to request a refund as the sundae was barely eaten. Frustrated. Poor service. Won’t be visiting again. No interest in rectifying a complaint that could have been more serious.
