The best restaurants serving American food in East Midlands

Decided to visit 8 odd years, thinking it would be as good as I remembered.. HUGE mistake ! The chicken strips were so dry, not fresh at all. The coating is bland. Waste said £6, I threw most of it away.

Steak was cold, 2nd steak like old shoe leather. Overpriced and poor quality. Very disappointing.

Tan decepcionado que he crecido con Dunkin en los Estados Unidos y aunque aprecio que esto sea el Reino Unido fue una experiencia muy decepcionante. El café estaba bien, pero compré un croissant que era de mala calidad y luego gasté £ 9 en mini rosquillas para que mis hijos lo dieran en una bolsa de papel marrón sin caja. El personal era miserable casi no hablaba lo que espero de la marca Dunkin. Dejaré mi experiencia Dunkin para mi próximo viaje a los EE.UU.

Thought Id order KFC for the first time, see what the hype is about…it’s garbage. Chicken seasoning has an awful taste and I can make better fries myself at home, these were soggy and like the chicken has a weird after taste. Only nice thing was the mash. If you want to order fried chicken in Nottingham, go Hajis, or Crispy Chicken, save yourself some money in exchange for better food.

Fue ridículo que llegamos allí y nos dijeron que no nos servirían en su cocina está cerrada a pesar de que fuimos por los tiempos en línea y que había dicho que era medianoche. Esto fue terrible, ya que mi amigo ha viajado fuera de la ciudad que nos rechazaron.

Like people have previously said, been loyal customers for years. Just had a mixed kebab, the shish meat was like boot leather, chicken tikka dry and doner meat cold. Asked for plenty off salad don't think they understand that. Won't be using or recommending anyone again

Visited on 27th December on a road trip to see family. Was obviously very busy but we ordered via the app and were served our food promptly. Food was good McDonald’s food - the chips were warm. We will continue stopping here every Christmas holidays when we drive by.

I did not actually go into this cafe but witnessed an amazing act of humanity from the 2 staff members inside their store during the late shift of 14/09/2023. Without going into too much detail, where others would've kicked someone out of the store these two ladies ensured that their customer was dealt with, with compassion, humanity, patience. Great to see kind people still in the world.

Lovely branch, nice vibe inside, comfortable seating. The staff we encountered were all lovely and friendly and the food & drinks were fine.

Ordered peri peri burger meal but they given me expired or spoiled burger after the one bite went back to the shop and explained and given back food and didn’t take money back

food was cold there was no sauces that I ordered amd no straw for the drink.
