Very good! F&B was our fave restaurant many years ago and we went back to try again! The food is still as lovely as ever however a very limited menu in comparison to the old menu! Good service and would return!

The are many eateries near here. We chose this one. Good choice. Plenty to choose from. Good portions. You can have a starter as a main Steak was excellent, pepper sauce a bit hot. Burgers were huge. Very helpful staff. Plenty of free parking. A bit pricey but not bad overall.

Visited here for my husbands birthday before going to the cinema across the road, was seated straight away and greeted in a friendly professional manner, introduced to our waitress and didn’t hold out much hope as she seemed to struggle to understand what we were asking for due to a language barrier, after my husband had tried to order a Guinness 3 times he finally opted for a Peroni as that seemed to be the only beer she knew, she also struggled with my Shiraz order but we got there eventually with that, however after taking our drinks order our table was taken over by the lovely Johnathan and he really saved our visit! He was so friendly really put us at ease after a rocky start and made what was a nice meal into a lovely visit! Can’t recommend this guy enough he went above and beyond stopped by regularly for a quick chat but was not intrusive a real credit to Frankie & Bennys, the food was also lovely and good value for money, I will definitely be back especially if Johnathan is there to take our order.

Highly disappointed, my wife and kids loved Frankie &Benny’s franchise but noticed the standard of food has dropped the last time we visited. We thought we would give it another try as we were in the area. Food standard remains awful. Staff are very friendly no complaints there at all. I had NY chicken and honestly it was like eating a leather boot. My wife hade meatballs that were soggy and didn’t look like they had ever seen meat. The kids meals were nice but portion sizes need consideration, perhaps serve fries with the chicken nuggets? Over all we will not be visiting this restaurant anymore. But will try other F&B elsewhere.

Booked over the phone. Went to the restaurant for the first time and was given a booth with fixed seating. My wife who has to walk with sticks couldn't get in comfortably so we asked for a normal table and chairs and was told there was none available, Even though there was 2 tables in the window unoccupied. we wasn't even given the option to be able to wait until one to become available. So we left and went to Nando's across the road and was readily invited in. You should be ashamed of yourselves and your attitude to people with disabilities.

The restaurant was busy but the service was attentive. The food on offer is pretty unhealthy and is more akin to a fast food restaurant but a lot more expensive. My companion had a 'New York Giant' pizza. It was not was we expected. The pizza was probably 5 inches max in diameter and came with sweetcorn and fries (small portion). Not described on the menu as this! I had a classic hot dog. The food was bland, roll dry and was poorly presented. I've been here about 4 times before and each time gets worse so I won't be returning and certainly wouldn't recommend it.

Our family of 5 went for dinner here yesterday evening. Everything about our experience was exceptional. A warm and friendly welcome, extremely helpful in catering for our celiac son (great gluten free menu), all the staff took care of our every needs and the manager was always nearby checking we were okay. I would thoroughly recommend this restaurant! Thank you for a great meal out!

The staff here are amazing, The Host and our waitress (I feel terrible I don't know their names actually) we're both fantastic, pleasant and chatty and made us feel so welcome. Food was excellent, great selection to choose from, and all well presented and delicious. I'm gutted I live so far away, the staff here are hands down the best we've encountered anywhere, 10/10 made our weekend!

We went for a meal tonight and my friend is a picky eater and required her meal to but set in a certain way , our server was Emad and he was not fussed by this at all and was phenomenal in getting everything that she asked, he made us all feel incredibly comfortable and happy with our frankie and benny experience, he put a smile on our face and we will deffo be returning especially if Emad is there!! he was a living legend !! I supposed to give 1 star but staff was really nice and polite and that’s the only plus… we visited this restaurant before going to cinema, I had pizza which was good until I got upset stomach about 30/40 min after I ate it. Really unpleasant experience, it never happened to me before and none of ingredients in pizza was something unfamiliar to my stomach. It means something had to be not fresh… it could be a really nice meal but ended really badly… I will not recommend to anybody and for sure not going back…

Went for a meal before the cinema. We always took the kids when they were little as it was a themed restaurant and we always enjoyed it. It’s lost it’s theme which is so sad. Came here for the evening, drinks very overpriced, burger & chips for main, dry bun, horrible plain tasting burger, lack of cheese and small lettuce leaf. Chips tasted like they were frozen and cheap. Desert was a sundae, this was warm and tasted very poor.

¡Fui antes de una película y el servicio fue muy rápido! Estaba un poco decepcionado con la elección de las opciones de pizza vegetariana. De memoria, solo había uno que no era básicamente queso y tomate. Sin embargo, había una gran variedad de postres, todos vegetarianos (¡creo!) Con unas pocas opciones veganas también.

The pizza was soggy and oily. The side salad was a joke (tiny and poor quality). The balloon for our child was probably the best bit about our visit. The staff were friendly, no qualms there.

Do not even bother eating here, it is always a disappointment. Foods rubbish, service is average and definitely not worth the money.

We visited Frankie and bennys as a large group, we needed the allergy menu for my little boy, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate his needs. This is brilliant, especially when a lot of establishments can’t or won’t accomodate his allergies. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others

We visited on Wednesday evening, due to obvious cinema rush we were told there was a possible 25 minute wait, so given our film didn’t start for an hour and a half we thought that would be fine as the gentleman ensured us it would be no longer than 25 minutes. 45 minutes later still no one had come to get us and we noticed other people sitting before us who had also been told to wait. After still no one had seen to us we unfortunately had no option but to leave for an alternative restaurant otherwise we would be watching our film hungry. When I informed the blonde lady on the front of house our reason for leaving, she simply replied “oh, ok” and let us leave with no apology... Terrible service.

Had an enjoyable visit, Alex the waiter was very cheerfull and looked after us, my son commented on how lovely he was.

I don't normally give compliments but we just had a meal, after a couple of games of bowling, at your showcase resturant and have to say was made all the better for your member of staff Andreea. She was very approachable and made the visit warm and welcoming. Her patience with my indecision and help with recommendations was done correctly and much appreciated.

We enjoyed an excellent breakfast this morning at Lenton/Redfield Road Frankie and Bennys pre a visit to the Cinema. From the start , Alex was pleasant, attentive and accommodating and throughout the meal really did go that extra mile to ensure we made it to the showing on time. What can I say, I thought I was ordering a LARGE Philadelphia Steak & Cheese Hotdog, I wish I took pictures. The hotdog was fine but the steak was no existent it was probably hiding with the cheese, there was around 9 or ten tiny pieces of overcooked steak and very very little cheese. I will not be visiting any of these restaurants again.

Friendly staff, good food and a rare atmosphere where kids can be kids and you can just relax and have a good meal. Alex was especially helpful and couldn't do enough for us.

Ordered the Sirloin steak- the most expensive on the menu. Never had such an inedible meal, Steak was so tough I couldn't get my fork into it and my fries were under cooked. I complained to the manager and she offered me a free replacement I refused as I valued my teeth. She finally persuaded me to have a free burger which was laden with fat and accompanied by more under cooked fries I asked her if they were part of a franchise which they were and advised her to question her suppliers and basically up their game. This is the first time I have ever complained about the food quality in a restaurant. Will not be returning.

Each time I visit this place I notice how much effort goes into creating the authentic culture and food, once I realised how much time and skill goes into creating the dining experience it is difficult not be be very impressed with this resturant. There is an emphasis on relaxed dining whilst enjoying some awesome food, also make sure you take a look at the drinks as some of these are uniquly created and taste delicious. An excellent choice.

Went here for a Fathers Day meal out, really enjoyed it. We were served by Alex who was so friendly and helpful. Very busy but we didn’t have to wait too long for the food which was delicious. Little eaters menu worked really well for our 3 year old and my wife and I loved our chicken strips and burgers. Will be coming back!

We go here once every couple of months and the service is always friendly, today we had Andreea, incredibly helpful and attentive, always had a smile and was very welcoming. The prices are great, the food is okay, nothing spectacular but what you would expect for the price, the deserts are always delicious though. Thanks Andreea, you made our lunch even more enjoyable.

This was a last minute decision as we were heading to the Cinema next door (Rocket Man - brilliant - go and see it).

A pre cinema treat for us and our daughter. I ordered the american hot pizza which came with no meat at all, my daughters side choices were also wrong. I would have brought it up with the staff if they had done a courtesy check but they didn't. Then for dessert my daughters lolly was wrong and the latte was ridiculously small.

Had a lovely mid-exams breakfast at Franky and Benny’s this morning and had a great experience. Our waitress Andreea was smiley, happy and attentive - being waiters/waitresses ourselves we were very impressed. Food was great, would definitely recommend for a fairly cheap but cheerful experience.
