McDonald's in Gedling

Used drive through for 2 meals got home found one fries were missing and the double Bacon Cheeseburger i believe had been dropped ? or passed to the car in the waiting Bay behind me ?who had been allowed to rifle through the bag before Macdonald staff then brought it to me. It's gone straight in the bin. I'm loving it. ???? What a shambles this place is. I'm absolutely disgusted

Although very busy at lunch on bank holiday service was quick. Staff were polite and friendly and made every effort to keep seating clean and tidy

i am absolutely enraged. i ordered delivery and my order was completely wrong. i called to ask what’s happening and ask if i can get a refund or get new food delivered, the woman told me to do it through uber eats, but uber was not the problem here. i told her i tried already and she said “well try harder” in a condescending tone and then quickly hung up. i’ve tried ringing back but it won’t let me.

Don't order for delivery through the App. Always miss items and you have to wait 2 weeks to get money back. How hard is it to read an order ?

Had a delivery that arrived and the drink had leaked all over my order and nobody would do anything about it just put the phone down on me

Sometimes the staff wonder around like lost sheep, and things can be a little slow. But the food is made correctly and taste alright. No-one goes to nevo for speed, lets be honest.

This is the most hideous McDonald’s in the whole of Nottingham UK! I shall be emailing the CEO of McDonald’s to report this store Today we had no pancakes yet it displayed them for sale Few days ago no McFlurrys In the summer we have no cold drinks In the winter we have no hot drinks all down to equipment breaking come on your a multi million dollar company !!!! When approached the staff about these issues the store manager was very rude when asked for the address and email of head office The restaurant itself is disgusting Dirty washrooms Window sills with dead flys and insects Greasy floors messy tables Broken tarmac near the drive thrus Bad ordering points poor audio Rude staff never now how to pack the food correctly with fries all spilled in the bag am fed up of this Mickey Mouse show and need action taking or close it down!!! I want to know who is responsible for this restaurant at Netherfield Nottingham ??? I want an email address and a name as this is been reported to the top governer we spend a fortune here have some respect for your guests!!!!

Rude staff and incorrect order. Seems like a common occurrence here. I know it’s only a McDonald’s but if my money is being spent here at least give me what I payed for.

Sick of ordering and never getting the whole order. Then we have to ring uber to claim a refund...why? The driver hasn't made the error. Was missing a big tasty and got a standard refund of £3! Burger costs alot more than this. Have had kids items missing, which is fun to explain to the young ones. Won't bother anymore. If your doing drive through always check it's all there!!!!

Food is always cold and always missing an item. Burgers look thrown together. Floppy cold fries. I only gave 2* on food as the they haven't ruined the sausage and egg mcmuffin. It's still amazing. I refuse to buy anything else from there. Other restaurants are the same or not much better. Sort it out Mcdonalds!!!! Its not exceptable, the prices you charge!!!!

This McDonald's has improved quite a lot recently, and is also open 24 hours again.

Absolutely shocking experience, waited 45 minutes in bay 1 for our food, only to go in and find out that they haven’t even been told about us waiting outside. We then got our food and it was wrong, and the drinks we’d been given 45 mins prior were warm and flat. Absolute waste of time and money.

Came here with my 3 kids ordered a Big Mac but instead got a quarter pounder ordered a mchicken but got a cheese burger and ordered a some patty’s by them self because my son eats things that a gluten free opened the box looked like they ripped the patty’s straight out of a burger they were covered in gherkins and bread crumbs and the the quarter pounder they gave me had a massive bite out of the patty and tried to talk to the manager but they wouldn’t give me there name never going there again would recommend

Absolutely disgraceful, I've been told for a while that netherfield mc donalds has gone down hill which now I completely agree, I spent £30 and went today and half 8 at night. They forgotten one piece of my order everything else came cold. I had two pies a apple one and a galaxy one. And one pie had a label made at 17.59 ready 18.09 and to be discarded at 19.29, so why an hour later it was put in my bag I don't no. I only live round the corner and I feel like I didn't want to make the effort to drive back to get what needed to be corrected because all you get is a replacement of the item that was missing and nothing else for your time jiving to go back and the petrol also to chase after that should of been correct in the first place. I've been told as well what some of the staff get up to in that place whilst on shift by some one who knows the workers there and I chose to ignore it. But now I begin to belive that the rumours are completely true. I'm not wasting my money here again. Absolutely shocking.

As McDonald's go, this is an acceptable outlet, drive through service was polite, and a welcome escape from the retail park.

I cannot praise Johnny the employee or manager enough at McDonald's Netherfield as I was having trouble with deliveroo order and Johnny went above and beyond to make sure to try and resolve my issue. I'm pleased that there are still true genuine people out there like. Very pleased hope Johnny gets recognised for his kindness and helpfulness truly helpful.... Regards Frankie R

Not the best like all mc Donald's the burger doesn't taste like beef the nuggets are made from absolute shhhhh. Ya go to any of these places and your just surrounded by loud chivvy little people who don't kno there identity. But on the plus side of things the fries are nice. Go well with the watered down fizzy drinks

Single handedly the worst McDonalds in Nottingham. Every single time I have been here, I use the drive-thru and every time there has been a missing item or two from my order. Whether it be chicken nuggets or an apple pie. The service is also horrendous. All other McDonalds restaurants are far better. The staff do not care when you raise an issue. The most recent example was today, by the time I realised there were chicken nuggets0 missing from a large chicken mcnugget meal, the people I am with are eating their food. So, I decided to just take my receipt to explain what is missing and that I have just paid. Instead of being given what was missing from my order, they asked for me to get my food from the car to prove it. I was getting frustrated at this point because I should not have to let my food get cold and have to go back to my car to prove that they missed something from my order. Bearing in mind how much money I have already wasted in the past here due to them missing items from my order. Imcompetent staff, rude, and careless. Go somewhere else.

Wonderfully perfect service for me. Perfect professionalism and wonderful management and excellent customer service and also excellent food prepared and table service.

We had a drive thru. Normal for what you'd expect. Food , cheese burger, chips, drink happy meal, looked as though it had been thrown together! But edible. Chips only warm. But it's quick n cheap.

No shakes, burger looked like it had been thrown across the restaurant into the packaging. Absolute rubbish. Won't be using the Nottingham Netherfield branch again.

Nice and clean, always staff taking care of the cleanliness of the tables and floor, clean bathrooms and fresh food. Usually a decent waiting time but lots of the time kids that make noise. All in all highly recommended for a quick meal.

Manager really didn't seem bothered order was wrong for the second time and the way it's thrown together is a joke very disappointed

This is my local McDonald’s and i don't really write reviews but I'm sick and tired of getting home and theres NEVER any sauces in the bag even after i tell almost everyone working. The chips are never salted or fresh. Ive not got the cheese melts a whole 2 shareboxes of then without any sauce. Ffs fix it

Does there come a point when you want to shout at the takeaway speaker when asked what drinks ? and the reply is constantly “Sorry the Shakes are off” ? Why ? Answer “the machine is broken” ! Well get it fixed !!!

This is the only shop where we got the smallest portions of everything. Large chips were only half full, wrap was filled in half only and large McFlurry was only tad larger than a small one. Never experienced this issue in any other McDonald shops.

I was coming for a meal after a busy day at work. And I would like to write and say how pleasant and friendly a young lady called Chloe was to me. She made sure my little one was okay, and asked if there was anything she could do. She was so friendly and i was so appreciative to have been served with a smile. Thank you Chloe for an amazing experience here, will definitely come again!

Cold and smell of old oil. This is another franchise which making bad reputation to original restaurant of McDonalds. Burgers prepared in rush or laziness - mostly cold straight away. Fries on the floor not cleaned nobody know how long.

Food luke warm the whole restaurant was absolutely freezing sat eating with our coats on.visited again on 19th Aug food was nice .The manager speaking to one of the staff in their own language in front of other staff members and customers. I find this unfair on the co workers and very disrespectful in front of customers. WON'T BE VISITING AGAIN!

Despite the late hour, the food was fresh and delicious the staff was friendly and ensured my filet of fish was prepared just the way I wanted it

McDonald’s in Netherfield is absolutely dirty ,it stinks .)..the staff are rude, unorganised disrespectful... They told me I’ve got diabetes... nothing to do with them when I haven’t got it , just wanted all the toppings… The corner shop don’t tell me I’ve got diabetes wanna buy a packet of vimto Bourban’s, your burgers are dry I can’t even deal your buns ain’t cooked properly ..... it’s a mystery... Your staff are scruffy they can’t dress properly… I’m disabled and I couldn’t get all the toppings in my McFlurry .. discrimination and I’m disgusted

Bought a mcdonalds breakfast 20 minutes ago. Ordered "sausage and egg mcmuffin meal WITHOUT the egg". Got to work. Had egg and no sausage. And there was a bite out of it!!! I WANT A REFUND! 🤬

Very disappointed I bought food from here and I said please make it fresh and they said yes will do and then got the food and it was coldish lukewarm not even fresh so they lied to me then I phoned the branch and the woman that came on was very rude with disgusting attitude the way she spoke to me and she refused to give her name so I could make a complaint to the head office and we won’t be going back here again that girl should be sacked from her job as she cannot do her job right and she said I’m one of the managers absolutely pathetic!

Watched my order carried around the kitchen then left on the counter so the flies could land on it. Whilst that was going on the manager stood there barking orders at his staff. They all looked demoralised & who can blame them. I put the poor level of service solely on that manager.

Just ordered 2 x sausage and egg muffin with 1 flat white and 1 Capachino. Well the Capachino tasted like it was mixed with chocolate what a disaster. No point in complaining as you never get anywhere.

Where do I starts? This place is awful... the staff look like they cannot wait to leave and that includes the management which impacts on staff morale. There is clearly no incentive for staff to do a good job and this shows. The place is dirty, staff walk around the building chatting to each other and not serving. When food is ordered it takes so long for you to get this that it is cold it has waited that long to be packaged. The food when you do get it is thrown in the bag and you are lucky if it is in one piece. This is not the first time that we have had issues and I am sure there will be more occasions. I complained to a manager last night and was told they were short staffed. There were plenty of staff around but not doing anything. The manager staff referred to as Amy could be seen standing waiting for food to be prepared with empty bags in her hand and not motivating her staff to deal with the ever growing queue of customers. Yet again if you are a walk in you are the last to be dealt with as drive through and deliveries are clearly the priority here. This used to be a good site and food was always of a good standard. If you can travel to another Macdonalds I recommend you do!

Terrible. Ordered for delivery only to later receive a call saying cancelled as they didn't have the requested items with no option to replace these with anything else. When we asked about a refund they said the money was with Uber Eats and they had told the driver to cancel meaning we would get a refund in a few days. Three weeks later no refund!

Chicken nuggets were burnt, burgers looked like someone just threw stuff on the paper and made an attempt at wraping them. Big macs completely fell out of the box into the bag. Everything was cold, and dry. The most disappointing mcdonalds ive probably ever had. My first ever review for mcdonalds, thats how bad it was.
