McDonald's in Gedling

Always sauces missing especially on the share boxes. Last 2 time had items missing so that she of us ent without. No way to complain. Never answers the phone. Will not be ordering from netherfield again. Disgusting.

No staff interaction TouchType ordering to me confusing

Very polite lady took my order and although I had to wait a few mins in the order bay ( Usually the case as it's not a common order) the same polite young lady brought my food. Really refreshing to see such good manners.

You know what you're getting with Mac Ds. No surprises. All good, fairly cheap and quick food if that's what you're after.

Waited an age. Friends meal was just left under the heat lamp for 15 mins. McRib was just the patty, a couple of onions and a splodge of sauce at one end. No sauces in the dispensers and sullen staff.

They sell fast food that's not a fast as it used to be.

Short orders. They always seem to miss something from your order. In my recent visits, they have left out muffins and apple pies and forgotten to put onions and pickle in the burgers, which made them taste plain and bland. On last visit, we arrived home to discover we had no fries at all and were also short of an apple pie. You need to check every order before leaving!

Absolutely shocking. Every time order food the order is wrong or missing several items. Never a straw or sauces. Would not recommend using delivery service at all.

The best McD's chicken wrap I have ever had, thank you. And the brownie was delicious too. There was nothing left by me or my two grandkids, and I'm not a fast food fan.

Firstly! I ordered a 6 piece McNugget meal and my friend ordered a 9 piece and I only got 5 and he got 7, when we confronted the staff the manager had to calm one of the staff members down as they were getting angry. Secondly! After we told them about the nugget situation we looked in the kitchen and it was filthy and looked as if they’d been throwing food on the ground (photo underneath) the manager was very kind and sorted out our issues but as they say a ship is only as good as the captain. I believe a restructuring of staff is in order. There was also a bunch of cleaning stuff left astruned by the entrance, a seriously tripping hazard for paying customers! Jeremy Carlile

I ordered 9 nuggets and only received 7. Manager was cool and sorted it out. My friend then opened his 6 nugget box to find only 5. Didn't complain because worker in the back seemed visibly aggravated after the first complaint. Food was pretty decent tho and the manager was nice about the situation. much love

This place is TOTALLY a complete and utter nightmare! The Husband & wife team that owns quite a lot of Nottinham's McDonalds are in my opinion the reason why! They are badly managed and run, caring more about their PROFITS than they do the customer who pays them their wage! WHAT ARE YOU GUARANTEED from these establishments..... * LOTS and LOTS of Inexperienced YOUNG and full of attitude crew members. Who learn as they go along how to be RUDE, IMPOLITE, CAREFREE AND DISMISSIVE to all their paying customers. Thus resulting in..... * SUPER LONG waiting times! Around 40 minutes on my last visit! * Super COLD & STALE food. That lacks substance. * An Atmosphere that's very volatile due to the increasing number of unhappy customers! The list is endless.... SOLUTION: LET'S BRING ON WENDY'S!!! 😉

Poor service staff are rude and make you wait for food. Food is cold and not worth the money. Delivery driver was left waiting for almost 2 hours the manager Morgan was so rude to him. Poor guy is trying to earn a living kept asking for assistance and was repeatedly ignored. The driver left without the customers order and over heard him talking and saying he doesn’t get paid if he doesn’t complete the job. I honestly felt disgusted to witness that McDonald’s staff treated this chap like this.

Horrible place , never gonna order again. It’s not the first time that this situation has happened to me in McDonald’s Netherfield. The worst place ever i’ve been to. Food came cold , all extras items were missing too. No pickle,onion and mustard at all.Not surprised while in that place are only working teenagers who are staring on their phones instead of working. I would never speed my money there again.

today i ordered some fries ate one and found out it had NO SALT so we went back through the drive through told them the problem they got us new fries so we drove off and as i went to eat a fry it still had NO SALT so we call they didn’t answer we called 10 times and eventually they answer but it was a rude woman saying she knew better and that they definitely had salt on them and that we were lying so we asked for our money back or new fries with salt and she hung up she was very rude and the chips were DISCUSTING and costed £23 also rats run around the car park and the place isn’t very hygienic

We’ve ordered from this McDonald’s a few times and 9 times out of 10, there’s something missing from the order! Most of the time it’s been a full meal. We will not be ordering from this McDonald’s again!!

Wrong order delivered. Asked for 2 sausage and egg mcmuffin meals with orange juice. Received 2 double egg McMuffins, 5 hash browns and 1 small zero fat coke.

It’s a restaurant that does not put hygiene standards first. There is NO HOT WATER IN THE TOILETS and URINALS DONT FLUSH 🤢 It’s usually filthy and messy and very crowded with baby high chairs everywhere - who on earth is taking there young kids there to feed them this garbage! The self serve machines don’t print orders clearly to be legible either. Had to go there late night after a long motorway drive as not many alternative places to grab a quick bite to eat - will not be going back again unless desperate. Ordered a Sprite Zero and it just tasted like carbonated water, there was no Sprite in there!

Absolutely ridiculous delivery driver went to the wrong address had to walk to him by time the food came it was cold and had items missing also the breakfast roll was open slightly im absolutely appalled by the service

I'm very disappointed with the order on the app.. Unfortunately, when I arrived to collect from the drive thru, I was told I had not paid .I was challenged and disrespected by a member of staff named George. I asked to speak to a Manager but he refused & still continues to try and intimate me. Had to leave without my food. After showing proof!! He still was telling me I should have Monzo like him.. I have PayPal & it works for me on my phone. Won't be returning. And I did eventually speak to a Manager.

The place was freezing! Air con was blowing freezing air onto the tables. 24° outside & around 14° inside. We asked, as did several other customers, if they could adjust it but they didn’t. People were wearing quilted winter coats! Food came out hotter than previously but didn’t stay that way for long. It ruined our experience with the grandkids who were so uncomfortable. Warmer outside but we couldn’t sit there as it was raining.

They regularly get orders wrong.

The courier apologised and told me to ask for a refund as the drink was very badly packaged and leaked everywhere. I want a refund for my drink please as this spilled everywhere and was all gone before I could drink. The courier told me to get a refund

So, unfortunately a 9th nugget was misplaced during my wife’s order today. I suggest this branch’s staff step it up before I intervene. If this incident is repeated there will be swift action taken.

Took 12 minutes to get 2 basic burgers and a portion of nuggets and chips. Cars were going thru quickly but staff ignored orders from sit in side. Looked like noine could be bothered, walking super slow, no smiles, ignoring everyone.

The food was fine. Though on multiple occasions now my special delivery note doesn’t seem to get read. As my food keeps being handed over my neighbours fence to my door.

Driver waited over half an hour at restaurant for food. Clearly then drove around making other drop offs when on order tracking making our food very very late and freezing cold on arrival.

Yep great to eat out just wish they would keep EGGSHELL OUT THE EGGS!! Whenever I order a sausage and egg McMuffin I always encounter pieces of shell in my egg and need to spoil the food experience so I have to ask every time I order a sausage egg McMuffin to please ensure there is no shell in my egg, apart from that, I can’t complain about McDonald’s food

Awful service!!!! As an emergency services worker, I went to get a latte shortly before midnight. There was a delivery driver who had waited 40 mins to collect his order. After waiting approx 10 mins, I had to ask where my drink was. The staff didn't acknowledge the fact that myself and 2 customers had been waiting a long time (it wasn't even busy!) Not FAST food at all. Won't be going back

First time ordering via Uber eats and the last time. Firstly the food was 40 minutes later than estimated. The food was understandably stone cold. Spoke to Uber eats and was enraged with there response. In the end I decided to drive down to the nether field branch to have the food remade. Not a good experience.

It appears that the driver made a detour to deliver another order before mine, as the route taken did not seem direct. This not only caused an inconvenience but also impacted the overall experience negatively. Timeliness is crucial for delivery services, and this delay was disappointing.
