Order, sit-down, wait for food and then eat. How convenient.

The worst experience I've ever had in a McDonald's, I went on a Saturday so expected a slight delay, I took my little girl as a reward for winning an award at school that week for reading. 15.38 I placed my order via there app and after 20 mins asked for a rough eta, I was told they were very busy and as soon as possible. 14 minutes later (SO 34 MINIUTES after ordering) the food came to the counter, when I got it EVERYTHING was cold or alittle warm. I took it straight back and they said they could recook it all but there would be another wait, I asked for a refund and gave my feedback to which I did jot even get an apologise. There must of been 20 unclaimed drinks on the table and what looked like about 30 to 40 items just sitting there in the end of there construction line, NO ONE apart from young people were on the front, all of them stressed and all the management team were in the cooking area's, it was just shocking... avoid as especially at peak times, it not the colleagues fault as only one of them had any stars on there badge, leadership need to take a serious look at how things are running in here, My little girl was gutted so I took her to Greggs on the park which was busy but running smoothly.

Deliverer was so nice and polite

The food wasn’t just cold but the nuggets and fries were stale. There is no way they had been cooked anywhere near the time I ordered. The nuggets were actually inedible. Complete waste of money. And as always, no dips in the bag. Why bother asking which dips people want if you never put them in the bag?

The driver didn’t know where he was going parked in the wrong place. My food was stone cold and half of it was missing. I ordered large 5 chicken select meal no fires arrived and this was the same issue with medium 3 chicken select meal no fires. Half my order was missing.

Food was cold on arrival had to re-heat the whole meal. Drink had leaked everywhere.

Yet again the store didnt send the salsa that comes with the dippers. And the driver made me come out and down the road to collect it from his car

good - everything arrived except straws but that's ok. arrived warm but can't complain as McDonald's is only hot if you eat it in the restaurant anyway!

Delivery driver extremely friendly and helpful which is exactly what I needed this morning as a brand new mum trying to fulfil her food needs during a difficult early morning with baby.

Food was cold especially the chips and chicken nuggets. Also forgot to give me the coke from the quarter pounder meal

Still the best. Value, service and atmosphere. Great for children, families, older people and middle age. Touches all bases unlike competitors. 👍

driver didn't come to my address. didn't call me. and when I came out to find help was there. he was rude and claimed to had been waiting half an hour (why would you be waiting that long without contacting the person). at the same time having a good old conversation on his phone. so that was why he didn't contact me

Food took over an hour to come from 10 minuets up the road. Nothing was communicated about the order being delayed. Food was cold when it arrived and items missing.

i never get straws and napkins from this McDonald's iv asked on delivery notes and still not got them.. it's every time I order from this place. and the food is always cold .

I wrote a note stateing on the order to not forget the dips and yet again there’s no dip

Did not arrive, but got marked as delivered

The delivery driver arrived on time and was a quick exchange. We ordered two milkshakes which never arrived. I made changes to my burger which never happened. We ordered two terrys chocolate orange pies which were substituted without our knowledge for brownies. The food was cold. All in all, the food was not what we’d expect or wanted.

McDonald’s can’t make an order to the standard expected.

This McDonald’s always says it’s either ran out of McFlurry or the machine is not working which both is a lie. Sort it out every other McDonalds always have McFlurry this one no lie don’t think Ive ever had one here as it’s always sold out or not working. Worse one going

I made a order before this order waited 45 minutes, then order got cancelled as I spoke to courier same courier waiting for my order the 1st time and extra time for my second order i had to wait ,my children was hungry, either I should deserve a refund for the time I had to wait or half the money back for waiting so long

Fries were cold as ice - and delivery time kept on changing - no consistency - although MacDonald is build on standards clearly take way should be clearly brainstormed

Delivery guy left on our door step with out a knock on the door or ringing the bell woke up to find it on the step in the morning 😞

all the hotel drinks has leaked out all in the bag so there was none left. when I said to the courier it had leaked every where he just shrugged his shoulders and walked off

Went to Netherfields today and it was the worst wrap I have ever had,finished up with chronic stomach ache we ever go there again

Wrong items and missing several items

Forgot sauces for the box of 20 nuggets! Literally in the order too so I’m not sure how they can forget. Seems to be a pattern for this branch always forgetting things in orders

If you order for eating in it is generally slow... While the food is prepared and thrown together in a slap dash manner.

I waited 55 minutes for food to come barely warm. Spoke to just eat and they said they couldn’t help in anyway. So pretty useless all in all.

Not only did my order be late but some how it managed to be the complete wrong order! I don't understand how this happens with a late night order when it's not busy! Shocking

Food took ages to be delivered and was all cold when it arrived. All the napkins and straws were soggy from the drinks being spilt. Driver was lovely, not his fault I’m sure, MacDonalds isn’t known for its fast service anymore

the burgers and fries were cold on arrival. a toy was requested with one happy meal and both recieved books (from Halloween and not the grinch as advertised). overall, poor quality from mcdonalds. not very happy customers.

Rubbish ordered through just eat when arrived nearly everything we ordered was missing. Ran out to the delivery driver which was no help. Drove there to be told they cannot help need to ask for refund through just eat. So ended up with hardly nothing we ordered and now having to wait for a refund....

Absolutely terrible service nearly missing everything on the order drove to McDonalds where ordering from to try and resolve and get the missing items which was 3 full meals including drinks. Store manager was very unhelpful wouldn’t complete our order and just said all we can do is ask for a refund of just eat. Absolutely shocking will never use again

Terrible Service and Inaccurate Orders I had a terrible experience at this McDonald’s in Netherfield. I ordered two meals, including nuggets, but they failed to deliver them. The food quality is below standard, and they consistently mess up orders. To make matters worse, they don't offer refunds for their mistakes. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone—completely disappointing.

Ordered at 7:30pm with an estimated delivery time around 8pm but food didn’t come till 9pm. Was freezing cold and I had no straw for my drink.

Can the service get worse than last time? The answer is yes, I went begrudgingly with the other half staff and the staff were rude always the same lady who thrusts the drinks at you yelling "Here!" Got asked to wait in a bay waited 20min to be told the the vat wasn't working and we would need to wait for the machine to be reset we asked for a refund 10 minutes later as we waited in the bay we were given a refund on the sticks we asked for the rest of the food and was cut off mid sentence with "yeah yeah yeah" and had to walk in to find out if we were getting it not and received cold food :(

The order was 2hrs late, called after an hour and 15 mins at 8:03pm and they said there was still no delivery driver despite the app saying there was and at 8:44 pm the app updated to say the food was delivered at 8pm, when it never arrived!!
