McDonald's in Gedling

I don't like mcds since they decided to mess with the food. Burgers are awful, I can't pinpoint the after taste they leave and the roll is rotten. It had been a good while since I tried it but it's safe to say, I won't be trying again. Awful food.

Don’t waste you’re money ordering from here they literally never send a full order it’s a joke any time I’ve ordered from here I’m always missing chips straws and McFlurrys or pies it’s a joke

Food is hot and fresh although, service could be better as it took a very long amount of time for a quite simple order.

Specifically asked for no lettuce on my chicken mayo, it even says it on the label but both burgers came with lettuce on them.

They mixed my milkshake with grimace shake or it’s out of date either way it’s rancid

Once again no dips were included with the order of chicken selects, happens every time

Food has turned up with no fries

Everything is perfect apart from the fact I got 6 nuggets instead of 9

The courier was a lovely gentleman

The whole tub of milk shake was on its side with the lid off and it had gone over all the fries

26 Jan 25 Given the wrong drink, on a drink only order, doesn't say much for customer service. Took even longer to get it changed than the long wait for the first one, and they weren't even busy.

Cold unsalted fries warm nuggets and no straws or sauces sent and I had to pay for sauce as well and still not in my order only thing edible was the burger can’t believe they get away with such poor quality food won’t be ordering from this branch again

Mostly due to understaffing I would guess. Just a very service but the staff are lovely. Generally very clean.

Took a hour for a happy meal and a burger to even be sent out and then food came it was missing chips and it’s freezing.

It's a maccys. But one of the better ones. One for fans of Railway architecture

Food takes an age to be prepared as priority always seems to be given to delivery drivers/riders. Pigeons in the dining area, in the tables indoors. Nasty!

after telling the driver I couldn't come out side as I'm unwell he refused to get out us can and walk 2sec to my front door .

Mozzarella sticks are stone cold and got both drinks wrong ordered orange juice with a kids happy meal and a large iced latte got large banana milkshake and medium Diet Coke which no none of use drink either

Can either be busy or quiet , friendly staff tho and food is always hot , there's a lady in a white top that's always here there and everywhere love her to have 5 mins time out.

ordered the food with a delivery time of 7.45 food arrived at 9.10 and the food was ice cold

The saddest maccys I’ve come across in a while. Service is beyond slow and incorrect. Avoid and go to one of the other 10 in the 100 meter radius. At least they can get your order right (ish)

Would be 5 stars if the hot chocolate didn't leak all over. Cant be hard to use a sealed lid.

Printers don't work half the time for your orders it's easier to take a picture on your phone to keep track and the staff don't shout numbers very loud which isn't helpful

The order took 3 hours to arrive, and we could not cancel it during that time due to the order status of “being prepared”

I got my order and several items was missing and not everyone got food I'm absolutely outraged about it having to spend more money for no reason when the food that I paid for should have come

Staff don't want to be at work. It took 19mins for the food from order to hand. Lack customer service no "thank you" , "please" or"apologise you order took time".

It's McDonald's, there's nothing i can say that hasn't already been said really..

Poor. pancakes had no syrup on and latte was just warm milk, no coffee at all. not the warmest or packaged well but I expect nothing less

Ordered a Oreo MC flurry and got a MC hair on it. My friend ordered a grimace shake and it wasn't even mixed up he said it tastes like nothing.

I didn’t get my order I’m hungry and spent 16 pound I need a refund

I only had half a drink as the other half had been tipped into bag. The courier barked at me he wanted my PIN with nary a hello

Food was cold and only offered 65p which is a joke when you have a kid with a disability thats funny with food so thats money wasted. Along with having to wait for the food which the time kept rising. Unhappy with my experience to say the least.

food came covered in the drink, bag was sogy and food fell out of the bag all went in the bin. unsure if it sits on McDonald's or just eats drivers but somthing needs to change

Nice and hot unlike the one in west bridgeford where it arrived ice cold and just eat wouldn’t refund me. You can’t warm mc Donald’s food up so had to bin them. So thanks for the hot food

I bought a Big Mac and i liked the meal

You didn’t put the number of my home on the slip for the driver so he was looking around for us for ages. It just said North Sherwood Street and no number, so the food was rather cold when it got to us.

We went with family today ordered Big Mac ,kids meal and hot drinks.All food items were cold .Even the fries were cold .Not at all happy

I didn't receive my order. My kids are hungry it was a very very bad experience. Just refund my money and I never ever going with just eat

My order was about 1 hour 10 minutes late and by that time was cold and distasteful. Also no maple syrup was given with my 2x pancake order which ruined the experience as it’s usually given with that product.

It took nearly an hour to find a driver and then my food came stone cold paid 40 pound for them to only refund 5 pound all the food was freezing. Not happy at all will never use just eat aggain. Will tell everyone
