McDonald's in Gedling

Wouldn’t give me breakfast because I was dressed like a baby.

I am missing my 2 medium fries and small fries

Nice and hot unlike the one in west bridgeford where it arrived ice cold and just eat wouldn’t refund me. You can’t warm mc Donald’s food up so had to bin them. So thanks for the hot food

You didn’t put the number of my home on the slip for the driver so he was looking around for us for ages. It just said North Sherwood Street and no number, so the food was rather cold when it got to us.

We went with family today ordered Big Mac ,kids meal and hot drinks.All food items were cold .Even the fries were cold .Not at all happy

Order placed at 5pm, order listed as “preparing your order” for 3.5 hours. Still nothing delivered, no contact and no way to contact or cancel

My order was about 1 hour 10 minutes late and by that time was cold and distasteful. Also no maple syrup was given with my 2x pancake order which ruined the experience as it’s usually given with that product.

It took nearly an hour to find a driver and then my food came stone cold paid 40 pound for them to only refund 5 pound all the food was freezing. Not happy at all will never use just eat aggain. Will tell everyone

The courier sat at some random location with no contact for the entire time and took a very strange route. My hit food was cold the ice cream smeared to the bottom of my drink and partially melted. The worst experience to date. To top it off there was no apology just barked at me that the bike was broken and barked at me “code”

Always super busy being at Vic centre. Can order to the table from the app. Tables aren't always cleaned but staff work hard. Outside seating for summer and plenty of room inside. Self serve and counter service available and as far as it goes a decent branch of this well known chain. Anyone with access issues should avoid the front door and use the side to avoid double doors at an angle and be aware there is no accessible loo

Never arrived had to wait well over 2 hours!!! I know it’s Christmas but if the restaurant is busy DONT TAKE ORDERS

Orderd for my kids at 15.30pm its now 18.00pm and still waiting time keeps changing my kids have 1 hour before they have to go to bed absolutly discusting i will be demanding a full refund

Half of my drink was sloshing around in the bottom of the bag and soaking into my burger. I had to eat it without the bottom half of the bread as it was soaked in coke! Very annoying.

Food and drink were hot,which is 5 stars all day long. Waited ages for my order to even appearonthethe screen above the counter, let alone get processed. As there were a lot of delivery orders being filled. Numbers before mine and after mine were filled and sent out.

All the staff at this store are below zero talking about their service also no one does smile at this place ,for a bit you’d think that u walked into a funeral!!!! Teach all the staff to be polite and happy while serving people as u not doing any favours, the costumer pay not the see ur sad looking faces but to get food on time and good service.

Horrible experience today as the staff members were so rude to costumers and even doing faces while handing the food!!!! Honestly it’s so unbelievable that restaurants don’t care about the service they provide. Rubbish management and staff

N.B Always order large fries, it’ll make up for the missing items.

the delivery guy had two delivery's but decided to go to the others house before mine yet had to pass my house,food came cold/wrong and some missing items

Fast and simple, many staff working hard, it's busy but very efficient, food was ready in no time.

We have not received our order - there has been no contact whatsoever. This was ordered through our work account and was meant to be for a lunch meeting. This is unaaceptable.

I was missing the McChicken sandwich and a double cheeseburger

Maccies is what it is,overpriced now on alot of items. Over £2 for a Mcflurry is ridiculous. Most of the staff have attitude issues and dont give a dam. The burgers look like a pile of crap as look as if they have been flung together with no care.

Order just kept getting pushed back, and in the end I never got my food. Fuming and extremely annoyed.

One of my guests knocked over a hot chocolate onto another guest!, oops 😆 One of the staff kindly brought out a replacement fee hot chocolatet to replace the one that had been accidentally knocked over, we were thankfully greateful to the unknown male member of staff

We usually have wraps and chrispy Burger. It never disappointed us.

McDonald’s Vic Centre is like a toxic red flag friendship, you know you shouldn’t go back, but you try again and find they still tasteless, cold and missing in items.
