Quick service, pleasant staff and always very clean

Open till 4 am apparently, locked and closed at 11pm

Disgraceful front staff especially the ones at the door and waiting staff 🤮🤮🤮

Food and drink were hot,which is 5 stars all day long. Waited ages for my order to even appearonthethe screen above the counter, let alone get processed. As there were a lot of delivery orders being filled. Numbers before mine and after mine were filled and sent out.

Horrible experience today as the staff members were so rude to costumers and even doing faces while handing the food!!!! Honestly it’s so unbelievable that restaurants don’t care about the service they provide. Rubbish management and staff

All the staff at this store are below zero talking about their service also no one does smile at this place ,for a bit you’d think that u walked into a funeral!!!! Teach all the staff to be polite and happy while serving people as u not doing any favours, the costumer pay not the see ur sad looking faces but to get food on time and good service.

It's fast food, quick hits the spot then you move on with your day

Waited twenty minutes for my order. Staff more interested in fulfilling online orders than serving people stood in front of them.

Ok, a little slow service, although not many in, ok burgers, edible at least, ok prices, it's a maccy d's, you know what to expect.

As always, experience with McDonald's was awesome. Tasty and fresh wrap and burgers. I liked the wrap of the day offer. 😌

Maccies is what it is,overpriced now on alot of items. Over £2 for a Mcflurry is ridiculous. Most of the staff have attitude issues and dont give a dam. The burgers look like a pile of crap as look as if they have been flung together with no care.

One of my guests knocked over a hot chocolate onto another guest!, oops 😆 One of the staff kindly brought out a replacement fee hot chocolatet to replace the one that had been accidentally knocked over, we were thankfully greateful to the unknown male member of staff

We usually have wraps and chrispy Burger. It never disappointed us.

Have seen more than one staff coming in from smoking at the front and handing orders with out washing hands between.

Only got 1 medium fries was meant to have 2 medium fries and the fries we got was cold

McDonald’s Vic Centre is like a toxic red flag friendship, you know you shouldn’t go back, but you try again and find they still tasteless, cold and missing in items.

A really busy restaurant, very loud which i struggled with

absolutely disgusting, i ordered a sweet chilli chicken wrap and i received a bacon wrap which the person who it was for cannot eat bacon at all. i called them to explain and say it wasn’t right because it was put in a sweet chilli box but had a bacon wrap in it. while i was talking the person just hung up on me. i was very disappointed and this meal was for dinner for a young girl. very very disappointing. and this is not the first time this has happened with missing items.

Deliver driver didn’t even deliver order and apparently he did ridiculoussssss

delivery went across the street, wrong address. unfold happy meal boxes with missing fries. also my spare fries to go with chicken nuggets is also missing. after keeping the children to wait. I am very disappointed

we didn't get any sauces with our 40 chicken nuggets, very disappointed!

ask for various sauces none in the order again not one , glad this week we got all the food order as usually something missing , even wrote a message on the delivery please check order and make sure the sauces and order are all there please

I've been waiting for my order for 2 hours and now it's saying delivered when it's not even been processed by the restaurant. I haven't received any food after waiting so long

terrible service, waited 10 minutes for a cheeseburger, well, they brought it out wrapped up somehow, the cutlet was all broken, some kind of fat was spilled on the burger, when they brought it and showed it they said it was normal, the cheeseburger was thrown out, thank you

Order was late food was freezing cold still not had a refund yet

Missing food and there is no way to contact the driver to ask them to retrieve the rest of the missing food. I’ve had to go without a meal due to missing items. Won’t be ordering again

Absolutely shocking delivery was missing fries all food was soggy and all drinks spilt and leaking all over my floor as driver handed it to me. Driver said it wasn't his fault it was McDonald's as they don't pack it properly

We ordered food and ice-cream but only ice-cream arrived, so we ordered food again. After waiting 2h they cancelled the order!! Outraged and starving!

Chicken burger was nice, chips were too salty and not cooked enough and it took nearly 15minutes for table service to arrive.

The food was all Cold and the burgers well all dry and the mozzarella dippers are just as disgusting as those from Farmfoods. The coke was even flat.

I ordered food from McDonald’s Victoria centre at 8.45 it’s now 23.18 on the 20th and still not received it

Missing items - only ordered 3 items, so not exactly difficult to get wrong!

Food never arrived the timer just went up in time, the order was made at 19:48 it's now half 10 at night, also have the screen shots at proof!

I redeemed my monopoly sticker McMuffin, ordered a sausage McMuffin. The muffin was wrapped on the side showing “sausage and egg” however when I have just now opened it, it is bacon. I could not even rectify the error as I was already on my bus ready for departure. I would love to know how this error has been made as I work at McDonald’s and know how to correctly wrap the food.

I am shocked and in disbelief with this service. I ordered my food now over 2 hours ago and it never arrived. I normally use just eat to order with friends and on this occasion I am hugely disappointed

Never before have I had such abysmal food, the chips weren’t just cold, they were dry and broke apart like cardboard. The chicken fillet was so overcooked, it was like chewing plastic. I won’t ever be ordering from here again.

The driver lied. The order was never delivered and the driver was unreachable. Driver said he left the order at the main entrance, which is an entrance of a block of flats but the order wasn't there and even if he had that is a not safe at all.

Absolutely disgusted by this delivery. The driver was late, rude, and unapologetic about my food being completely drenched in Fanta. He happily handed me the bag with the drink pouring out of it. I couldn’t eat anything so had to cook. Just East you should be ashamed of this and your service, I am still yet to actually speak to someone about this.

The food is good and the service was ok, but always when i go in the ladies toilets are always not very clean when I go in. I find that with the tablets,in & outside. Never wiped down properly, dirty & sticky!! But over all the staff & service is ok.

I have complained to McDonald's about the toilets in this restaurant It just gets worse every time I have been in but now I will never return there One of the urinals is missing and has been for a long while One of the cubicles is now out of service Paper is not available in the cubicles so you have to take your own if you need to use it In this day and age this is not acceptable and a disgrace What on earth is wrong with McDonald's? I have a radar key because I am disabled and I can't find a disabled toilet in this venue Or is it just not signed? What happens to McDonald's complaints? Why do they never get back to the customer? Disgrace!!!

Originally scheduled for delivery 155-205 finally arrived half hour later food cold and milkshake melted and thinned out also far from cold. The bike rider said he had a puncture.

Great experience folks 👍 I went with my pregnant wife so we went for table service. There was no delay in their service. And the person who delivered the food was pleasant. The quality of food was also up to the mark. 👍 We got the seat near the window, so we enjoyed the view and had a great experience with McDonald's. ❤️ Keep going guys❤️👌

asked for cheese burgers got hamburgers idiots

Eat in at breakfast hours, the sausage egg muffins I ordered were not in the bag, so I went to the counter and told the clue about it and clue immediately gave me the item, but I found it disappointing that they were not freshly made and the muffins were cut in a messy way and the eggs were contaminated with shells.

Ordered The Family Meal Deal, for half of it only to come and now you have to wait to see if your able to get any money back, which is ridiculous as the items I paid for wasn't received, daylight robbery at it's finest!
