Asked Parker for extra dip and was told 50p or she could lick “carriage” for a freebie. I of of course declined and she called my mixed race son N word. Not very mc lovin me thinks

This used to be the best McDonald to go to. Used to be quick service and hot food however for whatever reason it’s one of the worst and personally wouldn’t call it a fast food restaurant. I think I’ve been about 4 or 5 times this year so far during busy and quiet times, once in the morning twice at around lunch time and twice at night. Every occasion has been using the drive thru. Every single time I’ve been without fail I’ve been asked to pull into a parking bay and wait for the food to be brought out, the most recent was a wrap of the day on its own no drinks no chips just the wrap. I pulled into the bay and waited just over 5 minutes and had to leave as I was in a rush (whole reason why I went). Granted it was fairly busy but nothing ott. I wouldn’t be writing this review but it’s every time I go now and it’s a bit of a joke. It used to be quick and the food would be hot and it didn’t matter what time you went. The penultimate visit I had was for a McFlurry which I also had to sit and wait for in a parking bay and this was at a very quiet time I was the only one in the drive thru. I don’t understand how it’s gone from one end of the scale to the other I hope they do something about it. What I would say though is the staff are all very kind and polite and never had any issues with them it’s just the speed and quality of food which is letting it down big time. I try to avoid McDonalds as much as I can due to the price of it these days but sometimes you don’t have a choice and it’s convenient but from now on I’ll definitely be avoiding going here.

I have a dietary requirement and the only thing i can have hear is a mc rich , its a double cheese burger no cheese due to dairy intolerance with bacon and letuce , but because letuce was not an option on the extra area i was refused a mc rich , i find this place discriminetory of people with dietery requirements

This used to be one of the best McDs I visited on a regular basis. Now it's gone the way of almost all McDs. Clueless (mostly) staff, long delays and poor food quality. Again had to wait for a coffee and a cheeseburger while ordering via the drive through. So did the 2 cars in front and the 2 behind. Now I don't know about McD maths but 5 cars don't fit into 3 waiting areas. Also I was asked if I'd ordered via the app. I'm a driver and would have got six points and a very large fine if I had text my order. McD is truly crap compared to what it used to be in the 80/90 and early 00. As I said in a Google review I used to use it weekly, now less than monthly. If I'm going to have to wait, there are many better options to sit down and eat while on the road.
