The chicken fillet burgers were super salty and over half has gone in the bin! Chips were soggy and awful! I remember the days when this order was the bomb! I feel like I have just been robbed! Fuming

Chicken strips was hard not hot and chicken nuggets was not hot

Chips could’ve been a bit warmer

Far too much onion in the wrap. Chicken also looked as if it had been sat for hours.

Delivery was marked as having been delivered some time before it actually was, for some reason. Glad it did actually turn up.

Toom over hour and half for delivery, no updates from them. Chicken dry and over cooked. Not worth the wait.

Foods not came and isn’t answering the phone

Food was ok but below average. Had a really good experience the first time I ordered but everytime since, the food has been cold, coleslaw warm and chips over seasoned. Such a shame

If you want something tasty,go somewhere else

Food came quickly and was hot to the touch, chicken was incredibly crispy and came with a generous portion of chips. They were liberal with the paprika seasoning.

food was great tasty hot and plenty of paprika on the fries arrived a little after the time slot and the app said it had been delivered rang them and they were very sorry they didn't know why it said that as they were cooking it still but they were sending it out asap and it arrived very soon after

The food I couu you don’t eat yo hard

Order come gotta be the worse portion of fries to come with a meal.. hard fries not eatable and about 15 fries as part of a meal

Very disappointed with our whole order. Never had such a bad order from here. Total order cost almost £70. Delivery was 30 mins late took 2 hours from ordering. All of the chicken was pale and tastless, spicy wings were not spicy just plain - ordered spicy mushrooms for driver to tell us they didn't have any (did refund us) on the whole just not nice at all

Fillet burger that’s strips not a proper fillet. Coating soggy and bland, wings have next to nothing heat wise, so much for spicy wings and again with the pieces of chicken coating just soggy and tasteless

We have never been here before and the lack of reviews was a bit off putting but we ordered anyway and we were so impressed! The chicken is KFC style and value for money is great. The coleslaw was just like how Damon’s used to do it. Something was unavailable from my order and they called me to ask what I wanted instead (and I’m pretty sure they gave me more than my moneys worth!) We will definitely be ordering again. Thankyou!

Ordered from here 1st time in many years I've eaten from here. The food arrived when they said it would, it was still hot and tasted great.

The other Saturday I ordered six peace's of chicken very nice I really enjoyed the meal the chicken was nicer than KFC in my opinion it was delivered to my bungalow with in a hour first class

USA chicken shop opens again after a full renovation, looks brilliant. Food was excellent, chicken was piping hot, exactly as it should be. Finger licking, much better that the cold chicken I usually get from KFC.

Used to go to the old USA chicken for years, saw it was getting refurbished the other week so thought I’d pop in, I wasn’t disappointed! Looks so modern and clean, menus on tv screens, you can see all the cooking appliances, nothing hiding anywhere. Chicken is soft and juicy, chips are golden, and the southern fried wedges are to die for, I’ll 100% be going back.

Used to really like USA meals but likely all we have been receiving is soggy chips and the chicken is disgusting so chewy my partner had a chicken burger and the chicken was too hard to eat I’ve rang to tell them this and they don’t answer the phone waste of time and money

Ordered food this evening chicken wings and ribs, turned up stone cold, phoned and they apologised and said we will get you some more out in 20 mins, 50mins later I rang to find where it was to be told the driver has not come back yet but they was just starting it and they are really busy. Never again absolutely disgusting customer service. Can't moan about the food as we never got to eat it.

Re-heated old food..nothing worse than old bread buns.. chicken had an awful rubber chewy skin had to through in the bin.. soggy fries.. Just awful..

The burger bun was not toasted so it breaking as I was eating it. I asked for chilli sauce and got mayo The portion size of the chips were HUGE. Whoever is bagging up those chips needs to take it easy with the amount of chips.

Use this takeaway when in the area, friendly fella behind the counter and chips are the best around - not to mention at a fraction of the cost of anywhere else! £1 for a bag of chips with the cost of living/wages etc going up, can’t go wrong!

Shocking absolutely shocking. Walked in and guy stood smoking. Kids playing in the kitchen and open bottle of Jim beam sat in the fridge. Ordered cheesy chips and 2 piece of chicken. Chicken coating was burnt to a crisp and inside was dripping in fat. The chips were chewy and definitely not mccain chips as advertised on the menu board.

Waited 50 minutes for collection turned up, they hadn't even started to prepare food, nobody was around and the place smelled of cigarettes, so left without any food.

This chicken shop has been open as long as I can remember going out round Worksop. Perfect place for take-away after a drunken night out :)
