USA Chicken Shop hits the spot when you are craving comfort food the chicken is crispy fries always hot from wings to burgers everything is solid, Billy is the topman

Nasty food and waiter. A few days ago I went with my daughter to order chicken, fries and hamburgers. I asked not to salt the fries because my daughter has to avoid salt, the waiter indignantly agreed. The dish was for takeaway, we waited 40 minutes. Finally, my daughter (6 years old) asked the waiter if the fries were not salted and he replied: we'll see. He was very rude and there was aggression in his behavior. When leaving, my daughter waved and the waiter showed her the middle finger. I got really angry and said, what are you doing? and he started calling me names. I was simply shocked. When we got home, the fries were pale, tasted like mold and very salty despite the fact that I asked not to salt them. The chicken was almost raw and a few pieces were burnt. I will never go back there. Someone should do something about this place because this is unacceptable behavior.

Im extremely unhappy. Ordered a very simple small order today at 8:20 and its now 10:15 and its not here. I rang Usa to see if they could help, i was met with a very rude man on the phone, constantly reminding me 'as ive said ....' as my mother also called before hand ( was her order ) He said its do to with foodhub, but find it hard to get in contact with them, but we will not be ordering again from here. Rude staff, rude manner on the phone, bad delivery drivers. Plus we only live 10 mins from town so no excuse really.

Received my food, all my food was mouldy, rang up asking about what they could do, and swearing down the phone and call my and my friends all the names under the sun, we wanted to refund but they refused, never coming back again😡🤬😡🤬

Food came and it was cold ordered a cheesy chip wrap and they put cheese slices for a burger instead of grated cheese and chips was freezing just tasted awful

Wow , been coming here for years both the old company and the new and never had any issues. Today literally visited about ten minutes ago, angry and disappointed… normally I get two chicken strips and chips… no issues at all but today I was called a lyer saying they don’t do 2 pieces of chicken strips and that the minimum is 4 and that I’ve not ordered that before. The chicken was chewy and dry , the chips were sat there for ages and just warm, the chicken strips couldn’t even be called chicken strips they were that small and even the server said to the other guy about the size of them and he said it’s fine they will be okay. You’ve now lost a regular customer. Rude staff and horrible food on this occasion

Awful very dry like it had been cooked hours ago and stood , even the chips were dry , I stripped all the batter off and gave the chicken to my dog , disappointed waste of money

Clean friendly place. Have been going to this place for years and it never fails to impress. Has disabled access toilets with proof of blue badge. Food was hot and delicious highly recommended.

My four pieces of chicken were terrible , crispy coating soggy , pieces of chicken legs or thighs all bone , grissle , sinew , 😩, not ordered from here for a long time won’t be ordering again any time soon , chicken nuggets I ordered for dog were fine

First and last time. Over an hour late. Called to check and was told only way I’d get it on time was to pick up. Finally got order and found part of it missing. Give this place a miss.

The chicken fillet burgers were super salty and over half has gone in the bin! Chips were soggy and awful! I remember the days when this order was the bomb! I feel like I have just been robbed! Fuming

Delivery was marked as having been delivered some time before it actually was, for some reason. Glad it did actually turn up.

Toom over hour and half for delivery, no updates from them. Chicken dry and over cooked. Not worth the wait.

Food was ok but below average. Had a really good experience the first time I ordered but everytime since, the food has been cold, coleslaw warm and chips over seasoned. Such a shame

Food came quickly and was hot to the touch, chicken was incredibly crispy and came with a generous portion of chips. They were liberal with the paprika seasoning.

food was great tasty hot and plenty of paprika on the fries arrived a little after the time slot and the app said it had been delivered rang them and they were very sorry they didn't know why it said that as they were cooking it still but they were sending it out asap and it arrived very soon after

Order come gotta be the worse portion of fries to come with a meal.. hard fries not eatable and about 15 fries as part of a meal

Very disappointed with our whole order. Never had such a bad order from here. Total order cost almost £70. Delivery was 30 mins late took 2 hours from ordering. All of the chicken was pale and tastless, spicy wings were not spicy just plain - ordered spicy mushrooms for driver to tell us they didn't have any (did refund us) on the whole just not nice at all

Fillet burger that’s strips not a proper fillet. Coating soggy and bland, wings have next to nothing heat wise, so much for spicy wings and again with the pieces of chicken coating just soggy and tasteless

We have never been here before and the lack of reviews was a bit off putting but we ordered anyway and we were so impressed! The chicken is KFC style and value for money is great. The coleslaw was just like how Damon’s used to do it. Something was unavailable from my order and they called me to ask what I wanted instead (and I’m pretty sure they gave me more than my moneys worth!) We will definitely be ordering again. Thankyou!

Ordered from here 1st time in many years I've eaten from here. The food arrived when they said it would, it was still hot and tasted great.

The other Saturday I ordered six peace's of chicken very nice I really enjoyed the meal the chicken was nicer than KFC in my opinion it was delivered to my bungalow with in a hour first class

USA chicken shop opens again after a full renovation, looks brilliant. Food was excellent, chicken was piping hot, exactly as it should be. Finger licking, much better that the cold chicken I usually get from KFC.

Used to go to the old USA chicken for years, saw it was getting refurbished the other week so thought I’d pop in, I wasn’t disappointed! Looks so modern and clean, menus on tv screens, you can see all the cooking appliances, nothing hiding anywhere. Chicken is soft and juicy, chips are golden, and the southern fried wedges are to die for, I’ll 100% be going back.

New owner, 100% better than it was before!
