We have now finally written them off our toros list. Will stick to Birmingham. Fried Eggs looked like they were out of a war zone with crispy edges. which is a completely no from me. Chips were dry and tasted hard and like they have been fried more than once. Pasta had no flavour. To top it off the waiter dropped what was remaining in the dish of pepper corn sauce on his chair and splashes ended up on my husbands top. The rice was very bland. And the the toros special meat had fat on the edges.

I ordered food for collection I was charged £37 for a t bone steak and chicken wings the menu on Uber eats states I should not have paid £37 and the food I got is not the preferences I asked for eg the steak was not cooked well done and the side orders are not what I asked for. I will not be visiting this place ever again. Rip off place scumbags. Should have just orderd off Uber eats all the workers seem to not know what they’re doing

The worst service - since new owners they can’t handle having a lot of customers. The management have no customer service! Tables were coming in after us and getting there food we waited 1.5 hours and still no food! The management lied and said people pre ordered, when I asked the other tables they said they ordered at the restaurant. The management then said they are behind. Offered no discount once the food finally arrived as an apology for the terrible service! Food is also not as good as it used to be!

It’s gone downhill, portions are small but prices are huge . There was no flavour to the tiniest and thinnest lamb chops which were 4 pcs for £10 . I’ll think ten times to go there again

Ordered a ribeye steak and a burger Steak was requested as medium but came well done. 2nd one the same. 3rd one slightly better. Steak was about 3mm thick and not sure if it was even a ribeye. Not very tender. Rice with dish tasted like Uncle Bens microwave in the bag. Burger was cheap and not very tasty. Strange beef bacon that was almost synthetic. Came to payment and told we can’t pay by card, only cash so had to walk to a cash point, leaving my wife on her own in the restaurant which wasn’t ideal. Probably won’t be back. Sorry ☹️

Most stuff is ok nice food and presentation but the burgers beef ones are disgusting and they are very cheeky for serving me such low quality burger patties ultra processed burgers maybe£0.50 each extremely disappointed. Don't order the beef burger it's better you starve than each such disgusting food.

Excellent steak superbly cooked and well presented. Far better than your well known chain steak house !! Staff were great, very reasonably priced too. Will come back

Went for Iftari. Was greeted by the manager Saqib. He was very helpful and polite. Was seated promptly. Was given complimentary water and fruit as Its Ramadan. Food came out fresh hot and tasty. Staff was checking up promptly which was good. 10/10 Would definitely recommend.

We tried to make a booking at toros but was told on the phone they don’t take bookings and was told that there wasn’t a wait for tables. When we arrived the non fit for purpose waiting area was jam packed. Nobody greeted us and this was the case still after half an hour. The staff had no idea who was waiting first and relied on the customers to know. When we were finally seated the table was wobbly the floors were disgusting and our knife and forks were thrown on the table. We ordered our food and was asked if we would like our starter first and separate from our main which we said yes please. Whilst waiting for our food we noticed water dripping from the ceiling which non of the staff seemed to be concerned about and they continued to walk around it bringing out people’s food whilst this was now running from the ceiling. Infact we witnessed one of the male waiters catching it with his hands whilst walking past it and then proceeded to serve customers food! Our starters arrived we had only just started eating them and our mains were put on the table even though we had asked for them separately. We asked to speak to a manager and we were told there is no management in tonight! A few minutes later a different waitress came to the table and with attitude asked us what our problem was. We explained that we aren’t ready for our main as we had only just been given our starter. She went on to tell us how her colleague told her we were rude raised our voices and swore at her and she is now crying out the back. We simply asked to talk to the manager! The waitress that apparently was crying was then laughing and joking with her colleagues so she clearly wasn’t upset at all. They offered to take our mains back out and they would make us fresh ones which we agreed to. When we were ready for our mains they simply brought our original ones back out we didn’t complain as we wanted to get out of the place. We ate our food paid and left. Also you can only pay by cash which is absolutely ridiculous. The place was filthy and unorganised. The toilets were also disgusting. The staff are rude and full of attitude. We will not be returning here again!

What a terrible experience. Phoned the branch to try and book a table but was told they do not take table bookings but there was not a wait for a table. When I got there the unfit for purpose waiting area was jam packed. We went in and no member of staff even came over to explain there would be a wait or any kind of greeting. We waited for 30 mins before a member of staff even approached the waiting area. The member of staff did not even know who was first in the queue. we were finally seated at a wobbly table which is not good when you are trying to cut steak. Waitress then came over and just threw the cutlery onto the table and took our order. We ordered some 2 starters and 2 main dishes, the waitress asked if we wanted the starters first and we replied yes please. We waited around 15 minutes and the starters came out. Just as we started eating the starters, the waitress bought out the mains. I said to the waitress we are not ready for the mains as we had only just started eating the starters. I asked who the manager was as the place was so unorganised and filthy. She replied the manager is not here at the moment. She then went away and 2 minutes later one her colleagues came to the table and asked what the issue was. We explained we wanted the mains after the starters so she offered to take the mains away and give us fresh ones when we was ready to which we agreed. She went in to say that we had been rude and raised our voice at her colleague who was in the back crying. I found this very unprofessional and I was not at any point rude to her or raised my voice. We finished our starters and the waiters then bought our mains out which were the same ones they had given us originally. We ate and paid the bill as we just wanted to leave at that point as the unorganised staff had ruined our night out. To add to this there was a water leak in the roof which the staff we passing under to bring the food and drinks out. The toilets were absolutely disgusting and didn’t look like they had been cleaned for weeks, there was water or urine all over the floor. Overall a very bad experience, rude staff, No hospitality and the place was filthy. Avoid at all costs, we will not be returning.

Burger clearly not freshly made. Thick and rubbery as shown in photo. Asked the staff. They said it’s not processed. But they weren’t sure so went to get a colleague. Waitress comes over and simply said no it’s not processed and sorry. She didn’t care. Asked for manager. Told he’s not in. He was. He was sat doing the rotas and couldn’t be bothered to talk to us. Terrible. Waitress came back. I asked her if the burgers were processed or frozen. Showed her my burger. She said no and that they are delivered to the restaurant. You can come to your own conclusion. But it’s clearly NOT fresh. Reluctantly offered me 50% off my burger. It’s not the money. It’s the terrible service. Also. Freezing cold. They claim heating on full. I beg to differ. Avoid.

I visited Toros Sneinton with my family and they didn't have nachos. Then I ordered a paneer sizzler as I'm a vegetarian. Waitress came back to inform no paneer so I said I will stick yo the sides. When my order came it had chicken on top. Waitress was not concerned that I'm a vegetarian and she's put chicken on top of my food. Also what kind of business does cash only? I had to do a bank transfer to pay for the bill. Seems dodgyNo one carries cash nowadays. Overall service was not great and staff seemed like they was forced to work there.

The service tonight at this branch was absolutely atrocious. The manager (slim, short Asian guy) was very rude and unprofessional. He lacked basic communication skills and professionalism. He couldn’t comprehend anything that was being said to him as he seemed quite narrow minded and couldn’t see the whole picture. There were a number of mistakes made from cold food to wrong dishes to poor service, however the main issue that stuck out was, my aunt found a hair wrapped in her food and the manager made out that it was our fault and what could he do. A simple apology and don’t worry I’ll sort it out would have sufficed. However, he instead decided to blame us for it. It made no sense what he was saying. He was extremely rude and intimidating. He kept coming close to my auntie and was asked to take a step back as his behaviour was quite intimidating. Also, the female waiting staff were just as shockingly rude. No professionalism or good service received here tonight. The other male waiting staff were decent and friendly. In the end we paid for the whole meal as he just wouldn’t give a discount for the error in the kitchen and also the numerous errors of the wrong food and cold food. Would now avoid this place at all costs. We have been coming here for years and never have we been treated in such a disgusting way. Judging by other peoples reviews they experienced the same issues with rude staff. Head office need to assess this branch and bring in a new competent work force.

Neither the Male or female toilets were working which left one toilet for the whole restaurant - the floor in there was wet slippery and dirty. Even with a £100 bill we couldn’t get free tap water??The food was awful, the pasta is literally pasta with ketchup on it. The burger is cheap cuts of meat slapped on dry bread. Came to eat here with my family on a thursday late afternoon, resteraunt was pretty quiet as they had only just opened, the food was very lovely! Included in our starters was the Explosive Shrimp and It was very tasty. I am not a huge fish eater but this tasted lovely and moist.

Amigo tenía un bistec marinado o también no había experimentado un montón de sal a tirar más comida para llegar a cualquier paladar.

Went for a meal in toro's Nottingham but unfortunately not a good experience. The steaks were full of fat, dry and like leather. Charging £2 for a 50p bottle of water as well. Customer service wasn't great either - when we complained (very nicely) the manager wouldn't agree that the steak was badly done even though it was right in front of him and didn't go out of his way to sort. We were also made to feel like it was an inconvenience that we weren't happy and even though they offered another meal, we decided to leave after being disappointed. The exception was the wee waitress whom we felt sorry for. We frequently go to toro's in Leicester and find that to be the polar opposite. We won't be coming back here and will not recommend.

My girlfriend and I were looking for an informal environment to enjoy a good steak and spend a relaxing Saturday evening. The restaurant was filled with families, friend groups and other couples creating a vibrant atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The steaks were really tender and full of taste, very good quality and cooking result! And the size portions... oh dear, you will struggle to finish - literally! Last but not least, very very cheap prices, less than £15 for the steaks "sizzles"; steak plus chips, a side order of your choice, and vegetables!An excellent restaurant overall for great food, friendly atmosphere and a relaxing time, all within budget

Love love love this place! Have been here many times and it has never disappointed! The sizzlers are great, I'm working my way through the menu! The chicken is also excellent and so good value for money not to mention way better than nando's chicken. The prices are really good to not too expensive at all. Plus if you go here you must try the strawberry daiquiri its Devine. Service is also impeccable they really look after you. The no tap water is a drawback but to be honest the food and service are too good. Not to be missed I highly recommend this place to eat and will definitely be returning.

I've previously enjoyed sizzers in leicester, bombay, sri lanka.I thought Toros was average in comparison.As the last reviewer mentioned the no tap water policy was annoying and made worse by the fact they don't even sell large bottles of mineral.The actual steak was not bad and was tender and well cooked. the chips were good quality and tasty. and the ketchup they give is really nice (would love to know what brand it was).but as a complete dish, the sizzler lacked variety and flavour compared to my previous sizzler experiences. It lacked vegetables (aside from about 4 green beans) and was instead piled with too many chips and onions.The lack of vegetable variety and side options, the overindulgence of chips, lack of tap water all left us with a feeling that this placed lacked class.The service was good but I think the management can easily raise the standard of food without too much effort. my recommendations are:1) serve tap water in jugs because its obviously been an issue for many2) for the sizzler introduce more choice of good quality steamed vegetables, and other types of potatoe in addition to chips (e.g. roast potatoes, wedges, hashbrowns etc)3) the sauces need some work. the pepper sauce could be better/fresher, we didnt like the garlic mushroom, and the gravy is not even worth considering.

I never write bad reviews normally but had a bad meal made worse by terrible customer service so had to share. The steak was uneatable, they don't serve tap water, the prices were changed without explanation and when we queried these issues, and explained how bad the steak was, one member of staff was rude, argumentative and didn't even offer a apology, never mind a reduction on the bill! I will not be going again and wouldn't recommend!

We went as a family group of 9. Some of the food was fine and reasonably priced. However the rump steaks were very tough. One of us could not eat it. When she complained the waiter was very defensive, started making excuses and offered no apology or refund. We were then charged extra for sides we thought were included. The waiter who served us didn't seem to know much about the food. The food was very spicy and salty and, having ordered a round of drinks, we requested tap water and were told it was not "franchise policy" to give tap water. This mean and grabbing attitude alone would stop me going back even if the service and food had been better. However, a young female waiter was lovely, polite and helpful.

School mums took our daughters here at the end of Sats as a treat WOW probably the best steak I have tasted, the children loved the Mocktails and my daughter especially loved the lamb chops and chips, the chocolate brownie sizzler is to die for! We will be going again with the family.

After always visiting the Manchester Toros we were in Nottingham and decided to visit, we were not let down either, friendly service, lovely tasty steaks, and great value for money because the portions are so big you have to ask for a separate plate to eat. Will return soon :)

We have been there a few times but the last two times we had two horrible experiences. We are from London and often go to Derby to visit family so we go out for family meals near around Derby/Nottingham area. So after hearing many good reviews and having been myself a few months ago, I decided we were all going to Toros for dinner as a family. We visited in February 2016, there were about 8 of us that went. As we arrived, we were seated by a friendly face. A majority of us ordered the Toros Special Steak. When these steaks arrived, nobody ate them. All we could taste was black pepper - it seemed as if someone had poured loads of black pepper over the steak and just given it to us. The steaks had such a strong taste of black pepper. We left unhappy and very hungry!So we visited Derby again last week (April 2016) My cousin insisted that Toros had improved and we must go again. So here we go again, 8 of us set off again. Firstly the waiter brings out the mains without having bought out the starters. So we send back the mains and ask for our starters. So we get our starters after waiting for over 45-50minutes. After starters, we get our mains. 3 out of 8 steaks come out sizzling hot (Obviously freshly cooked) However the remaining 5 come out cold, the pasta/chips that came with it were also cold. The steaks were burnt around the edges. (Guessing these were the ones they bought out initially when we were supposed to get our starters?) We speak to the waitress (who takes awhile to come to us to rectify the problem) and she says she will give us new ones, but by this time some of the family have nearly finished their meal. So we decide to get those steaks packed away. So some of us leave hungry and unhappy yet AGAIN.I am not one to complain or write bad reviews, but I am very disappointed with the Toros in Nottingham. However I have visited Toros in Harrow and Birmingham and have not had any problems. Their steaks are definitely the best around. So if you want a good meal at Toros, save yourself time and money - go to Birmingham/Harrow. (Haven't visited the one in Leicester yet1)

The meal was fantastic, the meat was so tender, the service was excellent, nothing too much trouble for the staff, would definitely recommend it to anyone. Will definitely be going back.

I have tried alot of steak house's but nothing beats toro's. Always tasty. Waiting time isn't long either 5*****

I've been before and always have a Chicken Filet Skeak with Chips and Pasta. It never disappoints. You get quite a big portion too so it's value for money. Highly Recommend!

Well what can I say we heard about the food from freinds so we was eager to try it. We ordered steak the biggest on the menu. What came to the table was a meat fest, the food was so good and tasty.I would recommend this establishment as the staff were very good.

Came her and ordered the Toros Steak Special which was cooked just how I wanted it and was very tender. Service was spot on as usual. The food can be inconsistent but was on point on this occasion.

My husband and I decided to try after a friend recommended. First Impression, basic decor but liked the board, shame it didn't have specials on it. Started with calamari, very disappointed, served on a flat plate, should have been presented better and about 7 squid rings for £4.99, very overpriced. It did get better, my husband had lamb chops, he is very fussy but really enjoyed. I liked the chicken but was a bit dry, and overpriced for what it was. The mojito was good, needed more mint, less sugar. We asked if there was any dessert and were told they were sold out! The waiters were very friendly but this place needs finesse to lift it out of a typical halal restaurant. We hope to see specials on the board to include a mixed grill, more chicken and lamb options, oh and 2 more sauce options , one a spicy one and another more lemony, herby, chilli. It needs more to prevent it being too much like a takeaway and desserts. Having said all that, we will go back.

Me and my partner went last night to try he restaurant out as we had drove past a couple of times.Calamari starters were delicious - I would highly recommend.Toros special steak, the steak and accompanying sauce was lovely, the chips were also nice, surprisingly it also came with pasta (not a bad thing) this was lovely!Grilled Prawns - nice and big but slightly too spicy for my taste, I would give it another go though...Staff were extremely friendly, order was taken promptly and the food came out extremely quickly. We dined at 7pm and were the only people in the restaurant until about 8 when it started getting busy

We dined here tonight and really enjoyed it. My wife, two daughters and I shared a whole chicken with sides of chips and salad. It was filling, tasty, quick, great vfm in a well kept restaurant.

Went there last Sunday. It was brilliant really clean and was really friendly staff on. Food was served quickly and was family friendly. A lot better than Manchester Toros

My only gripe was the booking, I booked online and received no confirmation by text or email which I expected.Arrived at time of booking, pleasantly surprised it was confirmed, we we seated immediately with our order taken within 10minutes of arrival, the waiter was attentive and apologetic when his a jet crashed taking our order, we both had the toros special steak, medium and well done which arrived as ordered within 10 minutesTheir only desert was a chocolate brownie -which was excellent and arrived in a sizzlerService was goodFood was greatWe were seated at the rear of the restaurant, as it was busy, but the Internet connection was poor, I'd advise offering a free wifi for customersI felt trepidation in visiting the restaurant after reading the reviews posted, fortunately word of mouth recommendation proved to be both correct and invaluableI pointed out the reviews to the manager who was reticent but knew about the postings I will be visiting again with my family next time

I have been to many steakhouses in the midlands area and have to say my experience here was absolutely terribleMe and a friend of mine decided to order a serloin steak well cooked with chips however the waiter persuaded me to order the Toros special medium cooked to which I declined and stuck with my original order when the food was served I couldn't believe they actually served the Toros special with a steak which looked like it wasn't cooked at all after questioning the manager there he gave me some nonsense about how the meat is delivered which I didn't understand what the hell he was talking aboutIt was under cooked and tasted horrible it completely ruined our evening I definitely wouldn't go there even if they offered a free replacement meal and would advise people that for the Price they pay they should definately go to a place where the staff serve you with what you want and not what they think/reccomend you should haveIn my opinion it was total waste of time and money, thank you Toros for a brilliant experience it was money well well spent (not.)

Went for a family meal, which included 2 babies. Reasonable all to start off, decor pleasant enough. Unfortunately whilst browsing the menu, one of the waiters made an extremely loud noise whilst cleaning around chairs which caused the younger baby to get very very upset (my baby), sadly he never really calmed down the whole evening. This caused an immediate downer on the evening. The waiter of course didn't mean to, but a little consideration would have been nice, my dad had to go speak to him to ask him not to make anymore loud noises. After this incident followed extremely disappointing food - my husband had a cooked fly in his rice, the manager instead of apologising immediately tried to make excuses which led to a mini argument. Sauces were in my opinion discusting & food generally was over spiced (this is coming from my husband a Pakistani man who obviously loves spicy food!) . Most of the dishes were pretty mediocre in taste for the price. Meals were not presented appealingly on the plate, but looked like they had been thrown on! Although I must point out that my brother enjoyed his chicken fillet steak, so not everything on the menu is bad...Suffice to say we will not be recommending or revisiting!

Went there with family and friends. Ordered there best steaks as advised by there senior waiter and manager and was speechless to see the steak. They have no idea what is the definition of steak and how it is made. Been to many steak houses before and toro in nottingham is the worst. If you are a good food eater who enjoys the taste of the food then never ever go there. The steak is like a flimsy piece of meat with no taste. We ordered few different steaks , T-bone , special , sirloin etc but all of them taste the same ? puzzled really puzzled. The most amazing this is that they never serve tap water and you have to buy the water and a small bottle costs £1.50 and when asked they told us that what the owner has decided not to serve tap water . In this day and age we never come across to this kind of thing in any of the restaurants, so end up ordering water for £1.50 for each person and coke for £1.50 each person. I must say its a expensive restaurant and the environment is also not a classy one. For the same kind of money you can get much better food and environment. Sincere advice go somewhere else.

Waiter was nice and attentive be warned they don't accept card food was average really good idea as u can have egg etc with your steak but food was over cooked as asked for steak to medium rare but wasn't overall nice place would go again

Went with a group of 8 friends and family. Nice place visually. Orders taken by a pleasant member of staff. Ordered food and asked for tap water. Shockingly our request was flatly refused. The alternative was a small bottle of water for £1.50 per customer, which we accepted along with other soft drink choices. Not to offer tap water in this day and age is ethically abbhorent in my opinion. Four of us received our food 50 mins after ordering. Food for the remaining four arrived 20 minutes later. Not good. During the meal further soft drinks were ordered. They arrived 15 minutes later. We'd finished by then and requested one drink be taken back. The staff member (appeared to be senior staff) rudely stated we should have shouted her as shed gotten busy with other customers. Then said she would leave the drink on the table and would charge regardless of whether it was consumed or not. Shocking. We requested the bill shortly afterwards. The staff member returned and said she'd decided not to charge. A lovely evening was marred without considering the bigger picture. No real understanding of customer service I'm afraid. Not a place we will return to in a hurry. If a strong level of customer care and principled service is what you seek then this place is not recommended.

Came here with friends, food was perfect, timing was great, good customer service oberall had a good day, will be going again soon!!

Just avoid this place altogether! We arrived at 8.30pm and were told 15 mins wait (we had 2 ladies and an 11 month baby). We were seated an hour later at a table right next to the kitchen door with staff constantly banging the doors and rushing through. The staff themselves walked in with takeouts from next door! Speaks volumes if their own staff don't eat their food. Another hour later and still no food (10.30pm). Avoid at all costs

My husband and I visited this place while staying the night in Nottingham.The place is clean with a simple modern decor. I had the chicken steak and my husband the toro special. Food came sizzling hot and tasted amazing - meat was cooked to perfection and the marinade was just so good. If you visit try the piri fries. Mocktails were also fantastic. Service was excellent - quick and efficient. To sum up we loved it, just delicious and reasonably priced.I only wish there was one nearer to where I live in London.

I have visited the Toro's in Leicester and loved the food but didn't enjoy the location. This however was amazing! Such a big vibrant restaurant, with plenty of space to sit. I had a pushchair and the staff were very helpful. The food was AMAZING! really good portions, steaming hot and just cooked perfectly. 100% recommend to everyone.

Recently i visited with my family we were a table of 8 they really looked after us i will recommend this place 101 times you will not be disappointed the lady in hijab i called her sister she is the best once again thank you sister for your service next time when am back from Scotland i will definitely visit your place again

I have to say that after reading other reviews in November 2014 about how their experience at Toro's was, I was split for a decision. Some were praiseful comments whilst others were concerned about the wedges and steak being too 'chewy' or 'out of a frozen packet'. In all fairness these comments left a bit of a distasteful feeling in my mouth before I had even ate there! However, I still went as I like to have my own opinion on controversial matters. When I went, although there wans t much parking space, as we went in the staff were friendly, they greeted us and took us through the menu as every one has their own ways of making steaks, so they recommended it being cooked on medium. They were right as the food was full of flavour and the chips, rice and pasta were decent. The portion size is decent if you are a big eater. Which I am. Nice one Toro's. For those unsure try it for yourself but I can guarantee that you wont be disappointed. Also don't judge the place by its décor or style ... remember sometimes there might be lots of gold in the mines but it doesn't compare to the diamond in the rough.

Tasty chicken wings. Pinacolada was good. Steak average. Asked for medium rare got well done. Chips ok - not hand made. Pasta nice. Sizzling brownie was sizzling and delicious. Lots of parking space outside. Cash only accepted at present. R enjoyed it :-)

I visited the restaurant last week, however when we arrived nobody came to seat us so we sat down anywhere. nobody asked if we wanted drinks so we called the waiter over and ordered a pepsi and a lemonade but they arrived with two pepsi's. we both ordered rump steak and chips. the steak was covered in pepper and spices which ruined it as neither of us like spicy food. it was also cheap, thin frying steak .the worst thing about the meal was the OVEN CHIPS. I could of made this meal at home myself for half the price and 10x better.they also do not do mayonnaise which is ridiculous. Not a proper steakhouse at all.

We went on a Saturday evening. It was very busy. But we did not wait for long before a table was available. The service was excellent. The staff were very helpful & polite. The quality of the food was very good. Overall good food, good service. We will certainly be going back!

I regularly eat out with my auntie and we often have steak. On hunting for steak in Nottingham I found Toro's. For a Tuesday night it was fairly busy. Quick efficient service. Best steak i have had in ages. Yes it's thin but it was huge and perfectly cooked. Loads of food. My aunties only complaint was that the plates weren't big enough! Cash only so go prepared.

WE had a lovely time at toros, surprisingly, it was quite full for a tuesday evening, and we decided to go there on the whip, so we didn't book, but they accomodated us. the food was excellent. the steak was lovely and the portions were generous. Good value for money. The staff was really friendly, and my daughter started having a meltdown, and the staff there noticed and got her some sweets to settle her down. We had a good family time, the deco was fairly nice for a steakhouse and the seating arrangements were good. the only downfall was they had space in front of the restaurant to park but it was not designed to be a parking and they only take cash at the moment until their card machine is sorted. we had a nice family time there.

Finally there's a decent steak place in nottingham. Juicy succulent steaks with delicious pasta as side. We have become regular customers ever since it's opened.

Visited 1st week of opening. The place itself is spacious. What was annoying was the fact they have big windows with nothing blocking out the sun light. I sat for 2 hours using my hand as a blocker! We went as a group and ordered starters and the toros special steak for mains. Starters took a fair while to arrive and the chicken wings lacked flavour and were way overlooked and dry. Not really worth the wait. The garlic bread is not homemade, it's your usual frozen supermarket quality.We asked for separate sauces with a few our steaks as the kids will be sharing but guess what? Yes, all of them had them poured on top! Whilst we accepted this for a few as we didn't want to wait any more than we already had, one of the kids refused and we had to send it back and waited again for the correct order. The steak itself is very thin and small, I'd say it's more of a slice/strips of beef. The special is served with chips and pasta or rice. So to charge £14 for cheap packet pasta, chips and a thin small steak is not value for money in my opinion.We asked for coke but got flat Pepsi also.It was evident the staff were a little nervous with the place being new but To be fair the service from the staff was good.Most our party were not that impressed overall. I'd say this place is average at best. I might give it another try if the portion size improves and when the staff/owners find their feet.
