Cold food burnt chips mash should read mush sadly nothing was enjoyable table not ready even though booked in and had to change order as items not available

Caught up with a friend after work and went here for a drink and meal. The service was excellent, we were really looked after. We both had steak that comes part cooked on a hot stone and you finish cooking it to your liking. There were a nice range of mains. If you visit you have to go in through Loka bar underneath

37-41 High StI wanted someone to serve me so went to the counter the girl who served me told me I had to go to the machine kiosk which I did order and paid went back to the service waited for my order while I was waiting other customers came who she served face to face .When my order came through I told her why could she not serve me face to face I WAS DISGUSTED WITH THE SERVICE FROM HER WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS BRANCH !!!!!!!!

313 Narborough RdOverpriced, Overcooked and over staffed as well. spent ages to make the order be understood correctly. chicken was cooked in overheated oil fryer which gives it a distinct smell. People who know Henny Penny will know this bit. I walked in so this time chips were not stone cold. Staff is ok, no value added to service. The atmosphere is kind of indifferent. didn’t feel inviting or pleased to be there.
