The best restaurants serving American food in England

Aquí para mi cena de cumpleaños infantil, nuevo dueño aparentemente. ¡Con ese horrible chef que había trabajado en Scarborough antes! ¡Es una asquerosa no sabe cocinar! Sirvió a un miembro de la familia 6 patatas fritas con su comida. Preguntó si querían guisantes o guisantes mojados y no consiguieron ninguno. Recomiendo encarecidamente contratar a un chef decente si el nuevo propietario está deseando que funcione! La vi en un par de lugares alrededor de Scarborough y nada bueno viene de ese cocinero. Un poco de orgullo en tu trabajo no vendría mal

Boss man tony, we ordered boneless banquet x 2, really nice pop corn chicken, onion rings, chicken fillets, cheesy chips, and a large tray of beans and chicken nuggets, what more can I say really, I didn't manage to eat it all in one sitting so saved myself for when I get peckish later, pop corn chicken 10/10 fillets 10/10 nuggets 10/10 onion rings 10/10 cheesy chips 10/10 with beans 11/10 if ya got a spare £15.99 I'd buy this can't go wrong bit greasy but was to be expected with so much fried food. Good quality chicken very good beans cooked well nice and soft and didn't taste like cheap beans, plenty of cheese, delivered in a pizza box kept it nice and warm and beans in a plastic tray keep them piping hot, I will be ordering again from tony maybe something else as boss man does alot of variety of foods listed as an Indian but was nothing Indian about that, that's straight up English right there, thanks Tony for feeding me tonight bless ya

I had a double cheeseburge, sweet chilli wrap, large fries, oreo mcflurry, and a large Fanta. The oreo McFlurry and Fanta were fine, but the double cheeseburger and fries were depressing and tasted just as they looked. Meanwhile, the wrap had a problem that I had never had before, it had too much sweet chilli sauce that was just going everywhere and overwhelmed the taste of the rest of the ingredients. The service was quick Meanwhile, the atmosphere was quite loud, with a bunch of children making noise.

Cold and stale food! Disappointing as usual I’m sorry to say!

Appalling the last few times they have messed up the orders and missed part of our order out. Photo is supposed to be a mini fillet burger !!! It’s not even a full fillet !! When we try to phone the store it’s constantly engaged. In the past when we have phoned them they say oh we will put your name in the book and and the next time you come in we will replace your order correctly. Which is a joke as we don’t have kfc often and forget !!!

This is the second time that this restaurant didn’t get the order right. Missing drinks, gravy and the correct dips!! Fortunately got a refund from Uber :-)

The service was TERRIBLE, we waited over an hour for our food, as did all the tables around us. Many customers were complaining. We were told that the wait was so long due to the kitchen being short staffed. This is understandable, however it would have been best to tell us this before sitting us at the table so we could choose to wait or go elsewhere. Our waitress was visibly stressed and upset about how the lunch service was going; demonstrating a serious lack of good management on this shift. Tables were not being cleared or cleaned and the stress from the staff was clear.

pizza and burger were 10/10 Unfortunately my kebab and chips were cold. very unusual and hopefully a one off

was told by app it would be here by 7pm then at 6-53 it stated 18 minutes then on the hour said 29 minutes and finally arrived 7-20

I have waited this long to write my review as I have emailed the restaurant but have not had, to date, a response from them so this tells me even more about their service. I'll keep this as brief as I can. We went for my sons 18th, there were incorrect orders, cold steak, a broken cup served to my 85 year old dad, who cut his lip on it, and my mum was extremely ill for a few days afterwards, she had the fish and chips. Dont get me wrong, the cup was replaced, the steak taken away and warmed up but this should not have happened in the first place. In total over £400 spent on this night, my younger sons order was wrong so he didn't eat it, and I was pretty embarrassed by this point to call them over yet again and my son said he didnt want anything anyway after that and yes, I paid for a full plate of food, I know, my fault. The staff were pleasant and helpful enough when called over but honestly they could have taken more notice of everything coming to the table so we didn't have these issues, had they even bothered to respond to my email sent a few weeks ago I may have had an outcome from it to tell you, but alas no response. I saved hard for this special evening and was disappointed so I would advise you to save your money or spend it somewhere else.

We went for breakfast and was met by a pleasant waitress and shown to our table she was very friendly and polite and the food came hot and promptly. Staffordshire asked us a couple of times if everything was ok and the food was very nice .. Nice experience

Always come here with friends, lovely people and great service - thank you Cat for a great service and sorting out my vegetarian friend, he don't know what he's missing with your burgers haha!

Appalling experience, took my son for his birthday, left waiting at the entrance for 10 mins whilst staff just ignored us, eventually got seated given menus after 20 mins and watching other people get up and leave , after asking several times for drinks , we eventually got them after 30 mins of waiting - our food then arrived, the mains arrived at the same time as the mains, staff were like slugs apart from one who was darting around trying to appease the increasing moaning of customers - tables left uncleaned - it looks in dire need of an upgrade, the service was crap, the food was edible . Just . Please people don’t bother !
