As tasty as it was, the chicken portions were terribly small, not value for money

really fast delivery. food tastes amazing.

Has to be worse KFC in Southampton. Food arrived cold,

I wouldn't trust the chicken in this establishment i know for a fact that they often sale out of date chicken cos my nephew worked here and told manager that whole batch was tainted the manager threatened to sack him if he said anything which he did so it's your choice to eat here but I wouldn't recommend it

Haven’t had KFC for a while, but fancied it after Ninja warrior. This was the best KFC I’ve eaten in some time, food was piping hot all cooked to perfection! Thoroughly enjoyed it ☺️☺️

Only used drive through but order was wrong twice. Server was out of her depth.

I was missing food. reported to just eat and never herd back or got a refund. Beware of future orders.

When I first processed the order it was showing as 15 minutes delivery. After payment the time increased and I finally received the food nearly an hour later. It was cold, so not sure if the driver had been elsewhere, but they didn't tell me that.

Good quality and within a reasonable time. Food was still hot

So our order was short of 1 tower zinger meal, 2 x chips and 3 drinks. When my husband went to the till with the receipt, the staff looked at us as if it was our fault the items were missing and as if we had been eating the food in less than 3 min... They even questioned my 7 and 11 yo kids if they have been eating the food! RUDE beyond belief! At the end they finally decided to bring us the food. Adding to that, the tables and floor were dirty... We left before finishing the food.

Go through the drive through 3rd time now that never get what i actually order missing popcorn chicken and dips this time, shame as enjoy KFC but sick of not getting what I pay for

Ordered beans, didn’t get them, got gravy as a substitute

Part of order missing. Lacking sauce . chicken bits that are normally dripping in sauce but the ones that we got hardly had any. . Burger had very little mayo too. Felt like the order had been thrown together.

Everything was hot and cooked nice and fresh I just wish you could request what pieces you get

Another short order 2 pieces of chicken missing from a £30 order

Just placed an order via Uber and got a totally different set of food. I had spent £30 and got a mini fillet, fries and a can of pepsi. Uber not responding and restaurant telling me to contact uber. Shocking.

KFC, the chicken was dry and hard, I wonder how long it was sitting under those hot lamps for it to be like that ?

Ordered KFC party bucket: Gravy everywhere, they gave us two pots of gravy instead of 1, was meant to receive beans - got coleslaw instead. All the chicken was wet and covered in gravy. Everything was cold as the order kept getting pushed back. Was not worth nearly £70 as nobody ate anything as it just wasn't appetising

gravy was spilt all over the place and destroyed the bag so we only had half a pit of geavy when the order was dished up. I ordered a 7up bottle and driver arrived with orange tango which we are allergic to in our household so we went without our bottle of drink!

Items missing , my son won’t eat the chips and you forgot the mash AND his 1 piece of chicken! Forgot items last time I ordered too so won’t again now

My wrap was missing from order and chips were freezing

Always waiting for food beyond reasonable time either thru drive thru or going in store now kfc is going downhill doesn't taste the same anymore way of the world everything going to the crapper kfc is now on my emergency purchase list for food

The food was was only just warm and the chickens skin was crusty, like it’s been left under the lamp for too long. Over all, the meal was alright

Tracker says delivered at 18.41 but it was not delivered. Tried to ring kfc but no answer.

Delivered was quick and no problem with it driver friendly order was good no mistake

Absolutely diabolical place. Went in ordered our food on the self service which is easy enough but then waited 50 minutes for food, by this point we had enough and requested a refund. The person doing the refund was very rude hardly spoke and did not even apologise for the inconvenience or the wait. Will never go to this kfc again. I would recommend avoiding this kfc at all costs. Staff are rude, unapologetic and only seem to focus on delivery orders which is why everything took so long. It should not take nearly an hour for fast food to come out.

Like always delivered full sealed but with missing just 8 wings they soo useless

This place always gets the order wrong. Ridiculous. Must be the management. I use the drive through and just eat. They just can’t get the order correct ever. Fed up with them now and that’s it for me.

When delivery man arrived said to go carefully as bag was breaking when opened bag the drum chicken was in was slit at seam and chicken all over the place chicken popcorn had come out of box and chips was pushed in so tight that they were like mash.

The worst expensive meal I've ever bought from a takeaway,,a bargain bucket, warm,and bland.discusting for £9.99,the staff need training in being a bit more welcoming. Would I get another from hear,NO.

Not a single drum stick was given in my entire bucket and instead, I was just given a bunch of really dry chicken breasts. I had to leave them because they were so tough and hard to chew. Overall, not pleasant and I definitely regret buying...

Paid for an extra zinger fillet didn't arrive.

Delivery guy waited outside my door until I gave him a “four digit code” I didn’t have one on my order so I gave him the last 4 digits of my number but he was confusing himself let alone confusing me

Friday the 6th Sept about 6.30pm With a couple of other orders I ordered a six piece bucket. Got it home to find 5 drumsticks and one thigh in the box. Even in the box meal I ordered we got a drum stick.

We had missing items and the chicken definitely tastes fresher when you eat in.

It would have been brilliant that the order was early, if half of the order wasnt incorrect. and then the restaurant refused to answer the phone. It's all well and good JustEat enquiring for a refund, but a 48 hour time frame isnt good enough.
