KFC Southampton - Burlesdon Road in Southampton

Appalling the last few times they have messed up the orders and missed part of our order out. Photo is supposed to be a mini fillet burger !!! It’s not even a full fillet !! When we try to phone the store it’s constantly engaged. In the past when we have phoned them they say oh we will put your name in the book and and the next time you come in we will replace your order correctly. Which is a joke as we don’t have kfc often and forget !!!

I found that the service was very rude tonight. I do not often step foot into a KFC however on the way home I thought it would be a nice treat. As drive through looked relatively busy I decided to go in. When I went to ask the staff member on front a question about my order it took around five minutes minimum to be served. She was rude and ignorant allowing a customer wating after me to wait to put her order through (to use blue light). Additional to this as our order number was called we got up and went towards the counter where she then bellowed it again. I understand it was slightly busy but some training in customer service is clearly needed.

Driver phoned and refused order and then said he delivered which is untrue

One of the best kfc delivered meals I have had in a long time. Chips werent very hot, but chicken piece and burger were great. Well put together, not 'slopped' together, delivery guy was polite. Well done. Will defo order from this branch again.

No bottle of drink delivered when I asked they said it was in the bag and just left, gravy pot damaged and lid off coleslaw so all over other packaging and food

As a delivery driver, I’ve picked up orders from countless restaurants, but my experience with Adii at KFC was by far the worst. From the moment I arrived, they didn’t even acknowledge me—no eye contact, no basic courtesy, just complete indifference. When I picked up the order that matched my Uber request, I did the responsible thing and informed Adii. Instead of a simple confirmation, she snapped at me, demanded I put it back, and then scolded me for several minutes like I was a child. Even after complying, she refused to hand over my order right away, wasting my time and making the whole experience unnecessarily hostile. There is absolutely no excuse for this level of rudeness and unprofessionalism. Delivery drivers are here to do a job, just like the staff at KFC. If this is how they treat people who help keep their business running, I can only imagine how bad the customer service is for regular customers. If management cares at all, Adii needs a serious attitude adjustment—or a new job. No one should be treated like this, and I’ll be avoiding this location from now on.

After not ordering from here for a while because it was so bad then last time, thought I would try again. such a shame, all of the food was cold, other than the gravy. I live a 5 minute drive from them so it couldn't of been the driver. a total waste of money, what's happened to KFC?

The food could of been a tad hotter but otherwise ok.

Popped in for a quick snack and to use the toilets. Not busy, place was clean, food arrived quickly and was hot still when I got back to my car to eat it. Decent amount of parking, plus a drive through which I didn't use this time but have on previous visits. This is one if the better KFCs in terms of access, speed, and quality. I'd recommend and will be back next time I'm in the area and hungry.

Ordered at 5:45 and arrived between 45-1 hour later. Food was stone cold so had to warm it up in the oven before eating, also the fillet tower meal came with about 10 chips.

As usual, some of the chicken had been under the hot lamps too long and it left the skin hard, not pleasant. But overall, love kfc

My chicken was dripping in fat and the skin and delicious coating had nearly all come off. Iusually have KFC about every couple of weeks and it always surprises me how the quality is different every time. I used to have it from the main shop in town

the burger was over cooked to a dark mahogany and so dry and dripping in ketchup. had to scrape it all off only to find it not worth eating. chips limp and drenched in seasoning. chicken pieces were very greasy. wish we hadn't bothered

I wouldn't trust the chicken in this establishment i know for a fact that they often sale out of date chicken cos my nephew worked here and told manager that whole batch was tainted the manager threatened to sack him if he said anything which he did so it's your choice to eat here but I wouldn't recommend it

Haven’t had KFC for a while, but fancied it after Ninja warrior. This was the best KFC I’ve eaten in some time, food was piping hot all cooked to perfection! Thoroughly enjoyed it ☺️☺️

When I first processed the order it was showing as 15 minutes delivery. After payment the time increased and I finally received the food nearly an hour later. It was cold, so not sure if the driver had been elsewhere, but they didn't tell me that.

So our order was short of 1 tower zinger meal, 2 x chips and 3 drinks. When my husband went to the till with the receipt, the staff looked at us as if it was our fault the items were missing and as if we had been eating the food in less than 3 min... They even questioned my 7 and 11 yo kids if they have been eating the food! RUDE beyond belief! At the end they finally decided to bring us the food. Adding to that, the tables and floor were dirty... We left before finishing the food.

Go through the drive through 3rd time now that never get what i actually order missing popcorn chicken and dips this time, shame as enjoy KFC but sick of not getting what I pay for

Part of order missing. Lacking sauce . chicken bits that are normally dripping in sauce but the ones that we got hardly had any. . Burger had very little mayo too. Felt like the order had been thrown together.

Just placed an order via Uber and got a totally different set of food. I had spent £30 and got a mini fillet, fries and a can of pepsi. Uber not responding and restaurant telling me to contact uber. Shocking.

KFC, the chicken was dry and hard, I wonder how long it was sitting under those hot lamps for it to be like that ?

Ordered KFC party bucket: Gravy everywhere, they gave us two pots of gravy instead of 1, was meant to receive beans - got coleslaw instead. All the chicken was wet and covered in gravy. Everything was cold as the order kept getting pushed back. Was not worth nearly £70 as nobody ate anything as it just wasn't appetising

gravy was spilt all over the place and destroyed the bag so we only had half a pit of geavy when the order was dished up. I ordered a 7up bottle and driver arrived with orange tango which we are allergic to in our household so we went without our bottle of drink!

Absolutely diabolical place. Went in ordered our food on the self service which is easy enough but then waited 50 minutes for food, by this point we had enough and requested a refund. The person doing the refund was very rude hardly spoke and did not even apologise for the inconvenience or the wait. Will never go to this kfc again. I would recommend avoiding this kfc at all costs. Staff are rude, unapologetic and only seem to focus on delivery orders which is why everything took so long. It should not take nearly an hour for fast food to come out.

This place always gets the order wrong. Ridiculous. Must be the management. I use the drive through and just eat. They just can’t get the order correct ever. Fed up with them now and that’s it for me.
