Friday the 6th Sept about 6.30pm With a couple of other orders I ordered a six piece bucket. Got it home to find 5 drumsticks and one thigh in the box. Even in the box meal I ordered we got a drum stick.

Aweful, happened 3 times now, worst hot chocolate ever and tasted like water. Extremely pissed on such waste of money! Will not go there again for drinks atleast. Quality has gone down the drain.

Actually embarrassing, false advertising to the max.

It started off they forgot to put something in from the order so we drove back they did not even apologise then shut the door in our face and didn’t even say sorry for inconvenience then we got back to discover a half a pack of chips 5 popcorn chicken in a boneless banquet and my husband had 3 pieces of chicken as a meal and we’re the tiniest pieces of chicken we have ever seen we were really really disappointed

Ordered £60 worth through Uber eats, food was cold and missing parts of my order. Not happy at all

Massive praise to the staff at KFC Antelope park. Super Friendly service. There was a short wait for the chicken to be cooked today and the staff were so apologetic and kind enough to offer us a bottle of drink, a large side and dips to compensate. Also meant for the wait our chicken was extra delicious as had just been cooked! To the store manager please pass on praise to the two colleagues on the front counter on Friday Afternoon. Wonderful people working a tough job. Many thanks from two very full customers!

Delivery was stolen by the driver restaurant notified giving driver neg feedback and trying to get my money back thank you just eat and day before my birthday

The popcorn chicken wasn't delivered.

Never arrived.. he delivered it round the corner somewhere and we saw him ride away… didn’t even come down my road

Marked improvement over the past few months. It used to feel like the worst KFC around, with wrong orders, app ordering frequently disabled, and long prep times. Now it’s been a few times that all the above seem to have been sorted. Keep it up

Wrong order delivered x2 trilogy box meals and no zinger box meal with hot wings. Also no garlic mayo dip This second time incorrect order sent 🤷🏻‍♀️

the driver was useless and stunk of canibus I had to go out in the pouring rain and meet him food is stone cold and the seal was broken can't even eat it as looks as it's been tampered with also

Absolutely ridiculous, took over an hour to receive my food and it was cold on arrival, driver also sat on his bike for at least 10 minutes after collecting my order before actually setting off

Food was cool. And by cool, I mean not very warm at all. Rather disappointing and will try to claim some money back.

It was up to mark. I had a smooth meal and no disruptions at all. Time, and money well spent. Seemed like a bit understaffed at that moment but it wasn't that bad.

Five stars, 5 minutes before closing got the ultimate bbq burger and when I say ultimate I mean it, LOADS of dried onion bits, Cheese, Loads of lettuce, chicken in the burger was lovely, got bbq sauce separate as well, gravy, and an Extra chicken piece as well as a Pepsi, cause it was closing time I think they had some leftovers they would have thrown out so I recon they gave me some

Ordered the boneless dipping box, as I do every time but they forgot the dips!!! AGAIN! I mean, it’s in the title!!! And it’s on the receipt!!! They must be swimming in dips at KFC! Can anyone tell me if the dips are good? I’ve never had one!?

Well, probably the only decent and cleanest KFC in Southampton and that's saying something.

Happy with food and delivery, spent £47.59 and was meant to have a free popcorn chicken, which is what my grandson eats, why offer it and then not give it, not nice

The chicken portions where not good enough

salad was missing ingredients, soggy, and tastes gone off. also only half of a chicken fillet, the other half was missing

Check your maps. Once any I’ve had to get up and leave my home to walk and collect my food as taken to wrong place even though I said In notes I’m house not flat

The food was barely warm and very overcooked and barely edible. I’ll definitely think twice about ordering from there again

Expensive for what is it and how ot comes

bought a mighty bucket for 1, which includes 2 fillets, 2 hot wings, 2 ribs and fries, i got everything however the fries were missing and they give a tiny peice of chicken for one of their ribs. Dissapointing.

Bone found in roll with fillet burger by granddaughter very sharp . Please take more care this little girl could have choked. She was really frightened.

Bun was stale and hard 1 small piece of chicken and was cold the chips didn't fill the packet the only good thing was the gravy won't be using Sholing kfc again. Either train your staff to do their job properly or close it wasn't worth the money bloody disgusting

Ordered the burger stack for £9. The chips were cold and soggy and the burger ordinary for the money. My cat had a better dinner.

Half the order was missing and KFC was no help to resolve it other than advising to request a refund via Just Eat when they missed items off the order.

The food was stone cold, greasy, not very nice at all!!! Obviously not the delivery guys fault, he was on time and very polite. I won't order from KFC again, it has literally put me off of KFC for life! Gross!!!

They sent the delivery guy 2 miles to my location on a push bike. The just eat service sent him to the wrong location which he blamed me for and was rude about it. By the time he got to me the food was cold.

I ordered a fillet tower box meal you should of called it a bungalow box meal the bun was bigger than the piece of chicken that was inside it the hash brown looked like someone had sat on it had a few measly fries the best thing was the gravy

The App showed the Delivery driver a long time at the shop. He made another delivery before mine. Mymeal tasted good but it was cold and all quashed up. I think it is the longest time I have ever had to wait.

Slimy chicken, overpriced and no where near the quality of other KFC's. Dirty tables and staff that clearly aren't interested in doing their jobs, probably due to being underpaid

from ordering to delivery there were many different delivery times. Order was cold.

Well, the reason I have to only give this a 3 star is food quality control. it's hit and miss what you will get. If you can, go to hedged you will get better quality. Staff are okay, they are mid for lack of a better term. They can be slow or fast and sometimes they are too fast and I end up with really chewy chicken ew!

Smashing food sweet msg left on lid to say they had no beans. Also got a couple extra. Lovely enjoyable meal.

Ordered a 12 piece boneless bucket and recieve 7 pieces

I asked for only one wing in a 6 piece bucket and got 4.

Nothing turned up tried phoning the restaurant they put the phone down on me

I ordered a Gray Box Meal with 2 hit wings and an Oreo smoothie Got food quickly and service was good friendly staff and now problems with order Oreo smoothie was perfect however chips where dry and unseasoned chicken skin was lack in crunch and it was more soft

Unfortunately they had run out of creamy mash potatoes. But they tried to give something else instead. I HATE the fries recepie now. Wish there was an option for regular fries

When theorder was finally delivered it was cold. The wronģ drinks were sent. The Asst Manager at KFC ..Bursledon finally reimbsed £9.99 but we are still out of pocket

Sit in area was closed at 9pm when we visited so we had a take out. We found our chicken strips meal overly salty- Both the chicken and the chips. We won't be going back.

Food was luke warm and not many fries.
