Not a single drum stick was given in my entire bucket and instead, I was just given a bunch of really dry chicken breasts. I had to leave them because they were so tough and hard to chew. Overall, not pleasant and I definitely regret buying...

Paid for an extra zinger fillet didn't arrive.

Delivery guy waited outside my door until I gave him a “four digit code” I didn’t have one on my order so I gave him the last 4 digits of my number but he was confusing himself let alone confusing me

We had missing items and the chicken definitely tastes fresher when you eat in.

Friday the 6th Sept about 6.30pm With a couple of other orders I ordered a six piece bucket. Got it home to find 5 drumsticks and one thigh in the box. Even in the box meal I ordered we got a drum stick.

It would have been brilliant that the order was early, if half of the order wasnt incorrect. and then the restaurant refused to answer the phone. It's all well and good JustEat enquiring for a refund, but a 48 hour time frame isnt good enough.

ordered a double bucket and missed half of the order. absolutely appalled and that was after waiting fir 30 minutes after I ordered it. honestly disgusting.

It started off they forgot to put something in from the order so we drove back they did not even apologise then shut the door in our face and didn’t even say sorry for inconvenience then we got back to discover a half a pack of chips 5 popcorn chicken in a boneless banquet and my husband had 3 pieces of chicken as a meal and we’re the tiniest pieces of chicken we have ever seen we were really really disappointed

Massive praise to the staff at KFC Antelope park. Super Friendly service. There was a short wait for the chicken to be cooked today and the staff were so apologetic and kind enough to offer us a bottle of drink, a large side and dips to compensate. Also meant for the wait our chicken was extra delicious as had just been cooked! To the store manager please pass on praise to the two colleagues on the front counter on Friday Afternoon. Wonderful people working a tough job. Many thanks from two very full customers!

Turned up at 22.40 on 25/7/2024 to be told I couldn't have what I ordered due to having no chicken pieces only strips, mm so much for KFC more like no FC, with a tuff s#it attitude with the peski food I had to opt for thrown in a bag and handed to me with minimal eye contact and no thanks or enjoy your food and the window slid shut, even the card payment machine was almost thrown at me to hold even though I would have preferred not to have held it as I was just about to eat the finger food with my hands and unless I am mistaken you aren't given a hand clean tissue any more, shameful service very unprofessional experience,

Marked improvement over the past few months. It used to feel like the worst KFC around, with wrong orders, app ordering frequently disabled, and long prep times. Now it’s been a few times that all the above seem to have been sorted. Keep it up

It was up to mark. I had a smooth meal and no disruptions at all. Time, and money well spent. Seemed like a bit understaffed at that moment but it wasn't that bad.

Five stars, 5 minutes before closing got the ultimate bbq burger and when I say ultimate I mean it, LOADS of dried onion bits, Cheese, Loads of lettuce, chicken in the burger was lovely, got bbq sauce separate as well, gravy, and an Extra chicken piece as well as a Pepsi, cause it was closing time I think they had some leftovers they would have thrown out so I recon they gave me some

Ordered the boneless dipping box, as I do every time but they forgot the dips!!! AGAIN! I mean, it’s in the title!!! And it’s on the receipt!!! They must be swimming in dips at KFC! Can anyone tell me if the dips are good? I’ve never had one!?

Well, probably the only decent and cleanest KFC in Southampton and that's saying something.

The chicken portions where not good enough

Happy with food and delivery, spent £47.59 and was meant to have a free popcorn chicken, which is what my grandson eats, why offer it and then not give it, not nice

salad was missing ingredients, soggy, and tastes gone off. also only half of a chicken fillet, the other half was missing

Check your maps. Once any I’ve had to get up and leave my home to walk and collect my food as taken to wrong place even though I said In notes I’m house not flat

Expensive for what is it and how ot comes

bought a mighty bucket for 1, which includes 2 fillets, 2 hot wings, 2 ribs and fries, i got everything however the fries were missing and they give a tiny peice of chicken for one of their ribs. Dissapointing.

Bun was stale and hard 1 small piece of chicken and was cold the chips didn't fill the packet the only good thing was the gravy won't be using Sholing kfc again. Either train your staff to do their job properly or close it wasn't worth the money bloody disgusting

Ordered the burger stack for £9. The chips were cold and soggy and the burger ordinary for the money. My cat had a better dinner.

Half the order was missing and KFC was no help to resolve it other than advising to request a refund via Just Eat when they missed items off the order.

They sent the delivery guy 2 miles to my location on a push bike. The just eat service sent him to the wrong location which he blamed me for and was rude about it. By the time he got to me the food was cold.
