Kfc is very poor for preparing the order my last order took more than 1 hour to prepare really worst experience this time

food got delivered else were in the city, so no food

Didn’t get everything I ordered and couldn’t get through to anyone to rectify. Missing items

food was really cold and the man delivering the food did not no wear to go called me 3 time . I at to leve my flat and go down stairs to get my food

Once again couldn’t find the place. Been here 30 years. Maybe use what3words. Absolute joke. Food cold.

spent £30, they marked the order as delivered but we never received it, tried calling the store for over an hour but nobody picks up!

The delivery took over an hour after the expected delivery time and continued to raise higher. When the food was delivered it was cold.

we ordered a 12 piece Dipping Boneless Feast and are missing the 4x Regular Fries, a Large Gravy and 2x Corn Cobs!

Take out Fillet burger meal There was only 1 other customer ordering in store, they called out my number, i showed it to the guy, he gave me the bag. I walk off with it. I was given 3 bits of chicken instead of burger. 0/10 not going to kfc again cant get an order right with basically an empty shop

Absolutely lovely atmosphere inside extremely clean and well put together staff are very well trained about the products they sell and all are very polite especially Michael at the front counter ensured my order was taken properly and packed extremely quickly absolutely would come again

This time having violent diarrhea and passing out on the toilet from the pain. Never have I ate something that has caused me such discomfort. Will not be eating at kfc again. Absolutely disgusting. Unfortunately, during an eat-in on Saturday 4th Jan 25, the chips were cold, the chicken was just about warm but worse still, it lacked any spicy coating and was very bland. Probably, the worst coated chicken I've ever had. I'd avoid this place around midday and maybe try it only again if they've done a fresh cook. There is no warm water to wash the hands afterwards or after using the loo, just cold. Downstairs is naturally cold due to poor closing doors. It probably explains why the food is so cold. This place needs a transformation.

The food was hot and tasty, the servers were amazing, and the service was impressively quick. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by an uncomfortable encounter. A young Eastern European woman approached us on the first floor, where we were the only ones seated, asking for food. She carried an A4 paper with writing on it and seemed to take a particular interest in our phones on the table. When we put them away and declined her request for food, she left, swearing at us. This incident disrupted what was otherwise a very enjoyable visit. While the restaurant itself was great, this experience was unsettling and not what we expected.

Missing part of order (kanas BBQ Bites )which seems to happen more often lately. Unacceptable when there was only 2 items in the order. Pls read the orders properly before you send them out. Apart from that was on time and really hot which was a bonu

Chips were tepid and limp. Chicken legs were lovely but the Wings were dry and inedible.

90 minutes for delivery and it was cold

Food was cooked fresh but looked thrown together. Tasted good but venue feels dirty and needs a deep clean and overhaul. Service could do with a boost too.

Clucking hell was that a good meal. Both Mattie and Sanjay were excellent shouting out the order numbers. Also the food was good.

The chicken was hot and well prepared but the fries were lukewarm and soggy. The can of pepsi was ice cold. I'm afraid the driver also missed the request to knock on the window rather than the door as I can't always hear the door from inside my flat. I thoroughly enjoyed the chicken though and at least they remembered to include the dips (not all fast food franchises do!)

I try today to order again trilogy box meal for delivery is for 12 £ , if I walk in is for 10 .. thats 2 £ and is just one thing plus cost of delivery is 5 and service fee , what service? Why if I come to kfc? Ihave to pay for service also ? So if I want to order for delivery is around 10 pounds more with usual order ...

UPDATE FROM PREVIOUS REVIEW: after giving this KFC branch a second chance it's safe to say things haven't actually improved. I will no longer eat here physically or even consider ordering online from this particular place again. I will also be telling everyone I know to avoid this restraunt due to lack of cleanliness.

The food was good but the order was missing items (3 times in a row). Really annoying when you're paying £40+ for a delivery.

Apparently KFC thinks just providing drumsticks in a 10 piece bucket is acceptable.

Had an order placed via just eat at 1810 today expected delivery time is 20.00 what a joke kfc . It be quicker to rear the chickens myself almost 2 hours ! Taking the P*** !! Now over 2 hours as eta 2040 totally appalling absolutely dreadful !! Minus 5* omg now saying it been delivered and it has not been can this get worse i ask ?? I had to ask ! 3 1/2 hours and still no food i think the delivery driver is walking the chicken to me !!

Don't ever buy anything from this KFC especially the fried chicken. Yesterday for delivery, I order a colonel's meal deal which include 4 piece of KFC orginal fried chicken by seeing the chicken itself it was disgusting 🤮 and coating is not even properly cooked felt like its undercooked and I'm not sure how they are allowed to kept open by food safety regulations. Definitely don't ever trying this place go for some kebab shop or southern fried chicken center to buy your fried chicken not from here!

Twister wrap meal, 8 quid for 2 tiny bits of chicken, didn't even fill the wrap half way, so mainly just mouthfuls of empty wrap, open it up to see what's going on and it's a joke, you used to get 2 big strips in a twister wrap with fresh lettuce and mayo and tomato.......I find a loads of soggy red cabbage and two pieces of tiny cut up chicken. Enough to fill about 30% of the wrap.........absolute pisstakers, I will happily never cross the threshold to another kfc again, plenty of competitors to you guys now, doing a far better job.
